Ah, that's lovely to hear. And I'm a big fan of your work. You are a spiritual guide, a psychic intuitive, a TV producer, an author and an event producer, and quite well known for your amazing Sedona ascension retreats. And I gotta say, I'm quite honored that I'm going to be part of it this time in Sedona in March, having my own talk, and also interviewing amazing teachers on stage in Sedona. And just for me, coming back to Sedona is just a gift in itself, so I can't wait to dive deeper into that at the end of the episode. So for everyone who wants to join, they can and be part of this amazing event. And I am also fascinated by your story, because I know that you have had quite an extraordinary life with lots of mystical experiences, and you have vast knowledge within metaphysics and been very curious about the nature of reality, also having the scientific angle in a way and perspective of it. Also, we'll dive into that. But before that, for the audience today, how do you feel that your perceptions and perspectives and our conversation today is really going to expand people's consciousness and raise their vibration.

So you're right, my life has been quite mystical, being born in Mount Shasta and then spending the last 10 years in Sedona. But we'll get into that in answer to your question, I feel like this sharing of one's lifetime, where the veils between realms have been thin, where we have had the opportunity so many of us now to have paranormal experiences, connecting with our cosmic Brothers and sisters, really the psychic gifts and the medium gifts are being so much more recognized in the mainstream. I think the magical, mystical aspects of this precious lifetime are being revealed during this most auspicious time, this shift in consciousness for humanity. So I really believe that all of this focus on the ascension and the Golden Age and the fifth dimension, right, the Aquarian Age, is expanding consciousness in ways like it never has before.

When did you start to open up to your spiritual abilities?

Suzanne Ross 4:22

So as a child, I was definitely psychic, capable of seeing interdimensionally, and that's sort of where the troll story comes up. But I was born in the area of Mount Shasta at Shasta County Hospital, and so I was born in an area where the veil between realms is thin, it is known internationally as a mystical, magical place, and so their elementals, like angels and fairies and trolls, can be very present, and for those who can see interdimensionally, there's an opportunity to connect with these beings. Things. So as a child, I felt like I was really capable of communicating interdimensionally. I had a, you know, a lot of invisible friends, and, you know, then about the age of seven, it seemed to sort of dissipate as I engaged in my, you know, life as a kid, growing up, going to school. But then it reignited at the age of 29 and then at the age of 30, I had a powerful awakening experience on a mountaintop in the desert.

I know that your father also had a missing time experience. And it's this is all connected, isn't it?

Suzanne Ross 5:38

It is, I believe that it's all the result of his experience and how, you know, multi generationally, we can have these cosmic connections. And so yes, at the age of 18, my father lived in a small town called leader Saskatchewan in Alberta, Canada, and him and three buddies were driving down a dirt road after dinner when they noticed this bright white light following them in front of them out in the field. It wasn't kicking up any dust, so my father pulled over and him and his passenger leaned against the driver's side door to see if this white light would pass. The next thing they knew they were all sitting in their vehicle, and then they noticed this bright white light speed across the field merge with a larger orange light and take off into space. So they drove to the nearest farmhouse and were knocking on the door. Are you seeing these lights? And the woman was furious that they were knocking on her door after midnight, that's when they all realized they had lost four hours of time the next morning, my father woke up with a triangular shaped object embedded into his wrist. Now he told us this story even when we were young, because it had such a dramatic effect on how the rest of his life unfolded, and he blamed it on his what he called his alien chip. Shortly thereafter, recruited by NCR national cash register company founded by James Patterson. We were then moved to Dayton, Ohio. After I was born in Shasta, we moved to Dayton and NCR is right next to Wright Patterson Air Force Base, where they were doing a lot of reverse engineering. My father spoke German. His mother was German. I believe he was working with some of the NASA German scientists during Operation Paperclip and so yeah, but he became a genius on the front lines of the emerging computer age, with a high school education, and he, you know, attributed it to his alien chip,

so meaning his alien ship gave him some abilities.

Chip, yes, the alien chip embedded in his wrist, he would hold it. And I really feel like he thought that somehow this chip was giving him the advanced knowledge and wisdom needed for the role that he came here to play with which had to do with developing the computer age.

Huh? Interesting. I know my many in my audience are curious about extraterrestrials and our galactic friends. Have you also had experiences with so called extraterrestrials?

Suzanne Ross 8:37

Thank you for asking Jannecke. I had a really profound experience on the upper deck of my home in Sedona, and fortunately, I had two friends with me so wide witnesses. So one night, we were calling upon the Arcturians. And I always laugh and say, This is what you do at night in Sedona. You call upon extraterrestrial races to come visit you. So I can't wait. Yes, I can't wait. Doubt in my mind we will see crafts and connect with beings. But in any case, on this particular night, after calling upon the Arcturians, me and my two friends, we went out on my upper deck, and immediately we saw an explosion of white light on the horizon. We grabbed the handrail because we all felt dizzy. Then we looked towards the stairs leading up to the deck, because one light at a time was coming on. I had sensor lights, and it was as if someone was coming up the stairs, but we couldn't see anybody. And then I just turned to my friends and I said, Gosh, it's chilly out here. Let's go inside. And when we went inside, we all felt like very exhaust. Good. We we were confused. It was hard to carry on conversation. It was like we were disoriented. So I said, You know what? I'm just going to go to bed. And I went to the kitchen, turned over my phone said 1240 and we had gone out there around eight o'clock. So it was at that time that I knew we lost four hours of time. And so shortly thereafter, I went to a psychic, a well known psychic in Sedona, and before I was even seated in the chair, she started to reveal to me how a pod ship had landed in an invisibility shield in our backyard. Three Arcturians had got out, come up, took each of us by the hand, took us onto the pod ship, which went up into a larger mothership. There we were shown around. We were downloaded with gifts and abilities that would help us to see interdimensionally and to serve humanity.

My gosh, and again, these four hours, it seems like it takes four hours when aliens are taking us on the ships.

Suzanne Ross 11:11

Yes, and in those four hours, I can tell you that while I don't have recall of it consciously, that much has come up over hypnotic regressions, over psychic sessions. But also, shortly after that experience, I started to grab posters and markers, and I would draw circles with 12 circles around it, like the Zodiac wheel. But I knew these were portals. I knew these were dimensions, and each of these 12 dimensions I had an aspect of myself residing in. I was given the names, the roles I was playing, where I was at, specifically, like what star system, and then I realized I could do it for others too. I realized that doing this was really elevating my consciousness. I felt it was igniting my DNA. Because as you tune in to more advanced, higher dimensional aspects of who you're being, you yourself are upgraded,

and did you feel differently psychologically as well, like you felt that these abilities changed the way you were thinking your personalities? I'm just curious how it's like to be upgraded. In that sense,

Suzanne Ross 12:39

I can say that, yes, I was downloading information at a rapid rate. My book rise up came out during that time because most of it is material that's based on the channeling experiences I was having. And so I was spontaneously channeling these other aspects of myself, as well as higher beings that we would know of as Jesus, mother, Mary, Mary Magdalene, St Germain, Sophia. So I'm going to say that the way it may have changed me was that I had a deeper knowing about the true nature of reality. I felt as if I was walking through reality in a different way, very interconnected with consciousness. That you know consciousness is malleable, and that when we realize that consciousness is malleable, we're manifesting every moment of our day with the power of our intentions, that we're really co creating our reality that unfolds before us every moment of every day.

And do you think, since you and your father had this experience, that sort of you are chosen in a way, or was it a coincidence that you both had this extraterrestrial experience?

Suzanne Ross 14:13

I believe they're directly related. So while I don't know exactly what happened to my father during his you know, four hours of missing time, I get the sense that my sister and I are really star seeds, and that something that may have happened during that experience of, you know, being implanted with that chip. Who knows, you know, what other codes he may have been imprinted with that may have affected his DNA and ours. But I do believe that it can also be multi generational

Jannecke Øinæs 14:48

Interesting, yeah, because that's what I've seen in movies, at least, and heard that it's a generational thing for some reason. And was this before you were nine when you have this transformational moment in your life?

Suzanne Ross 15:05

No, so at the age of 29 I was living on the East Coast, and I was starting to have these experiences that were similar to the ones I was having when I was a child, where I would be laying in bed and I would be aware that there were beings coming down the hall, entering my room and surrounding my bed. Now, at the time when I was a child, I have a clear recollection of these beings being blue and transparent, but they were joyful beings. I felt as if I was related to these beings, and they were coming to shower me with this beautiful blue light that was benefiting me in some way. It was a very loving experience. Then at the age of 29 I started to have the similar experience of being in bed, usually around dawn, and I would hear steps coming up the stairwell and down the hallway into entering my bedroom and standing over my bed. But during hypnotic regressions, I came to know that at this time these beans were Arcturians, and they were coming to let me know that it was time, it was time for me to step into my mission, and that they were just the messengers that you know had come because we had had an agreement prior to this lifetime. Shortly after that, I went to visit my parents in the desert of Southern California, where I had a phenomenal experience on a mountaintop there.

And would you like to share what happened?

Suzanne Ross 16:43

Yes, so at the time that I was living on the East Coast, I was working in the corporate world. I was feeling very misplaced in the corporate world and really displaced on the East Coast, having been, you know, raised in California, and so I was having anxiety attacks, and my skin was falling off. I had eczema all over my skin. My hair was falling out. I was having anxiety attacks like I knew that I was very misaligned. And so I went to visit my parents in the sunny desert of Southern California. And there I started to experience fun in the sun and laughter and love and joy. But as my vacation was coming to an end, I felt overwhelmed by this impending sense of doom. And so one morning, I woke up and I felt compelled to run to this mountain behind their house. And as I ran toward this mountain, the sun was coming up behind the mountain. This is the cover picture of my book wake up. So I felt compelled to run to the top of this mountain. At the top, I threw my arms up to the sky, and I said, I am miserable in the extreme, and I see no way out. And in that moment, I felt like the air around me was embracing me. I was surrounded by a bright white light and a voice came out of the light, and it said, can't you see you've come home, you'll stay here and heal yourself and many others. And in that moment, I knew that was the absolute truth for me. All of the anxiety and frustration were replaced by excitement and enthusiasm over my new life in the desert as a healer, I ran down that mountain knowing that something had shifted in me, and in a hypnotic regression, I was shown how atop that mountain, two Lemurian beings had arisen from the mountain, and they had a woman between them that looked just like me, and this male and female Lemurian being said, can she walk into you? And I said, Yes, and she walked into me and turned around and looked out. And so I believe in that moment, I was merged with my higher Lemurian Self.

Oh, wow, profound. And didn't you have a hunch to go somewhere where you just landed a job like out of the blue.

Suzanne Ross 19:13

Thank you, Jannecke, for knowing my story. That very day I felt compelled to drive to the nearest four star resort. I realized that there was a spiritual force that was compelling me into action, and so I drove to this four star resort in town. I applied for a position in health and wellness, and the human resource manager came out. She said, Have a seat. You must have seen the ad. And I said, Yeah. And she said, Well, you know, when can you move here, and when can you start without even asking for any qualifications? And then she called in the director, who came in and gave me a big hug and welcomed me to their. Family. As I was walking out to my car after telling them I could start in two weeks, I felt like this was surreal. What had I done? I had promised to start this new job in the desert of Southern California in two weeks, but also yannica, I had never felt like anything was more, right. I had so much joy and excitement in my being that I was finally being aligned with my true calling. And so, you know, long story short, in two weeks, I started working in health and wellness at that resort, and I have never looked back. I have been serving in the field of health and well being ever since, which has expanded into spirituality and consciousness. But that's how I started.

Jannecke Øinæs 20:55

You know, there's a reason why I ask in detail about these stories, because to me, just lights me up, I think is so fascinating and inspirational. And your story is a testament to trusting the divine and trusting our feelings, trusting that you know I don't feel aligned, I don't feel well, something is off, and then asking for help, that's what you did, and you surrendered, you received help, and you took action on what you felt. So it's just a beautiful, like sign that we can trust the universe. Yes, we trust the universe. It has our back.

Suzanne Ross 21:41

Yes, you are spot on about surrendering, because that's exactly what I did, and in that moment, I stepped into divine synchronicity, where then everything fell into place perfectly to serve my soul's mission.

And speaking of now, this was many years ago. You're saying the veil is thinner. Could you share a little bit about your perception of the shift of consciousness? And you you naming your retreats, the ascension, Sedona, ascension retreat. So how do you look at Ascension and what's happening and the energies we're experiencing?

Suzanne Ross 23:02

So I really believe Jannecke That it's all about these ages, these ages that were moving through the yugas, the Hindus would call them this processional age, this 26,000 arc, going from a golden age of enlightenment, you know, through this dissension arc into a dark age, and then on an ascension arc into another golden age. I believe that along the way, there are ages that we move through, you know, and it's very well known, it's astrological, you know, we're the Piscean age, and we're moving into the Aquarian Age, but when we and we're moving toward the Golden Age, and because we've been on this ascension arc, and so I believe that when we come to the end of an age and we're moving into the Aquarian Age, that we have the opportunity to ascend our consciousness, to align with that age. And as we know, the Aquarian Age is really considered this sort of fifth dimensional age. In fact, the fifth dimension came up with that song The Aquarius, right? And so, you know, back in the 70s, they already knew this. But I do believe that the Aquarian Age represents this higher dimensional reality where we have expanded consciousness, where there's more unity, peace and harmony, and that naturally we're moving into that now, if you look at the processional cycle, you would see that we're really only 2025 years on this ascension arc, which is a 12,500 year arc to the Golden Age. However, I'm a big fan of channeled material. I love. The Urantia Book. I reference it quite a bit in my book rise up. But this other book that I discovered, this book of knowledge, is called the Book of the Golden Age, or the book of the final age, and it's channeled by this 101 year old woman in Ataturk Turkey who channels the alpha channel, and all these advanced beings, all these interstellar beings. And what she reveals is that the solar hierarchy put us on an accelerated evolution plan, and so that would accelerate our consciousness, so that we would be moved into the golden age, so you can see we're on a rapid evolutionary progress plan right now,

right So, okay, so there was a lot to unpack there. You mentioned that we're receiving help. Who are we receiving help from you?

Suzanne Ross 26:01

Said the solar hierarchy is what this channeled source calls it, because the solar hierarchy has the power to shower us with solar flares, with streaming light codes, carrying codes that activate our DNA. These codes also are evolutionary in the way that they advance our intelligence. So I believe this is how the solar hierarchy and many other beings, our cosmic brothers and sisters, are helping us to advance rapidly for this golden age ascension.

Jannecke Øinæs 26:45

So for those who are a bit new to it, do you mean that we're receiving some code, some information, something from the sun or the galaxy that is doing something to our energy, our bodies, our consciousness?

Suzanne Ross 26:59

Yes, they can. They are called cosmic waves. Sometimes they're called Cosmic currents. This channel material said that cosmic waves help to elevate our awareness, expand our consciousness, and that cosmic currents actually ignite our dormant DNA to prepare us for a 5d way of being, physically, mentally, emotionally, intelligently.

Jannecke Øinæs 27:33

Is that something we're all feeling on some level we're just not conscious of it, or is it just for some and not for others. I'm always curious about that, because I'm thinking about atheists and people who are not into these conversations, who are like, I don't notice any difference.

Suzanne Ross 27:52

Yes, and so this book talks about resonating with our frequency and adjusting the streaming consciousness to match that. So it's all a matter of our readiness to receive and we will receive what matches our frequency. So while it's up leveling our frequency and our light quotient, at the same time, it's not going to short circuit our nervous system or blow our mind.

Jannecke Øinæs 28:24

And I assume that a lot of people who are watching this really wants to be part of this ascension and the upgrade and all the goodies. How do we do it? What do we do? Like, what's your advice in these chaotic times uninteresting times like, what can we do?

Suzanne Ross 28:44

That's a great question. And I believe all the celestial books, all the sacred books from all time, have been instruction manuals that give us guidance on how to prepare for ascension, how to evolve our beings, because we are evolutionary beings, and so the instruction manuals are all about love. Are all about being the most kind, caring, compassionate soul that you can be. To set your intention to be better today than you were yesterday, to open your heart to experience and have self love, to develop that self love through many different practices, so that you can fully open your heart and share your unconditional love with others. And so we're all a work in project in progress, but when we dedicate ourselves to our self improvement, right, we begin to up level in a way that doesn't just benefit ourselves, but benefits others. And so it's love thy brother and sister, right? Love thyself. And be of service, be in service to that which serves the highest good for all humanity. And you know, certainly that is a powerful and important way to qualify for the ascension.

Does that mean that not all will make it?

Suzanne Ross 30:22

So I believe that. I believe in resonance and frequency and honor and respect everyone's evolutionary journey. So let's consider the possibility that maybe some souls are new to the third dimensional experience, and they want to be able to learn all that the third dimension has to offer. The third dimension is a dimension of duality, and light and dark are equal in this dimension, and there's very special lessons that we have the opportunity to master in the third dimensional reality. Let's say other souls have incarnated on this planet in the third dimension, many, many, many, many, many times they've mastered the lessons of duality and they're ready to advance into the next dimension to learn new lessons on their evolutionary journey. So, you know, I don't believe it's a matter of leaving anybody behind. You know, I truly believe that we resonate with the dimension our souls are ready for. And listen, you know, people may be ascending already. We don't necessarily have to wait for a golden age. It's just that at this time, according to the Law of One series, it's the time of a major harvest. Every 25,000 years, honoring that processional cycle, right? There's a harvest, but they say every 75,000 years, there's a major harvest of the souls, or the seeds that are ripened.

Interesting, yeah, I've interviewed Aaron abke. He is also, I would say, quite a great expert on the law one. He makes it more understandable for me when I listen to Him speaking of who we are and souls and being on different levels, I know you've been looking into something that's called e9 soul crystal, and having a talk about who we are as a soul. And I've asked this question many times to my guests, and I would love to ask it to you, because I've never heard of this e9 soul crystal before.

Suzanne Ross 32:45

So there's a quantum physicist named Garrett LISI who was shunned by academia as a quantum physicist because of what he was proposing. He was proposing a multi dimensional reality, and proposing that our third dimensional reality is actually a reflection of a much higher dimensional source. And so through you know quantum physics equations that are complex, he discovered this e8 crystal, which is actually projecting our reality through the fourth dimension and into the third dimension. And so this idea of projection from source, a reflection of source is repeated throughout many, many books that are channeled material, that are sacred and celestial books. So it's not really a new concept, but Garrett LISI was able to prove it scientifically through quantum physics. Now I am proposing that this e8, earth, let's say template, if you will, houses, e9, souls. So the ninth dimensional beings, who are our source beings. So I believe our Source Self is the one projecting multi dimensional fractals of ourselves into many different timelines and dimensions. So not only do you have a source universe, but you have a Source Self.

Jannecke Øinæs 34:40

Wow, just got to take that in, all right, that's awesome. And I have heard the idea many times before, but you just explained it so well. Okay, so do you have, like, a number? Is it an infinite number of fractions that we are for instanse.

Suzanne Ross 35:00

So according to theosophy and the books by Dr Joshua David Stone, Alice Bailey, originally Madame Blavatsky, we have 144 soul extensions which comprises our monad. And so as such, our Source Self is capable of projecting 12 fractals into 12 dimensions to have a maximum of 144 beings incarnated in different physical realms. And so you know, as our Source Self expresses us 12, just like the original creator, the one Infinite Creator, has 12 personalities, we would say, which matches the Zodiac wheel, right? And what it really is is the Trinity, expressing in all four directions. So in each of those houses, let's say the Trinity resides, and that gives us the number 12. And in the Zodiac wheel that's divided into elements and directions, right? And so in as each of those 12 personalities are projected into 12 dimensions, then we can have a max potential of being in you know, 144 different soul fractals dispersed throughout 144 timelines in those dimensions

and different dimensions. Do you mean different realms, different times, different universes, different planets,

Suzanne Ross 36:46

check, check, check, all of the above, right? I'm a big fan of the simulation hypothesis yannica, and so while I totally believe that we're all sourced from the Divine, and I'm not going to say we're just some computerized avatar, I am going to say that the concept is similar in that each of these timelines, in each of these dimensions could be considered games that our avatar is playing. And so our Source self, which would be the gamer behind the scenes, has avatars in each one of these different games, from dimension one to dimension 12, and within each of those 12, different personalities are being expressed, and that's how our monad of 144 soul extensions can experience linear realities.

And can we meet our other selves?

Suzanne Ross 37:55

Yes. I mean, I believe that's what happened to me in that Arcturian missing time experience where I was gifted with the ability to see interdimensionally. And then I started drawing the 12 circles and identified where I was being an Arcturian, a Pleiadian, an Orion, a Syrian. It was phenomenal. I was being a Lyran, I mean, all of these different aspects of who I was being, in these different dimensions and the role I was playing. And then I realized, by connecting, by merging myself and others with their higher selves, more advanced aspects of who they're being, that they themselves were advancing because now you're merging consciousness. But I would like to say that it's mutually beneficial. Even for those beings who seem more advanced, they get the opportunity to tune into our third dimensional or fourth dimensional consciousness. So the idea is, really, I believe, to return to wholeness.

Jannecke Øinæs 39:06

Fascinating. And I know you speak about trans transcendence, and I wanted to ask you about that word, and whether you think or believe that we should transcend the ego, if that is sort of like a goal of that is part of the essential process to transcend the ego. What is your perspective on that?

Suzanne Ross 39:29

So, I think ego can have different dimensions. I mean definitions. So, you know, we might think of an egoic way of being, self centered, maybe narcissistic, right? But then we can also just think of our ego identity. Here I am, Suzanne and I may have different labels, spiritual teacher, wife, daughter, sister, what have you, right? So we want to honor our ego identity also sometimes. Ego is related to our survival instincts, let's say, and so, you know, we want to honor that, but we do want to transcend egoic ways of being that take us into separation consciousness, right? That make us feel separate from others, rather than united with them. And we want to transcend self centered, you know, ways of living and being also. You know, Transcendence, to me, is just a way of being spiritually uplifted and elevated into these higher frequencies of love and joy and bliss and connection, right? So that when you're interacting with your reality, that you are in sort of this higher place. Some people might say they're, you know, connected with their higher self, where they're sort of risen above separation, and they're able to experience their reality themselves and others in this transcendent way, where they're able to really express unconditional love, compassion, kindness.

I love that saying I am, that I am. It's beautiful when I remember to look or think that in my mind, when I go out outside and look at others and look at trees and nature, I just feel more connected, and I can feel the truth of I am, that I am

I truly believe the source, the one Infinite Creator, is experiencing through us, as us, we are simply divine. And so, you know, we want to give the divine source the best possible experience, really activating the divinity within us and having that self realization, really that knowing of the truth that we are divine,

and it's obvious that you're living your mission. Suzanne, I'm very passionate about talking about finding our purpose, not necessarily finding it, but creating it, activating it. And part of your mission is, well, obviously helping people and through, for instance, the Sedona retreats that you're doing, and I am super honored to be part of it, where I'm going to speak about activating your soul's purpose through love, through actually self love, because I think those are linked together. And I'm curious about why you started this, these retreats, I'm I know it's not an easy thing to put up a retreat like twice a year that you're doing. So share a little bit about this amazing retreat that's coming up in March, and who's coming and you're passionate about it. You're passionate about this,

thank you for asking. After my first book wake up came out, I really felt inspired way back in 2014 to have a book launch event, but I wanted to invite other authors, and, you know, wellness professionals as well, and so I had this event, and we filmed it, and then I was able to start sharing like the footage that we filmed on social media. Because of this first inaugural event, I became so inspired to do events, I could see how the people on stage were really inspiring and empowering the audience. It was so interactive and so high vibrational. And so when I moved to Sedona, I knew I was going to offer events in Sedona. And so I dove right in. I moved to Sedona in 2015 I knew I wanted to have these events on the equinoxes, every spring and fall equinox. And so I started to do that, and our event has grown from 75 people to 750 people. We're now at sedona's most premier event venue, the Sedona Performing Arts Center, which is such a beautiful, beautiful theater, and the exhibitor Hall is surrounded by glass walls looking out on the red rocks of Sedona. Over the course of living in Sedona for 10 years, I fell madly in love with Sedona. Had many opportunities there in the powerful vortex to really be upgraded, to live a magical, mystical life. I, you know, offered people tours into the Red Rock. Works. And as such, I wanted to incorporate those outdoor journeys into my event. I also wanted to have workshops which we do, the performing arts centers on a school grounds, so we have plenty of classrooms for these workshops to take place. And so what evolved is the Sedona ascension retreat held during the Spring Equinox annually. And so there's on stage presentations, and always performances, sound baths and guided meditations, as well as these interactive indoor workshops, outdoor vortex journeys. And in 2026 we'll also have Sedona sky watch experiences under the stars to connect with our cosmic brothers and sisters. And so for this year, we have a phenomenal lineup of speakers, yannica, of course, including yourself, Daryl Anka, channeling Bashar. We have Chris Bledsoe, author of UFO, of God, the beautiful Sarah breastman cosmi, who is a QHHT practitioner. Sarah l calde, known as the alchemist, who now has a show on Gaia TV, my beloved friend, William Henry star on Ancient Aliens, but also Gaia TV. Caroline Corey, a filmmaker, her latest film, superhuman two. And I'm really excited about having this beautiful autistic savant who has telepathic abilities named Lido Burgoyne, and her mother, who is an expert at Mindsight, Dahlia and Dr Diane Hennessy, who had who does a presentation on autism, Savant syndrome and telepathy. And so we're going to have a demonstration on stage that shows how this beautiful autistic savant is telepathic, and how her mother has vision without eyes double blindfolded, she can read a page of a book. And so she's also going to teach that Mindsight, you know, ability, in two back to back workshops.

Wow. Gosh, I'm so excited. I lose my words. I'm so excited to come, I mean, obviously, to have my own talk and to share about self love and what I'm really passionate about, but also to just learn so much and be amongst these amazing teachers like Daryl Anka and, yeah, I've interviewed so many of them as well, and to meet them in person. It's different than just doing this on stream yard. You know, it's beautiful with our internet and all the tech, but it's something else, meeting in person. And that's why I felt when I got your email. I'm like this just says yes in my whole body. And I can't wait to bring my husband. He's never been to Sedona before. I'm so excited for him to feel the energy, because I've been there once before, and I did an interview, like in the red rocks with raghillio. He's a wonderful wisdom keeper, and it was such a powerful experience that was in 2013 so it's been a long time, and now I'm coming back so truly excited.

So what we do is we film the whole event, and people can purchase event videos. Those are available within two weeks post event. So we have found that it's the best way to give really high quality footage. Live streaming is tricky at the Sedona Performing Arts Center, and in Sedona, it requires a very high, you know, bandwidth and signal. And so we want to make sure that if people are, you know, paying to be part of the event remotely, that they get this high quality event footage without any interruptions. And so you know, when you go to the website, you can purchase those videos, and in two weeks, you can watch all of them in the comfort of your own home.

Sounds amazing, and then it's possible for everyone. So that's just awesome. And my last question, I guess, is for you who are so in tuned and so connected, how do you see? What do you see is coming 2026 we have the event. But how do you see here? Humanity and the energies. What's coming for 2026 that you would like to share a bit about.

Suzanne Ross 50:07

So I do believe that we are on this accelerated evolutionary path. Jannecke, and all you have to look all you have to do is look around and see how humanity is evolving rapidly. I mean, even it feels like time has sped up, right? Days fly by. Our technology has advanced so exponentially. And you know, so many millions of people around the world are on the awakening journey, and so many believe in the ascension. And so I believe that just each year gets exponentially more enlightening, more inspiring, more empowering. I do believe we're getting so much support from our galactic brothers and sisters, from the solar hierarchy, really showering us with these activating light codes. And so I just believe. You know, with every year, it's going to get lighter and brighter, and humanity is going to feel more united. We're going to experience more peace and love and joy, just abundance Jannecke. Just one thing about 2026 because I love numerology. So 2026 equals 10, which reduces to one, one. And so it's a new beginning, and also we're going to experience a greater sense of oneness.

Suzanne Ross 51:44

Self love, I believe, is really dedicating yourself to a path of self improvement and on this path. And I'm going to mention my book, wake up, because it's really all about this. It's about forgiving yourself for anything that you might be holding on to with just pure love and compassion in your heart, with the knowing that every moment of your precious life has been on purpose, and everything that has ever been said or done has led you to where you're at now, and it's all taught you valuable lessons, and then dedicating yourself to learning, to advancing, to exploring greater wisdom, and then applying that right. And so I believe that you know Loving yourself is loving all of who you are as being simply divine, but then also dedicating yourself to being the best possible person that you can each and every day.

That's so beautiful. And what is the deeper meaning of life from your perspective?

So this came through me on a nature walk one day when I heard this voice say the meaning of life is to create and the purpose is to evolve, and I thought, Yes, that's it. The meaning of life is to create. We have the power of the one, Infinite Creator to create and manifest our lives in any which way we desire each and every day. And so we are creators, right? And then the purpose is to evolve, to really embrace this evolutionary journey right, to advance ourselves so that we can master the lessons that we came here to learn and evolve to even higher ones. So merging with our higher self
