Pernille Melsted about Debbie Ford’s Shadow Work
Danish Pernille Melsted is a Shadow Work Teacher educated by Debbie Ford, with whom she had a long professional collaboration with. Pernille is one out of only three people on a global scale who is certified by Debbie Ford to conduct the Shadow Process Workshop. The Shadow Process workshop is held once a year in Copenhagen. Pernille has recently come out with her third book: Let yourself become free.
