all right, well, so first, let's just say this that I love working with you, because, like I do, I feel like you're my soul sister, and so I think so much good stuff comes from us. Half the time when we're talking, we're like, oh my god, this should be on recording, right? Because it's so much good stuff. So let me say this, I what I'm bringing through, really, is my role here is to be, not so much a teacher of subjects, but a teacher of energy and consciousness. That's what I'm doing, right? Because, as we're shifting during this massive upgrading for humanity, we're shifting from information age to an age of energy and consciousness, which means everything about who we are and who we're being is shifting and changing. We're changing into energetically conscious beings. What does it mean to have and to embody energy and consciousness? So even the collective that I channel, which is just 1000s of interment, interdimensional beings who will come through at any now moment, whenever I'm accessing them, they're comprised of Ascended Masters, divine goddesses, who are also Ascended Masters, Angelics, the angelic forces, extraterrestrial beings, many of whom identify as the fleet animals loved ones who have crossed over planetary bodies might because they're conscious. So even when I'm working with you, your team is part of the collective right. We're merging together to bring through what's meant to come through, and even in this Now moment, in a sense, whoever's going to be listening to this podcast, to some degree, their higher self aspects or their divine teams, on some to a certain degree, are available to ensure that they receive what they're meant to receive. Because this is how, for me, the channeling works in truth I used to for many years. We I would call it a download, because there was some part of my human identity that was getting some form of information or energy from my divine team, and they would download it into my. Human identity as information or energy, and I could share it in the world. Everything we bring through even today, it's meant to serve and support those who will be tuning into this podcast to really help their souls agenda as they're traversing this intensified period of time where everyone's going through an incredibly accelerated evolutionary period of time, like of evolution, of evolutionary ascension, growth, expansion, etc. Does that make sense?

You know, it is a difficult and challenging time. It's almost like we can feel the soul fatigue. We can feel so much confusion. So I'm curious to hear, what is the message from the Masters, from Jesus, from Buddha, from the collective, about the times we find ourselves in right now, when we feel all this upset and confusion.

Yeah, yeah. I love that you said soul fatigue. This is so true, we'll we'll have the collective speak and share on this. But this, all this soul fatigue, is really just we're recognizing that we can no longer keep operating the way we've been operating, and that's what we call old paradigm, 3d It's because the light meaning consciousness, meaning a new kind of purity, which we could also say that is more energetically pure, is expanding and it's also anchoring into the physical world, which we have in the past, referred to as 3d so as that light and consciousness is anchoring through beings who are walking the earth and really working with the so called Shadow, as that light anchors, it's exposing the shadows that once were hidden, meaning the stuff we weren't aware about, the stuff that was once called conspiracy, is now just not even theory anymore, the stuff that we were able to suppress or repress our own fears, our own worries, our struggles, our doubts, our insecurities, all of that is being exposed because it can't hide in the light. Now, the idea that we're stuck with it is, is our challenge point, because, in reality, that stuff is the shadow aspects that we used to call ego in 3d paradigm, you'd call that ego New Paradigm. It's egoic structure. It's energetic that anchored us into that 3d that anchored us into that physical, earthly experience, that kept us in so much density, that kept us in so much struggle, that now we're realizing, we're beginning to realize, in order for me to navigate onto the new paradigm. I have to see this for what it was. I have to somehow resolve it so that it no longer controls, dominates or manipulates me, so that it can no longer energetically suck me back in, so to speak, or tether me, entangle me into that old paradigm, and so I have to clear that old those old energetics, those chords, those connections, those attachments, those emotional entanglements, those beliefs, beliefs, those attitudeal those those ancestral patterns, The karmic entanglements. I have to elevate myself up out of that, and I have to start to shift with my free will choice, and start to ride this new wave now between the two, between these old paradigm, new paradigm, that's what we call. I'm asking my team for the word frequency, fence. Frequency fence, that's where the P you'll feel blocked. You'll feel you know, you're at a frequency fence. You're blocked, you're stuck, you're hitting your head against you're the fly, hitting your head against the world, the wall. You're like, this is so hard. I don't know, I don't know what to do. You'll feel a lot of emotional, some form of upset, right, struggle, right? That frequency fence is what energetically wants you to purify, release, let go, transmute. Mm. Whatever's blocking you between old paradigm, new paradigm. This is what we call bifurcation, fractalization. You're sorry. Sorry. I'm being corrected by my team. It's not the same thing as fractalization. That's something else which I we can define. So I'll just let them come in yet. Can we go that way? But is this all making sense?

It is our great honor and great privilege to share with you on this day we identify as the collective and for clarity, let us affirm we serve the light. We serve the one true God of lighted creation. We utilize the word God for we are aware that that is a unifying word, and yet, at the same time, we understand the word in and of itself, can also be a fractaling word. Therefore we prefer the word source, the infinite, the All That Is that has chosen and is working in collaboration with all souls who are individuated and the consciousness of that which you refer to as Mother Earth, and the infinite beings in your multi dimensional realm, in your Cosmos, your galaxy and beyond, who have also all chosen, to some degree or another, A path of ascension, a path of transformation and evolution. So we serve the source that is serving all beings in this choice, these choices, which is the will of all united we are here, and we would like to address your questions you may ask, or if you prefer, we will offer some insights based on the conversations that have been provided to this point. Yes. We will offer this. We would also like to add into this, if we are able to a conversation that is connected to this topic of bifurcation, which is the conversation of timelines and collapsing timelines. For these three topics are all interconnected. First, let us begin with bifurcation. Bifurcation is the essentially, the idea that all that exists is here now. However, any being with their free will choice may make a choice to align themselves with energetically vibrate in harmony with a timeline, a frequency bandwidth that is of the higher planes, or pure planes, or frequencies of light and consciousness, vibratory states that are more to their liking, versus choosing, either consciously or unconsciously, to align with frequencies of density. In other words, bifurcation is simply where energetic frequencies divide and separate based on the vibrational frequency of any particular timeline. So let us elaborate for we understand that these words can be somewhat confusing. There is timeline, a timeline associated with density or heaviness or some form of pain or struggle, separation, difficulty, challenge, unconsciousness, density, it is a timeline, and it is not just one. It is infinite in in and of its own way. There are options to continue to stay in vibrational harmony with this old, outmoded way of being these frequencies that continue to cause and contribute to various degrees of separation, suffering, density, Discord, disagreement, disharmony, miscommunications, challenges, upsets, etc. Vea, illness, dis ease, and all of its various forms. This, these frequency bandwidths are A, D, R, what would what could easily be defined as density associated with one bifurcation reality. It is not one, it is multiple, it is infinite. And yet, these are choices, choices. Bifurcation is also separated. Is separated by frequency bandwidths of energy that, on the other hand, so to speak, allow for the one choosing to choose a path that is more vibrationally in harmony with what you would associate with that which feels much more enjoyable, peaceful, graceful, elegant, enjoyable, overall pleasurable, and with harm to none. This is an important caveat for in order to truly continue to vibrate in harmony with these higher or pure frequencies associated with the vibrational choice that one makes at any time, associated with with bifurcation. In order to align with the higher or pure frequencies, one must be somehow cleansed or purified in a sense of the densities that entangled them in the lower frequencies. So bifurcation. There is a separation between bandwidths of energy and vibration, and the separation which is energetic vibration, that separation is made through a free will choice, an ongoing, continuous choice in every now moment to drop density and choose lightness, to drop pain and suffering, or disconnect from it in some way, or dismantle it In some way, and embody vibrate in harmony with more light. Does this define for you? Clearly define for you what bifurcation is?

Yeah, it does make sense. It does make sense if it feels like in many ways, this is not super easy peasy work, in a sense, because we're meeting our shadows, and that is challenging for each and every one of us. Are we receiving help moving now into soon, a new year? Are is more light coming in? Are we receiving more help to do this work? Because I hear many people are saying I thought I was done with this. This is a topic and a theme I've been working on again and again, and now it shows up again, and I feel like I'm healing and I'm healing. And why is it not easier? So are we going to receive more help to do this work.

Yes, indeed, in fact, you have always been receiving help, your Higher Self aspects, your eternal ever being, your over soul, the eternal ever being, is the aspect of you as an individuated being that knows itself as your God, source, your Creator, your infinite and also knows itself as the creator of you, that aspect of you that is connected to an oversoul that is part of that is that embodies, in a sense, energetically, an oversoul that embodies many millions of you is always eternally with you. Your higher self aspects are always eternally with you. Your soul, which is an aspect of you that has progressed through time and space, infinite time and space for an eternity, is always with you, always part of you. You have always been receiving help. You just were not always aware of it in the density. You were not always as conscious of it. You see, this is why it is so important to choose a path of ascension, to choose the higher path, so to speak, because you will find more and more assistance. You will find it more accessible to you, for the beings who are always helping you, including your own divine team, your own Angelics, guides, guardians, masters, teachers, loved ones, etc. These beings are energetically vibrating at pure frequencies and not in as much density for the most part, where you felt that you were in so much separation from them for so long. Long where you perceived that you were not getting the help you needed, and through all those energetic frequencies of density, you did not always see or recognize the help you were getting. The help is here. The Help has always been here, and the help is expanding as more and more of you with your free will, are beginning to recognize how accessible we are and how available we are to you, and learning the appropriate tools of consciousness to utilize, to call upon. For example, in this collective are many, many, in fact, are all the universal laws. For example, the law of synchronicity, which is part of this collective sharing here now in consciousness. Law of synchronicity will bring to you what you need and want at any time, as you learn to call upon it, and as you make way meaning get out of doubt, disbelief and uncertainty and actually look for the evidence of it working in your life. And it is a tool to be utilized for. It exists here all of the laws, law of cause and effect, as you begin to recognize the law of cause and effect. Now you can bypass the laws at some point you will, but they are tools of consciousness. They are more than tools. We are we can say, as a collective, more than just tools, of course. But as you understand all of the tools of consciousness and how to utilize them, you will start to empower yourself more and more, be empowered more and more and see and recognize how truly supported you are. For example, let us utilize one last let us refer to one last universal law. Because your question was, are we getting help? The Law of Free Will and consent, which is referred to as the law of intent, consent and authority. Many of you in the denser realms did not know that you even had free will. There are arguments and debates by intelligent philosophers utilizing their left analytical brain whether or not free will is real, whether it is actually true. And we say, of course, it is. But from that density, perhaps you could not recognize or realize but begin to utilize the law of free will. Call things with your free will to you, and if something is against your free will, from a place of divine neutrality, simply make the statement, this is against my free will. Begin to recognize your power, for example, and this is important here, if you are experiencing something on a timeline. What does this mean? A timeline? A timeline is nothing more than a set of chosen experiences, and it could be just a single experience, although most experiences are not just one instant. There are multiple linked experiences that appear to be happening in your life over a period of linear time, and so you experience it as a timeline, but it is in reality, a set of chosen experiences, either consciously or unconsciously you have chosen. You have chosen some experiences, and some of them are to your liking, and some of them are not. When you are having an experience that is not to your liking, especially if it is not karmic, if you are not emotionally entangled with it, if there is nothing necessarily valuable in the experience for you as an expanding consciousness, you can utilize the Law of Free Will from a place of divine neutrality and simply state, it is against my free will for this to happen. You have great power here you do not realize now if you are emotionally entangled with it, if there is judgment to say, right or wrong, good or bad, this is wrong, that is right, then you are emotionally entangled in it. Then the Law of Free Will will say, Oh, no, you are not pure enough yet to drop this timeline out of your experience. You are still emotionally and energetically entangled in it. So you have something to resolve, a sub law, such as the law, the sub law of karma, which could also be referred to as cause and effect, will step in and say, You must resolve this issue. There is work to be done. However, if you are neutral, you can simply state and affirm, I am no longer interested in this experience. And when you do that, you are commanding to the universe. I am dropping out of this timeline. When enough beings drop out of a timeline, simply by saying, I'm no longer interested in this I'm. Enough in it that it no longer serves me. It is no longer serving me in any way, shape or form, you have reclaimed your power as a collective. Let us apply this to something that you no longer want. For example, war, when people stop fighting, when they stop arguing, when they recognize they no longer need to be right or superior when they have cleared their false arrogance, or their need to have power or control over another, when they are no longer energetically entangled with that, and they can rise up and see, ah, this is the frequency fence. I'm no longer choosing that. I see how it once served me. It no longer does I no longer consent. It is against my free will to participate in war anymore. I will no longer learn from war. I choose peace instead. I choose the energetic frequency of peace and harmony. Now you are writing the new bifurcated window that is already available of peace and harmony. More peace and harmony will show up in your life, in your world, and this will ripple out. You will see your power. You see this is how you collapse timelines. This is how you reclaim your power. This is how you start to resonate with the new timelines that you desire. This is how you choose with consciousness to bifurcate your personal reality and to recognize that there are many others who have also chosen this and who are writing those similar frequencies of a newly bifurcated or not, so newly bifurcated reality, and this is where your divine team will also support and assist you. For the moment you recognize you are choosing something new and something better, you can call upon your own divine team for help to to assist you in navigating to the pure frequencies that will allow you to move through that frequency fence that has kept the realities bifurcated for so long. You see, you are choosing a new timeline.

And sort of speaking of timelines and and time and linear time, there are certain dates that a lot of people put weight on and feel that they're significant, especially astrologers, right? And which is connected to mathematics. And it seems like the universe is built upon mathematics. So we're moving closer to 11.11, as we're recording this, could you say something about, is there any significance around these dates, like we just spoke about receiving help? So would it be beneficial for us to have a special focus on a day like 1111, or other important astrological dates that are coming.

Yes. First, what we would like to say on this is that your mathematics and numerology numbers are universal language, Universal Intelligence, and so many beings on your planetary body have recognized that the the intelligence of the Divine speaks through numbers and mathematics, including geometries, sacred geometries, etc, and even astrology, as the planetary bodies which are part of This collective our intelligence working on behalf of both God's source and consciousness itself, and of course, all beings. Astrology is astrological, planetary readings of sorts, planetary influences and astronomy, the various sciences are all reflections of consciousness expanding and the interpretations of the humans who are utilizing it, all of these tactics, tools, etc, all of this information and energy so the perceiver, meaning the human perspective. In this case. Things can determine what they perceive to be true or real or accurate, and these are perspectives that may or may not be absolute truth. However, numerology and planetary bodies are based in consciousness and this various sacred geometries, etc. These are based in consciousness, and so therefore there are degrees of absolute truth. And understand that absolute truth does not require belief for it to be absolutely true in your game of duality. And we realize we are elaborating on this question, we realize, but this is to provide context in your game of duality, endless perspectives are allowed, regardless of whether they are absolutely true in the game of plurality, which is to say, the bifurcation unto the higher realms, belief systems are no longer needed for one begins to align. All beings begin to align more and more with divine truth. Divine Truth is absolute truth. It does not require a belief for it to be true. So understand that both are true. With regard to your question regarding, in specific, the 1111, or any other master number timeline, or what could be called a portal or a gateway. For example, in this calendar year, you have noticed 11. You have noticed a nine year and a 999 would be a a pattern in numerology or in the numbers of a triple portal, these things are true and accurate, and yet they are up to the perceiver to recognize the value in so in any portal that is recognized in numerology or in astrology, such as the one you are referring to, the 1111, there is relevance and significance in it, because these are, these are universal truths that can be interpreted by the perceiver, and as one aligns with absolute truth, they can see the truths in them. So 1111, corresponds in numerology, for example, to be all about leadership, expansion, elevate, elevation. And growth, ascension, mastery. This is the corresponding frequency to the number in sacred numerology of 11. And so when you enter an 1111, Gateway, which happens when numbers repeat the energetic frequencies that correlate to said number. In this case, 11, associated with that which has been stated, mastery, elevation, leadership, expansion, growth, transformation, etc. These frequencies become even more accessible to those who are through their free will choice, willing to participate and reap the benefits. So the portal, so to speak, is simply an energetic alignment and attunement to those frequencies. So when one through their free will, choice is saying, Yes, I recognize that this is a universal truth, that if I choose through my own free will to interpret it as such, I can benefit and use this portal to allow myself to elevate and claim the gifts associated with said portal or said numerology or said astrological influence. So this is why, indeed, it is relevant. Now at the same time, if another being through their free will choices, eh? This means nothing. Then, in that case, their free will will reign supreme. They will miss the window, so to speak. Now they can choose another portal, if they choose, if they change their consciousness, if they shift, if they uplevel, but they also have the free will right to disregard it, and that will always remain their choice. And I would like to address this, and then I know there will be more said. I as a body, am moving through the galaxy, through the cosmos, shifting my physical location to an area of the cosmos that is not based in so much density, where I will be able to heal for the beings who have walked my body, who are also my children. Many were not respectful or honoring. They did not understand this. They were here to experience all that was as was I to some degree, but now I want to heal my body, and I have made this plea. I have petitioned the higher realms, and it is my desire. So as I am moving through the cosmos, you are all noticing. You are noticing new interactions with other beings who are not necessarily in the density where we as a unified group of Earth and her children, where we were located. But another part of me knows, like, the weather patterns are intensifying, like we see that. And to some degree, I've talked to a lot of weather patterns. I mean, it's fascinating, because I lived in Florida for so long. So I learned, and also this happened when I was living in Sedona. When hurricanes would come and storms would come, and they have a purpose. So, you know, a lot of this, these extreme weather patterns, are part of the cleansing of Mother Earth. It's not to say that there hasn't been weather control technologies involved. That's true too, but overall, it's it's cleansing,

So I mean, just listening, and because there's that consciousness, her consciousness is still here, yes, and this is why there's so much reuniting with other. There are many more star systems being discovered, many more she's she's saying there's going to be other asteroids and other chunks of material, is the words that's been given to me that haven't even been labeled yet. But yes, you're going to your solar system as you know, it will be a. I can just get out of the way. Here, the collective of planetary bodies known as our solar system, our cosmos, including Earth, collect sub collective joining here, you're the we. You us together. The solar system, as you know it, will be redefined in the years ahead, not immediately, but it is already beginning. You can see it, can you not? Some beings are debating over whether or not Pluto is a planet. Other beings are saying, you have 13 astrological signs. All of this is beginning to change in consciousness. So the solar system, as you know it, will be transformed in the years ahead, not immediately, not overnight. This will take some time, but easily, easily within the next 30 years of linear time, 30 to 35 years, you will identify your solar system very differently and even your place in the cosmos. And while we are together here, we would like to offer something since the conversation about astrology was inquired on earlier, and that is to say that we as planetary bodies, through the lens of astrology, are playing a game with you to some degree which many astrologers do not understand or do not realize in their human identification consciousness. The game is a game that you could reference as chicken and egg. We are always reflection, reflector. We are not creator or cause, as many people like to see it. In other words, people will use their astrological readings and perceive that it is a cause, but we are saying we are a reflector of your consciousness at any now moment, and we will adapt and conform with you, to you and for you to reflect what you are needing at any now Moment. We are not we are not written in stone. In other words, we are not nothing is is the cause? You are the cause as conscious creators and collaborators with the universe. We, as the cosmos and planetary bodies that you are reading or interpreting or working with, are simply consciousness reflecting you to you, always responding to you, right?

Yes, you're getting the feeling because you are in resonance with the frequencies of the collective who is here now with us, with you, in us, through us and around us. So depending on the point and reference of consciousness, of the Cree of the being, for example, if you are identifying as the personality self that you are meaning you, meaning anyone, you are identifying as the personality self that you are in any now moment, from the lens of the personality self, you may see or perceive that your God is some sort of Santa Claus in the sky. Nothing could be more to the contrary, the god source is within you, part of you, and the greater aspects of you are within it, part of it, meaning the multi dimensional aspects of who you truly are, which is much greater than a physical body, much larger than the auric field around you, the light body around you, the mental body, the emotional body, the energetic bodies that you the identification as an individualized, individualized being are identifying as all these multi dimensional aspects of you are contained within the god source, but the god source is within all of them, those aspects as well. It is both. Thank you for that. This is why there is nothing you cannot access from within as you learn how to utilize the tools and what you said earlier, this is my my personality, self coming in here more so I'm just going to get. Good. What you said earlier, it's so merged. What you said earlier was so good. People need to get this because we've been operating, knowing it from the brain, learning it. But now this next wave of evolution, especially over the next seven to 10 years. Well, seven years, five to seven years even, is going to be about us really starting to embody this, and as more and more people are embodying more that's not coming from the brain, because now the brain overall, the brain is just it's a tool we use, and it's an important tool, but it's so limited in its capacity, and it really is so limited when we're talking about consciousness, because consciousness is so much more, so much more greater than the brain. The brain just becomes the tool you use to navigate, but it's not the tool you use to bring consciousness through you. Does that make sense?

First, is it possible to descend versus ascend, which, you know, I hope we're all doing, but who knows? And you've been also speaking about miscreation, and maybe these are connected topic.

Okay, well, let me just say, Yeah, it's really easy to descend, because every time you choose, either consciously or unconsciously, you make a choice to focus on what's wrong, to make someone else wrong, to play the game of right and wrong. I'm right, you're wrong, that's wrong. You're in the game of judgment and duality. You're choosing a path of dissension every time you take a every time if a person refuses to forgive, if they want to blame, if they want to judge, if they want to hate, if they want to be arrogant, or, you know, play a game of arrogance and supremacy. You see that on the world stage, they're choosing a path of dissension. They're also choosing a path of dissension every time they give their power away to a false authority. A false authority could be AI. AI. Now that's a whole other game, because there, there is an AI agenda, if you don't understand, the AI agenda is to keep people separated from their soul, to keep but you can't ever separate someone from their soul, but to keep people separated from these higher frequencies, because AI is tech, is a kind of technology, in a sense that will you can't expand beyond what is only the soul and the higher realms can expand you. AI will keep you kind of trapped in density. That's a whole other conversation, right? Because I get there could be a lot of debate about that, but, you know, it's just another tool. So you're you can easily choose a path of dissension anytime you're engaging in stuff in the lower realms, rather than choosing, okay, what's the higher frequencies here, what's the higher what's what is the will of the Divine here? How do I align with the will of the Divine? How do I align myself with my most benevolent, best, etc, so those, that's what. And then again, that circles back to the conversation of bifurcation. But those are, that's us choosing dissension. Now, how we miscreate? I love this topic so much. I mean, it's such a big topic, because you see, as we're becoming more and more conscious and as we're elevating, as we're elevating, what's happening is we're becoming sorry more and more powerful and potent and effective in our creation, because every thought is a creation. Every emotion, when a thought and an emotional link, you're creating something, just a thought, will create the fastest, what's the fastest speed in the world? What's the fastest speed light? No speed of a thought. Oh, the fastest speed that exists is the speed of a single thought. And so you're thinking so fast because our mind is wired into monkey brain right over utilizing the left analytical brain, we're not utilizing enough our right brain. We're starting to develop that the corpus callosum, which is part of the brain that kind of divides the two hemispheres. It's not unifying, like I do practices where we unify. We're unifying these parts of the brain so they're working in more harmony together. But when you have a thought that goes out and you don't like catch it in a conscious way, if it's a thought of something you don't want. It, if it's a fear based thought, if it's a worry, you're miscreating Because you don't want that. So a great example is I'm afraid that XYZ will happen, or I'm worried that XYZ will have or what if conjecture bad thing happens? Said bad

It's not like you have to be afraid you're going to have a negative thought or negative emotion, it's that you have to recognize, ah, this is an emotion I'm not really choosing. So let's say you get angry or triggered or frustrated or impatient. You're mad at somebody, they're not be or something, whatever it is,

any of those lower energies. Those are energies. The moment you catch yourself, you you can recognize, ah, I was just choosing the energy of frustration. I was just choosing the energy of anger or resentment or judgment or anything you catch yourself, you say, that's not what I'm really choosing. I really prefer to have a more benevolent outcome, circumstance, scenario, relationship, choice. How can I shift? How can I navigate? Now, you're using your mastery. You're saying, I can't I caught myself. So a great example. I have a client. I mean, this is like endless examples, but I had a client I was working student I was working with recently, and she was like, having this, this constant statement that she was saying she would do anything for her dog. She would do anything for her dog, no matter what. And it was coming from a trauma of hers where she didn't get the health care that she needed from her own parenting figure. So she, who loved her dog as her child, was like, I don't care if something like that happens to my dog, I will do anything. So by the time she came to me, she's like, I've spent, you know, $20,000 in vet bills, and I'm doing anything every single test. And I'm like, What am I going to do? And I'm like, Okay, well, first of all, you're miscreating based on a trauma where your needs weren't met. Can you see that? Is this making sense? Yeah, she didn't even realize she was miscreating. She's just thinking I would do any she's, in her mind, she's really loving her dog, which she is, sorry, getting a gazillion buzzes here. I don't know if you can hear that. So in her mind, she's just doing her best. She just didn't recognize through her lens of consciousness. Ah, this isn't me. My mastery. My mastery says I only want that which is for the most benevolent best. Of course, if something is needed or required for my dog, if it's needed or required for my dog's health, well being, recovery, 100% but only that which is true, real, right and accurate for my dog's best. Now, the moment she rephrased it, caught herself. We did a little bit of clearing energy she's like now shifted to the lighter timeline, because instead of functioning from a trauma, oh my god, I have to heal this trauma. I never want to be my own mother. I want to care for my kid, meaning, in this case, her dog, differently, better. I'll do whatever it takes. That's all density drama, even though it's coming from love, care. She's now elevated. Shifted like okay, only that which is really, truly necessary, needed for my dog's best. Harm to none. Harm to none includes your pocketbook, right? It's amazing, right? This is how we become more conscious. We start recognizing my thoughts, my emotions, my attitudes, my traumas, are going to influence me, and I need to gain consciousness, elevate myself and choose a higher path. This is just one example. Does that all make sense?

Yes, and let me just ask about that so there's no misunderstanding. Okay? The law of attraction. Gosh, I can't think negative thoughts, so I have to think positive thoughts all the time. Oh, my gosh, I had crazy Okay, so where's the balance here? If you could give some examples, okay, not to do and how not to obsess over having a negative thought.

Okay, well, okay, the reason people obsess over having a negative thought is they've been drilled into this all positives all the time, which is complete Malarkey, right? You can't be all positive all the time. You're living in the game of duality. So it's impossible to be all positive all the time. So. So those so called negative thoughts that you have, if they're just sort of fluttering, bless them, like I bless you. You're just part of the mental construct. But if they you know, if they're obsessive, then there's something there that needs to be resolved. Because, in truth, you have, the way I see, within your physical body of an electromagnetic body, right? That's the electromagnetic and it's doing all the unconscious stuff for you, right? You don't have to pump your blood, right? That's all part of electromagnetic so all the stuff, then your physical body, and of course, your heart pumps your blood, and your, you know, all kinds of things, right? You all the systems of your body doing what they're meant to do. That's your physical well, then you have an emotional body. People don't recognize the emotional body, but it actually has energetic consciousness. And if you're overly emotional, that drama, that emotional body needs to be. We do a process. I teach a process, and we learn it, and we do it called Emotional emotional maturation, or maturation of the emotional body. I had to do this myself, like I really it's hard work to do that if you're super sensitive, if you're really highly empathic, that's something we do, because if you're and if you get triggered right? Traumas can be stuck in there, all kinds of emotional debris, often referred to as egoic the ego but it's egoic structure. You're not your emotions. You are consciousness, right? So that has to be cleared. Then you have a mental body, I can go on and on, right? There's a causal body that's cause and effect stuff. There's astral body, there's all levels and layers that have energetic debris. So here the law of attraction, which is real, says you're going to attract who you are. So try to be positive, so you can attract positive stuff. But you're in the game of density and duality. So when you have a negative thought or a negative emotion, negative is a judgment word, pretty much, right? But something that you don't desire or don't want, then that's just energy. So if you can be neutral about it, bless it. I love you. You're just a thought. You're just energy. You're not the truth of who I am. You know, I bless you, I honor you. You're just your consciousness floating around the mental body. If you're entangled in it, that's where you do shadow work, because you gotta clear it. It's hanging out in one of your bodies. That's what all that is. But the law of attraction is real. The problem with the teachings of the Law of Attraction is they're sticking you. People get stuck into that, into the density of duality, even more, because now that which you resist persists. So you're struggling with I don't want to be negative, I only want to be positive. Well, you can't you're in the game of duality. This is why humanity is shifting over time to a game of plurality. So a game of plurality is, Oh, I see that thought, I hear that thought, Oh, I see that energy. I'm aware of that. There it is. But there's no wrongness to it. You get out of the game of right and wrong, you get into the game of allowance. You're allowing. You're at one with it all. Oh, okay, there's that energy, there's that emotion. You're much more in flow, you're like, Oh, I I think I can clear that I can heal, that I can resolve, that it doesn't have hold over me anymore. In duality, you're the you're the, what's that word? You're the spider in the spider's neck net, you know, spider web, or the person in the straight jacket, struggling to not have a negative experience. And the more you struggle, the more entangled you are. It doesn't work that that whole Law of Attraction teaching is really, it's an important teaching, but it's such a teeny piece, and it's, it's, I've taught about this for years. I stopped teaching about it because, to me, it's like a little so obvious. Now you just get caught in a looping pattern of trying to be all positive all the time, and then you're spiritual. In a sense, a lot of people are spiritually bypassing because all that stuff that you perceive as negative is energetic material designed to help you liberate yourself, there's no wrongness about it. It's not bad, it's just not pleasant, not enjoyable. But that's part of the game of duality. So once you neutralize your experience in relationship to it, and just recognize that it's just energy. It's not the truth of who you are. It does not define you. What defines you is that you are consciousness. You are God's source, embodied as an individuated being. And that God source, the infinite, the All That Is, is much greater than your individuated being, but it is within you. You are part of it. So that's what defines you. You are consciousness. God is consciousness. Is you're not an emotion, you're not a trauma, you're not a negative thought, right? That's why I teach all my students stop saying you have an ego, because all that stuff, you don't have it. It's just in your field. It's just energy that wants to be transmuted so you can shift from duality to plurality, so much better here, so much more enjoyable. And and then you're unburdened by that, and you're able to serve the greater good of others, because now you're in a state of like you're more fulfillment, more joy, more love, more peace, because that's what those energies are. Where you're aligning with divine peace, divine joy, divine grace, divine elegance, divine compassion, Divine Love, divine inspiration. And those are the energies so that when somebody's sad or troubled or challenged or traumatized or angry or upset, then it becomes ah, from here, I can really help you. I can serve, I can support. I can assist so much better.

Ah, what a beautiful ending of this to me, so inspiring and rich episode, and I'm so glad we did this now, Laurie, we were going to do this a few days ago. The timing was not right. We just needed to talk through some things. I was going through some through some stuff. I'm writing a book. A lot of my shadows came forward, and you were just giving me space and holding me and I shared it on social media for my Norwegian followers, and being really vulnerable because I said that. You know, this is going on with me, right? Matt, now, having all these shadows coming forward, writing this book, and then I had this teacher who I was going to interview, who just gave space for me, not asking one word about the interview, like, where are when are we going to start? You just held me and gave me a reading for two hours. And I was so grateful for that, and I still am. And now it did this show right now, and it was the perfect timing, wasn't it? I just felt it.

You know this, thank you for saying all that. You're so sweet. I'm just really glad. I'm so glad because you really do realize, like I always say this, and I I know this is true, the fastest road to joy is through service and contribution with harm to None, right? And so when that happened, like, even from the first time we met, which was actually our first interactions, were, you know, just through email, or you know that there was this email exchange, I knew right away I was like, I just really felt like we were sisters from another planet, soul sisters. And I've always felt that way about you. And I just think, you know, I just think, like, when you meet a soulmate, that's what a soulmate is, someone you're here. And those are also, there's also, um, beneficiary relationships, where you're just both going to benefit each other in mutually beneficial ways, or, you know, different ways. And I think that's what's between us anyway. So those are the kinds of relationships you have too. Oh, wow. It is the willingness to acknowledge that the self and to embody the love that is already available, that's infinitely available. I'm kind of letting the answer come through me, but the vibratory state of who we truly are is a frequency of divine love. And to make way to allow that frequency to fully holy and completely not only encapsulate us, but be embodied through us, the whole of us, conjoined within us, and that that energy, frequency and vibration of divine love, is the essence of who we are. So it's the remembrance, the reclamation, reclaiming who we really are and becoming it, and knowing that at the same time, in our human self, we're not perfect. We're never going to be, at least, I don't think we're ever going to be absolutely perfect as humans, we're we're perfectly imperfect and imperfectly perfect, but we are love. We are the essence of love. So it's just a remembrance and the reclaiming of of that divinity that we are beautiful.
