We had really fascinating conversations back in 2025 and now I'm excited to be tuning into Archangel Raphael's message about the times we're living in and what is coming as well. Now, before we dive deep into this, how do you feel our conversation today might expand people's consciousness.

I'm just hoping that it will open their hearts and bring them into coherence and help them release their fear and concern for what's happening on the planet, so that they can radiate more love beautiful.

And for those who are new to you, Kelly, you have been channeling Archangel Raphael for, I think, more than 37 years, ever since you were 21 years old. So that's quite a while. You are an author, a spiritual teacher, and you also speak about these light codes and this new human and how we can really open our hearts in these new times. Now, before we jump into all of that, I'd love for you to address a little bit about angels. What is the biggest misconception in your perspective about angels?

Kelly Kolodney 3:03

That they're hard to reach. They're right here with all of us all the time. Everyone has a guardian angel. They have a beautiful angel with them, guiding them on their shoulder. The fact that I can channel an angel is not unique to me. Everyone can tap into this beautiful vibration. And I just want people to know, they simply need to ask and open their hearts and connect. And the angelic realm is just right there, right there, waiting for them.

Have angels ever walked the planet? Have they ever been human, or are they sort of residing in another dimension?

Kelly Kolodney 3:46

So my understanding from Archangel Raphael, who I've been communicating with for 37 years, is that, no, they don't really know what it's like to be human. And I think sometimes, gosh, they they want to understand what that feels like. I can remember so many times Rafael would come through, and I'd be holding the energy in my body, and I open my eyes and she'd see snow. She's like, Oh, this is so beautiful to see the snow, or to taste something, or hear something or see something through the human perspective. So when we're talking to an Ascended Master or god or goddess or a being of light, or someone who's passed on the other side, they can totally feel what it felt like to be human. But the angels, from what Raphael has shared with me, have not Archangels have not embodied themselves in a human form, that there always have been and maintained a certain sense of purity and light and remained in the angelic realm. And because of that, they carry so much love, and they're not carrying the cycles of death. And rebirth. And they're they're holding so much light so they can support us on on our journey. And they think that we're so brave to have chosen to come and to be in a body and to go through this journey here on Earth.

So I bet a lot of people are curious. Can you, Kelly, get an answer to anything when you have this direct connection to Archangel Raphael.

Kelly Kolodney 5:26

Well, when I'm doing it for large groups, people have incredible blessings and answers are brought forward. When I'm on my own and I need a personal answer to something, you know, people say, well, don't you have a direct line sometimes, but my humanness gets in the way of often, fully receiving it. I mean, I live this beautifully blessed, magical, synchronistic abundance sweet life. So I feel as though I am receiving that connection all the time. But I also have my moments and deep humanness, and then when I connect, I can't always get the clarity. And it's not because they're not there. It's just because I'm I get in the way. You're like all of us, right? We get in the way of that clarity.

Now I know part of your work with Rafael is about these light codes. And I'm curious if you could share about how these light codes came to you in the first place, and what they're all about.

Kelly Kolodney 6:29

So a few years ago, I downloaded these 55 light codes, and Rafael came in really clear and just named them all out for me, and I had no idea of the power and the significance of them and the impact that they would have on people. And I feel like every time I teach one, they get stronger and more potent. It's almost like they're building and they have a thread of gold light that kind of connects them together. They're really intense. Right now I'm teaching what's called the Death light code, and I thought, gosh, that's going to be a hard one to share with people, right? Who's going to want to do the death light code? But it's been incredibly transformative, supporting people in releasing their grief, moving into conscious death, recognizing that we're all going to die, releasing the fear of death, hearing from people who have passed on the other side, who came through in recent days and shared their experience before death, the some type of an awareness that their time was sort of coming, whether They were conscious or unconscious, of that. Then the actual, you know, lifting out of the body. What that felt like, their experiences of where they were met, moving into the familiar, perhaps like life review situation, connecting with loved ones. But then their journey, which was fascinating to me, of these different places that they were almost in a school of learning and in acquiring more skill and energy and light that then they were sharing that light and sending it back through the veil to support all of us. And it's been one of the more profound light codes that I've had in a long time, and it's been that we've been guided to Mount kalesh in the Himalayas. We've been working there with Shiva and with the goddesses and beings that have come and someone came through and did healing on people. So it's been it's been intense, and it feels like it needed to take place right now, as we came to the close of 2025 moving into 2026 because Rafael sees the year not by January 1 to January 1, but from Spring Equinox to spring equinox. And so as the end of the Kali. Yuga happened, and that Equinox came in, and we took it to the winter solstice, which we had this beautiful birthing of our avatar self. Then we moved into the shedding, the releasing, the letting go of patterns, behaviors, grief to kind of soften our body that gets sort of contracted and tight over our lifetime of, you know, fearfulness and holding on. So there was a lot of purging, a lot of crying, a lot of releasing. And now, as we move into the spring equinox, we're going to move into resurrection, and that's going to be sweet and playful and loving, and we're going to birth beautiful things in our avatar self that's going to have a dream like quality. So it's a very different vibration. So every light code, whether it be personal power or self love or divine feminine or sacred, holy womb, or we're working with Merlin and magic or lemure. Vea and the dolphins, each one has its own quality, and what Rafael shares is that it will take me about six years to complete them, but once we complete them, we have downloaded all these original codes in our body, expanded our light body, and we're stepping into then the new human.

All right, so in order to really understand this, are you speaking about that these are topics for the collective, like all of us, or only those who are focusing on it as a possibility for us to integrate certain maybe archetypes and themes.

Kelly Kolodney 10:44

Well, it's, you know, it's open for everyone, but because we're all one family in the larger perspective, and feel that those who are engaging in the work are not only healing, clearing and receiving so much personally, but they're doing service work on a collective level to support all of us as we clear this, someone else who may be really busy, unable to do the light codes, and it's not even in their reality, are energetically receiving the benefits by so many Light Workers who are consciously choosing to do the work. It's rippling out into the collective

interesting so we're moving now into the light code of resurrection. What does that entail?

Kelly Kolodney 11:31

That entails awakening these gifts and traveling through dream time into places and spaces that we kind of have a little sense of familiarity, like, let's say you're connected to Lemuria or ancient Egypt, or to the star Sirius, or to the angelic realm. We're going to tap into each of these realms, travel there and carry back codes of energy that will awaken specific gifts that reside within us, to open them, to resurrect them, to remember them, to bring them back online through dream time. So it's going to be sweet and beautiful. It will align a course right around the Easter time, around spring equinox, new beginnings and 2026, being that year of the one is new beginnings. And that feels as though Rafael said that, you know, we're going to be, we're in the was we many talk about the year of the horse, but we're going to be on that horse, and we're going to the wind at our back. We're going to be moving at a very rapid pace into a whole new realm, a way of being in reality. So this is this light code is is timed, of course, perfectly to prepare us and support us on that journey through the rest of the year.

Let's tie this together with our previous conversation, because in December 2025, we spoke about the three eye Atlas and the potent energy that was emerging. And now that we're further down the line, I'm curious to hear about how this energy is still influencing us and unveiling

Kelly Kolodney 13:15

Well, the energy is still here, and of course, three eye Atlas is going to come close to Jupiter, which is ancient teachings, wisdom, rememberings, and so every time that it connects, whether it's with Mars or with Venus or it's happening during the winter solstice, etc, it has a purpose. It's not arbitrary. It's it's not coincidental. It's synchronicity aligned to support us on our awakening journey. And so as it moves toward Jupiter that too supports us in receiving these ancient codes, which awaken the avatar body, bring them back online, teach us. It's much more about knowledge and wisdom and information of us remembering those vibrations. So it's powerful and and it's I, you know, Rafael had said that three eye Atlas is one of many interstellar objects that will be coming into our awareness and our solar system in the coming years. So it's not just one. They're they're on their way.

Now, you talked about the year of the horse, and I'd love to learn more about what Raphael is saying is coming for the new year. I can say in Norway right now, things are really coming up to the surface. There are scandals happening. People are shocked. Things are really getting into the light. And yeah, it seems like everything is ramping up.

Kelly Kolodney 14:47

Oh yeah, it's gonna get insane, just even crazier than it already is, which we can't even imagine. It's it's a revolutionary energy. A lot of people, a lot of things are. Surfacing, coming to the truth. Things that were hidden are going to come to light, where things are going to be exposed out in the open, and people will have to really move into the vibration of discernment. And as AI becomes more and more available to us, it will be required more and more to sense with our senses, with our avatar self, to use those original qualities to discern. Is this true? Is this not true? Am I in alignment with this frequency? Is this based in love? Is there a hidden agenda behind it? Does it have another reason? Is it a distraction? Is it trying to divide us? Is it based in fear and so that we can start to recognize that we get to choose with our intention, that we want to align with the vibration of peace, with Unity, with love. And how do we do that? And how do we put our energy, our attention, our frequency, our light, toward that, rather than toward all the chaos, and that's why we're in the death code right now, and we're working with Shiva, because He's pure stillness. He's centered. He's in the moment. He's in the nothingness, all the chaos of destruction all around him, right? The God of Destruction. Yet he remains in his meditation, in his stillness, and that's the mirrored reflection being asked of us. Can we stay centered? Can we stay balanced in harmony despite all the chaos, and can we emanate that love and when we find an injustice or something that's happening in the world that's horrible, rather than necessarily pushing against it, can we come into Can we sing about love? Can we send forgiveness to those that we think are the bad guys? Can we hold a higher a higher octave, a higher perspective? Can we release our resentment, judgment and all of those vibrations to stay steadfast in that true north, like you would write wisdom of the north, to maintain steady in a place of peace right now, I've been watching, and I don't know if you're aware of these beautiful monks who are walking across the United States, and they are walking for peace, and they don't have to say a word. They just have to radiate peace and walk for peace. And so then people are coming out from everywhere and greeting them and bringing them flowers. And it gives such a sense of hope that we can come together in what we are, all united in what we all want from a higher perspective, and start to release all of this drama and chaos and craziness. So yeah, it's going to rev up, but in the revving up, it's inviting us to stay centered.

And when it's becoming more and more heated, when do you see that it's actually slowing down and becoming more pleasant?

Kelly Kolodney 18:08

Everybody wants that answer right? Whenever we decide, you know, I think when collectively, we're able to come into balance as a collective, when we're able to to step away from the chaos and choose love and and come together and say enough is enough, right? When we expect something more that's based in integrity and truth and generosity, because there's a lot going on that is power grabbing and the hierarchy is, is has, as Rafael would say, it has, having its last gasp, clinging on to the old. But in that it there is being exposed and things that somehow it's almost going to be that when you're in conversation with someone, or you're watching a news event, it'll be more and more difficult to kind of pull the wool over your eyes like you will sense and energetically, intuitively know if somebody is lying, if they're out of integrity, if this is A bunch of baloney, if this is a distraction, you'll just know, and it won't. We won't be as deeply fooled or programmed. And so as more people wake up to that and come together, then that energy will want to grab on harder to hold on to it, but it eventually will collapse, and so what the timing is, I don't know, but of course, we're right in the middle of the collapse right now.

And there are many guests on my show speaking about the scale of consciousness, like David Hawkins, scale of consciousness, and I'm curious if you have heard Rafael speak about. About the state of our collective consciousness, where we are, like, are we closer to the heart, coming up to the heart? Now, if we would see sort of the state of consciousness, as you know, the different chakras moving from the lower chakras, the survival and the fear and me against you, like, is there some sort of a common state of consciousness that could be measured, in a way, metaphysically,

Kelly Kolodney 20:29

absolutely, I mean, we're moving at a rapid pace up that scale, you know, those lower chakras, deep at the bottom, that shame and guilt, that's where the work has to be done, in the releasing of that. And like you so interested in self love, which is the mirrored opposite of the shame and the guilt, once more and more, of the collective is able to truly do the inner work to dissolve that, then we'll move into in his work would be the state of neutrality. Then we start to move up into the heart centered vibrations of peace and love and courage and etc. And So Rafael shows that we're in pockets, you know, there are pockets of the consciousness that have really lifted up into those higher bands of frequency, and they're holding it for the collective. And yet there are strong band, still maintaining those lower vibrations, but as more and more rise up into the higher frequencies, automatically, that will slowly start to lift the collective until we come into a state where we're all in the heart center, moving more into coherence. And so in linear time? How long will that take? We don't know, but we can. All we can do is our own individual work to maintain the highest vibration that we can

Jannecke Øinæs 21:50

Yeah, and I think it also starts with us, that we need to look at ourselves, that everything is also a mirror. What's on the outside is on the inside. A great example is what's going on in Norway right now, where all these scandals are happening, and we have this great playwright called Henrik Ibsen. He lived 100 years ago, and he spoke about this life lie, that we're living on a lie, and we can ask ourselves, you know, instead of just doing like this, or well, they were lying asking ourselves, where am I lying for myself and maybe for others in my life? And that could be the same as our shadows. What am I hiding? What am I shameful? Love? What don't I want to show to the world? And what can I love, embrace and accept in myself? Because I think when we do that, that's when we start to heal, and we thus heal the world. Is that sort of on the same lines as Rafael is speaking about healing,

Kelly Kolodney 22:52

of course, absolutely, it's always a mirror, right? And always inviting us to look at what our shadows are and to step into authenticity. So with the Epstein files, things are coming to light, secrets, dirty things, things we don't want to think about that are absolutely horrific and perhaps in alignment with people that we might have put up on a pedestal. And so the mirror to that is, do you have something you're hiding that you're not sharing? Obviously, not necessarily at that scale, of course, right? But it can be a small thing. It can even be something where that we're hiding from ourself, or that we don't want to fully reveal to ourself, or we're afraid to be in our authenticity. What will people think if we're really just totally out there, true to who we are and what we believe. What do we keep quiet because we're worried what other people think? You know, all of those things on a smaller scale are showing up on deep, personal levels.

Jannecke Øinæs 23:53

Yeah, yeah, it's interesting. It's a great possibility to grow on an individual level. And then I think we will stop running away from ourselves, because we are present with ourselves, because we don't have that resistance towards ourselves anymore, because when we're full of all these shadow shadows, I think we continuously try to escape and run away and fill ourselves up On the outside, which is basically what we've been doing for eons, like running away from ourselves. It's all about the outside, right? And now it feels like it's flipping it's about the inside. And when we fill ourselves up with love, like Raphael says, then we, ah, we have so much love to give to the world. So it seems like our values are shifting.

Kelly Kolodney 24:44

They are shifting. And part of it is the cycles are changing. So the Kali Yuga we were in, right, was so much about expression, speaking, talking, outward appearances. And as we we move through this. Cycle, and we move into this shift. It's much more inner, going inward, feeling inward, our inner voice, our inner our inner heart energy, right? And and so as we're feeling more into that, that's why so many people are talking about telepathic communication and these different aspects of the new human, because they're they're more internalized. They're about finding our own answers, rather than seeking more information, more podcasts, more something that's going to tell me what's going to happen next, we're going to go much more into Wait a minute. Can I discern, can I feel into this? Do I know what's true and right for

Thank you so much for being here today. I would love to learn more about how we can live from our hearts. It seems like an easy concept, right? And then our everyday lives come and we wake up in the morning and we feel fear. So how can we tune into love? How can we make decisions out of love and really trust that that will carry us all the way.

Ah, we are inviting you to face the fear, to attune to the fear, to feel into it, as you are, coincidentally asking about this vibration of fear, we have been addressing it in the death light code for one of the greatest fears that many of you have is the fear of death, that you will cease to exist, that you will no longer be, that your flesh will dissolve and you will disappear and in the opening of this space and in the remembering that you are fully and absolutely an eternal, infinite being of love, and you can bring your awareness closer and closer to the process of death, almost keeping it right by your side, something in which Many do not do for they don't even think about it or acknowledge it, for fear rises in their body, but in the facing of it, in the knowing that it is there, they begin to open up a space to embrace life to the fullest of their capacity, to feel it completely and so to come into the heart, into the center of the heart, to expand love within the heart is to amplify the senses, to embody them completely, to come into the presence of each moment and to feel everything fully as if it is The last time that you will sip that water or you will pet that cat, or you will hug that loved one, or that you will speak to that friend, or that you will smell that rose, or that you will see that sunset, and as you Keep love in your heart by keeping death nearby and the awareness of the preciousness, the sweetness, the tenderness of the human experience in a fully willingness to embody it, allowing the mind to settle and recognize that all that which you're all Seeking to get to, to this finish line, this place, that destination, is not one in any way, because it continues. It is infinite. You are an endless, eternal soul of light that continues on your journey. And when there is a full awareness of that eternal self, the capacity to move into a state of presence and to embody each moment with grace and joy, abundance light and love is amplified within your heart. So although perhaps an answer to your question as might not be one one would expect, but keeping death nearby brings you back into the heart

interesting, and it's interesting that you're bringing that up, because I feel like more and more wisdom and truth is coming out about who we are. And. That the veil is thinner, and that we're waking up to that we're souls, and that we never really were born and never really died, we just are. So I'm curious if you could speak a bit more to that. So what is the soul and what is the difference, for example, between a human and an angel?

Kelly Kolodney 30:25

Well, there is some differences in that you are in the human body and we are not, but your essence and our essence comes from the same source and is one in the same and you have chosen, as you have stepped into a state of individuality, to drop into form and matter, to be enclosed in the flesh of a body, to go on a journey in human experience. And it is a beautiful journey in which sometimes you get caught in the forgetting that it is. And from our perspective, you are in a dream state, and as you leave an exit of the body and step into other realms and dimensions of remembering, you'll find yourself home in a beautiful place that feels deeply familiar, in which perhaps you will awaken for a moment from a sleep. And in the awakening from the sleep, you'll recognize that the life that you had on Earth was simply a dream, a dream that seems completely real to you in this moment, and perhaps even elongated within the framework of the time in which you are experiencing linear time, and yet from our perspective, in which there is no time, it is simply a moment in which you have fallen into a different state of consciousness to move through the elements of the human experience on this glorious planet that you call Earth, and in which cases it is deeply temporary, and yet your soul is continuous, infinite and forever. And as you awaken from that dream, you recognize what occurred in the dream, and there is teachings and understandings as you feel into the presence of every moment that you spoke on Earth, every action you took, everything that you felt, everything that you saw, everything that you heard, It all simultaneously comes into your experience like a sensation, a feeling moving through your body. And yet in that moment, you may be wondering, would I be judging my actions, my deeds, my words, my behaviors? And yet there is none. There is only pure and absolute unconditional love for the presence of that human experience in which you incarnated for a brief moment in time. And if you can expand into the awakening from the dream that you are already in now fully awakening into the presence while you are still performing and experiencing the dream, your soul has a conscious awareness of its perspective from the human form and the identity of the name of janika that you have now that is not who you are, nor has it ever been. And as you rise out of your body, the soul in which you are speaking up lifts from the flesh, and you look down at yannica, you will recognize her as a character playing a part in a dream, in a play in an unfolding that may have been felt with trauma and joy and suffering and beauty and pain, all at once simultaneously, in which you had an opportunity for the evolution of your soul to experience more, to embody more, to grow to understand and to reflect upon itself, and yet In that moment, you will look down at that body in wonderment, without judgment, moving into a space of love beyond words, in which doorways and pathways will open and the dream will continue, and the unfolding will continue to be infinite, into spaces, dimensions, realms and worlds, and you will be met by me, by the angelic realms, with fractal patterns of geometries, lights and energies as we embrace you with wings of love. And at times, perhaps you will fall into pools of rejuvenation, where you will reclaim your energy and heal from your journey on Earth. And at other times, ascend into other dimensions, into the arms of loved ones, and at other times, into other spaces of learning and teachings, where you will hone in on skills and begin to refine and potent eyes the vibrations in which you have carried from Earth and then carrying them back to those who remain in the linear time of the earth plane in which You know or will have known to have been those you have left behind. And this cycle in itself and the frequencies continue as you continue to evolve. And so your soul is eternal. It is an essence of love, temporarily encased in a form, in a body to know as you know you. Self and I as Archangel Raphael am and a collective energy of vibrations who has not descended into form nor matter, but is holding a space of light to which I embrace you with the wings of my love to carry you into new dimensions and realms of light to open your hearts to new ways of being.

Wow, that was beautiful. Thank you so much. And I felt it was a bit personal as well. And since we are a bit personal here, I've always felt very connected to Pleiadians and extraterrestrials. And I'm curious if you could speak a little bit to what then, is the difference between an angel, a human, and an extraterrestrial, and what is our connection to our star family?

Kelly Kolodney 35:48

Now, there is a strong connection to your star family. For many of you, this is what you feel home. It is your home planet. It is separate from the time and the difference between dying when you move to source itself and each planet, star and energetic system, similar to Earth, has a certain vibration, a certain frequency, a calibration of energy and a way of being and learning. The Pleiadian vibration is simply different than the Sirian or the Lyran or the Arcturian, or the earthly energies, which are much denser. Many of you have experienced multiple lifetimes on other planets in other star systems, embodying the luminous bodies they carry you through the evolution of your experience, let's say as a Pleiadian. And then simultaneously, part of your energetic soul imprint can be experiencing a human life in which there is a tethered energy to your Pleiadian experience, where you are in two timelines simultaneously, other times, you will fully take all aspects of soul to be fully embodied, deeply grounded in the human experience. And yet there is an awareness through other experiences and lifetimes of your connection to another star system. Those of you who are living parallel experiences simultaneously in multiple universes and in multiple planetary energetic fields have more of a connection or a feeling to a specific place, and perhaps even at dream time, will attune to that vibration as you are working with that aspect of your soul that is having an experience in this other place that is very different in its vibration, in its frequency, in its experience, than that here that is denser on the planet earth, not one nor the other is greater, better or less than or more important than another. There's simply different ways of being. But often, those who are connected to their star family have a stream of energy like a code of light. You might think of it like a slide of energy that is pouring down and through that field, is entering into your field and affecting your experience on Earth, and as you are going through your experience, you are also sending information and signals back to these other planetary systems to coordinate a collective signal. As you start to unify as a fullness of all sense of self, you have all fragmented into multiple infinite dimensional spaces and ways of being and expanded into what we call the out breath. As far as it can be, you are now in a transition as a collective, including the angelic realm, as we are all beginning to breathe back in, in the breathing in. You are beginning to collect all these different aspects more into the unified field, until eventually, all energetic systems come into union, into a space that many of you might call a source or oneness, God itself, in which it may choose and to explore and to come into more pieces, to recognize and to experience itself through other dimensional realities and human forms and different bodies of vibrations in order to know and explore within its own octaves.

Thank you so much. I think I would like to ask about depression. It is said that one out of four have had, or at least one time in their lives have had a depression. What is a depression? And what can we do when we feel depressed?

Kelly Kolodney 39:58

No, it is a. Oppression of your authenticity, of your essence, a loss of self, a removal from home so far that you are blanketed in a deep sleep of amnesia, in which one is deeply afraid to feel who they are through the unfoldment of experiences that has shut down the true essence of who they are. It can be very debilitating, exhausting, sad, hard for many that are experiencing this sense of depression, like a weight or a blanket of heaviness over them, where they are wanting to escape or go into a deep dream state, to move away, a longing, sometimes to go home. The longing is often because these souls are deeply sensitive and are connected to source itself, but something through their experience, through trauma and the unfoldment of perhaps even words or ways of being, they lost to their way, from their blueprint, their mission, their desires, the unfoldment of their soul's journey. And so the depression puts them in this state in which a part of them is truly trying to deeply go down into the well and the depth of the innocence of their soul, to reclaim and to revive and to bring back a part of them. That is true, the seed point, the original essence of who they are. And so it requires a deep willingness to be brave, to take the energy that rises and to speak truth when one represses their truth, pushes down their feelings and is feeling a deep sense of resentment because they are people pleasing or trying to let others think they are doing the right thing and are not truly following their own path, they can find themselves in this state. And so may one may wonder, well, what does one do? And that is to find any kernel, any essence of joy. It might be the memory of being on a swing as a child and feeling free or drawing in a coloring book or skipping a rope, but beginning to feel into the original remembering of joy, the feeling the essence of freedom, and starting to step into an awareness of something that brings one into that state, and then to begin to act on that little act, even if they feel they can't do it, and to find that childlike energy for it, to begin to expand within themselves and through that, to allow and open The awareness for the seed point of their original blueprint to receive, the remembering of why they came here, what their mission is, what they are to do, and even if it is the tiniest Act, to begin to act on that and to open their voice by singing. And perhaps singing is not even possible for them in the beginning, so they'll need to cry. So if one is in a deep depression, we encourage them to yell, to scream, to cry, to drive around, perhaps, and just get everything out that they can until there is nothing left to scream about, so that the emotion that is repressed begins to rise up and be released, and then find the glimpse, the tiny piece, the spark of joy that resides, and begin drawing or dancing or singing or writing poetry or playing or acting or getting on that swing or climbing that tree or landing and laying In the sand and looking at the clouds, to bring that childlike energy back and to ask the energies to support them and remembering their divine blueprint, who they are and why they are here, and then to begin to express it freely from a state of deep authenticity

oh, yes, the lack of understanding that you are divine. That you have stepped into a state of such deep forgetting that you feel unworthy of your own divinity, and when you remember that you are divine, that you are actually God in. Taste in a body temporarily, when you can expand into that knowing and that memory and begin to embody the energy that resides with that frequency. Then there are endless opportunities and energy opens and magic happens and synchronicity unfolds. And so we invite all of you to look into your eyes, in the mirror, into your soul, into your essence, to say, I love you, to say, I see you, to know you are divine, to remember over and over and over, day after day after day, until when you do it, it is no longer uncomfortable, until you embody it, until you remember it, until it is expanding in every cell in your being, until you awaken to Your Full Potential, until you know that you have always been divine,

No. Now, to stay in your center, to know you are divine, to share love, to see love everywhere, to be the peace, to be the light, to embody the frequency, to disengage from the drama and the chaos, not to get caught in the distraction, but to be the pillar of love, to be the magnet where others look toward, to hold that center space so that when others collapse in the distress of the change, that you are an anchor for them, that you can find your way, that no matter what is happening, you remember the divine perfection in all of it. You see it from a higher perspective. You do not engage in the drama. You hold the light. You share the love with a generous heart. You do what you can with action, but you don't allow it to bring you down. You stay the course. You know you are God, and so it is.

kind of the same, not more energy, not less. Sometimes I'm exhausted after it. Sometimes I'm filled with energy. It changes each time. Interesting.

Well, it was really beautiful. The messages that comes through, it's pretty clear, like, stay calm in the storm and go into the heart. And it's all about love. And I think that's important to actually state again and again that we are love, like I have a self love course now in Norwegian. And there was one who asked me, How do you know that we're love? And I was so curious by that, like, don't you feel that as a truth? And then obviously I was sharing my own mystical experiences that I've had around this. That's another story. And all my guests were speaking about it, or 90% of my guests who are saying the same. But that is not an experience for every soul. Like I've heard people say that I don't know that I'm loved or love like I've heard people say I feel evil inside. I thought I was evil, so I think that. Something that is important to anchor ourselves in that truth that we're love. Otherwise, we'll again create this resistance towards ourself, right?

Authenticity is self love just being completely real and in integrity and authentic and knowing it's okay to take care of ourselves first, sometimes that's hard to even say out loud, right? Take care of ourselves first that we can give with a full cup,
