Can we be in command of our frequency? However in order to do so, it is important to identify our vibrational blocks that keeps our frequency low and also to know how we can raise our frequency. Raising our frequency does not mean forcing ourselves to feel “happy” all the time. It is rather giving space to it all.
We live in two worlds
We live in two worlds: the mind of past and future, and the presence, Veronica says. When you source yourself from the present rather than the mind, you raise your vibration. If we are not awake and aware of what our mind is doing it can drain us. So the clue is to catch your mind when it’s trying to make you avoid feeling your feelings.
