Arcturian Contact: She Lost 4 Hours and Gained Everything! With Suzanne Ross

We started talking about the Arcturians because my friend had said that he had already had direct contact with an Arcturian ship, and so we decided the three of us would hold hands in my living room and kind of do this ritual to call upon the Arcturians to make themselves known to us, present in a tangible way, and so then we went out on my upper back deck, and as we were standing there, the first thing that happened is the lights came on on the deck, and then there was an explosion of white light on the horizon. We grabbed the handrail because we all felt dizzy, and so we went inside and we all felt disoriented, exhausted. We thought we'd only been out there for 15 minutes. I just decided to go to bed. I thought it was only like 8:30, and I turned my phone over, and it said 12:40. And so then I had a regression session. She started to say, "You had an experience with three beings, you and your two friends, and then she put me into the hypnotic state, and it started to unfold that this podship had come down in an invisibility shield, and these three beings had come up and taken each one of us by the hand. We were downloaded with gifts and abilities that would help us support the awakening and ascension of humanity, each with our own unique gifts. There is an asteroid that have an accelerated evolutionary effect on our beings. That you know something very significant will happen in 2030. It'll be a huge shift for humanity.

I know it was so amazing meeting you in Sedona because you are the well-known event producer of the Sedona Ascension Retreat that I was so honored to be part of as a speaker, and now you're hosting the San Diego Transcendence Retreat, and I'm coming there too. And I said, and we're going to meet people like Darryl Anka is going to be there, Dr. Eben Alexander, Barbara Lamp, and I'm going to do a panel again, and my own talk about quantum love, and I think it's going to be amazing. And for everyone who's like, "Oh, this is for me, I'll drop a link below. Come and join us, and we'll speak more about it later as well, Suzanne. But there's just so much you're doing, and you have such an interesting life with so many extraordinary mystical experiences. First of all, today you are a spiritual guide. You are a psychic intuitive, an author, TV producer, event producer-like really living your calling. And then you've been greatly impacted by higher evolved beings who have taught you things, you have downloaded information, you have special gifts, and even though I've interviewed you before, we have a lot of new subscribers. I would love for you to share how your spiritual journey started. What has been that turning point in your life that made you so sure I'm going to go for my calling.

Suzanne Ross 3:44

So way back in the winter of 1995, I was living on the East Coast, living the corporate life, pursuing the American dream, and I felt that path was just meaningless and purposeless for me. I felt totally misaligned with my true calling and displaced on the East Coast. And of course, this was winter, so it was blizzarding on the East Coast. But my family lived in Southern California, and my parents had a home in the desert of Southern California. They invited me to come visit, and I said yes. And as soon as we started driving down the grade into this beautiful desert paradise, bright blue skies, sun shining, palm trees swaying in the wind, I felt as if I'd come home. And during this trip, I started to enjoy love, laughter, celebration with my family, who I love dearly, but as my vacation came to a close, I started feeling this sense of impending doom. And one morning, as the sun was coming up, I just felt compelled to run to the mountain behind their house. So I threw on my shoes and I just started running as if I was escaping my fate. And as I ran toward the mountain, the sun was actually coming up behind the mountain. And this is the cover of my book, Wake Up, because it was such a transformational moment for me at the top of this mountain. I ran to the top, and at the top, I threw my arms up to the sky, and I just said, "I am miserable in the extreme, and I see no way out. And in that moment, I felt as if the air around me was embracing me. Then this beautiful, bright white light illuminated all around me, and a voice came out of the light, and it simply said, "Can't you see you've come home? You'll stay here and heal yourself and many others. And in that moment, I knew that was the absolute truth for me. I was spontaneously healed from all of the eczema, the anxiety, the physical and mental distress I had been experiencing simply melted away, and I was filled with so much enthusiasm and excitement over my new life in the desert as a healer.

Wow, that is extraordinary. I mean, how fortunate you were in a way that you actually ask for help, and then you are instantly healed. Do you think that? I just get curious. Is that part of your life plan? You think perhaps that this has been something you planned as a soul beforehand? That this was the moment. This is an opportunity for me to wake up so I can help others. That you sort of plan this.

Suzanne Ross 6:44

I do believe the soul has a plan before coming in, and there is some destiny involved, and certain points in your life where your messengers may come in to say, "Okay, it's time to wake up because your next phase is about to unfold. I also feel like when you surrender to the universe, that your guardian angels, let's say, answer your call when you're in distress, your spirit guides. We could even say angels, archangels, mother, father, God, goddess, hear you and respond to support you with loving guidance.

And was this before your encounter with the Arcturians, or after, because from what I understand, you have been gifted with some abilities from an experience that was pretty wild.

Suzanne Ross 7:53

I actually had a before and after Arcturian experience, and I only knew about the before one because I had a regression session with Lori McDonald, who specializes in ET regressions. Let's say, and so what unfolded during this hypnotic regression was that just months prior to this experience on the mountaintop, I had this experience at my home in Philadelphia, where I was laying in bed one morning around dawn, and I have a conscious recollection of it, but then never knew what it was all about. Where I felt completely paralyzed, I thought someone opened the front door of my house and came up the stairs and down the hall and was standing over my bed, but there was nothing I could do about it. But at the same time, I didn't feel fear. I just allowed whatever was meant to happen happen. And then, when I had the hypnotic regression, we revealed that what had happened at that time is these Arcturian messengers came to transmit some type of energy information, and their message really was: you have you asked us to come here at this time to perform this transmission for the next phase that you're moving into, and so then a couple months later, I had the experience on the mountaintop, and that was in 1995. So then, of course, this whole spiritual path unfolds that sort of culminated in this 2017 event that I had with two friends, where we actually had four hours of missing time with the Arcturians.

Wow! So it's that recent 2017. Okay, so yeah, four. Four hours of missing time. What's interesting with that is that I've heard that before. That other people have also missed four hours. So why four hours? Would you like to share what happened?

Suzanne Ross 10:10

Sure. So two friends and I were just sitting around one night at my home in Rimrock, just outside of Sedona, and my home is right near Montezuma as well, one of the most powerful portals in Sedona. And so we started talking about about the Arcturians because my friend had said that he had already had direct contact with an Arcturian ship when he was living in Superstition Mountain, and he met this Arcturian, and they developed a relationship. And the first time I ever saw the word Arcturian, I knew I had to know everything about the Arcturians. And so we decided the three of us would hold hands in my living room and kind of do this ritual to call upon the Arcturians to make themselves known to us, present in a tangible way. And so then we went out on my upper back deck, and as we were standing there, the first thing that happened is the lights came on on the deck, which was weird because you'd have to be inside to turn the switch, and no one was inside. And then there was an explosion of white light on the horizon. We grabbed the handrail because we all felt dizzy, and then we noticed that the lights coming up the stairs, the motion detectors were going off-the one on the bottom, the one in the middle, and then the one at the top-as if someone was coming up the stairs. But we didn't see anybody. And then I literally just turned to my friends and said, "I'm cold. Let's go inside. And so we went inside, and we all felt disoriented, exhausted. We thought we'd only been out there for 15 minutes, maybe, and so then I just said, "I'm exhausted. We couldn't make even conversation, so I just decided to go to bed. I thought it was only like 830 I went to the kitchen and I turned my phone over and it said 1240 and I knew then that we had lost four hours of time, but I was too exhausted to concern myself with that. I just crawled into my bedroom, fell into bed. The next morning, I woke up and I felt nauseated. It felt like my insides were sped up, but my physical being couldn't catch up. And so I came out. I looked at the coffee pot, said no way. I just got some water and was sipping on it. And then my friends came out. They looked nauseated. They looked disoriented too. We just were sipping on our water. We all realized we had this missing time, but it's not like we were. Oh my God! Do you think we we were stunned, really? And for some reason, we all felt nauseated, and so we were just kind of staring out into space, feeling kind of stunned and nauseous, and so it wasn't really until later that afternoon that we started being okay to eat something and starting to come around to this realization. And so then I had a regression session a couple of weeks later with a regressionist in Sedona, who you know during that before I was even seated, Yannika she started to say you had an experience with three beings, you and your two friends, and I said I yes we did, and then she put me into the hypnotic state, and it started to unfold that our calling upon the Arcturians was a success, and that this pod ship had come down in an invisibility shield, and these three beings had come up and taken each one of us by the hand, taken us on board the podship, and then up into this larger mothership, where there we were downloaded with gifts and abilities that would help us support the awakening and ascension of humanity, each with our own unique gifts. And so, then within a couple of weeks, I started feeling so compelled to buy poster board markers. I started drawing 12 circles around a wheel, like a zodiac wheel. But I knew these were dimensions, and each dimension had its own meaning and purpose. And I was incarnated in these dimensions as different aspects of my fragmented soul, and so I could actually go into these different dimensions and experience who I was being, and so then I discovered that I could actually do it for others, and then launched upon this service of doing multi-dimensional soul reunions for people.

Wow, I just love hearing that story. I get pictures in my mind. When you went back to the regression, did you actually see what happened? Like, do you remember now vividly how it was like being on this ship and how the Arcturians looked like? How you felt, or were you in a trance? So you cannot remember. Actually, you were just told what the regressionist said, or maybe you heard it on the tape.

Suzanne Ross 15:32

That's right. I only was told after what had unfolded, and unfortunately. unfortunately, I only have a vague remembrance. You know, in total honesty, I don't. I I have a full recollection. I can say that I have flashes of being aboard. I have flashes of sitting at a table of like other not just Arcturian but other races being present at this table. I also have flashes of being put inside some kind of light tube, and so you know, as such, these flashes I feel may not represent just the experience on board this Arcturion ship, but flashes of remembrance of maybe being a member of some kind of galactic council of different periods, where I was put inside glass tubes that allowed for healing and downloads of information. Later, when I was studying this, these books on Ascension by Dr. Joshua David Stone. I learned about Arcturion Light Chambers, and so yeah.

What is that?

Suzanne Ross 17:13

So, Dr. Joshua David Stone wrote an incredible series of books called these ascension manuals, and I'm going to say it was in the 70s, 80s, and he's passed now. But Light Technology Publishing still sells his books, and in these books, he presents countless ways to engage in ascension practices, and one of them is with the Arcturians in these Arcturian chambers, and so the instructions are that you can actually, you know, lay in your bed and drop into this visualization of going into these Arcturian light chambers, where you receive upgrades, downloads, as well as healing, and so it kind of was an affirmation about these flashes of remembrance that I was having.

Fascinating, and it seems like you have a special connection with the Arcturians, since you just had to learn all about them and had to know about them, do you think you have met them when you were young as well? Because I know you had some mystical experiences as a child as well.

Suzanne Ross 18:34

Thank you for asking that. Now I had a recent regression with Barbara Lamb, who's going to be at our San Diego Transcendence Retreat in September. She's a neighbor of mine here in San Diego and is such a dear, sweet soul. I've adopted her as my grandma. She's got such a sweet grandmother energy, so nurturing and compassionate. Has been doing regressions, Yannick, and I know you're going to interview her too for over 40 years, and I believe she's over the age of 80 and is so sharp. She remembers details from the 70s, 80s, 90s. She's done over 5000 regressions. Unbelievable, right? Anyways, so what was revealed to me is that my father and I already knew that my father had a missing time experience at the age of 18 because it dramatically altered the course of his life and then very much impacted our lives growing up. But what was revealed is that he is from the Syrian star system, and these are blue beings, and it's said in channeled material that Sirius is actually the headquarters of our galaxy. It's a central system, if you will, and so it was revealed that he was from Sirius, and I believe that the blue beings who visited me as a child were Syrian.

Jannecke Øinæs 20:14

Fascinating. You mentioned the number 12, and I know that you talk about opening the 12 gate and spiraling into the third one. I'm not sure if that is connected, but if it is, could you share a little bit about what that is about?

Suzanne Ross 20:32

Thank you for asking, and it is relative in terms of galactic expression, universal expression, the expression of creativity, and of course our own personal expression, and so the 12 gateways are known as chakras. There's the Sephiroth in Cabal Cabalism, and then these 12 gateways all surround what you would call the 13th portal in the center. So let me expand on this. So as I began to really awaken on my journey, I had a dark night of the soul in 2008 which then catapulted me into Buddhism and this really much deeper seeking of spiritual traditions and even quantum physics and channeled material. And I myself started channeling, but it led me to explore, you know, about these 12 gateways, these 12 expressions of self, with the 13th in the center, and it's the blueprint of creation. Now, a pyramid is a perfect example because you have four faces, and each face is a triangle. So you have the Trinity expressing in all four faces for 12, with the 13th self or source in the center of the pyramid, as the embodiment of the pyramid itself. And so, you know that sort of describes in a pictorial way this concept, but then also we have the zodiac wheel, where the one infinite source expressed itself as the Trinity, one in three and three and one, is an expression of 13 in the center. 13 also one plus three equals four. The three expressing itself in all four directions as the four elements, right? And then you have the Trinity in each of those four directions for the 12 personalities, and so the infinite source expressed itself as 12 personalities, giving us the zodiac, and then this one infinite source created beings in its likeness, who each then express themselves as 12 aspects, and so this would be a good description of our soul pattern as an eternal soul.

Jannecke Øinæs 23:34

Is 144 connected to this? I heard you speak about that number 144 and I've heard you speak about these soul aspects and to merge them and how important it is. How does this go together?

Suzanne Ross 23:50

Thank you for asking, because that is a very important question. 12 times 12 equals 140-four and why is that significant? Because these eternal souls wanted to create a way to know thyself through doing beyond being in an existential realm. They wanted to experience doing in linear time, an experiential realm. So they projected those 12 aspects of their being into each of 12 dimensions, and even each of those 12 dimensions embody these personalities. And so, in space time, then you have the potential of 12 aspects of your being in each of 12 dimensions for 140-four aspects of your monad, according to Theosophy, and is this again connected to what we hear about the 140-4000 Souls who have a mission here on Earth, I believe so, and I'm also very curious about the Bible and biblical teachings. And so there are the 12 tribes in the Bible, and there's also you know a story about seeking out the firstborn sons and these 12 tribes on the shore, and so it is possible that there were 140-4000 souls that may have ascended in ancient times, who are those who are coming back to retrieve those ripened seeds at this time, and so you know that's just my personal translation and understanding. Although I have watched countless YouTubes with teachers, you know, presenting similar prophecies, if you will, versus this idea that there is a 140-4000 occupancy in heaven, and after that there's no vacancy. So I don't believe this idea that there's only going to be 140-4000 souls called to heaven, and then the gates of heaven close, because I think that the Father invites all of His children into His heavenly realm. Oh

wow! You know, you're saying that is such a synchronicity because yesterday I went out of my house and there was a small kid standing there with her father and they were playing tennis, and she said, "But Dad, I don't understand this thing about heaven. Isn't it full in heaven at some point? Like, what if it's too full and we can't get in there.

Wow! How beautiful that you were witness to that this innocent child, so pure, asking his father, "Well, what if heaven's full? That's so cute. Right, I mean truly.

Jannecke Øinæs 27:23

and I had just interviewed Dr. Scott Taylor, and I just wanted to say something like, "No, no, no, it's going to be fine. I just interviewed a guy who has had shared death experiences. He knows so much about this, but you know, her father was there, and I was thinking, no, he's a doctor. I cannot start speaking about this. Right, I love synchronicity. I love that

Suzanne Ross 27:47

lovely, and it it does point to this idea that is shared in some churches that that heaven is exclusive, and if you're not saved by Jesus in the church's description of that, that the pearly gates will not open for you, and I do believe that you know Christians sincerely want their loved ones who may not be going to church to come to heaven with them, you know. And so one reason why you know they really want to compel you to come to church with them to be saved by Jesus because you know they want the pearly gates to open for you know everyone that they love and adore. So you know. I think it's really coming from the heart, but I personally don't believe in an all loving Father closing the doors of His house to any of His children. I think we're all welcome to His heavenly realm.

Jannecke Øinæs 29:01

I think so too, and I think we're part of it. I actually think we're all God, and that we're experiencing everything. You are me, I am you, and I think that is part of what you have experienced your multidimensional self. That more, more and more of us are starting to feel into that we're these vast beings, and I'm curious what you think about disclosure. I was just thinking about it. The film just came out in Norway, in the movies, and Steven Spielberg's Disclosure Day. And I know you've been speaking about disclosure yourself. That you really believe that like full disclosure is going to happen within a few years. Can you share why you think that?

Suzanne Ross 29:47

Because more and more souls on this planet are awakening and engaging in spiritual practices to raise their vibrational frequency, and so to resonate with. These, let's say, advanced beings who may be our ancestors, that in order to come into their presence, it may be important to be able to resonate with them at this higher vibrational frequency, in order to let's say witness them, communicate with them, I think it may require this higher vibrational frequency as well as this belief, right? Because I feel like we've been being prepared for a very long time through films, through television series, right? Introducing us to this idea that there are other star races in other star systems, from Star Trek to Star Wars to you know much more recent movies and television series that are all about connecting with our galactic families, right? And so this sort of preparation, but then also just you know the belief in extraterrestrial beings being so much more prevalent now, like you know, Wayne Dyer would say you have to believe it to see it, and so with this prevalent belief, as well as a will to want to engage with extraterrestrial beings, because it may be some galactic law that galactic beings are not to violate the free will of the beings on any planet, but when the free will, the desire or the will to engage with extraterrestrial beings, reaches a tipping point, then maybe they have permission at that time to visit that planet, and they're also permitted to because they have a benevolent intention, and so then, you know, all of this would culminate for a an extraterrestrial visit from our ancestors on our planet.

Jannecke Øinæs 32:32

And I've heard you mention a date, even April 3, 29th or 13th in 2029 something like that-that something significant will happen.

Suzanne Ross 32:45

So, this is based upon this idea that there is an asteroid that will be coming to our planet at that time, and astronomers are talking about it. This asteroid has a name that means the chaos dragon in ancient Egyptian times. Apophis. Thank you. I was hoping that that would come to mind as I'm having this conversation. Yes, there's this asteroid that's supposed to come to our planet at that time, and so I've read channeled material, particularly this book called the Bilgi Katabi, which means the Book of Knowledge in Turkish, and it's this fat book. It's phenomenal. This 102 year old woman in Turkey, Atatürk, Turkey, has been downloading this information from the Alpha Channel since the 80s, and such. You know, thus this big fat book with containing all of her channel material, and part of it reveals the purpose of asteroids, and so if we think that everything in the universe is intelligent, then we can imagine that anything that unfolds-from rainstorms to thunderstorms to asteroids to meteors-you know-it's all intelligently guided, right? And so, asteroids, this channeled material says, are sent to our planet to shower us with light codes that have an accelerated evolutionary effect on our beings. Just in. in time for 2030, which many people believe is the time of some type of singularity. Now there is the Singularity Institute that is largely based on. AI technology that AI may have a singularity moment at that time, becoming sentient, but I believe that 2030 is a date where something very significant happens-a huge shift, and that you know the elite. I would even venture to say the Illuminati, and maybe then even you know other spiritual traditions. Like there's you know they have this knowing, and maybe it's a prophecy that you know something very significant will happen in 2030. It'll be a huge shift for humanity.

Jannecke Øinæs 35:47

Okay, and then the asteroid that you spoke about will that be a catalyzer for that great shift that will then happen in 2030? Possibly, right? Well, let's wait and see.

Suzanne Ross 36:02

Wait and see, right? I love to do research, Jannecke, and I love to tune into all kinds of different sources and material, and YouTube's and books and documentaries, and you know, of course, I absorb and integrate the material, and then I go within, and I tune into what resonates for me as potentials. Because let's remember that we're in a universe that has mostly dark matter that's unactualized potential, right? And we, as creator beings, are here to actualize that potential with the power of our intentions, our free will, our expectations, right? But also, we know we're always co-creating with all of these other beings, our higher selves, our spirit guides, our galactic families, angels, archangels, ascended masters, mother, father, God, goddess, right? Because we're in a co-creative universe. So, you know, according to the law of one books, like there is a possibility. vortex, and when they talk about things, prophecies in the law of one, it's always this probability possibility vortex of what has the potential to unfold.

Fascinating. I know you're passionate about ascension and transcendence. You have the Sedona Ascension Retreat, and then you have the San Diego Transcendence Retreat. And tell us what's the story behind it all.

Suzanne Ross 37:54

Yes, so I became aware of ascension through Dr. Joshua David Stone's books, these ascension manuals, that were introduced to me by my spiritual guide Janet Mayat, and she has has a degree from the Berkeley Psychic Institute. She was living in Northern California at the time when I was living there. I connected with her because I wanted a spiritual guide who was psychic to teach me gifts, practices, and you know we engaged in all kinds of downloads and channeling. But she introduced to me two very important books. One of them being the Urania book, which is absolutely phenomenal. 1000s of pages of downloaded channeled material that came out. I'm gonna say it was channeled in the 50s. Probably came out at least by the 70s, but really significant, advanced, sophisticated knowledge from advanced beings in higher realms, and I I reference that book quite a bit in my book Rise Up because it's public domain. But then she introduced to me Joshua David Stone's Ascension manuals, and I got those books right before I moved to Sedona, and so right before we moved, we had to wait for our custom home in in Rimrock to become available, and so we were living in this RV park in near Scottsdale, Arizona, a place called Fountain Hills. Now, this RV park was built by these Native Americans, and it was surrounded by this fence that said, "Go beyond this point at your own risk. The and so the Yavapai. I had to identify the Native American. And so every day I'd go beyond the fence because I wanted to go beyond this point at my own risk. And so, anyways, I started hiking on this reservation, and I had my ascension manuals in my backpack, and I would sit by this river where these wild horses would come and play, and and I would just do these like long ascension meditations. I mean, an hour long. Like he has these incredible ascension, very comprehensive meditations, and I really felt like I needed this six week period, Yannika, to do these ascension practices prior to moving to Sedona, because I had to prepare for those really high vibrational frequencies of that really powerful vortex site, and so I, you know, became obsessed with this concept of ascension. As soon as I moved to Sedona, I knew I was going to continue to have events. I had my first event when after I wrote my first book in 2014 in Northern California, and then we moved to Sedona in 2015 and I you know knew I wanted to have biannual equinox events there, which I did, and I knew I wanted them to be focused on this concept of ascension. So that's how the Sedona Ascension Retreat came about for the spring equinox, and then I was walking out in nature, which I love to do, and I call them walking meditations, and I contemplate there in God's creation, surrounded by all these beautiful living beings, and this concept of transcendence just came in, and what was revealed to me is that you can. reach a state of transcendence in the stillness of meditation, but the key is to sustain that transcendent state as you move throughout your day. And so, how do you achieve that state, and then how do you sustain it, so that you can be in this higher vibrational state and go beyond? Which is really what transcendence means-to go beyond transcender.

Jannecke Øinæs 42:34

Thank you for sharing that, and I know also that we talked about that you could do a five-minute third eye activation that might be linked to this transcendence feeling, so we can perhaps have a feeling of what you're talking about ourselves today.

Suzanne Ross 42:52

Yes, and it really is the culmination of everything that we've been exploring throughout this discussion, Yannika, because the pineal gland is directly related to the third eye. Also, we talked about the chakras, and we mentioned the Sephiroth of of Kabbalism, these 12 gateways, right and the God within, because I totally agree with you that God is creating through us as us, and so us having that divine spark within us, really the pineal gland, this pine cone shaped gland at the center of our head is really the point of God consciousness within us. You can also imagine that it is the shape of a pyramid as well, and so there you have the four faces with the Trinity expressing in each one, and the 13th self in the center, because the 13th self is the source, and so that's what we can access by doing this third eye activation.

Okay, just close your eyes and take some nice deep breaths, inhaling and expanding your belly. Exhale and release it. Inhale and expand. Exhale and release. Inhale 2345, Exhale 2345, And with every breath, you're feeling more and more and more relaxed. Now, just follow your soft, rhythmic breathing, noticing the air flowing in and out of your body. Feel a vibrational energy within you. This is your life force, your soul vibrating within your being. Feel into a point at the base of your spine, where your spine meets the chair beneath you. Feel a tingling sensation there. Hold your breath on cue for a moment, and then I want you to squeeze your sphincter. This will activate your kundalini energy. Now take a nice deep breath, and then hold it. Squeeze your sphincter, and then allow a surge of life force energy to surge up your spine. Feel that energy flowing from the base of your spine up through your sacral chakra, igniting it up through your solar plexus, igniting that chakra up through the power of your heart chakra to expand up through your throat, opening your throat, and in to your indigo blue chakra at the center of your head. Spin that indigo blue wheel, and see indigo blue energy bathe your entire head. Notice sparks of light igniting. Then focus on a golden pine cone at the center of your head. This is your pineal gland. As synapsises in your brain fire with sparks of light, ignite a fire inside your pineal gland to decalcify it, purifying it. Notice this golden flame inside your pineal gland as it fully illuminates. Now imagine projecting a laser beam of light from your pineal gland, projecting through your third eye, focus on that point between your brows, and as you do, imagine an indigo blue pupil looking right back at you. This is the eye of your essence. Feel this laser beam of golden light projecting from your pineal gland through your third eye into the eye of your essence, your eternal soul looking back at you. You have accessed the Akasha, the quantum field containing all of the information, ideas, stories, beliefs, records of all time and your own akashic records. By accessing this field, you can tune in to any information you wish to receive. Open any records, and not just your own. You have accessed the quantum field by tuning into your soul's eternal essence. You tune in to that aspect of your being, the source of your being, which is transcendent. Your eternal soul just is being in stillness-the stillness of the eternal realm of divine perfection. Feel into that stillness, sourced by the infinite sea of pure consciousness. Allow yourself to transcend in to the infinite sea, a golden sea of pure light, without beginning, without end. See this infinite sea of golden light of pure love, of which you are a drop, and the entire sea all at once, totally immersed in this infinite sea of golden love and light. You are at one with the source of all that is bathed in light, filled with love, say to yourself, "I am that I am. It is now a knowing within you. You are that. You are the I am presence. Know it. Feel it. Believe it. And now you can sustain this transcendent state as you move throughout your day, and engage in this practice any time to achieve transcendence and to practice sustaining it. And so it is, and so be it. Amen.

When I started to embark on my spiritual journey and really engage in spiritual practices, Jannecke, I dropped into the self realization that I am love, but that wasn't enough. I wrote my book, Wake Up, and in my book, I have practices for actually developing self-love. And for me, it was looking in the mirror and saying, "I love you. And honestly, I couldn't do it at first. I choked it out, and I didn't really mean it. And I had to do it many times before I really started to fall in love with myself. And that included forgiving myself. I had to say, "I forgive you, until I really meant it. And so, for me, self love can be a practice that you engage in to develop it, but it's so important to fall in love with yourself. And when you do, you align with your true calling, so that you can share your love with others.

The deeper meaning of life, I believe, is to experience the lessons we came here to learn in this lifetime. In short, to know thyself. God projected Himself into space-time to go on a journey of self-discovery, and to discover love of self and others. And so we can do that right here and now by loving ourselves, loving others, and really embracing this experience that we've come here to have.
