Hi. Thank you for having me. I'm excited to have you today.

You are a conscious trans channel medium. You're also an artist, and you are channeling Ascended Masters, including Saint Germain, and you're helping humanity through this channeling to empower them to practice spiritual alchemy, which we'll probably learn more about. And I'm curious also to hear what Saint Germain has to say today, I've had some other channelers also channel him, and I'm excited to see whether the channeling is similar or if it's different. But what I'm curious at the get go is, how did you start channeling? Have you always have had these abilities?

Tara Arnold 2:00

Well, when I was a child, it came in differently that I would hear them speak out loud. And then as I grew older, I went into my teenage years, and kind of went out of connecting with my spirit guides. And then later on in life, I came back to it, because I was having some illness and some injuries at work, I was a nurse, and I was not able to heal very fast. So then I started taking natural therapy courses and energy healing courses, and it kind of just opened everything up, and the guides started giving me messages to give to clients, and then when I wouldn't give them, my clients kind of stop. So they're like, if you're not going to give our messages, then we're not going to bring the client. So I started giving messages, and then it was a lot of fun. So I went from conscious channeling into trance channeling, and, yeah, I've been doing that ever since I have a YouTube channel where I channel ascend ambassador, Saint Germain for conscious expansion, right? And could you explain what conscious trans channel medium really means for those who are a bit confused or new to this, yeah. So I can go in and out of trance, like from conscious to trans, channeling really fast. So both in deep trans, well, unconsciously aware. So there's like two aspects of me. One of my aspects is translating the messages. So when they bring in the messages, they bring them in in light code frequencies, and they come into my crown chakra, and then my brain translates them into English. Or if, if you don't speak English, whatever language you speak, you just translate it. If you're going to start trans channeling, this is how it works. So my brain would translate it, and then there's one aspect of me that's translating and there's another aspect of me that is asking them questions, maybe about what they just channeled about. And then that brings in more answers so they respond to our frequency. So you can only channel from where you're consciously expanded to.

So if someone is channeling and they're resonating with the messages, they're in the similar vibration, but if they're not resonating with them, it might mean that they're more expanded, or not as expanded as much as the channeler. So you can tell like what resonates with you. That's how you find out your truth. So every time you hear a Chandler, what Saint Germain recommends is to check in is that your truth is that where you're resonating at because all the channelers like have similar messages, but different, it's because everyone's vibrating someone differently. So he's showing me that a lot of people are wanting to find their truth and speak their truth, and that's how you find out what your truth is like. Where are you vibrating at what messages resonate with you? And as they're bringing in the messages, they also bring in light code frequencies through my shockers to the audience. Oh, beautiful, exciting. Alright, so truth, so that means that there is not one single truth, or is there.

Correct. There's many truths depending on because everything is one energy. But you everyone's having an experience of being individual. And so everyone's vibration is vibrating in a different frequency at all times. And so based on your upbringing, your belief systems, how consciously expanded you are, how many questions you're asking the universe. If you ask the questions to the universe constantly, like, show me more. Show me how everything's a reflection of me, the universe will start answering. So everything in our reality, what they show me is like a hologram. So it's we're projecting our frequency out and it reflects back to us. So you can get a lot of information around you from what's happening in your reality. It's it's a reflection of where you're vibrating at. So if, if somebody rang the doorbell and you opened it and they handed you flowers, you would say, Oh, I give gratitude. That's a reflection of how I'm loving myself, like I'm not criticizing myself. But if you open the door and they said, Why haven't you fixed your step, and they started criticizing something that you didn't do or did do, then you know that you've been criticizing yourself like everything is a reflection, and everyone's always channeling. They're either channeling from the ego or from the heart. So if you want to start channeling from the heart, you just ask the universe to show you more of your truth around you, and then you'll start tapping in on a deeper level, into the heart, instead of channeling from the head, like where we speak from the ego all the time.

Interesting, in my words, I have heard of people speak about looking at life as a reading in itself, just like you actually said that instead of having a reading from a psychic, you just look at your whole life as a reading, as collection, then that is an interesting way of living, I gotta say. So you said that when we receive channeling, we receive it from the level of consciousness we're at. But is that the same with you? So the more you raise your vibration, the more pure channeling you receive, in a way,

yeah, so I like my youtube channel like seven years ago when I started it, it was where I was vibrating at. So a lot of the people that came to me then might not come to see me now, because they might have expanded past where I can channel from, or they might have gone on to do their own channeling, or that it just might not have resonated because they decided not to expand. So as I expand more of my consciousness, and how I do that is by going in and transmuting dark back to light within myself or fears back to love. That's how we all expand our consciousness and awaken on our spiritual journey. And as we expand within us, then our vibration, it doesn't get bigger, it just gets different, like it expands because they don't like to use the terminology of like, better or bigger or more or higher or lower, they just say it's different. It's it's more expansion within your consciousness. But ultimately, everyone is God's source energy. So it's like, well, you start to see more, like everybody already has all the psychic abilities. And as you expand your consciousness by going in and giving that love to yourself that you maybe didn't get as a child, or healing the wounds within you. And you expand. You become everything. So people sometimes will put a bubble of protection. I'll call in. Maybe there's somebody in the audience that might call in Archangel Michael for protection. But as you expand your consciousness, you are becoming everything. So what would you need to be protected from? Because you are both the dark and light. You are all energy, and all energy comes from that one frequency, that source God, source energy. So allof your intuitive abilities will open up, and all your psychic abilities, they're already there. They have never been gone. It's just remembering that they're there. So everything's a remembering. We all know what the end result is. We all know what it is to be fully conscious with Source energy. So it's like the journey of going back to what we already are.

It's an important discussion to have that, that we have different perspectives on channeling and receiving it differently and finding our own truth, because I feel like sometimes we could fall into the trap of putting channelers up here and the messages that come through as the ultimate truth. Well, this is saying this one is saying this, and this one is saying that and what to believe, but always coming back to yourself, What does resonate with me? And that doesn't mean that the other teaching is wrong. It could just be a preference and a vibrational difference, and I think that is very empowering. And it took me a long time to understand that actually, because I was looking for the ultimate truth all the time, and then I was like, do I have some sort of power? Do I have some sort of truth? So that's an interesting journey. How do you know you spoke about channeling from the head and the heart, how do you know you're in your heart? And how do you know that you're not making it up?

Okay, when you're channeling from the heart, compared to channeling from the head, there is no judgment in it. So if there's judgment in it, you're in the ego consciousness. That's how you'll you'll know. So if you are everything in the ego, consciousness is a polarity, it's a contrast, it's a duality. So it's Up, Down, Right, wrong, yes, no, there's always a polarity to it. So the past or the future. So if you're thinking about the past, you're in the ego, you're channeling the ego. If you're thinking about the future, you're channeling the ego, because you you went to the polarity. If you're in the Now moment, you're channeling from the heart. So in in order to channel from the heart, whatever you speak is there's no judgment on anything. So if you're saying something's good, that's a judgment. You're back in the ego. If you're saying something bad, that's, that's a judgment, you're back in the ego. So it's, it's channeling without judgment is, is your first sign that you'll know whether you're in the heart or the head.

That makes sense, and at the beginning, I'm just curious, like, did you think you were making it up, or did you just trust it right away, because it felt different?

Tara Arnold 12:47

Oh, that's a good question. Your ego is always going to criticize you, so that as you start channeling, what happens is the ego is going to say, I don't want you to channel from the heart. I want to run the show. So when you first start channeling, your ego actually appears louder. It's not getting louder, it's just you're consciously more aware of it. So as you begin channeling. In the beginning, you're going to channel the ego a little bit, because the ego is going to fight and battle with your spirit to take like it wants to keep running the show. So it's going to be seem like a struggle at the beginning, as those two energies are like colliding. So eventually, what happens is you'll get deep enough to override the ego, and then the ego lets go, and it just floats by. So the ego death. It doesn't die. It's not going anywhere. It, it, you just let go of your attachment to it. So even now, even after I'm done channeling my ego, still telling me I didn't do a good job. It's just floating by. I'm not attaching to it. I'm not believing it. And so what I recommend when if people would like to start channeling, is channel that when you're starting to channel and you can hear the ego come in. It sounds like the ego you're criticizing yourself. Just channel the ego for a little bit, and as you channel the ego for a little bit, you'll relax deeper. And then your spirit guides, or your higher self, or whoever you're channeling, because you can channel the universe. You don't need a spirit guide to channel. You can you don't need an identity to connect with. You can say, well, I'm going to channel source energy. So as you're channeling, you'll notice that after a few minutes, you'll relax deeper, and when that happens, the the Christ consciousness can take over, and then your channeling will become from the heart instead of the head, but that's where a lot of people will stop and they'll say, Well, I can't channel my egos in the way. No, just channel the the ego for a little bit and relax into it. And no matter what you're channeling, the Ascended Masters or the universe or God or whoever you're channeling is not judging you, it's only you judging yourself. So channel the ego for a bit, and as you relax, all of a sudden, you'll say something really profound, and then the excitement that you'll know that that wasn't me, that wasn't my ego, I didn't have those thoughts. Those are not not have those thoughts, because it's going to sound like thoughts coming in, but it's, it's, you're going to notice it wasn't your thoughts. It came from something that didn't judge. And my ego always judges, so that wasn't me. That's how you'll know. And then he's showing me Saint Germain, showing me, right now that a lot of people, they really want to channel, but then they're they're really caught up in to I can't do this, or my ego is too loud. That's how you override it. Just channel the ego for a bit, and don't attach to it. Just let it. Let it do what it's going to do if it's going to criticize you, channel it. Channel that, like my ego's criticizing me right now. I can't do this. This is I look silly, whatever it is. And then as you relax deeper into it, they take over. And then the excitement of channeling, that you channeled something profound, that you channeled something that was a truth that wasn't from the head, it was from the heart, that excitement will push out a trance, and then you've gotta push yourself back down. So it's like a training. So for whoever's because he Saint Germain showing me that there's a lot of people, maybe in your audience, that would like to channel, or who have tried, and he's saying, don't give up. It's, it's your natural state. So it's more natural to trans channel than it is to speak. It's more natural to conscious channel, or, yeah, trance channel, than it is to conscious channel, because I'm deeper into trance. So when I go into trance, there's more of the spirit guides coming through, or more of God coming through, and less of me. When I'm consciously channeling, like right now, with your questions, I'm consciously channeling so you asked me a question, and then I'm asking Saint Germain to bring in the answer. And so as he's guiding my words, I'm giving the answer. But if I go into trance and I go deeper, there's more of his personality. If I'm in light trance, it's more of my personality. So the deeper you go, the more that they can take over, and the more, um, the their words will come out that, like Christ conscious words, instead of, you know, our ego words. So don't give up if you, if you feel like you're in the ego, keep going with it.

Wow. This was very helpful, like mini class on channeling. Um, what I'm super curious about is that when Channeler like you and other channelers channel the same being, because others are also channeling Saint Germain, have you watched them, and have you noticed similarities or differences? And why would there be differences in the channeling if you're channeling the same being?

Tara Arnold 18:21

That's a great question. So I don't personally watch any other channelers, because I don't want it to influence what I channel. So I I used to watch channelers before I started channeling, but then as I began channeling Saint germains, like your ego is going to want to attach to what other people are channeling about or what other people are saying. So he's like, don't listen. Is the guidance I got from the Ascended Masters. So I personally don't listen to other channelers, but I do know that you channel based on where you're vibrating at, so their messages will be based on where they're consciously expanded. But not only that, it's how their ego will translate. So some people have a superior fed ego and some people have an inferior fed ego. So there's people that are empathic or narcissistic, their ego tends to to grab different words based on the what they came onto the planet, like in their human body, which kind of ego that their human body decided, or their soul, I guess, decided to play with in this lifetime. So some people's ego is more superior and some people's ego is more inferior, meaning that if an inferior fed ego will criticize themselves, and a superior fed ego will criticize others, it's just how we perceive the world. So as the messages are coming in, depending on what type of brain. And what type of ego and what type of words and education that you've had in life experiences, that's how you'll translate. So remember, it's translating. So they're bringing in light language and your brain, your eyes look around your brain to grab the words to match their light language, so they're bringing in the frequency. So whatever word you use the most, that's the word you'll grab. So if I use the word God, but your audience uses most of your audience uses the word universe. If I was in trance right now and I went to grab the word God, Saint Germain would back me up, and he would say, grab the word universe, because more people will resonate with that. So it depends on your education, your upbringing, your life experiences, how your your ego criticizes you, because then it's a filter. So it's, it's saying, make your you know, it comes through. It's a filter. And so the best way I can describe it, so that's why other people's messages will be different, but similar. There's also different aspects. So a lot of people right now are channeling Saint Germain, because he's one of the spiritual, spiritual guides for the Aquarian Age. So like Jesus and Buddha were there for the Piscean age. And then there's different different cultures and different religions and different beliefs on the planet. So depending on where you live and what your belief system is, that's kind of who you connect with and who you choose to channel. So there's some people that might channel an aspect of Saint Germain that I don't channel. They might tap into an aspect of him from a different lifetime, or with a different like,a whole different energy, a different timeline, different lifetime, like, so if somebody else was channeling Saint Germain, I'm not sure what their messages sound like, because I don't really listen, but I'm sure it might be different based on those things. So it's it's all where we're vibrating at, and what we resonate with, and what we grew up, grew up with. And if you choose to channel and you don't want to play, because your spirit guides are like friends. So you choose your spirit guides like you choose your friends on planet Earth. So if you want to play with friends and different personalities, then you might channel a spirit guide with an identity. But if you don't want to, then you can channel God source energy without an identity. So the difference is, is when I channel Saint Germain, he's he's really funny, his personality comes through, and the way he speaks is different and but when I channel God source energy, there's no gender, there's no personality, there's it's like emptiness and fullness at the same time. It's everything and nothing at the same time. So it's just like a lot of you feel like you're empty, but you feel like you're full, so the energy is quite vastly different depending on what personality you you choose to play with or not. No personality.

Interesting. How has your life changed after started starting to channel, and perhaps, you know, walking the talk or living after what you are learning from Saint Germain and other Ascended Masters,

my life's changed in a lot of ways, to where it's not needing anything outside of myself anymore. So as you go on your spiritual journey and you expand your consciousness, you might find that you no longer have attachments outside of yourself, so you have less friends. You have less attachments like you don't feel like you need to very

good thing though, to have less friends,

yeah, because you're not needing anything outside of yourself. So if like so by going in and giving that love to yourself and finding that inner child within you, that everything you're searching for, for somebody else outside of you to love you, that that falls away, so then you no longer need to search that. So you it's it's like the universe starts to remove all the people that you were attached to, all the people that you needed them to love you or you needed to love them. Energetically, it no longer resonates because you're giving that love to yourself, and your consciousness expands, and they no longer are vibrational match, and the universe just kind of moves them out. So. So it gets more you get more space because you're you're less busy because you are more on the now, you don't have a lot of people around you with, with, like, a lot of like, commotion or like, there's not a lot of people needing things from you. It's just kind of like they they leave. And so you find a deeper sense of fulfillment, because you're not your ego's not searching or chasing for love outside yourself. So you don't feel like you're missing anything. You actually feel more fulfilled. So I feel more fulfilled since I started channeling, and the energy that they bring through when I channel is divine love that you don't feel on planet Earth. So it's a lot more fun for me to hang out with spirit guides or my inner child, because I can feel that divine love. It's a lot more fun than to hang out with somebody who's deep in the ego, where it's like attack after attack from their ego.

Hmm, I would love to keep my friends. I'm thinking that we could still bring or accept each other with unconditional love, not needing anything from each other, because, I mean, we are all one, so wouldn't that mean that I'm just seeing myself in another person? I wouldn't understand. But that's my perception, the sort of goal or not needing anyone, because that in itself is acceptance, love, embracing our differences. So you said that when we receive channeling, we receive it from the level of consciousness we're at. But is that the same with you? So the more you raise your vibration, the more pure channeling you receive, in a way,

Tara Arnold 27:05

Yep, yeah. And you can keep your friends. It doesn't mean that your friends have to leave. There's your friendships become different. So a third dimension friendship is there's expectations in it. So right now, Saint Germain, I'm just asking him, what's the difference between a third dimension friendship and a fifth dimension friendship? Because as you expand your consciousness, you go into more of a fifth dimension reality. And so he what he shows me is, in third dimension there's always an expectation. There's always a disappointment. If somebody doesn't please the other person, or for example, he's showing me like if you had dinner plans with someone and then they canceled last minute, you might feel a little disappointed or upset, where in fifth dimension, there's no disappointment, there's no upset, because there's no expectation. So you can keep your same friends, but as you both expand in consciousness, if your friends are awakening too, then those expectations leave and there's no like judgment on each other, like you, like he showed me a lot of third dimension friendships, they'll hang out, and then when that one friend leaves, they'll call another friend and talk about that other friend. And so in fifth dimension, he's showing me like two, two men, old, older men sitting on a porch, and they're rocking their rocking chair on the porch back and forth, and they're both really silent, but they're enjoying each other's presence. They're enjoying each other's company in silence. That's more of what a fifth dimension friendship looks like. And then the third dimension is a lot of, well, you know what a third dimension friendship is? It's like a lot of, like, where I was talking and, you know, judging and, and it's fun, and we have fun with our third dimension friendships, but Fifth Dimension friendships, there's, it's like you sit, you don't need to talk as much. It's more like telepathic. It's more like energy exchanging. I have, I'm married, so I have a relationship. It's not like I'm I'm totally alone, and it's just as we're both expanding our consciousness, what happens is the ego love, the ego attachments that you have for each other, like whether it's your friends or your spouse or your family members, they collapse, and what gets replaced is more heart centered love. So as I let go of all the attachments that I had to my husband, because I fell in love with him when I was in third dimension, I fell in love with him when I was deep in third dimension and not channeling so I had to deconstruct all those attachments of needing him to give me the love that I couldn't find within myself. So as I let those go and they collapse, and I love myself, then my consciousness expands, and then he lets go of me, and his consciousness expands, we actually have a deeper connection from the heart, because all the ego. And and judgment and jealousy or expectations, that's all fallen away. I mean, this is, you know, over a period of a lot of years, but it's now our heart centered love is so expanded, and there's, yeah, we don't have those attachments like we used to.

And that is something there has been an increasing focus on personality disorders, Psychopaths, sociopaths, and I'm curious if you could share a little bit about that from a spiritual perspective, if that is something a soul chooses to take on that's a sort of a an assignment to learn something themselves and teach something to others, or if it actually is sort of a result of old karma,

Oh yes, welcome. I'm Saint Germain. We welcome you. Okay, so I'm just going to go a little deeper, just going to grab myself a little bit more. Oh yes, welcome. We welcome you all. We are showing our channel. Okay, so they're changing something in that Kashuk record. So I'll just be one second.

Oh, yes, welcome. I'm Saint Germain. We welcome you all. We are showing our channel that the dark cannot exist without the light. You are all playing the games of polarities. You have come to planet earth to play the game of duality. If there was no duality, there would not be a game. One would not be motivated to awaken if they did not, if they did not have the polarity of that which they are. This is where we are showing the difference between a narcissistic, superior fed ego and an empathic inferior fed ego. We do not label, but we will allow for the terminology to explain at this time that there are many on planet earth that have chosen. Everyone on planet Earth has chosen what body they would be in and what type of ego program they would run on planet Earth. They are playing the dark with the light the dark versus the light on planet earth. It is all about awakening, and how do you know what you are if you have nothing to compare it to when one is on planet Earth and they are considering themselves a light worker, and they are bringing light, and they are angry that there is darkness. How would they know what they are? If they have no comparison, they have come to planet Earth and put on these human costumes, and then they go into the game of the ego, and it is about finding the way out. You will notice that many on planet earth that are in the light worker role of an empath, have chosen to be surrounded by the dark so that they could find their way out of the game. It is all a game. It is a game of polarities, and yes, you all choose to play these games in all lifetimes, one lifetime you may choose a darker game, and another time you might choose a lighter game. It is about experiencing the frequencies. It is not about the dark and light, but it is about it.

Experiencing the frequencies to play with. If I come to planet Earth and someone pushes me on the playground and I learn compassion because it hurt when they pushed me, then I will know that polarity of light. I will know that polarity in light because I've learned the compassion. But if I come to planet Earth and have my heart broken by a loved one because they have passed away and I am grieving deeper, I will learn that level of compassion because I've lost something so close to me, everyone on planet Earth is here to play with a game of frequencies, and if there was no polarity of that which you are, you could not see or expand in your consciousness, because you are already everything. You are both the dark and the light. It is a game of frequency, and you have chosen the game not we wouldn't say karmically. We would not use the terminology karmically as it is, implying that you cannot change it. We wish to bring in information about karmic debt at this time, you do not need to have karmic debt. It is a man made, a man made concept. If I do this to this person, then I will be punished, and that is my karmic debt. We would wish to bring in a frequency to transmute this belief at this time, if you're open to receiving, say you are open to receiving. It is a frequency to set one free from their karmic debt. And because we are showing our channel that in the moment, in this Now moment, you can change any frequency back to love, it is a game of polarities. And the karmic debt is you judging it as wrong. And we would not judge anything as wrong. There is no karmic debt, unless you have the belief that there is karmic debt, you are not here to pay back debts. You are not here to be punished and have to prove yourself. You are here to play with frequencies and expands one's consciousness. You are here to feel the different vibration of emotions and frequencies. It is a game. It is a play get into the feeling of how each of these emotions feel, and play with those emotions, if it is an emotion of hate, hate and anger and rage, and you have hurt someone, you have physically hurt someone, go in and give that love to yourself in that moment, and you will not create A karmic debt because you have forgiven and loved yourself in the moment, and it instantly transmutes back to love. This is whether someone hurts you or you hurt them. It is seeing it through the eyes of God when Jesus was on the cross, the story of Jesus being on the cross, and He is looking at the people who are torturing him, and he is saying, I they know not what they do. And he is looking at them with the eyes of compassion. He is not judging their actions. This is what we are saying. Look through the eyes of love, and you will not have karmic debt, because you will see the love within yourself and the love within everyone. Look past the ego. You do not have to create karmic debt in this lifetime. You do not have to create it at all.

Some of you have chosen to create karmic debt and in other lifetimes, because this was the belief system. So then, when you crossed over and you came back to planet earth, you said, in that lifetime, I forgot that I was conscious energy. I thought I forgot that I was God source energy. And so I didn't have the power to transmute that frequency of hate, of hate that I hurt someone, of hate of myself. I did not have the power to transmute it within myself back to love. So I will redo that similar a similar experience, because in this lifetime, this lifetime that I'm Awakening on planet Earth, I know that I am source energy, and I know that I have the power to transmute it back to love. All your past lifetimes are coming to the surface now of karmic debt, because in those other lifetimes you did not know you had the power to transmute fears back to love and dark back to light. But this lifetime, you do so. It is coming up from the depths of you. It is coming up from the depths of your chakra, chakra systems and the Kundalini energy is arising in everyone on planet Earth, whether they are aware of it or not, if their spirit has chosen to awaken. In this lifetime, it is come. It is arising. You do not need to go to a guru or meditate for 20 years, the vibrational frequency of the earth and the vibrational frequency within your cells have expanded to the point where the Kundalini energy is arising without you having to do anything. There are many that are asking at this time on your channel. They are asking, Why do I have to meditate so much? And I it is not resonating with me anymore. I keep meditating and it does not feel right anymore. And we are saying that it is that you are already expanded to the point of consciousness that if your spirit is getting bored of meditating, we would recommend to play instead, raise your vibrational frequency by playing. The spirit is getting bored because you are reaching a state of meditation without having to do anything meditation is doing. I must do this a certain way, and I must think this and lay here, and I must set the timer, and I must do this. And the spirit is tired of doing. You are here to remember how to be. It is about being. We would recommend those who are bored of meditating, go play, start to paint or create or sing or dance or cook or bake or garden or write or read or sing, get into the frequency of playing. There is something happening on planet earth that is bringing up old belief systems and incorporating them into the planet at this time, they are taking my power, Saint Germain. So sometimes mother, Mary will come through, and she'll bring through some frequencies for the sacral chakra, and then she'll leave, like, depending on your audience, so what your audience, where they're vibrating at, and what they need at this time, like, I can feel some frequencies for the root chakra and sacral chakra, and then so they'll hop in and out. So as I'm channeling Saint Germain, I'll see Jesus come in, and then he'll he'll just be like, Hi, I'm bringing through some frequencies for the heart, and then he'll leave. Sometimes I translate it, sometimes I don't. It just depends, but they do it like the whole time. That's why I get so hot, and that's why I need a lot more water, because it the the water is like a conductor. So my body temperature heats up really fast when I'm trans channeling because of the frequencies that they're bringing through for healing. Yeah. So I had an experience of when I had it was like when I first started channeling, it it's like lightning hit the top of my head is what it felt like. And then it shot through every chakra. And then I, when I asked what happened, it was like the Christ consciousness was coming through my chakras. And then the I had a client, and they said, like, sit down. And when I sat down, I could feel the energy. Coming through my heart, and then she would feel it through her heart chakra. And then I was like, oh, okay, so they're coming through and then my client left, so I got my husband to come in, and I was like, Okay, can you show me what was going on here? And then they shot through energy through my chakras, and he felt it at the same time through his chakras. So I was like, oh, okay, they're just bringing through frequencies to transmute so well. Every time I channel, they're like, there's other ones bringing through different frequencies, hopping in and out really fast, like they're only in and out, like, for like, a couple seconds, and then they're gone again.

We would say that it is we're showing our channel that everything on planet Earth is a geometric form. The numbers began with angles. Each angle, the number one has one angle. The number two has two angles. The number three has three angles. This is how numbers began on planet Earth. Each number carries a light code, frequency, a sound frequency, and a geometric form within it, we would show our channel that if you look up the history of numbers, you will see the angles that we were talking about. It is that everything has the Trinity within it. We are showing our channel, the triangle. It is that within all energies on planet earth, there are geometric forms. There is a triangle at the base of every thing on planet Earth. We're showing our channel that it is you are seeing everything as solid, but it is not solid. It is energy. If you look at a tree and there is a leaf on the tree, the the leaf appears solid because of your perception of it, but it is expanded in frequency, and within the frequency there are geometric forms and numbers. We are showing our channel that there are the numbers are associated with all things on planet Earth, but your channel, our channel, is reminding us. She asked about the number seven. What is with the number seven? What is the vibrational frequency of the number seven? Each of the numbers have a vibrational frequency within it. You can all feel the frequency of what these numbers mean to you and your perception. There is a root of frequency within the number seven that would take one inward. They would take one in, into an inner knowing within itself. We would call it a frequency of we would not use terminology being alone, but it would be an inner journey of frequency with the number seven, and we are showing that this would expand as you are in synchronicity with more of the same number. So if you have three sevens, and the number seven is resonating with going in on an inner journey within oneself then that would expand more of one's consciousness within them, if they're seeing the number sevens aligning or in synchronicity. Any numbers you see that are in alignment means you are in synchronicity. It means that you are more in the Now moment, which is fifth dimension. You have access to third dimension and fifth dimension. And this, when you were seeing numbers line up, you were tapping into the Now moment in fifth dimension and not going so deep into third dimension.

We would show our channel that there is 10 dimensions on planet earth or on in your universe. You are in a universe that has 10 dimensions. We would say that it is by connecting with any of these numbers that you want unfold more of your blueprint. Ask more questions to the universe about the number seven and how it specifically relates to you. To unfold more of your blueprint around this, you will have aha moments, and you will have more synchronicities the number seven is in many things, just as the other numbers are in many things on planet Earth, it is that they are all within one another. It is that the universe unfolds more of these frequencies of the numbers within everything, there is a number within everything. Everything that you see on planet Earth has a number and a frequency or a combination of numbers within it, a geometric form, a sound, an emotion, a feeling, a color. It is all within it, and it is a combination of it. There is not one single number that is more important than another, and there is not one single number that would feel more powerful than another. So self love is connecting with my inner child. So every single thing that we were programmed in, the ego consciousness, was going against that. So when we're born and we put on our human costume, it's like we're free to be who we are, until somebody tells us we're not. And then, you know, by age five, like for for those who didn't have abusive home, up to age five, a lot of people felt very free and happy and they love themselves, and they were allowed to and then all of a sudden, it's like you get criticized for it, or you have to please your parents, or you start living for other people, like please the Teacher, please the parents. Get higher grades. Go to school, listen to your teacher, listen to your boss, listen to your priest or minister. Follow this society. And then what happens is you go away from from that love that you had that connection to the God within you when you were a child and felt free. So that love is that that sense of freedom. So now, everything I do, I just check in with my inner child. This is something that she wants. Is that, you know, it what's going to make her happy. So throughout my day, it's I wake up, I say happy birthday to myself, because that was the day we felt most special. So it's like every day is my birthday, every day is a birthday party. And then where does my inner child want to play? And then I lead by where she wants to play. So I'll say, Oh, do you want to go for a walk? Do you want to go? Do you want to paint? Do you want to channel? Do you know? And then wherever that feels, because the inner child will move from chakra to shocker to show you how she feels, whatever I feel when, when she says, yes, it's love coming out of my heart, but it's like that divine love. So that's what that self love is, to me, is like always honoring her, and because the inner child's like that aspect of our spirit that remains young, so that we can have joy and awe and wonder and innocence. So check in with her, and she has, like, the key to joy. So she'll bring in joy if you're loving her. But most of us have forgotten our inner child, and so the inner child's like, Well, I'm not going to bring you joy because you're you spent your whole life pleasing everyone else. And what about me? So every time i i do something or say something or respond to someone. Did I just do that to love me and love the God within me and love my inner child? Or did I just do say that to feed their ego, to please them? So just, that's what it is to me. It's, it's always checking that,

That's a good question. I the deeper meaning for me is the just what, how the frequencies, like, how deep I can go into the darkness to transmute them back to love. So I've with the spirit guides, like I've had some really expand, like, expansive experiences, like, by working with like, Mother Mary or Jesus or Saint Germain, where they take me to, like, the deepest darkness, like, it's, it's similar, like, like, dark night of the soul. So they'll take me there on a really deep level, I go into past lifetimes, and I transmute a lot with them, and that's what like the meaning to my life is. The deeper meaning is to be able to transmute those frequencies, and then I can channel that divine love through me. So I can only offer the amount of of healing if I've healed it within myself. If I don't know that frequency, then I can't offer that channeling to others. So before like a session like this, I would work with the Ascended Masters, they would tap into your audience's frequencies, and then they would take me, if I haven't transmuted that frequency within myself, they'll take me to past lifetimes. We'll transmute it. And then we come on for the interview, and as we're doing the interview, they're channeling through divine light, and that person's receiving it, because it's all on a soul level, like their spirit would have said, Yes, I'm open to receiving it. So that's the deeper like meaning of life to me is that I came to do something a little bit different with like with work, but it's not work. It's kind of play. So for me, going to the deepest darkness and being able to transmute that, that's like a lot of fun for me, where most people like they don't like to feel like that level of pain, like of grief or sadness or hate or anger, I like going to those frequencies, transmuting it, and then that's what I have to offer others to download. So everybody's always downloading from us. So you're quite expanded in your consciousness. So a lot of your audience would be downloading from you as they're watching you because of what the work you've done on yourself. So the more work we do on ourselves, that's how we're healing the world, like you don't need to to go out and go like, Go heal. Like, say, there's a war. And if you see everybody as as something's happening to them and they're victims, then all you have to offer them is victim frequency, so they can't heal from that. So if you don't see them as suffering or struggling or victims, but you see them as having an experience now there's no judgment in it, and you can channel love from your hurt, and they can begin to download it. But if you're saying, I don't want you to be in pain, I want to take that pain from you, and you're trying to stop them from being hurt, then all you have to offer them is a victim frequency or a sympathy. So sympathy, it interferes with their soul's journey. Empathy expands their consciousness because it doesn't interfere. So instead of seeing them as victims, seeing them as as having an experience, and then they can start to download from you that you don't interfere with their soul's journey. So, yeah, so a lot of people like so you're doing that work just by, you know, doing your interviews and transmuting within yourself, and teaching your courses and stuff. And so everyone can start downloading from you, um, when they're watching your your show, right? Like it's what we heal within ourselves is now we have that to offer to everyone else.
