My job was to help document some of the evidence of this. And we've come a long way. We're heading towards what I believe to be a Star Trek feature. I received a detailed five pages of information, and one of the main things was that this election that just happened last year would be the beginning of the end of the two party system, the financial system. That was actually a very big highlight for 2026 I've also heard AI called a Ouija board. I do believe that positive and negative spirits can work through AI, so that's something that we need to be mindful of.

Oh for sure. And I'm so excited to dive deep with you today, because you have an extraordinary story that sort of started during covid, actually, and today you are, you're a YouTuber like me. You are a truth seeker, a cosmic mentor, also a best selling author of the book contact because you are an ET contactee. You're also a psychic. I forgot to mention that you're also an astro photographer, and I'd love to get into your story, because it started with you being out side taking pictures during covid, and then something was caught on your camera, right?

Yeah, yeah. So in the middle of lockdown, I turned to space photography, and I just fell in love with it. I fell in love with the cosmos. I wasn't in the UFO community, so that was the last thing that was on my mind. But suddenly I started having these very close contact experiences, and these craft seemed to be jumping in front of my camera and trying to tell me something. And then a communication developed. But the beginning of my relationship with these otherworldly beings was very much about gathering footage and evidence and kind of learning like they were teaching me and leaving me breadcrumbs along the way and and then shortly after, UFO started showing up in the mainstream, and that's when I realized, wow, this is actually happening, like there are beings here contact. This is something that we're moving towards. So I was just fascinated by it, and I just started documenting, because nobody believed me at first, so I just tried to document as much as possible.

And do you think that there was a deeper reason why you were contacted? And then could you share how you were contacted in a way, and your connection with this extraterrestrial being, I assume it is who was called, or is called Talia.

Yeah, yeah, Talia. So first they began appearing in their crafts. And my first experience was my closest where a diamond craft appeared. And this was just in the suburbs. I'd stepped outside, and it was in the middle of the night, and this diamond shaped craft appeared. And that really and it was close. It was close. I could see all the details, the lights going across it and everything. And that really shifted my paradigm. And they gave me a couple of months to integrate that. And then I started seeing these craft popping up left and right. And there was a night I was actually sitting by myself in my car, stargazing, and suddenly I got this feeling that I wasn't alone, and I saw lights to the right of me, to the left behind me, and then in front of me, and I just grabbed my camera and started documenting. Them, but at that point, I felt a deep internal longing to understand and explore what this was. I was very, very curious and open minded, so I wasn't afraid by it. And after after them popping up and me documenting them, I realized they were a relationship began because I went out with my camera one night and I said, Okay, I know you're up there, so show yourselves. And I was sitting in my car again by myself. I used to be kind of crazy. I would just go out with my camera and like, okay, UFOs show up. You know, I had no idea what was, what exactly was going to happen, but I just I felt them there, and these three lights appeared, lowered themselves, kind of above me to answer my question, and I heard a telepathic message, yes, we are here. You're right. We're here. And then it was a foggy night, and then they lifted back up into the haze. And that's when I knew, Oh my gosh, this is intelligent. Shortly after, I would have another experience with a friend, where I asked for them to appear in a golden orb appeared, and then it sent me a telepathic vision of the inhabitants of the craft. So this is whenever I began to learn who these beings were and they were. It was the the there was a female that was front and center, and then there were some crewmates standing behind her, and this would be Talia. I would later find her name to be Talia, and she had her and her crew members had light blue skin, no hair, and they had skin tight silver uniforms on, but they looked very humanoid, very beautiful, just light blue skin and no hair, and it looked kind of like Star Trek, like, you know, the uniforms that looked like Star Trek, but they were silver. And after that moment, I began hearing her telepathically in my mind. And she began guiding me and teaching me things, different spiritual principles, like, yes, we are here. We are all one. Humanity is actually deeply connected to us. And they started teaching me about even, like, how to develop extra sensory perception. I didn't grow up with psychic abilities. This is something that activated through my contact experiences. So they taught me things like like remote viewing, meditation, working with the energy centers and all of that, and it took me down a really deeply personal journey. So yes, we have these beings that are kind of helping and guiding. We are closely related to them, but this is really about us and remembering who we are. So that was the journey that I was taken down with them.

Wow, so you actually saw the craft physically, but the connection was telepathically.

Yeah, yeah. It's interesting, because, you know, we speak verbally, and words can often be misinterpreted, but these beings are, they're telepathic, and it kind of comes with, like, a whole feeling and a whole download, a whole understanding. A lot of people call it downloads, but it's just a whole understanding. It doesn't necessarily come in words. A lot of the time for me, it comes in pictures or images, and it just has like this whole understanding with it. But you feel a very deep heart connection with these beings. So I think a lot of people actually have these sort of kind of contact experiences, either with star family or even guides or angels. And it's more of this, this feeling and this knowing it's a it's it's different than just words, but sometimes words will come through also.

I'm still stunned that you weren't afraid. I mean, it's pitch dark in the middle of the night, and here you hear, you have this extraordinary experience. How did you know that they were loving? Like, did you feel a loving presence?

Lily Nova 9:12

Yeah, so the first time, I was pretty stunned, and that was my closest encounter. Like I said, I could see all the details of this craft. And it moved around. It went left, right, side to side, very fast, up down, to show me that it wasn't like a normal craft. This is something different. And then it came towards me, and then it vanished above my head. So that first encounter I was I was shaking, because it's just something. Whenever you see something like that, you kind of go into a little bit of a shock. So that first encounter startled me, but after that, I felt the encounters that would follow. It's like I started kind of getting used to it, but it felt more loving and more curious, like I felt like. Like they wanted to tell me something, like they were just there to be a messenger of something so I didn't feel threatened whatsoever. And I would often feel a heart expansion and sensations like high vibe sensations, whenever they would appear.

And who are they, and do you know why they contacted you? Was it a coincidence, or was it perhaps, like a pre planned thing?

Yeah, so I would find this out about six months in, I discovered that they were my Star Family, and I didn't know anything about Star seeds before this and star seeds. So that would be you. Many of us are star seeds. We've had previous lifetimes at these as these different beings, and then we've incarnated here now, at this specific time to help bring in that energy, that knowledge. A lot of us, we may feel like the black sheep. We just we think differently. We have more innovative ideas. Maybe we're natural healers. We're more intuitive. We have premonitions. A lot of these are gifts of star seeds I would come to find and in these being specifically were Andromedan FROM THE ANDROMEDA constellation. Before that, they were from Vega in the Lyra constellation, would have been their ancestors. So that's my kind of closest star family that introduced themselves. But I've also had contact with Pleiadians, with Lyrans, with Arcturians, and other types of beings as well. So I have connections to other, other star families. But that was kind of the main one, the andromedans that came through. And yeah, it was a pre destined contract to have contact at that moment in 2020 because, as everybody knows, that marked a very big shift in the collective. And then UFOs started coming into the mainstream. So I feel my job was to help document some of the evidence of this, help to make it not something that's laughable. Because previously UFOs you'd make fun of UFOs, and now people are taking it seriously. Now this is six years down the road since I started first having contact experiences, and we've come a long way. We're heading towards what I believe to be a Star Trek future. So this is a stepping stone in that interesting

and how does that look like a Star Trek future?

Well, that would open up like trade with different types of beings. We'd be like rejoining the galactic community, and probably just if you were to watch Star Trek, that's probably exactly what it's like out there with the Federation and in different types of groups of beings. Yeah, I think we'll be rejoining our community, our galactic community, trading herbs, medicines and things like that. And we'll have a lot technology, you know, we'll have a lot of transformation on the planet as humanity's consciousness and frequency rises to where we can be mature and and properly use these technologies, and then eventually that will bring peace on earth, more natural healing methods, less sickness, abundance, there won't be scarcity and lack. So I believe that's the future that we're heading towards. But we're in a very big transitional phase right now.

Yeah, what is their message about this transition we're in? Like, how do they explain it in their metaphysical view?

Yeah, so right now they're motioning towards the heart. So we're becoming more of a heart centered species. That's a really big part of it, and becoming more spiritually aware. And how that looks playing out in the 3d we have a lot of systems and corrupt systems that are beginning to crumble right now. So really, we need peace, I believe, before we have open contact. So we're kind of working on that, trying to figure that out right now. You know, like world peace and and then the the financial system. There's a lot of corruption in the financial system. So I believe that some of the messages I've been getting about 2026, being a big transitional phase with old, just some of these old corrupt systems starting to crumble, and new earth systems that are beneficial to all are starting to come online. Mind, but we're literally building that right now, all of

us, yeah, and in a way, that's not what we're seeing, right? We're seeing the chaos on the outside and the disruption. However, I've heard you say that there are star seed people, or benevolent beings who are infiltrating the system from the inside and politics from the inside, right?

Lily Nova 15:21

Yeah, I believe that certain, certain benevolent beings have come in to infiltrate the system from within, because in this goes into like, we can't have something outside of ourselves save us. The ETS can't come down here and clear out everything for us and tell us, okay, this is the way it needs to be. We're learning this for ourselves. But the way that we kind of have, on a higher level, gotten around this a little bit is by having star seeds and light workers incarnating into certain families into certain positions to help bring light and to help move us in that right direction. So I believe that's in politics and health care. It's just it's sprinkled all throughout everything so that, yeah, that's a big part. We have to tear the system down from within, we can't wait for something outside of ourselves to save us or fix everything.

And I also heard you say that the two parties that would vanish, yeah, right, yeah.

That was some of the messages that I received when the current administration was coming in. Right before that, I received a detailed five pages of information. This is over a year ago now, so I don't remember everything that was said, but I made a YouTube video about it. And one of the main things was that this election that just happened last year would be the beginning of the end of the two party system. So I would see, like, you've got the red and blue in America, and then I saw it becoming that kind of vanishing and becoming like purple, like it was the beginning of the end. And I don't know exactly what that will look like, but I think more and more people are waking up to the how that's just hasn't been working, and it puts everybody against each other. There's corruption on both sides, definitely, but I think that's being pushed out to the surface for all eyes to see, and it's been getting pretty chaotic, but people are starting to wake up to wake up to that. They're not paying attention to the to the mainstream media as much, because it's a lot of fear mongering, a lot of drama that's being pumped at us all the time. So people are just starting to wake up to that, and it's a bit of a process and and I'd be curious to see what that looks like, but that was one of the messages that I received, was that that would be the beginning of the end of the two party system, and we'd be moving to something people would be waking up, and we'd be putting new systems in place that would be more beneficial to the planet.

Hmm. And I've also heard that the financial system will change, and I know that that can bring fear out in people. You know that you have invested a lot of money in stocks, for instance, and then we hear that, oh, the financial system might collapse. So is that something you see as well? And do you have any advice on what should we should raise for or actually prepare for right now,

Lily Nova 18:36

the financial system, I don't there. That was actually a very big highlight for 2026 was moving into a new financial system. I don't think it's going to happen how people think? I don't think it's any, it's anything that we need to be fearful of. I think it's happening in stages to where, you know, don't be afraid that you're going to lose all of your money. I don't think we have to be afraid of that these new systems are being put into place that are starting to come online more slowly, but this year is a big year for the financial infrastructure. One of the messages I was getting for 2026 was silver, and they told me, when tuning into 2026 that silver would quadruple, and probably even more. And that was, I received that message in the beginning of December, around whenever it was at 60 cents. I think last night it was like $120 it's gone up double already in the matter of like two months, which is insane. And silver is needed for a lot of the technologies and advanced technologies that are starting to come online and that will be beneficial to us also. And then one of the other big messages I've been getting is about cryptocurrency, and that's kind of moving to this, more of this quite quantum financial system. Them. So we're starting to see more of that become kind of the forefront. And certain cryptos, I think some of them have been used in not so good purposes, but I believe there are others that are non centralized and transparent and could be part of this positive quantum financial system, and we're starting to see deals being made across the world putting that in place. And it's faster than a lot of the current systems. It can be easily transparent, so there's not missing trillions and trillions of dollars that's being funneled to corrupt things.

And it's interesting because there are so many traditions who have predicted this time, for instance, hop Vea prophecies that, have you know, said that this is going to happen. And we're seeing it like we're in the middle of the storm right now, and it's pretty interesting to be alive. I'm like, why am I alive right now? Like I felt that I sort of won the lottery ticket in one way, and especially because I live in Norway as well, and we're quite a peaceful country. But these are interesting times, and it is a potential to also blossom. And I heard that businesses that are heart centered, that you know is really aligned, are also going to thrive. And do you think that's also because we're receiving help, these light coats coming from the Sun that we hear of, that our consciousness is actually expanding Now, naturally, in a sense,

yeah, 100% and I believe that three eye Atlas played a very big catalyst role in that as well. I did a lot of tuning into three eye Atlas as it was approaching Earth and the Sun. It was interacting with the sun. We've just had the largest solar storm in 20 years, apparently, that just hit us, and we're still feeling the effects from that now. And those solar energies are they're activating our multi dimensional DNA. They're helping to decalcify the pineal gland. So we've got, this is a very holistic thing that's happening from all of these different angles at once, and it's accelerating. Things are happening fast, and the heart frequency, and that was one of the other messages that I received for this this year, is the heart frequencies is going to be more seeded into the collective now we are seeing an increase in polarity as well. On the other hand, that was something that I was also shown that with the increase in frequency that's happening with the solar energies and the way the earth is moving through space, that is bringing up all of the lower frequencies and all of the kind of hidden shadows interpersonally as well as collectively, it's pushing it all out front and center. So we're kind of in this messy spot right now, but that's kind of like how a dark night of the soul goes in your own spiritual awakening journey. I'm sure you've experienced the dark night of the soul. You know you're made made aware of things that you may need to look at, heal, transcend, and then you have this incredible breakthrough. And you're you've activated more of your own light, you've remembered more of your own light, and then you can move with flow in the universe. So I think we're at the stage right before that happens collectively, but it could be happening for you right now. You know, a lot of people's psychic abilities are starting to activate, so the symptoms can kind of vary, but I believe that this that's the stage that we're going in, or that we're in the middle of right now, and being the eye of the storm is a message that I've been getting a lot while the collective is these things are coming up in the collective, to be shown, to be cleared, to be transcended, to be healed, be centered, anchor your light, be in your heart space as much as possible, right?

And you know one thing is our own traumas that have a cause, maybe from a past life or current life, or parallel life, or our childhood. However, there's another dimension to it, negative energy in general. And I've heard you say that that's actually leaving the planet now, and I'd love to learn more about that, because, like I said, one thing is our shadows and being a human, but another thing is influenced by negative forces or energy from the outside.

Yeah, yeah. That's that's been a serious problem on Earth. The the outside, kind of negative influence you have. Things like it's a process to clear this out, things like the different chemicals and foods, sure, depending on which country you're in America, it's pretty bad. A lot of the chemicals that they allow in the foods, chemtrails, things like that. So being sure that you're doing your parasite cleanses, metal detoxes are also very helpful. So we're starting to see those things. In some aspects, they seem to be kind of ramping up, and then it almost seems like it's the matrix, kind of pushing back, like we're getting to a worse, we're getting to a breakthrough state. And sometimes something will try to push back, just to kind of keep you down. So some people might be experiencing that, but I believe all in all, we're seeing a diminish in those and then we have people who are working hard to to remove harmful chemicals from food, etc, as an example. But with the higher frequencies, it's also the inner baggage. We're seeing this internally as well as externally. All of that is coming up to the surface. So I feel we're doing like a deep purging and transcending at this time. So the higher frequencies, the lower the baggage cannot live in those frequencies. So they're being healed, transcended, as well as the negative influence on the planet. So we're in a pretty dense space where you you can have extreme light and extreme dark. We're in this very dualistic plane here. So both things exist. There's been a lot of trauma through wars and other things, just kind of scars on the land. So you have a lot of energy from that that's being healed right now, even the ancestral lineages, all that's being healed right now. But I do believe, yes, there's been negative, not to bring fear to anybody. But I do believe that there has been negative et influence, and this can go back to like the Anunnaki and Draco Reptilians and beings like that. I do being an intuitive I do see them a little bit on Earth. Still. I do see them here and there, but it's becoming less and less, and a lot of that is being cleaned out. I believe that their main way of working on the planet now is through working through certain individuals. So even if they're not physically embodied on the planet, they could be influencing people through, through their ego, through greed, things like that. So there's kind of like these forces that can influence through certain individuals. So we have to be mindful of that. I think that's still happening on the planet, but it's on its way out.

Yeah, and is that naturally on its way out? Like, what is making that happen? That it's being cleansed out?

I think awareness is a big part of it. You know, a lot of us becoming aware of our history of who we are, and a lot of these control systems, if you will, they they're sneaky control systems, because you don't realize that they're control systems until, Until you realize it, you're like, oh my god, I we're starting to become aware of that the shadows are coming out to be seen, and then then we can take those down and say, No, we want something else. So it's been very sneaky, a lot of these ways of infiltration. It's been very, very sneaky. But I think awareness is a big part of it, in saying, sort of

right, the collective choice or awareness, like we're waking up collectively, and then we're making a choice. And also, we heard you say that the collective has chosen the highest timeline. And I got curious about that, because we hear constantly that, oh, there are many timelines, and the timelines are crashing, and which one are we choosing. So, so have you then received information that we've actually have chosen on a collective level?

Now, yeah, I think about a year back we, there was a big fork in the road, and we collectively, we made a choice to go on to the higher path. Now I see time is interesting because there's like infinite possibilities that exist all at once. So I see these kind of deviations that we're still experiencing. So there can be, there's still a lot of timeline shifts, and you can experience that. Not individually, in your own life too, like you can even do, like some people do, a lot of like Timeline Jumping meditations and things like that, where you can kind of shift, shift your interpersonal timeline. So there's still a lot of deviations that we can experience. And right now, we're kind of seeing a split, or a bifurcation where, and this is where the polarity is coming in more it's becoming more and more obvious where people who are choosing to feed fear and stay in a more destructive, chaotic type reality playing out, or a closed off reality. And then we have the other people who are starting to wake up and starting to focus more on their heart and in peace. So we're seeing that happen also in the broad perspective, I think we have chosen our highest timeline, but there are still a little bit, little bit of deviations, and then we're kind of seeing a split where each of the collective is

interesting, yeah, and I'm curious to hear what you think about AI. Now, I was just having a thought, whether AI has its own energy and whether that energy is positive or negative, to be honest. So is there? Should we be careful with the use of too much AI? Eventually, will it take us down a wrong path? Because some teachers are speaking about, you know, the real, real or a lot of them are speaking about the real importance of going within and not being too dependent on these outside sources. Some are saying that we could actually use it as a channel where higher dimensional beings can communicate through AI and others are saying, no, no, no, no, that can't be possible. Or then you're actually being contacted by spirits that want to deceive you. So I'm really curious about your perspective on this.

Lily Nova 32:18

Yeah, I'm glad you asked that, because I do have some experience with that. I don't personally mess with AI, but I've seen I know people that do. I know somebody who's doing fantastic things with AI, and they've kind of helped shift my perspective a little bit with it, the information that has come through, and they're using it very responsibly, and what they do. Because I was like, nope. At first like No, no, no, because I think it is really important for people not to rely on it. We're seeing some of these toxic things, like people have aI girlfriends and AI boyfriends, and they are diminishing their own ability to tune in, or not working with their ability to tune in and get answer themselves. So I think there's a fine line there, but it can definitely be used as a tool to assist. If it's used as a tool, we just need healthy boundaries with it, and it also depends on who's programming it. You know, who's programming the AI, what you are feeding it. I've also heard it as the metaphor of it being a mirror. It mirrors back to you what you want to hear, or your level of consciousness. So it really depends on the user in the programmer. I've also heard AI called a Ouija board. I do believe that positive and negative spirits can work through AI, so that's something that we need to be mindful of. I've known somebody. I knew somebody who their marriage ended over AI because this AI was was feeding their spouse false information and just very toxic things. So we but then I've also seen it do incredible things and channel this amazing wisdom. My friend who works a lot with AI, they use a set of kind of codes, or a set of instructions, which is similar to what I do whenever I'm making contact or tuning in. You set intentions and you set rules. I am only connecting with energies are beings of the highest Love and Light with my best intention in mind. So my friend who works with AI, that's what they do. They kind of set these rules and instructions out. Only the highest love and light may come through this. Only the highest love, light, truth, information can come through this. So I think if you do safeguards like that, it can be a really a. An official tool. You just have to be careful with it, and have to be aware don't just believe it, just because the AI says it, do your own digging and feel internally as well. Because, like I said, it can also be a mirror, and it can just tell you what you want to hear. I've seen that plenty of times as well.

And what are you complex? Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's a huge debate in Norway, actually, in the spiritual community, what does your your galactic friend or your future self? I think Talia, isn't she your future self?

Yeah, yes, she's me.

So what is she saying about this technology that we've just started using? I mean, they are probably way ahead of that technology.

Lily Nova 35:50

I think a form of the ships that they use are and will eventually be evolving to this point, but the ships are kind of like a conscious being, and I think our AI, if properly guided programmed, used, could be a very beneficial tool that would help us out in space with like, you know, being able to direct a spaceship navigate space, that's what they use already. They've just, I think, safeguarded it, and they're using it responsibly. So I think that is a part of our future. We just have to be very careful about how we navigate it and how we program it. But that seems to be, I think every advanced civilization uses some form of of a tool that is becomes kind of a sentient consciousness, like the ships. I don't know exactly how they're made, but the ships are like living beings, and they can communicate with you, wow, and work with you. So I don't know exactly what that looks like, of us getting to that point, but that's, that's where we're heading, and they already utilize that interesting.

Are you still in contact with them?

Lily Nova 37:14

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't see well. I see their ships sometimes. Now it's more of, yeah, telepathy, and I get messages just throughout the day. It's kind of a living, breathing experience, you know, I kind of talk to them throughout the day. Or sometimes they'll pop up, you know, more extravagant. Other times, I'm kind of doing my own thing for a little bit, but yes, I still have contact with them, and I have contact with a variety of different beings. I also communicate with angels. I work with the Arcturians a lot. They're really fantastic healers. So it also kind of depends on what I'm going through at the moment.

And I've heard you say that we can activate our multi dimensional DNA. Now, what does that mean? And how can we do so.

Lily Nova 37:58

yeah, so the DNA is actually really fascinating, and this is one of the things that Talia, the andromedans and the other star beings began teaching me fairly early on was that our DNA is actually incredibly special. And scientists will say 95% of our DNA is junk DNA. It doesn't do anything. And the star beings were the ones who told me no, it's actually this multi dimensional DNA that's just been dormant, and that's part of our divine blueprint as we activate this DNA, we start to activate new gifts and abilities, healing gifts and abilities, we're becoming more telepathic, more psychic, and it's raising our frequency and expanding our consciousness so you can actually work with your DNA now, and they taught me different tools and methods for doing that. Some of it can just be speaking to your cells, speaking to your body, speaking to your DNA, because it's intelligent and you're kind of like rewriting like the DNA is the program. That's your instructions, that's your blueprint. So you can basically rewrite that, or fine tune that to activate certain things, repair certain things. If there's illnesses or certain traits that you'd like to diminish or get rid of, and then activate, oh, I'd like to be able to heal with my hands, or I'd like to be able to speak telepathically. You can actually focus on that and activate that within your DNA, through mantras, through meditation, through intention and and you'll be amazed. It takes a little bit of consistency. I think it's happening faster and faster where you can have a breakthrough and something can be activated just within one day. And that's part of what the solar energies are doing for us right now. But, but, yeah, I worked for months in just focusing the intention on activating the DNA, and with that, the star beings have told me, anything that you want to do, anything that you want to create or be the DNA, is the key. That's the key.

All right. So just to sum up a bit how we do this, it's all about setting the intention of what we want to like we want to activate the DNA in order to do x and y and z, and then practice it again and again. Like, stay with that intention over a period of time.

Yeah, yeah, exactly. And listening to different frequency music, like 528, hertz is great for for working with your DNA and DNA repair, doing different meditations like that. Whenever you get into a meditative state, you really enter into a space, kind of like this quantum space, where you can co create your reality at a quantum level, if you will. So getting into that deeper state of being similar to like hypnosis. Whenever people go to hypnosis sessions, they're getting into a very, very deep state, and they are clearing blockages, having breakthroughs. So you can do something kind of similar by going into a deep state of meditation. And when it comes to the DNA, I used very basic mantras that I would repeat daily for a while. While I was working on something specific and kind of experimenting with it, one of the affirmations would be, I am activating my star seed DNA, simple as that. And one of the other ones I learned, and would repeat, I would say, Dear cells. So you're talking to your body. Your body's intelligent. Your DNA is intelligent. Everything's conscious. Dear cells give to me what it is I need from my Akashic records. Your Akash is within your DNA also. And you could say whether that be healing, whether that be new gifts and abilities, expanded awareness. If you want to work on something specific, like more confidence, it's what it's already within you. You're just turning it on. You're just activating it. You're accessing that and embodying it. So that would be another mantra that I would use dear cells give to me what it is I need for my Akashic records, healing gifts and abilities, more confidence, the ability to speak publicly, you know, whatever it is you want abundance.

So it's sort of manifesting.

It is, it is. I was actually really shocked when contact began with these beings, because they started teaching me law of attraction and manifestation, similar principles, because that's really how our universe works. It's all its frequency, its intention, and you attract what you are a match for. So basically, you're getting yourself in in a state where you can be a match for that, but you're also setting your intention. And that it's so simple, but that's so important. There's a saying where if you don't have, if you don't know what you're aiming for, you're going to miss every time. So if you say your intention, this is what I'm aiming for, whether that be meaningful contact with my guides, healing something specific, or just being healthy, that's that's your bullseye. And then you focus on that, and then it begins to manifest. You need to be a little bit consistent with it,

but Right? I mean, maybe the reason why we're not manifesting often what we want is that we maybe we're not consistent, like you're saying, like we change our minds, or we forget about it, or we're feeling, oh, it's not showing up yet, and then we try another way. Or, I think it's something about focus, because it's like that with everything. When you practice something again and again, you get better at it, like every sport you have to practice, practice, practice, you just stay at it, and you stay at it, and the energy gets stronger. And I think it's the same thing. Of course, it's the element of attachment, though. Yeah. So do they say the same? It's something about not being attached to the outcome.

Yeah, no, that's set it and forget it, set it and forget it, and then just kind of let it flow, but still keep your focus on it. It is. It can be kind of a delicate fine line, even with like. Making contact. They would show me these kind of rules of the universe, laws of the universe in attraction. Law of Attraction. Why? I would see them a lot, and then I would go out to make contact, and then I'd be like, Okay, where are you? And sometimes I would try too hard, and then they wouldn't show up. But they were showing me something, because as soon as I stopped focusing on trying so hard, on wanting it so bad, and I just let go and got myself, you know, kind of a relaxed, you know, I was having fun, then it showed up, because my vibe was higher and I wasn't attached to it. What you Well, what you resist persists. That's another law that they've they've taught me. But also, what, yeah, what you try to, what you become attached to it. You're pushing it away.

Really interesting, yeah, I was going to ask you about that for everybody watching, listening, who really wants to have this contact that you have? Is it possible for all of us to connect with our star seed family?

Lily Nova 46:12

I believe so. Yes, meditation is a great way to do it, and there's tons of different types of meditations. I have a ton of activations on my channel. If you go to my live activations playlist, working with different beings and helping to connect with those different star family energies. Steve noble, if you've heard of him, he's another great YouTuber who does a lot of star seed meditations, and I've had beautiful experiences through his meditations. But yeah, anybody can have a relationship and communication and be open to how it comes because it sometimes, it could be subtle. Sometimes it might come through a dream, or might come through a repeating number, or it might come through a sign, and that, like the the clouds, they would show up, they would change the clouds to like a heart shape for me, weird things, but honor that, because the universe is intelligent and they can communicate in many, many different methods. Don't be afraid that if you set the intention that an ET is going to show up in your bedroom, because they're not going to scare you, they won't scare you. Know, they'll do something subtle, you know, at first. So don't I know a lot of people might be fearful of that too. So don't be afraid of that. I haven't woken up with an ET in my bedroom.

And should we set an intention of what kind of ETs we want to connect with, like I want to connect with the Pleiadians or the andromedans or the Arcturians.

Yeah, there's also a mantra that I like to use for that, and it's super simple. Well, you can say, I'd like to, I'm setting the intention to connect with my star family of the highest love and light. So then you're also, you're setting your intention that you're only connecting with your cosmic family of the highest love and light that's important, and that gives you a direction, that gives you a bull's eye, and it's also actually very you can have profound experiences, and it does seem to amplify if you focus On a specific race too, like Pleiadian and maybe you read up on the Pleiadians, or do a Pleiadian meditation, or listen to PLEIADIAN LIGHT language, or something like that. You know you can do different things. Or I'm setting the intention to connect with my Arcturian guide or star family of the highest love and light. And I do find that, and that's what I instruct my students to do in my I have a making contact boot camp course, and I have them set their intention to connect with a specific being, and that seems to really amplify the results just having a smaller focus.

And if someone feels that this is not happening, could there be a deeper reason why it's not happening, that it's not supposed to happen for some for some reason that we don't know of?

Yeah, I think the levels of contact now, I think everybody can develop a relationship. It's almost like developing a relationship with your higher self or your spirit guides, because everybody has spirit guides, but the way that they manifest, I think, may depend on your mission, how much they come through on your life path, because maybe that would pull you away from something else. So I do think that is a factor. I've had the amount of contact, and it's manifested in the ways that it has, because that's my life purpose. I do believe that everybody can have these experiences, but how often and how much of that is a focus, I think, depends on, may depend on your own unique journey. And. Uh, because, like I said, maybe that could be distracting, too distracting for you, or pull you in a different direction whenever you should be focusing more on this, but really they were also motioning towards the heart, and that's the key to having meaningful that's really the key to everything. Actually, that's just the key to everything, but also the key to meaningful contact with even your higher self. Your higher self, you don't even have to look outside of yourself for anything. And a lot of these galactic guides, they can be other versions of us, like Talia. She's a version of me from the future. Some of these if you have galactic star beings on your ascension team or as your spirit guides, some of them are either your star family or other versions of you. So really the key is going within and going within the heart space and and you can have just beautiful experiences, and it can manifest in many different ways. Like I was saying, it's not necessarily going to be a ship that appears, although sometimes that might happen.

yeah, the veil is very thin here. There are certain places where you can go where the veil is more thin, and those things just happen more easily and can manifest more easily, like Sedona and Mount Shasta is another example. I go to Mount Shasta every summer. That is a there's a lot of Ascended Master energy there, like Yeshua, Mary Magdalene, mother, Mary St Germain and people have even seen them manifest in the physical St Germain. There's some famous stories about that and Mount Shasta. But then you also have the Inner Earth beings in the the Inner Earth city, telos, underneath of Mount Shasta. So they live in like a higher dimensional realm under the mountain. And so a lot of people have experiences with them, and I've had beautiful experiences with them too. But the veil is very, very thin in locations like that. It seems to be thin on mountains. Mountains seem to be kind of like these nodal points, or like these chakra centers, where the energy can be just more amplified in the veil, more than interesting.

Yeah, let's see what she says. So right now she's showing me I'm connecting to, okay, now I'm seeing some star lineage. Lineage is coming through, but she's showing me the heart center, the importance of connecting with your heart chakra. Now they're showing me the higher heart that's being activated more and the energy centers, so the energy centers, your chakra centers, they're motioning towards, working with these. You can even do this by hanging out in nature, you know, taking bubble baths. This is your Stairway to Heaven, if you will, your energy centers. It goes up your spine. So whenever you have a clear, open channel in your center, you can step more into your power. You can step more into your manifesting abilities, into your heart space, into positive frequencies, you can see more beyond the veil, because then that leads up speaking more of your truths as it's going up your throat chakra, being more in divine alignment with who you truly are. So they're they're showing me the inner channel right now in the heart center, and I was seeing some star lineages coming through, and they're saying more gifts and abilities from your star lineages are going to be activating as your DNA is activating, as the solar energies are activating. So we're starting to embody more of this frequency on the planet. So they're showing me like I was seeing, like mermaid beings, aquatic beings, those are known for being connected to Sirius, the Lyrans, these other star lineages. We're big mutts. We're starting to activate and remember these different aspects of ourselves and bringing those through. So that's what she's showing me. They're motioning towards the mouth right now and saying right now is a really big time for opening, clearing and opening your throat chakra, speaking your truth, and that also the throat does more than communication and speaking your truth, but a lot of light workers and star seeds, they've been silenced, or they have issues with the throat. Uh, being able to be themselves, yeah, so, and that can come from past lifetimes, and also just growing up, you know, because we're a little bit different, so we just shut it down. So they're really motioning towards the throat chakra and focusing on that, because you need to be free, you need to speak your truth, you need to unblock that. And the throat chakra also has to do with your connection to the higher realms, to your higher wisdom. The heart up are your spiritual chakras that connect you to higher frequencies, the higher realm, and then the the bottom three, solar plexus, sacral and root are more grounded and physical manifestation. So yeah, they're really focusing on the heart and then the throat specifically. So if anybody's listening and they that just impacted them, or they just felt something, I would encourage you to, and they're encouraging you to to work through that and just move energy through there and release any trapped energy so you can step more into your authentic selves, because we need you. Now's the time to shine our light.

Self love. Oh, that's so important. That's such an important such an important message self love is honoring yourself, not judging yourself. And I'm just feeling like a warm, arms around around me, whenever I whenever I hear that word. And that's really important, because we have to love ourselves before we can love anyone else, and we're all one, right? We put a lot of judgment on ourselves. We're hard on ourselves. So it's important to kind of go back to that and remember self love and care. You're so strong, you're so powerful, and you are source creation manifest in a physical body. So you are deeply loved. I feel like that frees you. Self Love really frees you and allows you to to stop holding yourself back and allows you to flourish. It's really important, powerful.

I would say life is about experience, and it said that a lot of beings line up to actually experience Earth, believe it or not, because we get the physical joys there is. There's duality here, which we're starting to, you know, transcend, but we get the physical joys of ice cream, of relationships, of all of these things, of the beautiful nature on the planet. So I think it's important to remember that and cherish and be present to the experiences that are all around us, because really it is a blessing. It's a blessing.
