27 years were deleted from his memory. Doctors claim he has had a very special type of memory loss called “retrograde amnesia” which is a very rare diagnosis. In 2009 a documentary about Øyvind called “The Quest for Memory” was made. In this interview he shares his whole experience and how he also had to learn everything again.
