I was in labour all day, and at that point, I started suffering what is referenced as an amniotic fluid embolism. And essentially, my lungs were 85% full of fluid. So then I popped over, and I suddenly was just observing the ICU room, and I could see the doctors working on me. I was-I knew something was off, something was different, and I felt the presence of what were 12 beings around me, and for some reason I know I was in an observatory room. I was being observed, and then this being comes to me, and you're gonna love this part. She was presenting herself as a female to me. I said, "Can you look at me in the eyes? And she said, quite literally, "I don't think that's a good idea, and I said, I think it's a great idea. You should look at me in the eyes, and I can know what's going on here. And she goes, I don't think that's a good idea. I said, that's a really good idea. Look at me in the eyes, and I said it with authority. And she said, Okay, look, you asked for it, and as her eyes went down, and I sit with this Jesus guy, and as I'm talking to him, the very first thing he said healed me 1,000% Is the only message I needed to hear, and it healed me. And to the point, if I hear those words spoken to me telepathically right here, right now, I can feel them, and I can simultaneously heal from anything, but he said, "Are you ready? He said, and as the breath of God went into the body, I felt my body lift up and go back down, and then I was in a coma. By this point, I was proclaimed dead for 53 minutes.

It's wonderful having you here. You have one of the most extraordinary near-death experiences and most epic NDEs that I've ever come across. Actually, we're going to hear it today. And through the NDE, you've received profound spiritual knowledge about our nature of reality. Now, today you are a hypnotherapist. You're an author. You're a spiritual guide. You help people navigate their spiritual journeys and to find their purpose. Now, before we dive into the near-death experience, my first question to you is: What is captivating you the most right now, cosmically, spiritually, and in your own life.

Oh, you know it's interesting. I am noticing that there's the great spiritual awakening going on right now. So more and more people are truly awakening, and that pendulum is swinging. And we're recognising the tensions. And so when the pendulum swings, that we become more awakened. We're going to have the opposite and direct opposite of that. So that's why we have this political tension. And so I just choose to remain on this side of the variant scale of looking and bringing my awareness to all things positive and continue moving that direction because that's the direction I'm going to merge into, and I and I believe we're all at that point where we need to make choices. Where do we bring our awareness?

Beautiful. And if you're ready, I'd love to hear your near-death experience. And I'm actually not going to jump in with my questions. I'll come in afterwards so that everybody gets to enjoy and experience your full and profound story for themselves.

Absolutely. So it was actually in 2000. It was the biggest blizzard of the year. I had been on bed rest for about 13 weeks at that point in the hospital for 10 days. I was a young young mom, 17, almost 18 years old, and here I am about to give birth. The night before delivery, I begged to stay one more night because I knew something was off. So yes, motherly instincts kick in even for us young moms. And that day, I was in labour all day, and then it was getting like 7p.m. at night, and they needed to go in and check the baby's heartbeat and the physical approach for that is by applying this little corkscrew to her head. But when they went in to insert the screw into her head, that's really what it is. They accidentally must have nicked a vein or done something because at that point I started suffering what is referenced as an amniotic fluid embolism, so all of our amniotic fluid started escaping the the womb and going into my bloodstream, and it takes a while for doctors to pick up on what's going on. So all they could recognise is that I was having a difficult time breathing. So they thought this was potentially because of. Contractions, so they they ordered the anesthesiologist to go in there as quickly as they could to give me this epidural because I was panicking, and honestly, he wasn't very happy being there at 8o'clock at night. He was about to leave and go take care of his wife, who was also passing away at home. She was on hospice, and this story plays a gigantic ripple effect to him among many of the practitioners and people that were caring for me. So I really love how we created so many ripple effects with this one event. And so, long story short, I'm in the C-section at this point, and the doctor had been forewarned that I may feel the C-section because they had to give me an epidural and then more medication, and so yes, I had an adverse reaction. And so I'm laying there, I'm feeling everything, I'm not able to breathe, and I started just panicking, as you can imagine. And at one point, as I'm laying there, just when I heard the babies cry for the first time, which sounded like a power drill. I was like, "Oh my gosh, what are they doing to me now? I said, "God, just take me out of here, and I commanded it with all of my willpower. And at that point, I felt myself escape the back of my head, and I went straight to the top of the room. I was so ambitious, looking down, and it something's interesting about that shift. Like you don't see yourself in movement. You're just simultaneously bringing your awareness to where you need to bring it, and your awareness will be directed on anything that you want or that you're receiving with love. It's truly like love is the portal. So for this moment, I was bringing all of my awareness to that little baby and I was so concerned about her, but not not worried. There's an absence of feeling anything negative. It was more just concern and just pure compassion. Actually, I really want what's in the best interest for that baby. So I saw the doctors like manhandling her and passing her around. I was like, oh, be careful, you know, like I had so much compassion and love for her, and my love being anchored in that moment is truly what allowed me to be there. And if I hadn't had a resident doctor in this university hospital recognising, hey, I think she's having amniotic fluid embolism, those critical moments would not have preserved my body long enough, so they were able to resuscitate me right there. But quickly, I coded again, and on the way up to the ICU, we take an emergency elevator up. My little awareness floated, and I went and I observed this doctor at a nurse's station who got the page to meet my staff and myself in the in the ICU elevator, and I saw him take the page. I felt his concerns and passion. He ran over. I saw his little bald spot on the top of his head, which he later blamed on me.

Although I say that's pre-existing condition, I did not give that to him. And then my concerns went to my grandfather and my sister, who at this moment my sister was ironically working in the hospital, and this is just really fun to hear because a lot of us, you know, we're dealing with hospice and loved ones passing in an emergency situations in the hospital. But if you're ever wondering, do your loved ones tune into you when you're feeling love for them, absolutely, absolutely. So I was standing above the room when my sister, who worked at the hospital, got the ordering notes. She got the X-rays and she was going to hand deliver them to the pulmonologist and who was at the nurses' station, and I could see she was secretly violating HIPAA by exposing the results to my grandfather. And I I heard their conversation. I felt their emotions. I knew everything that was going on in that scene, and I felt the expression that they both had when they recognised what was happening to me, and essentially my lungs were 85% full of fluid, and that X-ray had been scanned before I was even sent up to ICU. So then I popped over, and I suddenly was just observing the ICU room, and I could see the doctors working on me. And yeah, I go much further. I go to a white realm space, a black realm space, and even another space. So, hang tight with me. These things I'm sharing because they're critical to understanding how to manifest what is actually going on when we leave the body, and that's why I'm explaining these out-of-body experiences that seem not as interesting. But there are some really cool things I want to share. So I'm looking at the doctors working on my body, and there was something interesting about them that I think everybody should know. And when you're out of body above the room, you're looking at their frequency field body. You don't even really care what their physical body looks like. You look at all of their body, and their body extends out of your body. That's. The aura field, and with that frequency, when you're there, you can tune into that, and you know exactly what they're feeling, what they're thinking, and what their intentions are. So I could truly identify exactly who was really caring about me in this situation, and I could very, very clearly feel their passion and commitment to trying to keep me alive. I had really good staff. So years later, they're like, "Do you want to sue them? Like, no. They did everything they possibly could. This was beyond their control, and their intentions were were really pure. So I was just observing this, and I felt that. And that's the same. If you reverse engineer that, you guys think about it. If you reverse engineer, how do I connect to my loved ones? Just really feel your love for them. Think about how much you love them, and if you really want to radiate and shoot that, you know, really make sure they get this love portal connection. Imagine you're sending that right through an imaginary halo above your head, like here's my beacon of light. This is the love I have for you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I love these things. I feel grateful that I recognise these things about you. So that's essentially that. That's how we can reverse engineer, and you can change and adapt that for anything you want, anything, as long as you do it with love and light, selflessly. So that was going on. Then this woman met me above the room, and she didn't really care too much about me. She did. She had pure love for me. She's nothing but love. Don't get me wrong. But her concern was on my mother, who was across the room staring out in the blizzard. It was the biggest blizzard of the night, and or the winter, and I knew she loved me, and I simply said, "You know, like what? Who are you? And telepathically, she said, "I am the one who named you, and that's something interesting too, because you can't. There's no room for deceit, and as I'm engaged in this conversation, I continue to have this beautiful conversation with her. I recognise telepathy is our first language.

We all speak telepathically, and when you drop the body filter and you have no limiting beliefs, and you're in that state of being where you're just purely tapped in and really trusting each other fully. That's how telepathy works. So she trusts. We have this pure trust and pure love and selfless energy between us, and that's what allows telepathy to emerge. So I teach a lot about telepathy, and that's really the foundation of it. So she was trying to show me though. There's something going on down there. You might want to pay attention. I think she was trying to show me I died, and I needed to understand that before I can move forward. And a long story short, I didn't quite get the message, so she kind of got frustrated in a very loving way. And she's like, you know, why don't you just go inward and go go in towards the light, and like a any hypnotherapist suggestion, you just have to do it when you're in that state of being. So I went in, and it felt like an owl on a an owl head, like swivelling inward towards perhaps like where your pineal gland is, and at and then as I did it, I kind of went at like I recognise that there's the accessing to the other side and the access point of getting back in. It's like time folds in on itself, and you're the energy of that experience of being folded in on yourself. So I went and folded in on myself and emerged into a, and it feels like some people ask me what this looks like, and feels like it kind of feels like there's a figure eight, and then you sandwich it together, and then you push it through. Can't explain it better than that. And other near-death experiencers that I've interviewed, because I do insights on this, say, "Oh my gosh, that is what it that is what it feels like. So it's really interesting, and so anyway, I'm in this bright white light now, and my first thought was, oh my gosh, thank goodness there's something here. I grew up in a household where religion was a very confusing thing. I felt like my mom was in one religion; she actually maybe was in several different trying to figure it out. I was going to grandparents who were all different religions who said that one's the wrong one. That one's the wrong one. I was like, well, I don't care how I got here, but I got here. I don't know how I like. I'm just so grateful. There's something here. They're all onto something. And as I'm standing there, the light does something to you. The light is pure love, and it's pure healing. And the longer you stay there, you're-it's like it's cleansing all of the potential cells of your body, but it's not the cells of your body. It's the frequency of your body. So you are embodied. With pure love and pure frequency, when you cross over, and the longer you're there, the more you could absorb this healing energy. And that's so. If you're suffering from anything like a body ailment of any type, just imagine, sense, and feel that your white light is cleansing all of your frequency field, because your frequency field is what provides love and light to the actual physical body cells of your body. So that's some of the modality I work with, but that's really the shortcut. So even if we never talk, and you're working on something whether now or 30 years from now, and you can't even find this video, just remember I need to heal the frequency body I have, and it's just love and light. Just imagine love and light coming into your frequency field, and then you're onto something, and your higher self can take over and finish healing you at that point. To be honest with you, so I'm there and I'm radiating and I'm like healing and I'm becoming one with this space and I very specifically recognise I'm hearing angels singing to my left and to my right, and looking back, I'm like, it's kind of like we have ears. Even in the frequency body, we have ears, and we tune in the same way. It was so fascinating.

And if you want to bring, as the angels were singing, if you want to bring your awareness to one individual angelic's voice, you can you can separate just by stating the intention or having the intention. I want to hear that voice, and you could follow that voice up and hear it. And it's this frequency musical instrument of a voice, and it's always going out, out, out. It's professing pure love and pure frequency, and it sounds like a musical instrument, but it's very on worldly. So I couldn't even begin to describe. But when you put them all together, it's so beautiful, so beautiful. So I'm I'm there and I'm radiating, I'm cleansing, and I'm healing, and it feels so good. And after a really long time, I picked up what our true instinct is. Our true instinct here in this space on Earth, as well as there, is to create. We're creators, you guys. We're creating, and it feels good to create with love. And what's really cool about that place is that you don't have to drag your physical body, or get a ticket to get on aeroplane. If you want to experience something, you can move at the speed of thought. It's like a quantum travel event, and you can simultaneously be where you need to be. So I began travelling at the speed of thought, and if that's and actually I was going so fast; it was almost like I was in the forefront of the moment of now. And I'm telling you, that's how you can manifest. So if you really, really, really, really, really feel good, and you dial up that joy energy that you have, and you you turn that joy energy to one level higher, which I refer to as gratitude. This feels so good. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This feels so good. Yes, this is what I want to experience. I love it. I love it. I love it. Whatever that is, you just have to get that frequency up, and once it's anchored, you can say yes. Now let me apply this with love and light selflessly intention that I need to do, such as whatever goal it is that you're working on in life, like I want to people feel like I don't want to pick on the abundance one because that one's too that one's a little bit layered. But let's say that you're trying to manifest a really beautiful day with a very specific person. You could just increase your frequency. Yes, yes, yes. I love that. I love. I feel so much joy when I experience that, and it would be so grateful if I could experience that. Allow me to shine and bring my truest essence to the moment. And when you can really dial that up with intention and willpower, then it's like you are on the forefront of the moment of now, and that's where you truly can co-create. And there's this willpower energy that comes out of all of our heart spaces, and there's this trick I'd like to share, where if you really want to dial up your willpower and really, really amp it up, try to compress it, so you you know that heart space holds so much joy, and okay, let's say you're having a really bad day, low frequency, and you can't even feel good. Joy, put on your favourite music. Borrow the joy from something you love. Put on your favourite song. I love instrumental anything because the lyrics can kind of cause us to start thinking about other things, and just crank up that music and be like, I love this song. I love this song. Just so good. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. And compress that willpower into your heart space, and then rate when you can't compress that light anymore. Then imagine, sense, and feel you're pressing that out to all of your aura field, all of your frequency field, all of the quantum field around you. Like, yes, this is. The message I'm sending. This is exactly what I want to manifest. This is exactly what I'm going to be creating right now. And I even take this one step further. For years, I've been saying, "I choose joy. I choose joy. I choose to be healed. But I say, take it one step further and say, "I've decided I'm going to have joy.

I've decided I'm going to be healed, and that's what you do in heaven. Literally, you're travelling. You're like, you know, I'm going to move this way. You decide it. You're on the forefront, the moment of now. Joy is almost behind you, and that's how you travel there. And then at some point, I decided there should be colour here. But before I could even create the colour, the colour emerged, and it was the most beautiful garden, just like every near deather explains. And some things that people don't quite describe is how I'm going to describe this garden to you. But really, it's beautiful. It's like plasma light. It's plasma light, and the creation, the the garden is so lush, and the flowers are so different than anything you can possibly imagine here on Earth, and it's like the co-creator self of you is going to insert whatever you think is the most beautiful thing you can possibly experience, and that is, for me, nature garden, and so this lush garden with foliage and flowers, and that I could never even begin to describe because it was so intricate and beautiful, and I can get glimpses of it. But the thing I remember most is it had plasma light, and the plasma light was almost like emerging from a different dimension into the dimension I was in, and as it emerged, emerged, emerged, the gradient lights changed form and changed colour. And it wouldn't just be red flower; it was like all variant colours of red. It was literally like plasma light. And then I got to the end of some T intersection, and I think it's fascinating if you want to map out heaven. Okay, so I let you land there, and then I went left, and then I went to the end of some path in the garden, and I knew I could go left or I could go right. I just knew it. You just know. And for whatever reason, my higher self said, "You're going to go left, or "You're going to go right, "You're going to go right, "You're going to go right. But I've heard people go left, and that's where a lot of people say they get to these Greek columns and castles and crystalline buildings, and it's like a learning place. And it doesn't matter whether you go there or you go towards the Jesus sky, which is where I'm about to describe. It's like it unfolds and comes to you, and your consciousness is like collaborating with it. So I've heard other people say that they went to the learning place and the doors open up and then they close behind them just by just by consciousness moving through it. And it's the same thing with the garden. It felt like everything was alive and moving with me. And I get and no, I did not have any drugs in my system. I get that question a lot. Then I went right and I sit with this Jesus guy and I say the Jesus guy intentionally because I don't know what his name was. I didn't ask. I almost maybe think it's the most beautiful archetype was inserted there of whoever it was that I would resonate with most in my entire life. I knew there was a Jesus in my heart, and I would sing this little light of mine. And you know, like I love Bible school, so he was sitting there on this wooden bench with a rock, and he had he was looking over his shoulder towards me, and he said, "Come, come sit with me. And I like a hypnotic suggestion: You cannot just not go sit next to him. The next thing I know, I'm not just sitting next to him. I'm sitting really close to him, and there's this movement of energy that happens too. So, like while you're embodied in a physical body, you feel restricted. You have to actually physically move your body if you want to get closer or further away from somebody. But here it's like this energy exchange where there were moments where I felt like I was really close to a space, and there were moments that he was further away, but I don't remember moving. So it's all about perceptional, the way you perceive and what you feel comfortable with.

And as I'm talking to him, the very first thing he said healed me 1,000% It was the only message I needed to hear, and it healed me. Healed all of my frequency. Healed everything, and to the point, if I hear those words spoken to me telepathically right here, right now, I can feel them, and I can simultaneously heal from anything. But he said, "Are you ready? He said, "I am so proud of you. I'm so proud of you. And when pure love and pure joy and pure good of everything says, 'I am so proud of you, that is just-it's-it's beautiful. And he treated me like I was God's source, love, creator, and." I was treating him like he is God's most love creator, and we had this very deep level of respect for one another and trust, and I felt one with him. And he proceeded to show me the footprints in the sand. He said, "I was with you all along, and I kind of pushed back and got sassy with him actually, and I said, "You were not with me all along. I remember all these times as a child; I was alone, and he proceeded to show me all of these early childhood experiences where I had an imaginary friend, and my imaginary friend would give me comfort. And he goes, "Do you see that love right there? And I was like, "Yeah. He goes, "That was me. That that love is me, even when you comforted yourself. And what's really cool about this is, I wasn't just comforting myself. My imaginary friend was my 17-year-old self that I was right here in the garden. I was I was shown that my 17-year-old self was giving comfort to my younger self. And true story, as a child, I had imaginary friend, and I called her Coco. Imaginary friend, I think that's funny now. I called her Coco, which is my family would crack up because my brother called me Coco because he couldn't say Crystal. And when people would say, "Well, what does she look like? and I would say, "She's so beautiful, and trust me, I was way more beautiful at 17 than I am in now. But she, I would say, she is so beautiful. Of course, we're all going to think our as a younger self that our older self is so beautiful. You know, we that's just what we do, especially when we don't have body filters or limiting beliefs stopping us from tuning into that. So anyway, the Jesus guy he shared with me so many messages, and I got so many downloads, and I love talking about them. But one of my favourite parts of this experience I wanted to share is that there were these. He was gesturing suddenly at some point. These three babies in a courtyard out in front of us, and he's showing me these are yours. Like this is your essence. This kind of how this is yours, and I looked down and I knew that they belonged to me. I didn't quite understand how yet, and I was like, they're so beautiful. He's like, yeah, you can go back to essentially the earth realm now, or you can go back later, but either way, these are yours. And if you choose to go back later, I will love them and take care of them until it's your turn to hold them. And that remembrance came back when my youngest child was born 10 years ago, almost to this day. And as I was looking at him in the hospital, I remember Jesus said that, and it overwhelmed me with so much love, and I was so humbled. I'm like, "Oh, thank you, Jesus! Like now it's my turn to love my child until they can come back to you, go back to the true essence of whatever it is that we hold and possess within us. And it was really beautiful, and that's actually what catapulted me into reawakening and remembering a lot of these deeper insights. And even though I've always remembered them, it was like I need to fulfil a purpose. I recognise that there is an exchange of energy, which I'm going to go over in just a moment of when I made that bargain. So I looked down at the little babies, and they were so cute, and I just looked at one in the eyes.

I was like, "You are so cute! I just want to pick you up. And I remember thinking that, and this we don't recognise even there that babies speak telepathically. So when it responded to me telepathically, I was a little bit caught off guard, and she said, "Wait a minute! You can't just pick me up. You can't just pick me up. I'm my own divine spiritual being. You can't just pick me up. And I was like, whoa! I didn't. You just don't think like that as you know, adults and people in this world. We we we perceive that we have authority over them. And she was saying, no. I'm my own divine, why spiritual being. You can't just pick me up. I need you need permission, and I was like, I was so shocked by that. I literally felt my consciousness pop, and suddenly I'm outside in this black realm space, and the only thing I can, but yet I'm journeying the whole time. I'm on this journey, and the only thing I can describe is in the white realm space, it's almost like the inside of the silver cord. The astral projectors and out-of-body experiencers and other NDEers have experienced and mentioned. I didn't see a silver cord. I think I was writing inside the silver cord, and when she said this, it popped my awareness out, and I continued writing the silver cord, but not being able to see the silver cord because maybe it was behind me, and it was like I had almost like 360 degree perception of anything I wanted to see. But there was this very fine line that I couldn't fully just swivel around all the way, and I think that is where the silver cord is. And so now I'm in this black. Void space and it's very velvety rich and full of wisdom and knowledge and very it gives you this feeling of satisfactory. There's nothing to weary about. It's very calm, very peaceful, very loving and it's like you are truly a state of being. So remove all emotions, remove all events, and you-it's almost like being reprogrammed. And this is the state where there is no programming, so you're a state of being, and I'm there, and it felt like I was there-no exaggeration-for billions of years. And as I'm a state of being, I just slow down sometimes because things go really slow on that side. I was a state of being for a really long time, and all of a sudden I felt a pop again, and I became aware of myself. And the very first thing I'm not exaggerating that I thought is, "Oh, I am that I am. Take that with a grain of salt. I said, "I am that I am, and then after a really long time, I began to wonder, "What am I? What am I? And what's that emergence of energy? Just like it, just like when you're in the white realm space, you want to create, create, create, emerge with your consciousness into the world around you. That's our instinct is to move. It's energy in motion. So at some point, I was like, "Oh, I want to create. And behind the feeling of creation is willpower. So I want. I was using my willpower to create. And as I'm willing something, I had no idea what to will for. So I, no exaggeration, said, "Let there be light. Not joking, you guys. I can't even make this up. I said, "Let there be. I have goosebumps. I said, "Let there be light, and there was this like lightning bolt go across in front of me, and I was able to bring my awareness and look at it very closely, slow it down, speed it up, manipulate the light that I looked at saw the gradient lights in it, just like it was in the garden, very plasma-like, and I was like, that was really cool, and that brought me joy. And I want to use my willpower to exert more joy. So what did I do? Created a lightning show, like it was fireworks, and I was just like using and exerting willpower and creating these fireworks, and after some time, I felt satisfied. I was like, "Oh, I can create, and that's all I needed to know. I was suddenly a state of being again.

I knew I had the possession and power to create, knowing, but I didn't have the movement and desire to create any further because I knew I could do it, but then I started bringing my awareness to, wow, it's been some time since I created, and I started recognising the measurement of time and going backwards. I'm like, wait a minute, it's been a while since I created. What happened before that? And it just like love is the portal. My awareness immediately went to my baby, and this is where I get emotional. I was like, "Oh my gosh, it's been billions of years. It's been a long time since I had that baby. Whatever happened to her? And just before I could freak out, something outside of me pulled me out of this experience, and suddenly I'm placed on what feels like a bed, and I'm not just placed on the bed because in the white realm space and the black realm space you can move freely at the speed of thought. Here I'm anchored to the bed by what felt like my spinal cord, and I was forced to look slightly upward. I couldn't really just bring my awareness down. I had to look up, and which is so interesting by itself. And as I'm looking up, I notice I'm in this artificially lit room. It was not plasma white light like the heaven realm. It was artificial. And for a brief moment, I was like, "Thank God, I'm back in the hospital. I don't know what that was. I don't know what light these doctors are casting onto my face now, but it's really bright. Is really what my first thought was, and then I, I was, I knew something was off, something was different, and I felt the presence of what were 12 beings around me, and they were just a little bit below my peripheral vision, as if I'm not allowed to see them, and for some reason, I know I was in an observatory room. I was being observed. It felt like an oval-shaped room. So I'm trying to shift my awareness and bring it here, and try to cognitively discern what is going on here. Am I in some weird hospital space? Like all of that was going on, and then this beam comes to me, and it's fully illuminated. And you're gonna love this part. It's fully illuminated. It was like white on white on white lights, and they each layer of white had a different vibrancy to it. And as it came to my left side of the foot of my bed. Which is interesting because that has a lot to do with how we access our higher self, and a lot of our spiritual side of ourselves are on our left side, and that's by no mistake here. I believe it's all tied together, and it comes to my left side, and it's it's looking at me, but it's not looking at me in the eyes, and I knew that there was something important. If it looks at me in the eyes, I would be able to know more, and I would be able to-I have more power when it looks at me in the eyes. Something like that, right? So, but let me describe it. This being had really flowy hair. I wish I could have hair like it. Let me just say, it's very blonde, very flowing, almost anti-gravitational underwater. But yet, it did have some weight to it. And her eyes were electric blue. She was presenting herself as a female to me, but I knew she was gender neutral. I knew she was both perfected masculine energy, energy all into one, which I love to go over too if we have time. And her eyes were electric blue, like plasma electric blue, and she had like her she her she had chakras that were fully illuminated to lots of chakras, more than seven. I would even specifically say 12, which matches the 12 council of the elders, and even her crown chakra was fully illuminated, which is what gave her the appearance of a halo.

So as I'm staring at her, she transpired into form more and more and more, and it was just like in the other realm, where the more I, the more awareness I bring to it, and the more love I'm feeling, my consciousness is interacting with something, and it was almost like this hologram screen or film in front of her, where she transpired into form, and I could see what I wanted to perceive as the most comfortable, loving being possible. So I said, "Can you look at me in the eyes? And she said, "Quite literally, I don't think that's a good idea. And I said, "I think it's a great idea. You should look at me in the eyes, and I can know what's going on here. And she goes, "I don't think that's a good idea, I said. "That's a really good idea. Look at me in the eyes, and I said it with authority. And she said, "Okay, like you asked for it. And as her eyes went down, I felt them shoot me backwards like the end of a lightning bolt, and or like a lightsabers, like like true pull, like true energy, and I was being surged backwards. And so for the rest of this experience, I'm in that position, being surged backwards with pure force. I can't even describe it to you, but it didn't hurt. Don't worry, it was just very energetic, and the whole time I was, I was feeling like her, I could tell what she was thinking, what she was feeling. I could tune into the quantum space around her, just like her. I'm going to explain that to you. I could understand anything I wanted to know when I needed to know it. I, it was like a very big download of every all love and all wisdom. And for a brief moment when we made eye contact, something incredible happened. We shifted. I don't normally say this part on podcasts, but I feel like your audience would love to hear it. We shifted perspectives for a second, so I could see what she was seeing and feel what she was feeling as she was looking at me, and for a brief moment, I looked down and I saw this like it was like crystals, but blue jewels, and they like dazzled with light. And I didn't put one and one together at the time, but I bet it was because I was a light being. Like angels are light beings, and I looked down. I saw this really beautiful, like crystal dress, but it was blue crystals. And I was like, "This is really beautiful. Like from the angel's perspective, it couldn't possibly perceive anything more beautiful for itself to wear. And then I also felt those 12 council, the elders, those 12 beings, the Elohim, whatever you want to call them, they were doing something really cool. They were bringing their energy to the angelic being, and that's what I believe is creating the chakra system. And I've been told many times, many ways from other people, they've counted those beings, and there's 12. So take it with a grain of salt. I'm telling you what I my experience is, and I I what I think is happening here is that they're like care bearer power or power ranger power. They're unifying their power together, and they're creating this holographic angelic being, this interdimensional being. And I felt its power. Coming to me, and very specifically, just like it is when you're hearing angels singing in heaven, you can bring your awareness up to hearing every single individual sound. You could do the same thing here. I could feel the power coming from the individual beings. I just didn't spend any time with that because we only exchange eye contact for a brief moment. But now in my meditations, when I'm trying to command with love and light selflessly anything that I need, and let's say I'm taking on a mission that the universe that my guides and I tell I can tell God's telling me to do something, I imagine, sense, and feel I am this powerful being, and I command with authority to these 12. You guys, I'm doing your job for you. I'm being your hands and feet. I'm gonna need the energy and resources to complete it. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Bring that to me. Bring it to that.

And if you do that every single time I've asked for it, it's been delivered. And let me say, do it love and light selflessly, because you don't want that perpetual oppressed karmic energy coming back to you, and recognise that sometimes when I have asked this, it feels like I get literally spun off track and placed right exactly where I need to be, and it's a painful making that leap. So it's not something you want to do unless you know that it's in your best interest right now. So you can literally quantum leap and shift timelines just by imagine, sense, and feeling, or speaking to these beings, and we all have them because we're all whatever I'm about to describe to you that we are at the end of our experience here. So anyway, we shifted we shifted the perspectives, and as I did, I saw what we are, and she was staring at me, the being tethered to the bed. And what the me was was this plasma energetic ball, and it was like moving and vibrating, and it was very much alive. And I can explain it no better than it's just pure consciousness. And I don't know if it was the end of a portal, or a ball of pure consciousness, or an orb. I I can't tell you. I just saw it for a brief second, and so now I'm placed back in the body, and I'm trying to tell her, I really want to go back to that earth realm and like raise my baby and be with her. Can you send me back? And I was being all sweet about it. I remember I was like really trying to be humble and like I didn't understand my power, so like please send me back. And she's like, no, I can't do that. And then I started going through all the stages of grief, just like we do as humans. And I'm like getting angry and getting bargaining and you name it. I went through all the stages of grief, and we did get to the bargain stage, and there was an exchange of energy made, which I don't like to describe because it includes the three babies in the garden and bringing them into this world. But she said, "Okay, Crystal, pretty much you got to stop. You could do more for your baby with me than you ever can in that body on Earth. Let me show you. And she proceeded to give me all these visual imageries of being the inside of a flower and being the joy, the expression of joy when my baby went to go pluck the flower, and I would be able to also be the expression of joy, feeling the baby with the flower, and then the dandelion seeds. When she blew the dandelion seeds into the wind, I felt the wind receiving the seeds. I felt the seeds being received into the wind. I felt the baby's expression of love as she blew the seeds. It was this beautifully orchestrated of everything, like pure oneness and the love that is behind pure oneness, and what's really cool, I was I was shown so many scenes, but one of my favourites was I was observing a woman who was giving love to my baby, and I became the subconscious nudge to give that baby even more love and to slow down and get be even more patient, and create a moment where there's shared awareness with love being exchanged, and I I was that subconscious nudge coming in, and so I love to talk about that too because that alone can shift the way that you're perceiving life and really help you recognise everything that you're actually doing, all the ripple effects that are actually happening at every single moment of your life, and what potential opportunities you have. But anyway, I said, I don't want, I don't care about all that. I want to be the mom who gets to hold the baby, and she was like, "You are powerful. You are strong-willed, and the problem is, I would do it. I feel you. I believe you. Because now you're asking with love and light, selflessly. You want to go back and be the one to hold the baby, be the baby's mom, and give the baby that experience of having a mom.

I get it, but we can't do it because your body's wasted. And I said, "Well, look at everything that we just did. Just go back and fix the body." Clearly, that easy to fix the body, and she's like, "It's not that easy. I would need the permission. I said, "Are you kidding me? You're you're delaying this process because you need to get the permission. Just go get the permission. And she was like, "Literally, like a light bulb went off in her halo. She said, "Oh, okay. I'll just go get the permission. I'm telling you, you guys, we hold divine power. We are a part of God, and we can command there just like we can here. And I actually was told that by the Jesus guy in the garden. Now that I'm slowing time down and really integrating this experience, I noticed that's what I was doing. So her eyes was going to get the permission, and really oddly enough, she went from my eyes up to like where my halo space is. And as she did that, I felt that release of energy. I was like, "We're gonna do it. I'm going back. But now I know. At this point, I was thinking, "I am really vulnerable, and I'm really going to be. This is this is out of my control, and this is out of her control. This has to do with the control of something bigger and better. And honestly, I think she had to ask permission from the Universal Collective. So thank you for all for saying yes for letting me come back. And I really think that's what that's the only thing I could think of. So anyway, as she got the permission, she she did something really funny. She took one of these like golden. I want to say like the Anunnaki and ancient Sumerian texts have like that being that's holding a box and then that golden pine cone. And I didn't see the box, but she brought something that looks like this the golden pine cone up to my left ear, and as she waved it, and by the way, it was like had a sacred geometry pattern. It was moving and emerging. She put that, waved it by my where my left ear space is, and as she did, I felt the breath of God go back into my body again, time folding in on itself. And as the breath of God went into the body, I felt my body lift up and go back down, and then I was in the in a coma, and not just in a coma. Because by this point, I was proclaimed dead for 45 for eight minutes after a failed 45 minute attempt to revive me. So proclaimed dead for 53 minutes. There was no one in the room except the nurse who was attending my bed and preparing it, and waiting for other staff to arrive, and my mom across the room, and at the same time, my body lifted. My mom's body lifted off the ground. She felt the same thing at the same time, and saw my body lift up, and she didn't know what to say or do. The nurse didn't know what to say or do? She's like, "What do I do? So she just flipped on my ventilator machine and then ran over and attended my mom because she assumed I was completely dead, and I did have brain scans where I was pronounced brain dead several days in a row. It took a couple of, I was in a coma for a while, but I think it's kind of funny how she went to attend my mom, and this is all around midnight at this point, and so the goal for the staffing for the rest of the night was just to keep the body alive, so family could make their way through the blizzard and say their goodbyes to me, and I think that's interesting by itself. But the next day, I was in a coma for a while, and here I am, but they had said that my brain and my heart were were saturated and fluid. My lungs were 85% full of fluid from the initial scans, and my arms and tissues were so full of fluid that it was seeping through. It was not an ugly. It was not a pretty sight. But here I am.

I'm so happy to be here, and I had a miraculous, quick healing because this is really cool. Because I said I will be healed. I chose and decided to be healed, and I was going to do it for the baby. I had a purpose to be here, and I chose and decided to be healed, and that's how I miraculously healed. And that's I break this down too to teach people how to get there and to remove the limiting beliefs so that they can experience this power within yourself.

And I'm amazed that you remember the story in such great detail as well because it was many years ago, but I've heard that from many guests. That is just super clear. It's like it happened yesterday, and I am a bit curious about how it was like coming back, integrating all of this. Did you immediately start to share, or did you keep it as a secret? And did you have some sort of after effects that you were dealing with? Maybe some spiritual gifts even.

Yeah, thank you for asking. Yeah, when I first came back again, I was on life support, and then when I woke up, I was in the ICU for eight weeks and had a ventilator, so I had to write things. And I kept those notes, and during COVID, I went and found the notes, and they are exactly the same as I had been describing the experience up through COVID. So my experience happened in 2000. It tells you the 16-year gap there. Like I don't even want to come up. 19 years. So yes, I described it, and I am so proud of myself for maintaining integrity and maintaining authentic to the original story because the facts are lining up. And I was talking to my brother and the doctors in the hospital, and as I was describing what was happening to me, again one-sided conversations because I could write and then they could speak. They were saying, "Please, I believe you, but don't tell anyone. Do not tell anyone. That is not a good idea. Just be quiet. And I had, I got shut down. And in 2000, they didn't even really have much more than AOL dial-up. There were no resources. No one talked about it. I was in living in a small town, not a metaphysical library, you know. So I had nowhere to go for external validation, and I sat in this, and I would share the experience with anybody who'd be willing to hear it. And it did take me a long time to. It's like every time I say the story, I'll pick up my awareness picks up different facts that happened. There's no way I could just sit here on a podcast or sharing dialogue with somebody and just say one continuous similar story every single time because there's so many different details. That's what I put in my book, all of them, and the book's almost published, by the way. So if you guys are interested in that, I can put a link to pre-order it on my website, but the it's really fascinating though because the story didn't change, and when I did come back, I absolutely had abilities. But I want to say I had those abilities all along. I just recognised more of how to utilise them. So when I was growing up, I was very spiritual. I had experiences with ghosts so much that my family moved like 40 times before I was in third grade, because some of the experiences were so profoundly creepy that they just didn't want to live in that house anymore. And they were like these these ghosts are following Crystal. They're always like her her imaginary friends, whatever. And they were always there for me. Even in the ICU, I woke up from my coma for the very first time, and I saw a line of people standing outside of my door coming into the room. It was probably like two or three in the morning, and they were clearly traumatised and deceased, and asking me to help them with something. And I don't know what that was at the time. To be honest with you, I just remember I did an exchange of telepathic something with somebody, and as soon as that experience was over, I fell into a deep spiritual coma again, and I couldn't stay awake any longer. It drained me. Everywhere I move, I have these experiences, and now it's to the point where I'm just going to bypass that part of the conversation. It's really strong. My abilities now are more. I get these. I want to call them like lucid dreams, but like real angels will come to visit me in very early morning hours and say very profound things, and because of my background, where I pursued a law degree, and I have a business consulting background, working with law and insurance, I'm all about facts. I want evidence, evidence, evidence. So they've gotten used to me saying I'm going to need three forms of evidence before I essentially believe this.

So they give me all of this stuff that I can externally validate to prove their visits are real, and I've been shown all these really amazing things, like premonitions about what's to happen with the United States, and it kind of lines up with Finney Tolman's. Actually, I just spoke to him at the Irons conference this weekend. We're going to do a collaboration. Mine piggybacks off his. My facts are a little bit different than his, but they have a lot of similarities. We want to get together and talk about it. Also, that's fascinating.

Yeah. So this is this is this. I I like to resonate with the feeling this is a simulation, even though I fully believe that this is a real experience too. I believe in pure love and pure respect for one another and one another's belief systems. So I don't mean to violate anybody's at all, but I was shown that. We're essentially experiencing a science experiment as a means to fix something about love and the absence of love of something that went terribly wrong. With call it what you will, I don't know if it's other star seepings or other interdimensional beings. I'm not sure. I haven't been actually shown that I've only seen angels, but something went wrong with love, and they're trying to fix it. That's what the Elohim and the gods and the 12 counts of the elders are trying to do. They're bringing all of their best superpowers together to fix something, and it's all pure love and intention. They want to all of their ability to express love. Now I feel like they don't have the full capacity to embody love as we can, which is why they had to unify their forces to fix it. And they're trying to create resolution for this. And I even saw an energy that was in there that was almost like the black sheep, and label it what you want, but that energy also needed to be present so that we can understand the absence of love. And we are God's source love creators within us, where willpower can create anything we want. Our thoughts truly create our realities. So if I willed into existence something that is truly a bad intention, is something that we want to call bad, but maybe it's just on the opposite end of the spectrum of love. And then we create, we use willpower over there. That's how what we perceive as evil being created, but that's the energy of one of the 12 that are present there. And it's, but they're trying to do it to fix love at the same time. So the story with Vinny Tolman, and I don't want to share too many of the details because I'm really wanting to pick this apart with him first. Is I essentially saw it from an aerial perspective, where these gushing waters roar and emerge from the earth right north of Omaha, Nebraska, and I'm not sure where because my point of perception was very deeply concerned about Omaha, Nebraska, because that's where my kids were living, and I was really worried about my children. I was reminded of this vision about five years ago, right after I moved to the Mexico border in Texas. Since then, I moved back to Omaha. So, has any faith at all? I've been told to move back here, but anyway, waters rush out of the ground, and I don't know exactly how they emerge, but I can tell you what I have been shown, and then I'll show you. I'll tell you some facts that I know, and then we can we can decide from there how it comes into being. But it's a large amount of water, and it rips the top soils of the Midwest and the Great Plains completely up, creates like a mini Grand Canyon effect. And I'm not sure if the waters. My first inclination is that it comes from the Great Lakes, and it goes straight down, kind of where the Missouri River is not Mississippi River. Vinnie claims the Mississippi River has a water surge that goes upwards, so the water goes backwards, which was provoked in the 1800s after an earthquake. So, will an earthquake create this potentially? One of the largest earthquake fault lines in the world is actually lying dormant under Nebraska, and there's a continental rift where the the land could just quickly. It's like where the continents didn't come together billions of years ago, but they still have a lot of concerns about it. So I was shown that it kind of takes up the topsoil, the water emerges, washes that out, and and geologists today know that underneath the topsoil, it is like these canyons that go down from the rift, and that's what is later exposed. Under the sandhills of Nebraska is also one of the largest aquifers in the world underground, and they're also doing the oil drillings of South Dakota.

So I don't know if that if it if it's a combination of all of these things or any one thing, and then I know gases can absolutely disturb all of this. So where does it come from? I was shown the Great Lakes pours down, and it goes, it creates a separation division in the continent, pours into the Gulf of Mexico. The timeline matches up with Vinny, and where he sees the water going upward at that point is the water going downward, creating it, or the earthquake, or is it all of the above? I'm not sure. But then I'm shown that the United States government, the Pentagon, and their defence systems move closer to the Omaha border, but on the east side of it, and they go there to help neutralise and stabilise the economy and the political tensions that are now emerging more than ever, and there are a lot of inner city. I'm not a fear mongerer, but there's a lot of inner city conflict and tension and bad acts. I'm going to call it that, and people. Start moving into these intentional communities off grid, and so if you're a prepper, you might want to start working on that. If you believe on things like this, I was shown the Native Americans are extremely important with this next step. So I've been called. I have three gigantic projects I'm working on where God called me to be the hands and feet and go in and assist with these gigantic movements, and I have incredible people from the Native American Indigenous populations coming to me, and I I might be using old terms to reference them, and I apologise. My daughter's actually 50 25% Santee Sue. So no, like I absolutely have so much passion. I don't mean to put you know use wrong terminology here. So, but we all there will be a influx of people living with them, and they're going to start tapping into their inner wisdom, and with their own inner wisdom, then we're going to be able to survive as a species, as a whole. And then I was shown all these other things are going on too at the same time in the political sphere, but this is the this is like the first big step. So some of the other stuff I'll go over with Vinny, and we haven't found a platform. Maybe we could do it on yours or something, but we haven't found a platform to discuss it yet.

It was in my late 20s where I was thinking, I want to go to the Native Americans and live amongst them and just learn from them. It was a dream I had, but I ended up going to India instead. If I may just go back to the NDE, I was a bit curious about this being, this kind of alien being or angel-like being. Who she was for you? She seemed like a very important guide. Did you find out who she was?

Yeah. So she visits me regularly, and let me say it this way: first of all, we all are attached to one of these interdimensional beings, and I wouldn't call them alien per se. I would call them angels, and it's like, how do you want to perceive an angel? Let that be what that is. So some people do resonate with seeing it as like a plating or something. I've even been accused of calling it plating, even though I haven't. I've always from day one called it interdimensional being because they can travel and work interdimensionally, but okay. Two things: one, they communicate. I forgot to mention this. They have, you know, their wings. Consider that like a closed circuit of energy. Their willpower emerges from their chakra system, and if they will out into the quantum field around them, or into the space where all God is-to me, God is love, God is light, God is all knowledge-they yearned for the understanding. They were getting the permission this way. They were yearning, yearning, yearning, yearning, and asking with love and light selflessly what it is that they wanted, and then they felt the decision that it was already granted. They they felt like they already received it. They were so grateful they received it that they brought it back into their root chakra, and that creates that closed circuit effect. So if you really want something, create that energy field around you. Like thank you, thank you, thank you. That feels so good to have this. I love this. I love this. It's for the best for everybody. I do want to bring healing for people. Whatever that yearning is, send that out and then bring that into your root chakra, which is what we do wrong as a culture. We give our power away. Give our power away. We don't recognise we need to bring the power back in. Say, good job. I know the God within me is going to make that happen. That feels so good. Thank you, thank you, the I am receiving this knowledge. I'll know what I need to know when I need to know it. Energy, bring that into your root chakra. It will happen in divine timing. Trust and surrender, and then relax your willpower. Know that it's already been done.

Absolutely. So the interdimensional being, she came to me in May of this year. I was going through a personal turmoil in my life because we're all human, right? So she came to me, and she said, "Crystal, actually, let me back up. She transpired into form exactly the way I describe it, and I'm so excited about that because I've done a really good job describing it. But it was this interexchange of consciousness that I have sensed and really, really re-experienced." So she transpired into form, came to me. I was in like what could be perceived as a lucid dream. Right before I'd fallen asleep, I desperately called out to her. I was like, "Please show me that I am divinely supported because I'm going through this hard time. So she comes to me, and she goes, "Here I am. Do you recognise who I am? And I was like, in so much shame, I was like, "Oh my God, I don't know who you are. Shielding my eyes, shielding my face. I was like, "I've been told you're interdimensional being an angel, Plaidian. I've heard people call that my higher self. I don't know what you are. I'm so sorry. And she thought that was funny. Actually, she said, "It's okay. It's okay. She goes. I am Archangel Gabriel. Presented herself as a woman and said, "I am Archangel Gabriel. And you can't lie there. It's you can't lie. And I would never ever have cognitively made up Archangel Gabriel in my own imagination because I've I didn't even know I'd never even really paid attention to the angel Gabriel. So it presented itself, said Archangel Gabriel, as a woman, and she goes, "I am the essence within you, and I've been the essence within you all of your linear lifelines. And she showed me everyone who's come and everyone's yet to come, and she showed me like millions of faces, and she goes, "The truth is, everyone has me within them, but what sets you apart is you're recognising this, and you get here essentially translating through inner wisdom, tapping into your own divinity, tapping into your own inner wisdom, going deep within, and keep questioning, keep leaning into your truths, lean into your truth, lean into your truth. If it's not a real truth, the real truth will absolutely reveal itself to you. Just keep leaning into your real truth, and if it's wrong, it will course correct you. So she said, "You're the one who recognises me and within you. And then she was saying, "Like thank you for allowing me to experience the earth realm, because I wake up every day and I'll say, 'Okay, God's source, love energy, allow me to allow you to flow through me, so I can be your hands and feet and do your work today. I see that every single day, she's like, "That is it. That's it. That's how you connect. That's how you allow me to work into the physical realm. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And she was telling me that, but she said, "The problem is, Crystal, you're right now. You're in so much fear. You keep looking at your fear because you look at your truth, and the truth is revealed to you. Well, if you look at fear, then you cast your love and light into whatever that void is out in front of you that gives you the illusion that it should be fearful. And the more you look at it, the more it doesn't look so bad after all. The more the love and light reveals itself to you, this isn't so bad. She goes, but you're you're pressing your consciousness into the veil here where I am doing the work for you outside of space time. She goes. Some things just haven't been beautifully orchestrated yet. She goes. I know your desires. If you want your desires filled, all you have to do is go back to the earth realm and experience joy, joy, joy. And she saw me skipping like a little kid. She goes. I want you to be in so much joy that you're in joy of it, and she showed me the word enjoyment. She goes, your joy literally gives me power here to do everything to fulfil your desires outside of space time for you. Just go experience pure joy, and all your desires will come true.

Get that word out is literally what she said, and I said, "That's really that's okay. I could do that. I said, "The problem is I just need to know my children are safe. And she said, "Do you think we'd ever let anything happen to the Lamb of God? And a week later, she told me, "Why don't you look up what the Lamb of God meant at the time of Essenes? And it literally means sacrificial love and the essence within you. So she was saying, "Do you think we let anything happen to the essence within you, me? And then she proceeded to show me. I know sounds really woo woo, but I said, "Can you just show me this? And she said, "Well, look around you. So I looked to my right, and there was another interdimensional being holding a sword, and the sword was very long and full of love and light too. And I saw him clash his sword down, and as he did, I heard the sound of what sounds like demons coiling in pain. And she was like, "See, your joy gives us power to hold back anything that any darkness, and I couldn't see any demon or anything there. It was just blackness. I just saw the angel casting its sword down and holding back anything that wouldn't be in my best interest outside of space time for everything to come together. And you know, be beautifully orchestrated. So I felt like the black veil is like the universal collective's limiting beliefs, or the veil of consciousness. So I could talk about so much more, but yes, that. Then for the next week, I got like 10 different synchron. Actually, the first 24 hours got like 10 synchronicities and signs and all these things that came in to externally validate that, and it was incredible. And then the whole why don't you check out what the Lamb of God meant at the time of the Essenes? And now it's got me spiralling, and I'm on this roller coaster of really trying to understand the scholarly perspective of what did the perceives? What did the Essenes perceive? And if you guys really want, if this resonates with you, go look that up, because the Essenes believed that we were all essentially interdimensional light beings, and the more we step into our wisdom, the more light we have. And people would come from all over the world to go visit the Eds, and they were like teaching. They were teachers, teaching people how to be spiritual healers, which were considered doctors at the time, and yada yada yada. And they went there as soon as they started spiritually awakening, and that's that's where you went back in the day when you were becoming spiritually awakened. It was like your your pilgrimage. So yeah, it's it's incredible. It's a credible experience.

That self love is when you're really considering everybody's universal needs in the situation.
