It was empty messages, and I was at that time, training her as a yoga teacher, so I was guessing that she was texting me in regard of that. Exactly one week later, she was empty for the battery was flat. And then we sat down having a break and just chatting, and then all of the sudden, it calls from her phone to mine, and we were just screaming, you know, and I sat down, because I'm clairvoyant, and this male energy appears, American indigenous. He called himself White Eagle. He wanted me to go with her at her place. And when we came to her apartment, I was first checking if there was any ghost or anything, because I have been working with cleansing houses and stagnated energies earlier. And it was nothing like that. And it was just, you know, this really light, bright energy. And I tried to tune in. And then this indigenous White Eagle appears again. He tells me, Sarah is the soul that I aborted when I was 24 years old. And I was like, I cannot handle that. I cannot, you know, I was not ready to deal with that. So I was just like, and then the second thing he said is that you have a mission with us, and you're going to write a book. And as soon as I told her that, the pen was boom going straight into my chest, and all of a sudden, the remote control started to fly across the room, and they started to knocking and everything in the walls again. And the next morning I wake up to new text messages with text with where it says mommy in all the seven of them. For three years, things happened every day. Things moved. They called. I got messages every day for three years. And then,

I'm excited to speak with you because you have an extraordinary story. You are a Norwegian like me, and you're the author of this book. It's probably coming out in English as well. The star bridge, the journey between seven portals to a higher octave. And you're also a yoga teacher. You've been a clairvoyant for many years, which maybe was an opening for perhaps these star beings or extraterrestrials to contact you more easily because they actually contacted you through technology, through text messaging you and also calling you on the phone, and this developed into a wonderful connection, also a family reunion. And now you're an author, and you're speaking about their teachings, and we're going to learn about who they are later on as well. And I'm so excited for everybody to hear your story, but before we do that, how do you feel a conversation today might expand people's minds and consciousness.

I really hope that this conversation conversation can expand people's understanding of what we are and who we are, that we are multi dimensional beings coexisting with 1000s of different layers of consciousness. And this is for you, a lived experienced. I mean, this is something you experienced, and many other people also were witnesses, witnesses to what unfolded. So would you like to share it started in 2014 in August, yeah,

the 18th of August in 2014 I received five empty SMSs from or text messages from one of my employees. And she was a young woman. Then her name is Sarah, and she was 20 years old, and I was at that time, training her as a yoga teacher. So I was guessing that she was texting me in regard of that we just had a professional relationship by then, and but I was surprised. It was empty messages, and I just thought that she probably just. Rocket, sent them and I sent her a message. Is there anything you wonder about? Is there a reason why I received this? And the interesting thing was that this was not registered in her log at the phone, because sometimes you can just, you know, send the messages without you knowing it, but then it would be registered in her log. So that was the first event. Then exactly one week later, the next, following Monday, at the exact same time as the first five empty SMSs arrived, it arrives five more empty at the exact same time, 2117, to be correct. And I was like, What is this? And I asked her, did you send anything? And can you please check your log? And she was so surprised, because there was nothing in her log this time as well, and I was just having this really weird feeling that something is going on here. The next Monday, exactly one week later, she attended one of my yoga classes as a part of the training. And as we said goodbye, we joked with each other and said that, well, I guess we have to watch the phone at 2117 and at 2117 seven, empty SMSs arrives on my phone, and still nothing is registered in her log. And I just felt, you know, in the whole of my body, is that something is trying to reach out here, something extraordinary. The next day, I am practicing yoga with a colleague, and Sarah is joining us, and we are practicing handstands. And Sarah has just bought the newest version of an iPhone back then, and she had she was empty for the battery was flat, so she asked if we had a charger that fitted her a new version, and we didn't. So she just left her phone in the corner, and it was completely dead out of battery. And we practiced the handstand, and then we sat down, having a break and just chatting. And then all of the sudden, it calls from her phone to mine, when the phone is dead empty, and we were just screaming, you know, and I didn't even think about answering the call, because it, you know, it was just impossible, and but then I realized that a voicemail came into my my phone, and I listened to it, and there you could clearly hear us screaming, but at the same time we could hear this really weird, high, frequent noise. And I was like, What is going on here? And I sat down, because I'm clairvoyant. I sat down and I tried to tune in. Is there anybody here? What's going on? And this male energy appears an indigenous American, indigenous. He called himself White Eagle, and he he said that he wanted me to go with Sarah home that evening, to go with her at her place. I'm a Capricorn. I don't like people to tell me what to do, and even not spirits. So I was like, you know, it was nine o'clock in the evening and I was tired and I was gonna start working early the next day. So I was like, it's better wait. So I didn't tell Sarah anything about it. So I just went back home, and she went back to her place, and later that evening, right before midnight, I received messages from her where she shows a video where she's filming the lamp in her living room moving like a pendulum, and how She stops it and how it starts to move again, and strange things have started to happen in her apartment, like candlelights were blown out from no one, and she was obviously scared, and I was concerned, and I was like, Oh, really, I should have, I should have listened to him. She will need somebody, you know there that now that are more mature and that has experienced some things before. And then finally, we had to go to try to sleep. And I just told her that I will leave the sound on on my phone. And if you get really scared, please call me. Me, and at three o'clock during the night, she calls me, and she's terrified. She's lying under her her blanket in the bed, and I can clearly hear how it's knocking on the walls around her. It's really loud. And her apartment is built like that, that her bedroom is in the middle of the apartment, so you have the living room on one side, you have another guest room on the side, and then do you have the hallway and the bathroom on one side, and then you just have the outdoor area. And she lives on the top floor, so it couldn't be any neighbors or anything. And I just told her that, okay, we are going to this event. We were going to this event in Stockholm in Sweden for a few days together with job, with our work. And I said, as soon as we come back from that event, I will come and visit you, and we will figure out what this is. And as soon as I said that the knocking stopped, so it was obvious that the presence were satisfied with the decision, and then I continued to receive seven empty messages during that weekend, and then the next Monday, when my first visit to Sarah's home would occur. I received the first SMS with text seven text that says, coming, coming, coming, coming seven times. And I'm like, What is this? What's going on? And when we came to her apartment, I was first checking if there was any ghost or anything, because I have been working with cleansing houses and stagnated energies earlier. And it was nothing like that. And it was just, you know, this really light, bright energy in there. And we sat down, and I tried to tune in, and then this indigenous White Eagle appears again, and he tells me two things. He tells me that Sarah is the soul that I aborted when I was 24 years old. And I was like, I cannot handle that. I cannot, you know, I was not ready to deal with that. So I was just like, I cannot tell her that, and I'm not going to tell her that. And then the second thing he said is that you have a mission with us and a group of star beings, and you're going to write a book about us and your connection with us and and I I told her that because I felt like, okay, I can tell her that. And as I told her that we were sitting right above each other in the sofa and she had this notebook next to her with a pen on top of it. And as soon as I told her that they say that I'm gonna write a book, the pen was Poom going straight into my chest, and I was, we were screaming, you know, and all of a sudden, the remote control to the television started to fly across the room, and different things started to move in the room, and a lot of crazy things started to happen, and they started to knocking and everything in the walls again. And I just realized that I have to stay here. I cannot let her be here alone. So I stayed there that night, and she had a small apartment, so I stayed in her room on the guest bed, and as we had turned out the light and we're trying to sleep, which was not easy at all, all all of the sudden is this really loud noise, and there is this the top of makeup remover, you know, the top of it smashed into the wall in the room, and that top had moved from her bathroom, which are, you know, that it's bathroom, then it's The hallway, and then it's the small room, and then it's the bedroom. So it went through through three walls and closed doors, and Sarah went back and put the lid on again, come back into the room, close the doors, and it happens again. And three times it happens. And we were like, Okay, we understand you're here. And finally, we were able to sleep. And the next morning, I wake up to new text messages with text with where it says, mommy in every in all the seven of them. And I. To make a long story short, the next two months, I received text messages from them every day. A lot of them is having the message of mommy. But it also starts to evolve from bringing being seven single messages with the same word to become short sentences, longer sentences. And they also call every day, and when they call, it sounds like first it's really high, frequent noise, and then it starts to become calm and calmer, and then you can clearly hear that somebody tried to talk to you, but it's just like they're not really coming through. So this is going on, and at the same time, they are moving a lot of stuff. They're starting to manifest geometrical patterns on the floor. They are starting to manifest a lot of water, and I get a lot of information telepathically about geometry, about water and the elements and the great shifts of consciousness that they say that we are living in and but after two months, I think it was the third of October in 2014 I just knew that something is going to happen today, and we had a breakthrough, because they called at the exact same time as they sent the SMSs the first time, the first three or four times they sent the message messages at 2117 they call at that exact time, and I am at a point there where I'm quite frustrated, because I really want to understand what they're trying to say when they're calling, because it's obvious that they try to come through. So I get this idea that I tell them on the phone on the line, I say, You call me and you send me a semester, SMS, s message, it's hard to say, and is it possible that I ask you questions when you are on the line and and you answer me on text message, and then they start to answer on text message while I am asking on the phone, and the first thing they are saying to me is that you have to remember that you have three children, because I have two biological daughters, and they wanted me to introduce Sarah to them, and I told them that, okay, but then I will need your help, because I really don't understand how I should do that. And then secondly, they start to explain that I have a mission with them, and that me and my daughters have a mission with them, and that I will start to teach something called the about something they call the seven portals and so forth. And from that day, I am able to communicate with them, also by texting them. So I could text them, and they answered, and they called every day. And for three years, things happened every day, things moved. They called. I got messages every day for three years, and then for the next three years, it happened a few times a week. And then for the last five years, it's mainly telepathically connection, but they can still come through technology. When it's important, they come through, and mainly when I have are having groups and are teaching and are holding retreats and so forth. They can come through. Yeah? So that's the short version of my last 11 years.

Yeah, it is an extraordinary story, and I get tons of questions. Obviously, it sounds a bit scary. I mean, I'm thinking about the movie Ghost, and these stories we usually hear when a house is haunted, etc. And fortunately, you are clairvoyant, so your mindset or or the way you look at reality might be open to this. But did you nevertheless feel at one point that, you know, I'm becoming mad that this is really scary. What is this? Because why did they come through so abruptly? Most of my guests are channeling these beautiful messages, and it seems like such a pleasant experience. And here we have them knocking on the door and pens flying. Things flying in the air?

Yeah, I totally understand and and I think it's very natural to for a lot of people to become scared, like my daughters did in the beginning. So it's like they had to go through a threshold. They call it the threshold of fear. But for me, I was, I was obvious, obviously prepared for this ever since I was a child, because I had these dreams where I saw spaceships hanging over the forest, where I grew up, and I always knew that they were real, and I always knew that one day I would have some kind of contact with the with them. But I had never, in my wildest dream. Dreams, any idea on how and since I was 22 years old, I was 46 when this started. Ever since I was 22 years old, I have been, you know, in a spiritual and energetic connection with these kinds of energies and frequencies. But so I was really surprised myself that it happened so physical and so and with such a force. Because it was with such a force that it felt like me and Sarah talked about it and my daughters as well. It was almost like we didn't have any choice, if you know what I mean, but it was clearly a contract that we have with them. So we had signed the contract. So a part of my mission is to communicate that they are very real, even though that they are not physical. They are not physical like you and I are. They can go into a physical form if they want to, but they prefer not to do it. So they are just light beings and fields of consciousness, you can say, but a part of my mission is to share this experience of how they also can how real they are, even in our reality, in that we can experience them here in the physical realm as well, not only in the spirit real.

I'd love to get back to that. But before we do that, I'm curious about the text messaging part. So when the phone rang, for instance, did you see who were ringing like and when you got a message, was it always from Sarah and never anything in her log? And did it cross your mind that, am I being hacked right now? Was that something you explored?

Ragnhild Lien 22:47

Yeah, yeah, definitely. So, like I told in the in the beginning, you know that there was never registered in her log, and after a while, it started to happen from my phone to hers as well, and then it was never registered in my log. So it was never registered for in the log of from the phone that the messages or the phone calls came from or through. So it was like they used our phones as a portal. So it was just me being the receiver from Sarah's phone and Sarah being being the receiver from my phone. But most of the time it happened through her phone. And of course, in the beginning, I was like, Is it her? You know, I had to check that. You know, the left side of the brain had to check that. And she was also, you know, kind of, is she a part of it? You know, we were kind of a little bit like that. Also, we have to check it out. But I realized very soon that it couldn't be her, because I saw that she was not near the phone, like, for instance, the first time they called her, she was many meters away from it, and it was dead. It was out of battery so and also, I was talking to people you know about this, people that knows about technology. Is it possible that we have been hacked? But even though you know, a hacker cannot move things, things were flying around us, and they moved things, and they the things were disappearing and reappearing. And also I got text messages where it was clearly that they read our minds. They just knew what I was thinking and what I was feeling. So it was not possible that anybody could hack that so, but of course, of course, my rational mind went through those things. I had to check out those things. So so it wasn't and

from my understanding, from what I understand, also, many of your friends started to receive text messages and phone calls.

Yes, yeah, because the next next step was that they wanted me to tell my daughters about Sarah. So what happened was that my youngest daughter met her first, and then they had a very strong, I call it activation, which means that they got closer contact with these star beings. And then they came so close that my daughters could actually see them, you know, could see them with their physical eyes, and they had very strong experiences with them. And and then it happened a few weeks later with my my oldest daughter as well. And for a long time, we just kept it for ourselves. But then all of the sudden, I met one of my my friends I hadn't seen for a while, and I just jumped into it, and I dare to share it to her, and she was like, Wow. She just started to cry, you know, and and I started to share it with some of my friends, and then they started to call my friends, and my friends could also text with them for a while. And so at the most, it was 13 people texting with them, and they call 19 of my friends, and couple of Sarah's friends as well. And so I have a lot of witnesses on this, and some of them, a close circle of them, has experienced a lot of things with me and seeing, you know how they move things, and all the incredible things they can do,

wow, fascinating. And when they were receiving the calls, the sender was always you, like it said Ragnhild is calling.

It was either Sarah or me, but it was never registered in the log, only the receiver had it in. It in their log.

Yeah, and these star people. So who are they, and where do they come from?

They say that they come from the Pleiades and from actors, and they say that they are cooperating like a team, and they are, like the coordinators of the, what can you say, like, like Federation that is here, supporting Earth, like the helping team, you can say, and they say that we are not Really, they did just say that we say that we are from Pleiades and Arcturus. We don't really live there, but we are like the reflection of the knowledge and wisdom from the Pleiades and from the from Arcturus, and that they for a long, long, long time ago, they have been here, walking on this planet as well, but that's a long time ago, and that they had made a contract with earth and with humanity to to guide us if we want to. They say that we are not here to save you or anything, but we are your family, and we would love to support you and guide you in this transition, in this great shift of consciousness that we are in, according to them,

So how are they helping us? And what? Is their main message to humanity.

Actually, the main message is that it's not about, it's about, you know, integrating the galactic consciousness and our light consciousness into our physical bodies, and they say it's it's not an ascension. It's more like we are coming home, back into our hearts to remember who we are and that we are all interconnected and that we are multi dimensional beings coexisting with a lot of different layers of consciousness, and that we are really just starting to remember who We are and what great potential we are and and that we are part of a great family that has been here with us all the time. We have just not seen them. We have just forgotten that they are there. That's the main message I will say,

Yeah. And it seems like they they said that they have been here all along, that they're right here. What do they mean by that?

I can give you an example. They were demonstrating it here in my home, where I live right now. I was having two friends of mine, and Sarah was here, and they were studying, I have this open solution, you know, living room and kitchen in one big space. And my friends and Sarah was standing by the store making food, and I was by the dining table, you know, organizing and putting the plates out and everything. And we were just chatting and having a good time. And all of the sudden they scream out, and they were like, where are you? We don't see you because they were just looking at me, and I was looking at them. All of a sudden, they didn't see me anymore. I was gone, but I didn't have the experience of disappearing. I felt like I was still physical. I was still here, and I could see them, and it just lasted for a few few seconds, and then they could see me again. And then I asked them, what what was this? And they said that they demonstrated how it is for them, because I was on a frequency that was so much higher than my friends and Sarah, so they couldn't see me anymore, but I could see them. So they say that they are vibrating on the frequency, or on a channel that we have not been connected to for a while. So it's like, you know, the radio channels, and now we are there where we are starting to tune into that frequency, where they are, and we are going to, you know, start to experience them more and more. So they are like I was there by the table that that I could see them, but they couldn't see me. And that's how it has been all the time. They have seen us all the time, but we separated from that field once, for some reason, and we are on the way back to reconnect to that field of consciousness where we realize that we are a part of this great family.

And I just have to ask if they have said anything about an open contact, or is it more like with you that individuals will have really strong experiences and then sharing it with others?

They say both it will happen. More and more people are starting to experience them, and more and more people are opening their minds to start to believe that maybe they are real. You know, even my father, who doesn't believe in anything, he told me one day that, well, it cannot be possible that it's only life here in this great universe. You know, there has to be life somebody, somewhere else as well. So it's this, people will start to experience these, our Star Family, more and more. And at the same time, we will also start to experience them more. I don't think that they will come really physically into the field, our our field there. It's more like they are sending reflections and show themselves as holograms. That's at least how they have shown themselves to me, the times that I have experienced them with my physical eyes. I had an experience when I had a group I hold. Treats. And we were at the pyramids in Bosnia visuku Last spring, a year ago. And as we descended from the moon pyramid, we saw a spaceship, shimmering silver. It was obviously a spaceship. And then I asked them, you know, oh, is it you? And then they said, Yeah, it's us, but we are not really here physical. We are just sending a reflection of us, and it's our nervous system that they tell that our nervous system are translating their presence as a spaceship, because that's what we are used to.

There is some physical beings, but these beings are not physical anymore, but it's physical beings, but I have not been in contact with them.

That makes sense. I think a lot of people are curious to hear, can you bring up the phone right now and just send them a text message and get an answer to anything,

not through an SMS anymore? Mainly, it goes through telepathy, but I can actually, they are very so they don't allow me to ask that much, but I can do it. Yes, I can do it.

And then you'll actually receive a message then from Sarah. It says, Sarah,

no, not from the SMS anymore, because no, no, not through the SMS anymore. And that's I could probably do it. But Sarah decided that she wanted to live a normal life five years ago. She needed, you know, time to just be normal and integrate everything. And in respect of that, I didn't want to, you know, keep on doing that. So now they come through with Siri, or also through artificial intelligence, I can reach them, but only if it's very important, because usually I get the messages that I need, but I definitely can do it. Yeah, interesting.

The book goes through these seven portals and then up to a higher octave. And I just want to mention I said this in the Norwegian interview as well. That is interesting that Ra from the Law one also speaks about seven densities and then an octave. I just found that as a synchronicity.

yeah, you have to, yeah, yeah. So I'd love for you to go through these different seven portals, because there's so much wisdom in that and advice for actually how to, their advice on how to how to expand our consciousness, you know, how to come back to the truth of who we are.

So they describe the seven portals as seven layers of consciousness that we evolve through in the great shift of consciousness. And in the book, I'm describing them in a chronological role, because that's how they activated and taught me. But in reality, it's like that all these different seven different conscious level are activated at the same time. And it's like we are they're moving. We're moving through them in waves and over time, like layer by layer and but they say that the first portal, which is the most important one, is that they call it the call from Earth. And they say that nature is the oldest and the strongest portal to our multi dimensionality, and since we are in this consciousness level where we experience ourselves as physical, it's really important that we ground ourselves and that we are really connected to Earth. So they say that the first portal is all about reconnecting to mother earth and to our physical bodies. And they say that we are not supposed to ascend out of bodies. We are we are supposed to bring in our light consciousness into the physical bodies. It's more a decent than an ascent. And they also say that, like our nervous system, is the bridge between the three dimensional consciousness and the multi dimensional consciousness. So in order for. For the our nervous system to stabilize and to be strong enough to be able to reconnect with our multi dimensionality, it has to be grounded. It's just like you know, the electricity in our house has to be grounded, unless it's unstable. So therefore the earth reconnecting to Earth, and come back to the sacred relationship to Mother Earth. And that's why the first one that appeared and can't reach out was White Eagle, who showed himself as an indigenous, you know, because the indigenous people really bring that wisdom with them. And Sarah, she's an American, indigenous, and I'm also a Norwegian indigenous in my back, in my family, my my great grand grandmother is, is that combo that makes sense? So, so they talk a lot about, you know, the knowledge that the indigenous people carry is so important to reclaim. And the second portal they call the portal of water, and it's connected to, you know, the Divine Feminine they call, they say that the light is the divine masculine, and water is the divine feminine. And in us, you know, our emotional body is connected to the second portal. And they say that our emotions and our feelings is really our superpower, and that we need to come back to being masters of our emotions and our feelings, because in the third dimension, we are reactive, we react. So when we feel something, we are tend to project it out to our surroundings. And they say that the second portal is all about, you know, moving from being reactive to become responsive, and also being responsible of our own emotions, that nobody else can be responsible for what we feel only ourselves and and that they talk a lot about water and how water is such a strong power, and that water is like, I don't know it really. I don't know the word in English, fushtarkey. It strengthens and it amplifies. It's an amplifier. There's the word. It's an amplifier for consciousness. And we are mainly water. We Are Water beings. And we are created in water. You know, in the womb we are in water, and we are 70% of water in the physical body, and but the molecules on the molecule level, we are 99% water. And they say that you you have to work with light and water, not just the light. And that's actually divine masculine, divine feminine. And so they started to manifest a lot of water, as they taught me about the second portal. The third portal, they call the portal of fire. And that's when we are switching from the fire of our ego into the light of our souls. And it's all about, you know, taking back our power. We are so stuck in old timelines, in our stories, so parts, fragments of our souls are stuck in trauma and old histories, and they say that we need to reclaim that energy and that those parts of our souls and take our power back. And also, we are trained that, you know, it's a government that decides of us. It's so many things that are decided outside of ourselves. So somewhere we gave our power away. So it's about taking, you know, the power back and become our own leaders and set boundaries and so forth. And the fourth portal, it's connected to our heart and our heart center, and it's really the bridge between being a human being and being a divine being, or a cosmic being, or a galactic being, whatever you would like to call it, and and definitely it's the Annunciation to love, and in order to really understand love, because in the third dimension, we tend to talk about love, and then it's, you know, the couple love, and that's some. Thing else they talk about the love that is more neutral, and where we become the neutral points in between the polarity and the duality. But firstly, we need to love ourselves. That's the number one, and that's the really the main thing, the most important thing is get grounded and love yourself. And if you do those two things, we get really far. And then the fifth portal, they call the portal of truth. And that's when we start to because in the fourth portal, or in our heart, we reconnect with our soul and and not just the personality, but our soul. And in the fifth portal, we start to walk the talk and to speak our soul, and to live our soul, and to shine the light and the love that we are. And at the same time, it's also, you know, the gateway to the divine part of us, and that we are a part of this great, beautiful consciousness and this divine matrix that we all are a part of. And the sixth portal is when we enter the also call it the galactic portal and the visionary portal. And that's when we really get into this crystalline field, which is clarity, where we start to experience, you know, this fantastic sensitivity that we all have. I don't think that there is anyone that are, you know, more unique than anyone. Everybody can be intuitive, everybody can be telepathic, and everybody can channel and all those things. But it's just that it becomes clearer, and it's also an integration of the Galactic part of us, or the cosmic part of whatever word you would like to use, that we are multi dimensional beings, and we start to really experience that, and get aware of that, that we are coexisting With our star family. And the seventh portal is, is when everything is integrating, when all these six previous portals are integrated, and when we really ground our light and love consciousness into body. So they say we are not go. We're not supposed to go up there anymore. It was a part of the journey to travel out there and, you know, and up there in the universe. I've done it a lot myself, partly out of body and through meditations and so forth. But it's, it's all about bringing the universe here and heaven on earth into the body, and they say, that's the new earth. That's the definition of New Earth, according to them.

Thank you for sharing that. And I find it really interesting, because what they're sharing, and I'm also reading your book, is what where I am at, like I used to go out there, out of body, ascend up there, denounce my ego. But I've come back to Jannecke here on earth, having the having this human experience, embracing my shadows and Shadows is something also, I think you talk about

Ragnhild Lien 48:37

Yes, they are very clear on that we are not only light workers and love workers, we are shadow workers. And you cannot escape that, because we are living in this dualistic field. We have the North Pole, we have the South Pole. It's day, it's night, it's masculine, it's feminine. So we all have shadows, and none of us are perfect. We have to let go of that. And I think that the time of the gurus are gone. You know, we are all having shadows. And if we want to be a part of this consciousness shift and really change the world, deal with yourself, and then you will see what happens. So in my experience, I've hold a lot of workshops and retreats during the last years, and what I see happen every time is that as we rise our vibrations, it always comes shadow aspects up. They go hand in hand. You cannot let go. And I think that some people tend to try to escape into spirituality. You know, it can become a kind of escapism, for sure, yeah, and they are like, no, not that I am, at least not. Allowed to do that and and so it's really important that we embrace that, you know, and that we embrace that power of us, and stop being so afraid of looking at ourselves and embrace because the shadow is nothing else than just stagnated energy, energy that doesn't flow and and that a part of us is stuck in, in our history, in our trauma history, and we are finding that, yeah, sorry, and we are about to release all that.

Jannecke Øinæs 50:37

Yeah, I find that really liberating, because I felt at the time, 10 years ago, or something like that, that I felt that I had to be also a perfect spiritual person, like it was just another box. And then I came over the expression of a spiritual ego, because at the time, I also felt that, oh, I've discovered something that others don't know, like my spiritual ego. And then I discovered my spiritual bypassing, you know, the love and light being up there. And obviously I'm still yanak, and I still have my things, and I was sort of afraid of showing that, because maybe I was being seen as not spiritual enough. And it's so liberating. Just like, oh, gosh, yeah, I see you younger janika, you know, you try to even make that into something, but now I'm allowed to be me, and I'm allowing myself to be me, and that's what I believe in, that spirituality for me is being authentic and figuring out what that is for me. When am I authentic? When am I not? And it makes me less afraid of what to say. I mean, it's so liberating. And I also wanted to mention what's happening in Norway right now, that so much things are coming up in the light, and we hear that people have challenges with talking truth. People are not talking. And for those who are Norway, know what I'm referring to, but I was wondering if you have any comments about that from a metaphysical perspective that we see all these leaders, even we have stories from the royal family who have been in contact with Epstein, and they're not talking about it, and all people want is just, just tell us the truth. We just want the truth, but they're not talking Could you share, from a metaphysical perspective, what your thoughts are about that

we have come there, where we have received so much light here on Earth, and so much light is integrated now in Gaia and in in our nervous systems that we are living in the time of truth. And so everything will come to surface, and what we see is the old structures trying to defeat it. You know, they are trying to hold on to the old systems. But all the old structures that are connected to the patriarchy, you know, the hierarchy we are moving out of the hierarchy, way of consciousness that belongs to the third dimension, and we are moving in, coming back to the circles. We are coming back to being equal, because that's the truth. No one is above the law, and especially not the law of the universe. And that's what we see. You get what you give. And so everything is coming up to the surface now and becomes visible. And it's really important, because in order for us to take our power back, it's important for us to really see the structure and realize that this has been out of balance power, and we are going to go out of that triad that we have been under in the third dimension, where you have the victim and you have the dominator, and you have the Savior, those three, and all those three are dissolving these days. So if you have been the dominating part and thought that you were above other, it's coming up to surface now, and the victims are stopping to be victims. They are taking the power back and and the people are trying to save others realize that you cannot really save anyone, only yourself. So we are releasing those three and that's actually what is happening, I think, and how they explain it to me as well. And also Norway and the Nordic countries, they're kind of a, kind of a plow, you know, that are opening the field. And it's, it is kind of a portal. It's a portal here, yeah, it's something with the North, northern countries. And also we are lucky because it's a peaceful part of the world.

Yeah, yeah. I've been curious about this many times before, and I wanted to ask many of my guests, and then I've forgotten about it, but it's right in my face, the number seven. Why do we feel that that is coming back again and again when we talk about metaphysics, or even in our fairy tales, especially, especially the Norwegian fairy tales, we see the number seven again and again. And here it is. Is that a really important spiritual number?

Ragnhild Lien 55:58

Yeah, especially for the human beings when we are in the physical bodies. And it's a master number and, and it's about, you know, we have this main chakras connected to the physical body, you know? And it's actually just nervous Plexus. It's important parts of our nervous system, or chakras, and they are seven that are connected to the physical body. Well, actually, in the yogic tradition, we have 72,000 but we have seven main you know, and I think that's one of the reasons, and a lot of things here on Earth, vibration seven. We have the seven days. And in astrology, we have these seven personal planets. It's seven of those planets that we can see with the physical eyes. And we have, you know, a year. We have 52 weeks, and five plus two is seven, and so forth and so forth. It's so many things that vibrates on seven.

Yeah, in the physical realm, that's just a very important number. So I think that that's and and our souls just know they don't our soul don't have to understand through the brain, the soul just knows. I think that's so important, yeah,

what is the deepest spiritual insight you received you feel from your star friends?

Ragnhild Lien 57:38

Oh, that was a good question. I think that the deepest insight is, yeah, it's definitely truly that it's all here, and it's all here inside of us, and that I have access to everything, and I get the access through going within. And, you know, the first thing they did when they they started to teach me, was that they established a pattern, geometrical pattern, on the floor using candlelight, you know, this big fat candlelights. And it was seven, of course, and they made a triangle that had, you know, were pointing down. So six candles made a triangle, and then it was the seventh, like, you know, like an anchor, and they started to talk about the divine feminine, and how important the feminine energy is that we have to reconnect to the feminine principle in ourselves. And it's not only about women, it's about the feminine energy in men and women, which is going within, which is listening. And it's by going within and listening within that we access the tremendous potential that we are and the tremendous capacity that we have, and I have as every other human being on this planet, I think, also been there where I have searched out there all the time, and I was thinking, you know, there will be something out there, you know? And so my deepest realization was that even my star friends said that it's all here within, and that's the message, go within, and everything opens up. And so it's not up there and it's not out there, and you know, it's winning.

It's really resonating with me. And, yeah, I'm just so grateful that you're bringing this out, actually daring to do so, because Norway, as we know Ragnhild, is a small country, and people talk and all. At and the ridicule, and we're quite a left brain society, even though we're advanced in one way, in another way, we're not that connected to spirituality. We I don't want to offend anyone, but since we don't have that many struggles, we are maybe focusing a bit on the materialistic. So we're sort of lost a bit of the connection to the divine, I feel like in my own country. So you stepping forward, it's incredible how what have the reactions been to this book and to your story?

Actually, the reactions to the book has been really good, but this has been a long process for me. Getting the book out has been a long process and and also, you know, to really become visible. I have shared my story, you know, bit by bit, you know, expanding the audience very slowly, gradually, but now, you know, and then I felt ready now, now I can just open and now I can talk to anyone everywhere, and feel completely confident in it. But I had to go through so many layers within myself to feel relaxed with it, and now it's okay for me, if anyone calls me crazy, I'm fine with that. I can be that one. I realized that I'm not here to be normal. You know, I'm not here to be, you know the a four, as we call it in Norway. I'm not here to fit into the box. I'm here to remind people that maybe there is something else. So now, now it's but it has definitely been a long road for me and and has taken its time, but now I feel very confident sharing it, and it's, it's a part of my my life,

yeah, yeah, I can recognize that when it comes to this point where you're like, you know this is true for for me, and I cannot not live my truth, no matter what people are saying. Unfortunately, we're in a time where we're not burnt on a stick anymore, like it is safe to come out, at least in our countries, with our truth. And it was so lovely when I was putting on Instagram that I was going to prepare for this interview, and you retweeted it back and said, You know, I'm coming out of the closet, and you are for sure now on this episode, and also great for Ragnhild, paving the way for so many others who also have these experiences and can start sharing and we can learn more about the nature of reality and who we are. I mean, isn't that the most interesting question of all, Ragnhild, this has been a true joy. I have a few questions I ask everyone, and my first question is, what is self love to you?

Self love to me is when we allow ourselves to listen to the inner voice, to our soul, to our deepest longings, because that's really where our souls speak from, and when we allow ourselves and dare to follow that even though the exterior maybe don't understand it or accept it or like it, even so when you allow yourself To to listen to your soul and let your soul guide you. Yeah, to me, that's self love.

From my perspective, is to realize that we have access to everything within, and that we are a part of everything, and that we are all, all of us are connected, and like our star friends, always say, We Are you and you are us. So we are all. All of us are deeply connected, and when we realize that we stop judging each other and we access, you know, compassion, understanding and love.
