What if much of the heaviness you feel is not actually yours? Dr. Dain Heer, author, speaker, and co-creator of Access Consciousness, believes many sensitive people are constantly absorbing other people’s emotions without knowing it. In this episode, he joins Jannecke to share the question that changed his life and the simple tools he now teaches around the world.
Get Happy or Get Out
At 30, Dain was a chiropractor with a practice and a relationship that looked perfect from the outside. Inside, he had been unhappy for years. He had read the spiritual books and knew miracles should be possible, but nothing changed in his everyday life. Finally, he gave the universe six months: either something changed, or he was done.
A week later, he saw an ad that said: “All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory.” His first reaction was, “I hate you.” But he had learned that when you strongly love or hate something, there is something in it for you. So he called.
He received a session of what Access Consciousness calls the Bars, a light touch on the head. After an hour and 15 minutes, he got up and looked out the window. “Has it always been this beautiful here?” Dain is careful to say this is not what happens for everyone. But for him, it changed everything.
Who Does This Belong To?
A few days later, he woke up with the same old heaviness. Next to his clock was a sticky note the practitioner had given him. It read: “Who does this belong to?” He read it, and the feeling vanished. “This has been my awareness the whole time,” he realised. “But I thought it was me.”
According to Dain, we are all connected and can pick up on the thoughts, feelings and emotions of the people around us and the world at large. Today, he says, fear of the future is everywhere. What if a lot of what you feel is simply that collective flow? Asking “Is this mine?” helps you separate what you perceive from what you actually feel.
Living From Questions, Not Conclusions
Questions are at the heart of his work. When we conclude that something is difficult or impossible, we close the door to anything else. A question opens it again. Some of his favourites:
- What else is possible that I have never considered?
- What’s right about this that I’m not getting?
- How does it get any better than this?
The last one, he says, is just as useful when something good happens as when something goes wrong.
Why Seekers Fear Judgement
Jannecke shares that she is writing a book in Norwegian and notices how afraid she is of being judged in a small country. Dain recognises this in so many seekers. We believe that judging ourselves makes us good people, he says, while those who do the most harm rarely judge themselves at all.
His invitation is to see judgement as just an “interesting point of view.” It has no power over you unless you agree that it does. “If you’ve ever had the thought, ‘Oh my God, I’m so judgmental,’ that alone proves you’re not.”
Ask for Beauty and Miracles
Despite all the turmoil in the world, Dain sees a quiet awareness revolution growing. Every day, he asks the universe to show him beauty and miracles. “I am never disappointed,” he says.

If you look at the world, it's like we have a new existential threat every week. You know, it's is it World War Three, or is it AI, or is it a virus, or is it the vaccines? If you chose to go down and only focus on those things, you could be very sad and very paranoid about the future of the world. So what that requires is people to go into question of what else is possible. What other choices do I have? What would I like to create? From my point of view, those of us that are looking for something different, the seekers of the world, the people that are listening to this and watching this right now, actually have more resources than ever, and I rolled over, wallowing in depression as I did pretty much every morning at that point. And I look over at my clock to see how much longer before I have to get up and get ready, and try to create miracles in people's lives. And I read the note: "Who does this belong to? And it vanished. And I was like, "Are you kidding me? This has been my awareness the whole time, but I thought it was me. But I didn't have a tool to access what was actually true. You can pick up on everybody's thoughts, feelings, and emotions around the world, and when there's a very prevailing element of something like fear of future, which is very popular nowadays. Dain Heer. Welcome to the Wisdom From North Show.
Dain Heer 1:44
Oh, thanks so much for having me.
Jannecke Øinæs 1:46
I'm so excited to have you because we connected. I think it was 12 years ago. I feel like I've been doing this show forever, and I'm really excited to share your powerful work to our new subscribers today, because you are a globally renowned author. I think you've written 10 books. You are a speaker. You are a co-creator of Access Consciousness, and we'll learn more about that today. And you've helped 10s of 1000s of people break free from limiting beliefs and also embrace more their uniqueness. And I feel like we share a lot of the same passion. I call it self-love, and we both have a story of coming from a depression and transforming our lives. And you, in your life, found freedom and so much joy really quickly, and you change forever. And I'd love to hear that story, but before we dive into that, I'd love to hear right now what is captivating you the most globally, cosmically, and in your own life.
Dain Heer 2:52
I think it's actually the dichotomy between what appears to be and what actually is. In that, if you look at the world, it's like we have a new existential threat every week. You know, it's is it World War Three or is it AI or is it a virus or is it the vaccines or is it you know? It's like I mean, so if you chose to go down and only focus on those things, you could be very sad and very paranoid about the future of the world. But what I see is a lot of people waking up in part because things are getting so insane on so many levels, and the old tools no longer apply. They no longer people can't any longer live on autopilot and expect it to work like used to be possible. So, what that requires is people to go into question of what else is possible. What other choices do I have? What would I like to create, and I see that occurring in a really dynamic way. And it, I wish I had a good analogy, something along the lines of geology, where you don't know the volcano is going to blow until the volcano blows. And from my point of view, those of us that are looking for something different, the seekers of the world, the people that are listening to this and watching this right now, actually have more resources than ever. We've got more possibility than ever, and we need to acknowledge it, though, because unless we acknowledge it, we're going to be stuck with what reality, the the the base reality around us, if you will, the the trauma and drama that a lot of people are are believing is true and going into and perpetrating, we're going to believe that that's our only choice. But if we actually cultivate our awareness and we cultivate an access to our being and our consciousness, our soul, if you. And what's really true for us, we are like the magma building up inside the volcano. It's just we don't see it because it's underneath the surface and hasn't yet exploded. But I do believe it's going to. I do believe there's a sea change coming of more for all, and and for us to be able to create a world, rather than those who seem to hate the most having the most power, my senses were actually creating the possibility for those of us who love the most to be able to create the reality we always wanted to.
Jannecke Øinæs 5:40
I'd love to get into that. Speaking about reality, because gosh, you have so many deep insights about that. That really gave me something this morning when I looked into your work. I'd love to hear your story first, though, because I find it always helpful for people to understand where the guess is coming from and how access consciousness, which is part of your work today, which has I think around 8000 methods or tools within it, how that was birthed and came about, and also whether you can reflect about what was it that you sort of missed or didn't understand when you were depressed that you understand now what is the aha, the deep insight.
Dain Heer 6:28
Well, if we go back to childhood, I I experienced a lot of a lot of abuse. A lot of it was like no matter what household I was living in, if it wasn't just me and my mom, my mom always really had a lot of caring and loving for me, but in one of the houses she and I lived in, I got highly abused. A woman tried to kill me literally several times. There was that, and and I felt really disenfranchised. Like I had a stepmother, for example, and she didn't want me around. She saw me as competition. So okay, so there's that, but I never gave up hope. I always knew there was something different possible, even as a little kid, even while being abused. I was like, it doesn't have to be this way. Well, fast forward to here. I am 30 years old. This was 26 years ago, and I'm a chiropractor opening my second practice. And during my chiropractic years, I had a spiritual awakening, and there was just there was something that that pointed me in the direction of spirituality. So I started seeking it, and I started exploring metaphysics, and I started having some solace in the fact that there was something different possible, and yet there was also a limitation with that in that, I there were lots of flowery, wonderful words, but there was very little actual change in my day-to-day living, breathing life. And so, I got to 30 years old. I'd been having you know exploring spirituality, metaphysics, and self-help for probably five or six years in a really active way. I was in a relationship that looked like it was perfect from the outside. I had a chiropractic practice that everybody thought was perfect from the outside, but I was dying inside, and I'd been unhappy for the better part of three years. And here I am with all these awarenesses of what should be possible and the idea that miracles exist, and you know, I read Life and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East, where it was like you can do miracles, you know, and I wasn't seeing that show up at all, and that's why I became a chiropractor. And finally, one day, I got to this point where I had given up hope for the first time in my 30 years on the planet, and I was like, Universe, I have done everything I can to try to contribute to people, to try to contribute to you. I feel like not only is it not working, but nothing is coming back to me. All I want to be is happy. If you can't make that happen in a substantially different way, I'm out of here in six months. So I literally set a date to end my life, and that was one of the most peaceful days that I could remember up until that point. Because I was like, "Wow, I finally did it! I I can either get happy or get out. And all I really wanted to be was happy. And so, as the universe would have it, a week later there was an ad for, and it said, "Access consciousness. All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory, and I was like, I hate you. My life is pain, suffering, and glory. Go away. And I threw the paper away. The ad came out the following week. Access all of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory. And it had this girl's phone number, and I learned long before that that if you love something or hate it, there's something in it for you. Well, I was hating it, so I called her and I'm like, "What do you do? And she sounded like a happy marshmallow on the other end of the phone. She's like, "Oh, we do all kinds of stuff, but a place to start might be with access consciousness bars. And I was like, "Okay, what's that? She's like, "All it is is this light touch technique. It's done in the head. All you have to do is lie there and receive. And I was like, "Okay, fine." Do I have to lose? And she said, "Look, at the best you'll feel like you had, or at the worst, you'll feel like you had a good massage, meaning you'll get a nice relaxation.
Dain Heer 10:07
At the best, your whole life can change. And in my mind, I was like, "My whole life better change, or I'm killing myself. What do I have to lose? You know. And so, with absolutely no hope for any result, I lay down on my chiropractic table. She puts her hands on my head, and she does this thing that she called this energy pull, and I feel this energy of peace flow through my body, and I was like, "Whoa, haven't had that in a long time. This is amazing. Okay, cool. As she continued to progress, about 15 minutes later, she's moving her hands to different places on my head. I have no idea what she's doing. I start giggling like a little kid. I was like, "Oh! And I remember just wanting to giggle, and I was like, "What is going on? This is this is amazing. Well, I got up an hour and 15 minutes later, and I literally went from depressed, angry, and suicidal, and angry at me and my life to grateful to be alive. I remember looking out the window at the clouds, and I was like, "Wow, has it always been this beautiful here? And it quite literally gave me an experience that changed my entire perspective on reality. I was like, "If it feels this way to be alive, I'm in. And there was a part of me that was like, "I knew this was possible. I just didn't know where to find it. And I'm not saying that everybody who has their bars run, because we have 10,000 bars facilitators around the world, people that teach bars classes, and probably another 50 or 100,000 that do bars sessions. You know that will do this for people, and in no way am I saying this is what occurs for everybody who gets their bars run. But it is what occurred for me, and so and I am so grateful. So I started. It turned out that Gary Douglas, the founder of Access, and Access had been started in a really small way 14 years before that. It happened to be that his stepdaughter was the one that ran my bars, and she introduced us, and we became friends upon seeing each other, and I became part of creating it, and and creating the tools that we now have to set people free. And every day I wake up, and I just my question is, how did I get so lucky? Like really, how did I get so lucky? And I have up days and down days, like we all do. But access is a set of tools that allow you to navigate in the trenches of life, and awarenesses that allow you to more easily than you ever imagine create the miraculous life you always knew was possible, and here I am, part of creating it.
Jannecke Øinæs 12:37
Wow, powerful! I really appreciate that you're saying so specifically that it doesn't work for everyone, but it worked for me. I really appreciate that. Instead of saying, "Oh, you know, this is the solution for everyone, because I truly believe that healing is a unique path, and it is not one size fits all. But clearly, to me, the way I'm interpreting this is that there's a deeper meaning why you found this because your work is profound today, and you are helping so many people. Some people can get part of the teaching, and that can transform their lives. And to me, I'm really drawn to all the questions because I feel like that when I change the way I look at things, the things I look at change, like Wayne Dyer said. So, could you go a bit into the questioning part of access consciousness and how that can open up our perception about life and possibly change a lot of things on how we look at ourselves and life, and thus maybe heal us on some level.
Dain Heer 13:47
Yeah, well, I I love that because it's one of the big elements of access, and access consciousness did not invent questions. There, you know, it's like there's there's so many things that when you hear them, you're like, "Oh, that makes total sense. Because what's true for you always makes you lighter, and a lie makes you heavier. And and what we've been conditioned to do in our lives is is we sort of have this path we seem to be walking on with walls to the left and right, and we don't see any choice other than continuing on that path, whether we like it or not, and what a question does is it opens it opens doorways, space to either side to open up something different that's possible. And one of my favourite questions is, "What else is possible? What else is possible? I've never considered. So, if you're having something go on and you don't know what to do to change it. Well, the beauty is the universe is here to help you, but you need to open the door to let it in. And a question is very dynamic at doing that. So, what else is possible is asking for something that you haven't seen before to be able to show up to be able to help and contribute. And so, just a simple question like that, and the whole idea is, any area in which we're willing to question, we can create a different possibility. Any area in which we come to conclusion, anything that doesn't match that conclusion or our judgement of what is, nothing that doesn't match that can come into our awareness. So part of the way of undoing that is by functioning from question instead of answer, functioning from question instead of conclusion. So we have so many questions, but and please make up your own. You know, but but function from question rather than conclusion, and you'll keep opening doors in your life to more instead of closing doors and therefore creating less. And so, another great question is, what's right about this I'm not getting about any situation, or what's right about me that I'm not getting? It becomes an antidote to that self-talk of wrongness that so many of us live with. And another one is how does it get any better than this? Whenever something good happens, whenever something bad happens, in a bad situation you're asking it to get better. But in a good situation you're not stopping with that and going oh yay thanks. You're saying oh yay thanks. How does it get any better than this? Which is an invitation to the universe, which is infinite as far as we know, okay, to actually provide more for us, and most people, when something shows up, they either feel like they're stuck with with the unhappy thing that showed up, or that they need to stop there if they receive something great, and so these are just some real simple questions anybody can institute in their lives, and and just see how it goes. But also, don't look for the answer. Let the universe show you. Let spirit show you. Let your being show you, and you start to realise that we live in a benevolent universe. The only thing that appears not to be benevolent in this universe is the judgy people, and even there are so many people that are not the judgy people. There are so many people that are not the mean people. But if we come to a conclusion that everybody's mean, everybody's judgy, everybody's a jerk, that's all we'll be able to see. What else is possible? What else is possible for us to live the lives of ease and joy that we're capable of?
Jannecke Øinæs 17:30
Powerful. And I think you also talk about that we can ask the questions: What if nothing is wrong with me? Because often we feel like something is wrong with us, and I can notice that that I'm not thinking it very consciously, but there's a small subtle thought or feeling that there must be something wrong with me. Like, why did I do that? If I'm performing or whatever I'm doing, that, gosh, why did I do that? And I get so upset with myself, and I'm actually feeling something is wrong with me without being conscious that I'm thinking about it. Do we understand?
Dain Heer 18:08
Oh, absolutely. Yeah, it's one of the it's one of the things that a lot of the seekers of the world carry, and the weird part is you'll you'll see somebody else who doesn't have nearly as much of an interest in in possibilities in making people's lives better as you do, and yet they don't ever seem to feel wrong? What the heck is going on here? You know, and it's I would say it's because so many of us that are the seekers and desire something different, we function on a different wavelength in which, in which we not only not only would would see ourselves wrong first rather than right because we don't want to be those people that assume they're right and then hurt other people, but simultaneously we're so aware of the suffering of the world, and we're aware of its vibration, if you will, the resonance of it, and we often think because I can perceive it or because I can feel it, it must be mine. And so, one of the tools of access is who does this belong to? Is it actually mine? Because you have a level, one of one of the things that starts to open up in your awareness with using these tools of access consciousness is that you have a level of awareness that is beyond anything you've ever fathomed. You, as a being, know, and one of the concepts that we talk about in access is that you're an infinite being, and that you know blows your mind, and and it sounds like you know, I don't know what it sounds like to people, but I could see where it's like, what are you talking about? It's like a marketing slogan or what? No, it's a way of describing your connection with everything. So we know somehow on a mental level that we're connected. But what does that actualize as? How does that show up in our lives on a pragmatic level? Well, that means you can pick up on everybody's thoughts, feelings, and emotions around the world, and when there's a very prevailing element of something like fear of future, which is very popular nowadays, rather than oh, I'm excited about the future, which used to be the case, you know, 5060, years ago. And so, what we have is fear of future. But what if a lot of the times you're just tapping into the flow of everybody else? What if it's not actually yours? And so, if you ask, "Is this mine? There's another question, or "Who does this belong to? You start to recognise that a lot of the things that you thought were fundamentally yours, because you can feel them, are actually things that you're perceiving in the world around you. Because if if you look at that, like how many times have you walked into a room where somebody was angry and you could perceive that that intensity of anger, or if you hang around people who are sad, is it easy to be happy or is it easier to be sad? And you start noticing yourself feeling the exact same way. Well, we've never been taught to make the distinction, and this is another access consciousness tool or awareness. We've never been taught to make the distinction between perception and feeling. So what happens is we're so energetically aware that, and we're so, and we also tend to be very empathic, and and a lot of the people that are listening to this are probably also dynamically neurodivergent, and in ways they've whether you're diagnosed or not, it's not about the diagnosis, it's about an awareness of what's going on. So then, how do you navigate in a way that actually creates success and happiness for you, because you navigating in a way that creates success and happiness for you will spread that through everybody you know, because of this same element I'm talking about of us tapping into perceiving the energetics of something and feeling it in our body and thinking it's ours. So you can in this thing of is this mine or who does this belong to? If you have a let's say you have a friend here who's sad, what's the difference between oh I perceive their sadness or I feel sad? Well, in perceiving, you're not being it. You're aware of it, and this is what's going on.
Dain Heer 22:48
I use this tool because after that session that I had, that quite literally saved my life. A few days later, I woke up with the same depression, the same desire to get out of here, but the lady that had run my bars, she gave me a little sticky note and she explained this to me. She said, "So many of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions are not yours. You're just picking up on them. She said, "Ask this question: Who does this belong to? And so I did. I rolled over, and I happened to put that little note by my clock when I got home from the bar session, and I had forgotten about it. And I rolled over, wallowing in depression as I did pretty much every morning at that point. And I look over at my clock to see how much longer before I have to get up and get ready, and try to create miracles in people's lives. And I read the note. Who does this belong to? And it vanished. And I was like, "Are you kidding me? This has been my awareness the whole time. But I thought it was me. But I didn't have a tool to access what was actually true.
Jannecke Øinæs 24:00
Wow! Interesting that it just vanished by just asking the question, and I guess it's in the word access consciousness that you're actually accessing more of who you are.
Dain Heer 24:13
Access absolutely, and we have a definition of consciousness, which is where everything exists and nothing is judged, because judgement is one of the biggest killers of possibility there is, and how does that work? Well, we will decide when we judge this is difficult, or judgement, decision, conclusion, all of those are are of the same family, and when we decide or conclude something is difficult, or we decide or conclude this is a problem. Guess what? It becomes becomes a problem. But functioning from question, it's like, excuse me, this looks difficult. Okay, what else is possible? Oh, by the way, the whole idea that it's difficult-who does that belong to? Is that even mine? Because if you. Look at it. A lot of our points of view about what's difficult and what's easy and what's possible and what's not, we picked up from our family a long, long time ago, and we're still living some version of that, thinking it has to be true for us too. But what if it doesn't? And that's where the magic begins. What if this doesn't have to be true for me. What else is possible for me? And this is where your uniqueness starts to be a gift to you, but also to others. What else is possible for me opens the door for if it's possible for you, and you don't have to do the same patterns anymore. You start to recognise there's there's something unique about you, but that uniqueness is connected to the whole. Meaning, you start to recognise it, but you become a contribution to everybody because you're not functioning from the idea that you need to live from the same old patterns that everybody else thinks they have to.
Jannecke Øinæs 26:00

You can find us on wisdomfromnorth.com/membership. If you love the Wisdom From North show, I think you will adore Wisdom From North membership, and I hope to see you there. Now let's get back to the episode. This is so interesting, and I feel it's very subtle that it's really about having that experience and not just hearing the words, but really experiencing this and noticing yourself, becoming conscious of it. Because I've noticed how much I am afraid of judgement. I'm writing a book right right now, and Norway is a small country, and it's coming out in Norwegian. And I can feel first it's a resistance in my body that I'm like procrastinating with writing on it, and I know I have a deadline, but you know somehow I just don't get myself to sit down and and write because it's coming closer to the deadline, and it's like I'm picturing the voices of a sentence I'm writing, like oh this person will judge that, or that kind of group will judge this, and either what I'm writing, it will be judged. And it was very helpful to watch some of your videos where you're saying that something on the lines that there there will always be judgement, but it's it's not about me. But still, I'm making it about me, and it's making me withdraw a bit because I'm feeling, can I really handle that? Can my nervous system handle that? Because Norway is a small country, and when I start to become more visible speaking about spiritual things, they're like, "Oh, this is just woo woo, and and it's okay doing on my English channel because Norway is not that aware of my English channel yet, so I feel more free here. So yeah, can you speak about judgement? Because you say you cannot get acceptance from people who judge.
Dain Heer 28:50
Yes, they will never accept you. And here's the interesting part: is this is exactly what I'm referring to with making judgement significant. What if it were not significant? What if you could perceive it and be in total allowance of it? Now, allowance is where everything is an interesting point of view, and the way that you get there. Well, one of the ways we also, I mean, we could do a we could do a quick mini session if you want using the clearing statement because, like you said, having an experience of it is probably more effective than us talking about it. And that's one of the difficulties for me is going on interviews. Is I want to give people an experience. I want them. I'm like, here's a class. Let's go. You know, like because once you have the experience of it, it's yours, and you start to realise how this stuff can actually work and help you in your life. So I'm happy to happy to do that. If you would, we can just do a quickie thing here if you want to. And but before that, let me explain this concept of allowance. Allowance is where you don't have alignment and agreement. Agreement or resistance and reaction, alignment and agreement is the positive polarity. Resistance and reaction is the negative polarity. So, in your current situation, what's going on is there is an alignment and agreement that judgement has power. And if you didn't have that, and when we align and agree, we make it real. That's how that works. Instead of us looking at it and going, "Oh, they're going to judge me. Interesting point of view. Who cares? We go, "Oh my God, judgement has power, and I have to use other people's judgments to determine what I should not be and choose. And that's where most of us are living, especially once again, the seekers of the world, the humanoids, the weirdos like you and me. And then what happens is now that you've made that real, now you're going through the resistance phase of trying to figure out what to do about it. Oh, I don't want to write. I don't want to be seen. I don't want to be judged. And the difficulty is, if you live in Norway, you're going to get judged. Why? Because of the culture. Every culture around the world has its parameters that people are supposed to fit into, or everybody has the freedom to judge them. Now, if you're going to change the world, you're going to have to be willing to be judged. See, the people people create small lives. One of the reasons they create really small lives and don't create what they would like is because they're going to be judged. It is one of the greatest reasons and justifications for limiting ourselves that we don't even realise we have. Now, in your world, it's showing up as all these feelings, right? It's like, ooh, I have this. I have feelings. I have emotions. I have now thoughts about my feelings and emotions. Except basically, it's from having aligned and agreed with judgement being more powerful than you, and I did that also. And so, you know, doing the weird work I do, people say I'm a cult leader. You know, he's doing this and doing this, and all of it is lies. And it used to really hurt because I just want to make the world a happy place, and it's funny because when you function from that point of view, people want to judge you more, and it's very interesting because then you'll see people who don't want to make the world a happy place. They don't seem to get the intensity of judgement, or they don't seem to care, and you're like, wait, why does this politician not care? Like, there's so many people hating them, but they don't care. They're going to go be as destructive as they want to be. Well, they don't care about judgement. Okay. Well, here you are trying to create a greater world, thinking that the way to do it is to place value on judgement, so you're not a bad person. What? This is insane. We think judgement makes us not a bad person. No, it is our choice that makes us not a bad person.
Dain Heer 32:44
Look at all these people who have no value in judgement that are bad people that are are willing to be destructive of anyone to get what they want. And here you are, you're like, I'd like to create a better world. I'm gonna be judged. So, a lot of people can probably relate to this because this is the world we live in, and once again, it tends to be the empaths of the world, the seekers, the kind, gentle souls that just want to make a happy world and don't understand why they feel like they're the only ones. And so, to a certain extent, what I found is there's somewhere around just short of 50% of the population seems to be seekers, and they're wired differently than the other 50% of the population. That's not to create a separation. In fact, it's to to try to get you to recognise that people are different and it's okay. But if you're somebody who who really wants to create a greater world, then one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is getting over the idea that it's wrong and bad to be judged, or getting the idea getting over the idea that judgement should control you, because judgement is is on the lowest of the spectrum of energetics. If you have judgement and you have miracles, miracles is up here, up here. Oh, guess so I can see on camera. Okay, and judgement is down here, and yet we keep believing we need to go here to know what to choose, and once again, so that we're not bad people. At least that's one of the. There's 1000s of ways in which that shows up. So, one of the things I would is it okay if I just do a little here?
Jannecke Øinæs 34:31
Yes.
Dain Heer 34:32
Okay. So I'm going to use something called the clearing statement. If anybody wants it, you can go to theclearingstatement.com. It's free, and please add this to your life. It's one of the biggest upgrades in personal development and spirituality since we've had personal development and spirituality, and it is a way of changing anything in the moment by asking to go back to the point of creation of where this limitation started. Whether it was last week, 100 billion years ago, 5 million lifetimes ago. Who cares? Doesn't matter because the consciousness of you desires consciousness for you, and it will actively contribute. The consciousness of you is in communion and connection with the consciousness of the planet and the plants and the animals and the trees, which is in connection with the consciousness and communion with the consciousness of the entire universe, this is a way of using a universal law, if you will, to contribute to you. And that universal law is that you have choice, and you have choice to undo patterns, even if they have run your entire life up until today. There's a reason we're talking today. There's a reason people have found this today, you know, and and we know that's how the universe functions. So let's do this. So I'm going to be doing it with you, Yannika, and and everybody can go along for the ride because it works on anybody who's willing to just say yes to letting something go. Okay, so everything you've done, and I guess everything we've done, to create to buy the lie that judgement has power and has more power than us, will you let it go. Will you destroy and uncreate it? Is the way I would say it. All you have to do is say yes. Okay. All you got to do is say yes. Thank you. Right and wrong, good and bad, pot and poc, all 100 shorts, boys, po, bad, spaces, creations, and beyonds. Now everything okay. If so, here's another thing I'd like you to do because this works on energy. It's one of the most wonderful things in the world. Is that all you have to do is get the feeling, the thing that sticks you, and we can use that to start changing it. Okay, because in most of what we do to try to change. We'll have something come up, and then it we it's as though we must identify it and understand it and figure it out, and then use a tool if we even have tools to change it. This is different. This is go with the energy because we fundamentally are energetic beings. It's why it hurts when someone shuns us because that energy, right? But so what I'd like you to do is I'd like you to get the energy that comes up when you think of writing, and you go into that about judgement. Okay, so there it is. Okay, so you you got it the moment I said it, and the weird part is you get the energy in that moment, and then you look for it. It's like no, you already got it. You're fast, really, really fast. Before I even completed my sentence, you you were there. So just get that everything that is. Will you destroy and uncreate it? Will you let it go?
Jannecke Øinæs 37:54
Yes.
Dain Heer 37:55
Okay. Times a gazillion, which is a number so big only God knows. It's like steroids for the clearing statement: right and wrong, good and bad, pot and poc, all 100 shorts, boys, poves, bassies, creations, and beyonds. Everything you did to buy all of this is yours, and everywhere you think it's your job to take away everybody's suffering, which means you don't just deal with your stuff; you actively try to make the world better by dealing with everybody else's, except that actually doesn't work because they need to choose before they can change. So everywhere you've been the empathic healer for the world, and especially the empathic healer for Norway, and also everywhere you've been believing that if people judge you, they can't receive the message. Everything that is times a gazillion, will you destroy and uncreate it all, please?
Jannecke Øinæs 38:55
Yes.
Dain Heer 38:55
Right and wrong, good and bad, pot and poc, all 100 shorts, boys, poves, bases, creations, and beyonds, and this is okay. And it may or may not feel different right now. How how does it feel? Better, worse, the same? Lighter, heavier? And there's no right answer.
Jannecke Øinæs 39:14
Well, I'm just so intrigued by everything you're saying. So I'm very in the moment, feeling feeling very clear. A lot of clarity, and just very present.
Dain Heer 39:25
Okay, so think about writing. How does it feel? Better, worse, or the same? And there's no right answer. I'm just looking to see what's occurring.
Jannecke Øinæs 39:38
It feels a bit more neutral. However, it is this one person that is popping up in my mind that I have created a story about because it feels like that person is after me to take me down and is still there.
Dain Heer 39:55
Yes. Well, so with that, here's the interesting part: is. When you were looking at that, because see, I know all I have to go on is the energy, and I know we're energetic beings. So I know as you look at things, I can perceive you flipping through your rolodex, right? Energetic Rolodex that you're looking through. So my next question was going to be like something that we brought up before, when you were like, okay, and and here's the thing. The weird part is when it's what we would call neutral. It means it doesn't have the positive or negative charge anymore. And the weird part is that's the space of freedom. But most of us think neutral is bad. Ooh, I must feel exuberant to do it. I must feel. I must. No, there's no feeling associated with action. There's just choice, and so that more neutral thing is actually where you have the freedom to just be present and then right. Now, so so there's that, and then when you were looking at that, my next question was going to be okay. Whatever that is, the other thing that was coming in. Who does that belong to? So, which is what you said. Somebody wants to take you down. So, everything that is not yours that you keep thinking is yours, and you think if you can just figure it out, you can change it. Will you let that go, please?
Jannecke Øinæs 41:18
Yes.
Dain Heer 41:20
Times a gazillion, right, wrong, good, about all 100 pod pock shorts, boys, poved species, creations, and beyonds. Now, here's an interesting thing because a lot of us have someone in our lives, or several someone's, that seem to want to take us down, and it seems to have an underlying basis in us wanting to make sure that we have adversaries to make sure we're not bad people. To make sure we don't go and be destructive again, so all of the implanted explanted points of view. An implanted explant creates a false version of reality. So all the implanted explanted points of view that tell you that you're bad, terrible, vicious, mean, awful, and evil, and you should have people jail you, and that you should have people who who want to take you down to make sure that you don't spread your evil. Which the evil that you are, it's it's like we have been implanted to believe that we are evil when it actually that is actually kindness. That is actually gentleness that is actually a desire to set people free. That's what we have been implanted and explanted to believe is evil. So all those implants and explants for you and everybody listening. By the way, if I just lost everybody, no problem. It's okay. I do that sometimes. Everything that is right and wrong, good and bad, pot and poc, all 100 shorts, boys, poved, spacies, creations, and beyonds. What if you no longer had to prove you're not a terrible person, that you're not evil, that you're not wrong, that you're not trying to destroy? Because what I see is most of us who are the seekers of the world have this point of view, and it's as though because we are so different we are wrong, because we desire more for others we are wrong. But if you look at the thread of sort of the fundamental basis or thread of reality, mean people, abusive people seem again to get to do whatever they want, and it's the kind, caring creatures who always feel like they're wrong and bad. Well, there's something that we can change in that we don't have to fight reality. We don't have to fight the nature of reality. We just have to start creating ours and realise you're not wrong for being different. You're not wrong for desiring to make people happy. You're not wrong for not giving in to bullshit. You're not wrong. So everything that is, and everywhere the wrongness has been a way of trying to be a good moral person, and all the structures of morality that all they do is create judgement of you rather than choice. Will you destroy and uncreate it? Will you let it go, please?
Jannecke Øinæs 44:21
Yes.
Dain Heer 44:22
Right and wrong, good and bad, pot and poc, all 100 shorts, boys, poved, spaces, creations, and beyonds. So, how are you doing? Better, worse, or the same?
Jannecke Øinæs 44:35
Well, I do feel good, so I guess I'm feeling better. I'm feeling excited and optimistic and happy.
Dain Heer 44:43
Cool. That that's that's the difference. Because what I'm looking for when I ask that question is more space or less. And the reason I ask is because I because I have an energetic sense as we work together of. Things change, like the very thing you're asking about. When we get the item and it starts melting, because what it does is, it's like most of us are walking along the path of our life, and there's a boulder here, and tiny rocks here, and broken glass here, and a fire here, and you know, and and and when we're ready, it's we use this. You just you use your life to create your life, basically, is how this works. So this is the current thing that's coming up, and it's like this big boulder. Energetically, I can perceive as the boulder starts to whittle away and become less of a boulder. Now something you can at least navigate with more ease. You don't. It doesn't stop you on the road of life now, and I can sense that. But also, it's very important for me how you're sensing it, because if you can acknowledge the new space, then that's yours forever. It's that thing of like giving a person a fish versus teaching a person to fish. It's like once you acknowledge it, it's yours because it's very easy if a pattern has been there for a long time. It's very easy to try to go back, and one of the things that changes that or stops that tendency is acknowledging the new space we have with something. And when we're truly being us, we have space with everything, which is-I sound crazy to say that-but imagine looking at this person and having absolutely no charge. Imagine not needing to get them back and them not needing to get you back. Ooh, but here's a great here's a great thing that. That that might be helpful for you and anybody who's having a relationship problem. Okay, so I'm going to ask this question and just get whatever awareness you do. Okay, and you don't have to answer it out loud. You just get the energy of it. Okay, except for the last question that I'll ask you to answer. So, how many lifetime get this person? Oh, another thing. If you can, well, we'll do that after. Sorry, I'm trying to give as many tools as possible, and my ADHD and my OCD really combine with my autism to make it interesting to have a conversation. Okay, so I apologise. Please forgive me. I'm neurodivergent. Okay, so how many lifetimes have you killed them? Just get that energy, okay? Without a judgement, okay. You already got it. Don't even try to think about it. It's it's not one we try to figure out. How many lifetimes have they killed you? Get that energy. And now, okay. So have they killed you more, or have you killed them more? And whose turn is it to kill the other one in this lifetime? Their turn to kill you, or your turn to kill them?
Jannecke Øinæs 47:53
Interesting question. I know,
Dain Heer 47:55
right?
Jannecke Øinæs 47:56
Should I answer this, or was this the one I should answer?
Dain Heer 47:59
Well, here's the we're bringing it up so we can change it, okay? Because some people think if you're saying it, oh, it's supposed to happen. I'm like, no, this is we're bringing it up so we don't have to have this insane fight with somebody where they just hate us because they hate us and we hate them, but we don't know why. And this is all changeable. That's the beauty of access tools, and what we're doing today is, you know, one two out of 8000. So, but that's the beauty of access tools is we change these things that nobody else knows how to change, just because we have the tools. We have the and and we've been exploring the awareness. The way we created all the tools was Gary Douglas, the founder, started by asking questions 40 years ago. He's like, "What is this? What do I do with it? Can we change it? If so, how do we change it? And everything has been built on that. So we don't take what is as what has to be. We're like, "Okay, what can be and what is possible, and how do we get there? So the last question is: It your turn to kill them or their turn to kill you? I'm going to let you be with that because saying that out loud on a public forum is probably not our best choice. Oh goodness! But get all the energy of everything I asked. How many lifetimes have they killed you? How many of you killed them? Who's killed the other one more? And whose turn is it to kill the other one in this lifetime? And I hope some of you out there doing this with your relationships with different people, because it's not a significance. These are all these weird points of view that we have in the background that are just bizarre. So everything that is everywhere, it's your turn to kill them or their turn to kill you, based on all this stuff, will you destroy and uncreate it, please, and everything that allows it to exist? Right and wrong, good and bad, pot and poc, all 100 shorts, boys, povads, bassies, creations, and beyonds. Oh my goodness, that had a lot of energy. Do you notice anything as I ran that? Learning statement.
Jannecke Øinæs 50:02
Well, I do feel neutral. I would say there. I I think it's difficult to explain what I feel in general in my body. I got to say, but I feel present and neutral, sort of the same. But I am curious about what you're saying, and I think people are curious. What are those rhymes or the words using good, bad,
Dain Heer 50:28
pot and pot, all 100 shorts, boys, boy, bad, basic, Christians? Well, it takes about 20 minutes to explain it fully, so that's why I said go to theclearingstatement.com. There's a long version and a short version of the explanation, but basically, if you look at the pock and the pod, that's where a lot of the magic happens. Where you're going back to the point of creation of the thoughts, feelings, and emotions immediately preceding your decision to create this. In other words, every limitation that we have in our lives is based on some choice. Now, some people hear that and they're like, "You're making me wrong. I didn't choose this. I'm like, "I know, but until you look at somewhere, somehow, something was chosen by you that allows us to exist. We can't really get free of it because you're not looking at where the source is, what this does is it goes back to where you chose something that created this, and it undoes the polarity of it. It takes it out of that positive and negative charge, and what it does is it quite literally, because what happens is you'll make a choice at one point for, let's say you're with a family where I don't know happiness is a struggle or it's non-existent, and so you make the choice that that's real and true, and now here you are 40 years later, and it's entrenched in every area of your reality, but you don't really know what to do with it. And when it's time, when you're ready to ask the question and change it, along comes this clearing statement. And I'm like, "Hey, everything that is, will you undo it? And Pak and Pod goes back to that first moment and starts it dissolving, and it eventually dissolves all the tendrils, and now, yeah. Go ahead.
Jannecke Øinæs 52:24
So magic, magic words in a way, a spell in a way, yeah. And words carry energy and vibration and all that. So it is
Dain Heer 52:32
actually quantum physics meets consciousness is what it is, because quantum physics tells you that not only can you go back in time and all you know? And for quantum physics, it's all theoretical. For me, it's very pragmatic and practical. But it tells us that you can go back in time and you can change the state of a prior choice. This is just actualizing it. This is just how do we use it to create our lives and make our lives what we know they always should have been.
Jannecke Øinæs 53:02
May I? Sorry.
Dain Heer 53:05
No, go ahead after you. Yeah.
Jannecke Øinæs 53:06
May I? May I jump in and ask? I'm going to jump a bit actually, but I found it so interesting what you were speaking about, and it really. I mean, I felt it in my body what you talked about that all the sensitive people, the seekers, were feeling that were wrong, and those who are actually not so good-hearted people are just carrying on with their things. And I know that you've been a seeker yourself, and you've read so much, and you've had access to so much consciousness within yourself. Why do you think it is like this. I mean, this is what I'm pondering about again and again. Why is it like this? Why do bad people rule the world, and to some extent?
Dain Heer 53:53
Well, there's a down the rabbit hole answer that I won't give. For that weird conversation, you need to come to an access class. But I will say that that how do I put this in a way that gives enough information? Well, so let's look from one perspective. We we won't choose the power that we have, because we assume that us having power is going to be bad for the world, and we don't want bad for the world. We want good for the world, and and that is something that has been with us for a very long time, and also along with the lie that our consciousness, our kindness, our joy, which actually are superpowers, the reason kind, joyful people get abused is because abusive, unkind people know they can't. Control someone who is truly kind, and so they think if they can get power over them. See, when somebody has no sense of power, they think if they can get power over somebody else, then it gives them power. And so we're living in a world in which that dynamic exists, and the why it goes to the very creation of reality itself, polarised reality itself, and it is part of why I talk about the seekers as almost like a different species because we function like a different species. We don't, we don't function from judgement. We don't understand judgement. We never have. And when you don't understand something, and you live in a world in which it is the prevalent reality, you bend, fold, staple, and mutilate you to try to understand, but also to try to get by and to try to survive, and so we've never recognised that what we have as one of our major powers is judgement having no value, nor validity, nor power over us. So we've been buying the lie our entire lives that judgement matters. That judgement matters. Judgement is valuable. Judgement has power, and we should avoid judgement. What if that weren't true? What if we have way more power than judgement? But remember, your point of view creates your reality. Reality doesn't create your point of view, even though we think it does. We think our experiences create our point of view. No, it was our point of view about those experiences, our choice about those experiences, that create our reality moving forward. And so, growing up in a world where those who judge seem to win and have the power, and truly not knowing how to do it, and realising because we are these open creatures who desire to contribute to everyone, the idea is that if everybody else is doing it, then there must be some power in this judgement thing. But what if there's not? What if your your greatest gift is not giving a flying flip about judgement? And I know when I say that, a lot of people are like, "You're crazy, or they just kind of check out. That's what I would have done 26 years ago. But what if the greatest gift you offer the world is to? And and here's the other thing: is we think if we're not gonna if we're not gonna make judgement more than us, we think we have to somehow still make it relevant. Or once again, we think we'd be terrible, evil people because we have been lied to and told that the way to not be a bad person is to judge everything you choose. It's the biggest lie we've ever bought, because the bad people aren't judging what they choose. Take any world leader, despot, you know, any of the ones that are doing things from total self-serving ways. Do you think they ever judge themselves? No, they just know they're right, and they're going to take whatever they want. And they're right for doing it. Here's the part we also don't get: they're right for doing it. They're right for doing whatever they choose. And then there's you. You want to write a book to set people free. You're like, oh, I'm probably wrong, but also, so if we can recognise this idea that we should judge us, and it makes us good people, is one of the biggest lies we've ever bought. Then you realise that there are also all these structures of morality, like the.
Dain Heer 59:02
the oh, by the way, I want to say something because one of the other lies that sticks us is that we're judgmental people, and why? Because you're so energetically aware again of the judgments people have and the judgments they expect you to have that you think, of course you're judgmental, but if let me tell you something that may enlighten hopefully a lot of people, if you've ever had the thought, "Oh my God, I'm so judgmental, that alone proves you're not. Why? Because somebody who is truly judgmental never thinks, "Oh my God, I'm so judgmental. They're like the world despots that just know they're right, and everybody should go along with them. And so we live in a world in which we have a lot of power. We have a lot of potency that we're not using. In fact. We are actively hiding, and it's funny because you know I sound like I'm you know calling for a revolution. Well, I'm calling for an awareness revolution. You know, I'm calling for a revolution in which the people that don't use have to use judgement to create stop validating it. Stop functioning from it. Because if you didn't function from judgement as a reality, you couldn't be limited by any of the stories going on out in the world. Because your point of view would be okay. I see you. Interesting point of view. I have this point of view, which is allowance. Interesting point of view. I have this point of view, interesting point of view. They have these points of view, and the world has these points of view. Interesting point of view. I think I have to have all these points of view. What if I don't? What if the greatest gift I can give is to be like the Buddha said, in the world but not of the world, and it's possible, and it's here. And today may be an invitation for you. And I don't care whether you do access consciousness or not. I would just like you to to stop the nonstop judgement and the nonstop idea that you're somehow wrong or or tainted. You're not. You are one of the greatest gifts this planet has ever seen. You just haven't been invited to know it, and and you think if something is going to be real, it should somehow match what came before. Part of the reason access is so effective is because it doesn't match anything that came before. It's being created and changed every 10 seconds, but that's the way our lives could be too, and we're greater than we have ever acknowledged. And from my point of view, now's the time, now's the space for something different that actually allows us to create the kinder world we came here to create and contribute to.
Jannecke Øinæs 1:02:00
Amen. Let's do it. Let's do it. And I want to mention something that also affected me in a video you had about I think it was seven things. Universe wants you to know, and one of them was that we are born with not just different skills and talents and abilities and our uniqueness, but we come into this planet with a unique sense of reality, a unique sense of perception of reality that is completely unique and real and important for the whole. And I love that because I feel so many times back to what we're speaking about, back to Norway and back to you know I love my country but still a small a small country and it's a lot of judgement. I feel sometimes that I'm being told what reality is and I'm saying but that's not my reality, and I just loved hearing that all our realities are unique, and that makes me feel that I have a permission that I can live in my own reality and claim my reality. And I also feel that it's so healing to speak about this. It's so healing to get this up in the light. Just speaking about it, to for me, it's really just freedom. I can breathe right there. So thank you, thank you, thank you,
Jannecke Øinæs 1:03:30
Dain, you mentioned you know your awareness revolution. Where are we with that, you feel
Dain Heer 1:03:40
it's further along than I believe people realise, and I see elements of it in all kinds of places. And you know, when you see like when I see an Instagram story or something or some social media post about somebody who's you know, planted or preserved all these trees, and now you know, and it's it's has changed, or even friggin' in China where they used to have the deserts and they released the horses. I don't know if you've seen this, but they brought wild horses back, the last of their kind, and now because of the horses, they have green plains everywhere. These are just tiny elements of hope that I see. Is there a lot of crap? Yeah, but here's the thing: if you haven't noticed and haven't gotten the message, you get more of what you focus on. So, what I do is every day I say, universe, show me beauty and miracles. Show me something beautiful and show me miracles, please. I am never disappointed, and I to some people that can seem like Pollyanna, but I also am very. I may sound crazy. Or off the deep end of whatever scale there is, because I probably am, and I'm also very pragmatic and very, very grounded, if you will. My head is there, but I'm also here, meaning I have been tracking the the different energetic movement of things in working with 1000s and 1000s of people a year. I get to it's like you get this energetic pulse and and in this unique way of of the consciousness and the difference that people are having access to because that's what access consciousness gives you. So I have a front row seat to seeing what's actually available, and there is more available now than there ever has been before. And I don't know, you know, I I may sound like I know what it takes, you know, like a checklist to create a different world. I don't have a checklist. I just have a sense of people having access to way more of their their magic and miracles, and not having that sound woo woo because they realise they, as a being, my definition of magic is getting to do what works. You know, doing what works and miraculousness is being able to create things in a way that is unexplainable by current technology or awareness. So that's what I see: is people having far more access to it, and not necessarily recognising until that moment they get it. And this is the weird part. Also, is you get it when you get it, but what I'm seeing is people getting that access to them on a way deeper, more profound, more fundamental level that changes their living, breathing existence, their life in a fundamental way way quicker than they ever have before, and they're also able to hear these tools of consciousness in a way, whatever tools of consciousness. And by the way, like once again, I want to make this really clear. I don't care if somebody does access. Okay, it's not about do access and you'll get all this stuff. No, there are so many amazing tools out there. There are so many amazing people out there just use this one criterion: what's true for you makes you lighter, a lie makes you heavier, and realise that there are a lot of people out there that will use what's true and attach a lie to it to try to manipulate you into following, into buying, into doing whatever. So when you notice the light, where you're like yes, and if it gets heavy and twisted, ask some more questions like what is this? Is this really for me? Oh, and another great question for knowing what to choose: What will my life be like in five years if I choose this? And what will it be like if I don't? If I buy this little programme that I just saw the ad for, what will my life be like in five years?

Will it go like this, or will it go like this? If I don't do it, will my life go like this, or like this, or will it just be neutral? Because if it's neutral, why spend the money? If it's going to go like this, probably something to think about getting. If it's going to go like this, don't do it, and we we have to train ourselves with that. But it's a great question.

Beautiful, so helpful. This is an entire masterclass. I feel. Thank you so much, Dain. I have a few questions that I ask everyone, and we have been talking about it, so it's spot on to you. What is self love to you?
Dain Heer 1:08:41
The space in which you wouldn't ever reach to judge you based on anything that is coming up for you inside of you or from outside of you, and actually valuing the the you that you alone know you are, and never having to diminish it for anyone, especially their judgement.
Jannecke Øinæs 1:09:12
And what is God to you?
Dain Heer 1:09:15
So many things in so many lifetimes, and what I would say it actually is is the consciousness, the life force, the spirit that connects us all. And in contrast to what God, the the job God appears to have been given by people, I'd say it's a space of absolutely no judgement and the awareness that every molecule has consciousness, and we are all interconnected, and that we can tap into that. It's not that we have to be perfect creatures and judge everything we do as wrong, because otherwise God won't like us. If there is indeed a God, God is sitting there going, "I see how bad you feel about this. I'm so sorry. I never wanted you to judge you. I would like you to know how great you are.

And what is the deeper meaning of life from your perspective?
Dain Heer 1:10:21
To enjoy every 10 seconds of being alive, and to contribute to creating a sustainable living Earth indefinitely, in which it is a joy to live on our home planet, in which we are all included, no one is judged, and that our level of consciousness is such that these things that are such huge problems now cease to exist, and the recognition that all because there's a lot of people who think technology will save us. Technology is a source. Every advance in technology was preceded by an advance in consciousness by at least one person. That's where all of our breakthroughs come from: is more consciousness, more awareness, and to have access to that gives us access to the things that only woo-woo spiritual people explore that we think should be available, like being able to create what we would call miracles continuously from knowing and request.

Wow! Thank you. I'm going to drop a few links below here in the show notes. But can you guide people if they now want to dive into your work? How can they do so?

So the best place actually is shop.drDainHeer.com which is weird because I have drdainehere.com, but because of some technical issues, that one has not been updated in a while. So either one of those, but also I've got almost 1000 videos on YouTube, and also subtitled in all kinds of different languages, insta you know the usual suspects. But one of the things I'm really excited about, I just created a course called Life Reimagined, and it's it's a beautiful introductory invitation to to a different way of functioning in a really practical way. So that's one of the ones I'm really excited about right now because of the feedback that I've gotten from it, and requires no previous access knowledge, which is is one of the other things I'm excited about. Because you might hear me and be like, "Whoa, I don't know what all this other stuff is. I don't know where to go. That would be a wonderful place if you're interested.
