When you register for a course, free resource, or newsletter via Kajabi, the following data may be processed:

  • Activity within the membership portal (e.g., course progress, logins, completed lessons)

Kajabi also sends automated messages, newsletters, and follow-up emails related to your activity or registration.
Kajabi may use cookies to track email opens, link clicks, and user engagement to improve our services.

Kajabi LLC is based in the United States and is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring lawful transfer of personal data from the EU/EEA to the U.S.
Wisdom From North AS has entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Kajabi to ensure all processing complies with GDPR.

4. Payments

Wisdom From North AS uses different payment solutions depending on which platform the purchase is made on.
We never store credit card or bank details on our servers. All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Kajabi, Stripe, Vipps, and Klarna act as independent data controllers for parts of their processing.
All comply with GDPR and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

C. Shared Services Across All Platforms

  • Google (Gmail and Google Analytics) – email communication and analytics
  • Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook/Instagram) – advertising and tracking (only if you consent)

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for its purpose:

  • Purchase data: 5 years (in accordance with the Norwegian Accounting Act)
  • Customer accounts and memberships: retained while the account remains active. Accounts are deleted or anonymized if you request deletion or no longer wish to be registered.
  • Newsletters and marketing: retained until you withdraw your consent.

When deletion occurs, data is securely removed or anonymized to prevent recovery or misuse.
