I'm so excited to speak with you today. I've been watching a few videos with you, and you're just so radient, and it's just so fitting that you're channeling Archangel Raphael, because it seems like you have sort of that, that light that I imagine the archangels have, and I'm so excited to learn more about the message of Archangel Raphael, and I know that you've been channeling him or it or she since 1989 and today, you are a renowned spiritual Guide. You're an author, you're helping 1000s of people get on their highest timeline. And have tons of questions for you today about the shift of consciousness and also self love, how we can feel more worthy. But before we dive into everything, could you share with us? How did Archangel Raphael come into your life?

Kelly Kolodney 2:20

Well, it's sort of a funny thing. I was 21 years old, and I was a college student, and my boyfriend, who is now my husband, and I would go to my sister's house about an hour away from my school, an hour and a half on the weekends, and we would go into a room where there were three or four tables lined up. And my brother in law was a pretty famous chiropractor, Arnold Bernier, at the time, and he was learning this new technique called Network. And it was brand new then, and no one knew anything about it. And the founder of it, Donnie Epstein, was getting all this information. It was just flooding in. And he would teach it to Arno. And Arno would we would lay flat on the table, and he put his hand on us like a, sort of like an adjustment, but not quite very, very gentle touch at the meninge of the spine. And then just little taps right here, you know, different points on the SIR the top of the behind the neck and certain points and energy would just start moving and moving and moving through my body and everyone else in the room, and my sisters and I would do it together. And it would, we would there was called a clear out. And what it was, it was clearing energetically, any dense energy in the body. And our bodies would go in these waves, and then we would he would turn us over like you would on like a massage table or something, and touch us right at the zero point of the heart. And my hands would kind of go like this and open, and I'd start to make this sound. I go like this. And then my sister would do it, and then he would almost be able to play energetically like her and me, and we would sink and move in a wave, and the energy would flow through us. And we didn't know what was going on, but we knew that we were opening something that felt really special, and that we were a lot of healing was happening. And then I would go back to my normal life of collagen during the week and live my thing. And then maybe once a month, we would go and do this. And over a period of time, the energy built and got stronger and stronger. And then one Thanksgiving evening in a large family that I came from at the time, and many of them since then have passed. But it was Thanksgiving evening. We were all together, and my sister, Mary Ellen, was just moving her hands like this, and she was saying so beautiful over and over. We were like, What is going on with her? And it just just started to turn into this wild evening. And then something started to speak through her and my mom, being raised Catholic, was like, What is. Going on, and people were having all different kinds of reactions to this. And subsequently, over time, we started to understand that it was channeling and that this energy was coming through. And then we said, well, who are you? Where are you from? What is your name? And I said, I am the arc Angel, Raphael. We're like, that's not possible. There's no way you're the angel Raphael. And then all these, just like most magical blessings, started happening and miraculous things, and it was so touching, and it was helping people. And it was just, it was the most incredible time in my life, and it was just extraordinary, and we didn't know what it was or how to deal with it, or at the beginning, it just was happening almost on its own. We in the beginning, I had to put my hand on my head to get it, to stop it, as the singing and the sounds and the energy was so intense, and there was no like books or anything about it. We didn't know anything. And we found this one book in the library at the time was called opening to channeling. And we opened the book, and you could probably get the book today. I can't remember the author anymore. Anyway, we opened it, and the first sentence was, and it is the day of Thanksgiving, and I began to channel, and we were like, what? And so we read that book, and it helped us understand what was happening and how to deal with it. And so after Rafael came through, my sister, then Rafael came through me.

fascinating. There must be a soul connection between you and your sister. And I know she sadly passed during covid, and there seems like there must be a soul agreement. Do you think so? Because you both received Raphael,

Kelly Kolodney 6:51

definitely a really strong connection, like a twin soul, but with a sister and a strong agreement, and I feel really strongly that she's working on the other side, doing what she can to help. But Rafael, back in the 80s would talk about this time, that we would come to where things would really get intense, and that lots of people would be channeling, and they would be like, channeling on a computer and all these things. And we're like, that's crazy. Nobody's gonna be and they're like, no, no. It's gonna be like 1000s of people. And then 1000s of people will come and listen to me through you, and I'll come through all kinds of people all over the earth. We're like, no, that's crazy, and all these things that Raphael would say. And now here we are in this, this change that Raphael talked about so far in the past.

Obviously he was right and knew what he was speaking about. And then I get curious, what other messages were so profound that came through at that time that made you have no doubt that you were not making this up in your mind.

Kelly Kolodney 8:03

Oh, gosh. Well, when it first happened, my dad was like, you know, surprisingly, really open to it, which I thought was interesting, and he wanted to talk to his father. And I was like, Well, I don't know if I can talk to people who have passed. But then Ragnhild said, No, you, of course, you can bring him in. And so we went up to this room in my parents house at the time, and I had to, like, put on a blue sweater, because my grandfather liked blue, and kind of closed my eyes and just opened up and trusted. And my grandfather came in and started talking to my dad and sharing things with him that only my dad knew, that even my mother didn't know they were incredibly important and personal and and then he came through, and he shook my dad's hand. And my dad was this big kind of strong guy, and he was very into like, I'm shaking your hand, and I'm tough kind of guy, you know, and I was this young, thin at the time, 20 year old, and I go to shake his hand, and it hurts my dad, and he can feel the energy of my grandfather coming in, and they had this incredible heart opening experience, and so many things like that in the beginning happened that were so undeniable that couldn't be explained that that then we knew that the energy coming through is just something really special, and the fact that it was coming through both of us, both Mary Ellen and myself, at the same time, gave it so much credibility, because we weren't looking to do it. We had no idea, like, wasn't something we were trying to do, or wanting to do, or for any reason, that we were just living our life and and there was one thing, and I've mentioned this before on other podcasts, because I find it interesting. My brother in law, her husband at the time, was very not skeptical, but he was like, Well, how can you. Both be talking to the angel, and how can like, there were all these questions. So he put her in one room and me in another room at their house, and he had that old fashioned tape recorder, and he put the cassette in, and he would run over to the room I was in and close the door, and he'd ask me all these questions, and then I would channel and answer them, and then run into the other room, close the door and ask her, and he wanted to see, like, what's going on? And it wasn't 100% but like 95% that the energy and the stream of consciousness and information was exactly the same, and the answers, and so that really brought a sense of like, wow, this is an energy that's omnipresent everywhere, that can funnel through anyone, anywhere at the planet, and bring through the same source frequency interesting.

And I also believe, I don't know what your perspective is on that, but that we also are a filter. Since we are a human, it is sort of this, maybe this pure energy that comes and it sort of merges a bit with the personality sometimes that it sort of goes through some layers. So I think that being 100% clear channel, I don't know if that is even possible, and we're all one anyway. So there might be something that influences some of the channeling, that might be an answer to why it wasn't like 100% the same, what came through.

Kelly Kolodney 11:27

exactly, because, I think one of the reasons it was probably 95% was because my sister and I carry a very similar blueprint and probably similar beliefs as well, Right? So that also made sense. And like you say, it's blending. It has to blend with our field and our personality and the information that we have. But it was just so pure in in the essence and almost word for word and what it was saying that it was just really mind boggling.

Yeah, what has Raphael shared about the angel Kingdom or the angel realms? I've interviewed a few guests before about angels, and I still don't understand what an angel is, and we've heard of them all our lives, right through the Bible and religions. They've kind of always been there. And I thought it was a fairy tale when I was young, even though I wanted to believe in it. And then I do this work, and I'm like, they're real, but what are they? And have they been human before? And what's the difference between arcing an archangel and a normal, ordinary Angel. So if you sort of could map out a bit about the angel realm, what they are.

Kelly Kolodney 12:48

Well, when we would ask Raphael, who are you, you know, like, what Raphael would say, Well, I come to you with a halo and wings and a robe, because that's how you can receive me through the doctrine of your teachings to know me, but I am none of that. And we say, well, aren't you a male? Because Raphael, traditionally, is a male. This will know I have no gender. I am a spiral of white light that descends from source and densifies itself in order to bring messages of light. And I said, Well, do you ever incarnate? Says, No, I've never chosen to incarnate. That's not the the realm or the octave in which I live on I come to to bring a spark of energy that helps emanate, that emanates light through you, so you remember who you are, I said, but in history, you're seen as, you know, the angel of healing. And Raphael said, I am because I'm on a frequency of healing, and then that can be perceived as this emerald green light, because that's the light of the energy of the heart, which is the zero point where all healing emanates from. And so I am an angel of healing, and I will come, and you will perceive me in whatever way you can receive me, but I am as at my essence and core, I'm a spiral of light,

interesting. And what's difference between an archangel and an ordinary angel? And do we all have a guardian angel? Yeah.

Kelly Kolodney 14:21

I mean, I think, and I would say, Well, why are Am I connecting with you? Don't we all have guardian angels, or Ephesus? Well, of course, depending on what frequency you're emanating in your that you are on a certain bandwidth that connects with a whole ray of beings that are on that same frequency, and so we think of the archangels as maybe having in more predominance, or like on a hierarchy, would seem more important than other angels. But Raphael would disagree with that, that we're all at the same. Level, and no one is more special or greater than another. But that, that bandwidth, let's say, of healing, which is Archangel Raphael, or protection, as we think of Archangel Michael, carries such a strong potency, and it it holds such a large umbrella for so many to to feel embraced in and so we've kind of created a construct through religion and through the way that we can understand it that's not necessarily true to to how it is, because I think Rafael often will say, Well, I just don't have the words in your language for you to really fully grasp what's happening.

And can we all reach out to angels and receive help from them?

Kelly Kolodney 15:48

Oh, my goodness. Of course. Yeah, everyone can always attune to it. And Raphael will say, due to free will, that they cannot fully intervene unless asked. So please, please ask all the time, and know that they are completely there and available for everyone on the planet all the time, and that there is a no way at all that I'm like special in any way. I just happened to have this experience, and I opened up to it, and it was probably a deep soul agreement. But everybody can talk to the angels for sure.

Jannecke Øinæs 16:23

Yeah, that's a great comfort. I've been curious lately about different timelines, especially like our individual timelines. I believe that we choose our incarnation. We choose to come down here. We choose to think some things and topics, solo themes, maybe destiny, points and soul, yeah, themes to work on. And then I'm curious whether I sort of have many different paths. So I have path A, I have path B, C, etc. And that sort of not the goal, you know, it would be the wrong word, but my highest potential would be plan a what is sort of your perspective on that? Do we have, like multiple different timelines that we potentially could sort of manifest in this life, and that we have free will to do so, or will we constantly receive help to sort of reach that highest timeline and eventually end up on it? I don't know, like my question is a bit chaotic, but I'm just curious about how this all works with the different potentials we have in this life.

Kelly Kolodney 17:36

Yeah, well, I mean it, from my understanding from Rafael over the years is that there we do completely have free will, and so we're making decisions all the time that are opening timelines and collapsing other ones based on our decisions, the words we speak, the actions we take, where we put our energy, our focus, our attention. But that there's an old you know, like a groundwork, a blueprint of what we've chosen to come in and do, and what would align us to elevate and grow at the fastest rate. And we can kind of go on a straight path, on that way, or we could take a lot of detours, and that even if we take a lot of detours, that's okay, that we're it's ultimately all funneling into that same point, that same source energy of our the fullest expression of ourself. And so there's many ways that we can get there, along along our journey in the human experience, but that there's a foundational like something laid out a blueprint, in of a sense, yeah.

Jannecke Øinæs 18:44

And for those who feel a bit lost, what are the signs and that, that invisible help we could sort of look after to find our highest path?

Kelly Kolodney 19:01

You know, I think it's just always there and it's always available for us, but we have to pay attention and kind of surrender to it and allow it to come in. So I think there's always signs showing up, but the more we acknowledge them when they are happening and expect them to happen, the more, in a sense, they continue to happen like you start to step into that space of synchronicity and flow and magic, and everything makes sense and is coming together, and the universe is constantly showing you that you're on the right path and giving You affirmation, but it requires a willingness to kind of pull, pull out, weigh the veil a bit, and and look and pay attention and ask for for it to to be there. And so I think for everybody, it's different. I've been very fortunate to to live in a, in a sense, a magical world. Yeah, and so for me, it's like everything is always sharing and talking to me and saying, you know, this or that, or even if I have a choice point to make, I'll just kind of close my eyes and one will light up more than another. So it's just like a conscious decision to always be attuning to that highest part of ourself and inviting it to give us guidance. Yeah,

Jannecke Øinæs 20:24

and it seems like that is easier Now, speaking of the times we're living in, and I've heard you mentioned that the sun is sending codes, or light codes, could you speak more to that? Because I'm like, what does that mean? Light codes? What? What kind of codes? And what is inside those codes, and what does they what do they do to me?

Kelly Kolodney 20:45

Yeah, so you know, and Rafael would probably answer this better, but my understanding is that we're receiving so much plasmic light that's coming from our sun, and it's also coming up from within the waters and our primordial waters, and that it's filled with. When they say codes, it's information that aligns us with the remembering of who we are and as we attune to those frequencies and where we receive them through our water or through breath or through the light and through conscious attention to them, that we start to dissolve the denser energies that are keeping us, in a sense, in a state of amnesia from the truth of who we are. And Raphael talks about how we're really moving rapidly into stepping into our light body, and as we do that, these codes are not they're, in a sense, outside of us, but they're inside of us. So all the codes are already here, but they're being triggered. They're kind of being activated by energies that are coming in because the veil is so thin now that we have access to these much higher energy energies and frequencies that are helping to activate that which is already in us that we haven't been able to access before. So this is, I mean, this is incredible.

Jannecke Øinæs 22:13

Is it like this that this is happening now? We've heard several people speak about that the Kali Yuga was ending in March 2025 that the dark ages are over. We're now moving into a new part of in the new cycle, basically. So has this then never happened before, in the sense, like the veil has been there for a reason, probably to experience the matrix, to experience the isolation and the separation, and now it's like, okay, now you're going to humans are going to learn who they really are, and the time is potent for that, and Thus we receive help. So is it like it's starting now, this year, the veil started to get thinner.

Kelly Kolodney 23:07

Well, I mean, I think when we talk about the Kali Yuga coming to an end, and we talk about around the equinox in March, that the cycle coming to a close, and choice points opening, which a lot of people were receiving that information, me included. It's not like on that day, right? This is a cycle for 1000s and 1000s of years. So it's winding down. It's closing out the descendant energy, as Raphael say, the full out breath of the fragmentation, as far as we could potentially go in the idea of separation and in duality and division has reached its outer limit, and now we're coming in and taking back an in breath. And as we take in the in breath, we're moving in an Ascended state, and we are unifying and coming back into love, and all the energy is coming back into source point. And so whether that's ever happened throughout the universe, I'm sure it's happened multiple times in our written history and understanding in our human experience. It's happening now, and we get we are we're in it, like Raphael, we're in it. And when I think about Raphael talking about in the late 80s, there would be this moment where this great shift would happen, and people all over the planet would be channeling and talking about this and waking up. And it seemed like that's ridiculous, right? Because at the time, you could never tell someone you channeled. They would just be like, locking you up. And now it's everywhere. Is because we are in that time where we're moving into that cycle of return, returning home,

Jannecke Øinæs 24:45

interesting times to live. And I've also heard you say that we are being prepared for extraterrestrial contact. Is that right?

Kelly Kolodney 24:56

Yeah, so there's a lot of people that talk about this. And Rafael speaks of it a little bit differently, in that the contact is inside of us, so we perceive like spinning ships coming from that we perceive outside of us, and that may be one way to interpret the energy arriving. But Raphael talks about the energy is approaching the planet, which is a much higher vibration to support us in our evolution, and we are merging with it. So it is this higher, what we think of as extraterrestrial light frequency and energy that is much at a much higher state is is coming toward us, and that it's merging with us and awakening inside of us. And I think that's part of the reason so many people are receiving messages from star beings and attuning to it, because it's all waking up inside. So yes, will we perceive it outside of ourselves as something that will appear perhaps, but that's still always a mirrored reflection of what's unfolding within ourselves. So there's a lot of discussion around our actual biology. And you know, people talk a lot about the DNA shifting and changing as we are. They're taking off the veils that have cloaked us from really our true essence, and that energy is waking up inside, inside of us, if that makes sense. Yeah.

Jannecke Øinæs 26:32

And speaking of that, we've heard so much about our multi dimensionality, and I get curious sometimes when I meet different people, and I feel they have such different energy. And I feel like you guys are coming from different planets, the one being like an angel, like the other being, not like that, more in a dense energy now, where? Who are humans? Are we basically coming from all over the universe? Yeah.

Kelly Kolodney 27:00

So another great question for Rafael, but absolutely so when I started channeling, I remember the first thing that came through and that the time. I mean now makes perfect sense. But then Rafael talked about all these other planets and star systems, and some were just of color, and some were just of geometry, and some were just pure sound, and some were these beautiful, luminous, elegant Beings of Light, and some were cloaked in technology. And what we would perceive as something perhaps much denser, and that we've been influenced by all those different frequencies, that Earth is very in a sense, sought after as such a beautiful jewel in the universe, and that has received and been connected by many different multi dimensional energies around around the universe. And so we carry within ourselves and our being and our DNA, different parts of these different places, and some of us perhaps carry more of one than another. And so that's why there's such great diversity in our energy.

That makes sense. I am inspired to hear from Rafael if it would be okay for you to channel today?

Kelly Kolodney 28:20

Yeah, of course I'd be happy to so just for your audience to know, for me to channel, I have to close my eyes. Obviously, I make a toning sound, and then Raphael will say hello. And everybody listening to this, if they could say hello, back anywhere they are in the world, then that connects them to Rafael's frequency, and although Raphael will share messages, the most important part is not always so much the words that are spoken, but the frequency That's received. hello, hello. We are very delighted from the angelic realm to be here and to attune to all of you in this moment and recognize that there are some things in which you find curiosity about within your own heart center and are wanting to ask and so what is it?

Jannecke Øinæs 29:50

Oh, thank you so much for being here. I have many questions for you, and I am writing a book about self love, and it's basically because I've struggled a lot. Out with it myself, and then come to have a feeling of much greater self love. And that has changed my life, and I get curious whether it's possible to love ourselves 100% why we feel so unworthy in the first place, and how we can truly fall in love with ourselves as a human being.

Kelly Kolodney 30:22

Oh, we are wanting to look at you in this moment and to fully and completely see you as who it is that you are, as your essence, and to tell you that we love you. I love you. And it is that, as you are receiving that, and whoever is receiving that at this moment, they may feel a resistance to that I am not worthy of that. I am not enough. That does not feel good. I do not know you. Who are you to say that I love you, and it is that I and you and all, of course, at the essence are the same, and you have come from an energy, a place, a state of love, and you will when you are no longer in your body temple and in your form, and shifting and transforming will return to that space and that place of love. And so you have always been love, and yet so the human experience, there is a denying of that love. And the denying of that love is to truly deny yourself and to deny source, to deny God, to deny all that is. And yet, the programming that has been received in order to see oneself as unworthy of that love has been put in place in order to keep one in a sense, perhaps disconnected from their truths, from their authenticity, from the energy of who they are at the kernel of their essence, of the spark within their own heart. And it is because of that that through a state of unworthiness. And not enough. It is easier to in those states to be manipulated or to be controlled by outside of forces or information or constructs, and yet all of that is dismantling and falling apart, not only exterior in your experience, as you look around but internally, as the constructs of denial of the love of who you are are dissolving and those frequencies are integrating back into the wholeness of self. And so in order to recognize that love that you are, we encourage all of you to take off all of your clothes and to be raw in your own purity, in who you are, and to stand in front of a mirror, a full length one, and the reflection of your own divinity, and to stare into your eyes, into the essence of your being in your soul, and to say out loud, I love you with your name. I love you, Kelly, I love you, or Jannecke. And as you are doing that, and you are looking, you will feel resistance to saying that, as the unworthiness and the energies begin to bubble up, or the thought that perhaps there is a wrinkle or a roll or there's something you have done in the past that was unworthy, or an energy or a behavior or way of being, or a lack or an inability to succeed or to do something or to reach a goal, and the unworthiness begins to surface, and Then you notice it, and you bring love to it. And as you bring love to it, you look in the mirror again, and you say, I love you. I love you. I love you. And the resistance and the block continues to appear and appear, and you continue to love it and integrate it and see it for what it is, which is a disguise and an illusion that is in front of the essence of who it is that you are. And as you continue this process for a period of time and over days, and perhaps for others, even weeks or months, you will come to a moment which you will stand before the mirror, and you will say, I love you, and you will feel nothing but purity and love within your heart and a knowingness of your own worthiness that you are love, that you came from love, that you have always been love, and that you shall return to love. And from that, the density will have dissolved and disappeared and fallen away, and the purity of your heart shall radiate that frequency of love that emanates into the heart. Of all others in which you touch, opening up spaces for within them to be the same mirrored reflection that you are emanating so that they too may remember that they are

Love That was beautiful. Thank you. What happens when we die?

Kelly Kolodney 35:23

Oh. Why? Well, there are many layers to what is unfolding at the particular time in which you are lifting out of the body temple, but dependent upon the state of consciousness at that moment, there are particular unfoldments that take place, but it is ultimately a returning to source, an attunement, back into the oneness, from where it was that you had descended from, from the emptiness, from the void, from the space of everything and nothingness all at once. However, along that journey, there can be a few stops in evaluation, in recognition of the experience to date, and attunement to the frequency of those in singularity who are maintaining form without form, in which perhaps you go through processes with times of cocooning and healing, in which you are bathed in an energy, in a frequency to support you in coming back into the wholeness of your own structure, until eventually there is emerging into that spaciousness that you might call creation itself, in which you feel a pulsation, again, a calling that occurs a pulse, a voice, an energy that begins to pull in which you begin to form back into a state of individualization, in which decisions are made, and you begin to evolve forward into kind of moving through the expression of something else in order to have another experience in the unfoldment of the infinite, endless parts of self. And so it is that you are eternal, and it is infinitely continuous, and the journey is different, but ultimately the same simultaneously for all

are there any accidents or coincidences In the universe?

Kelly Kolodney 37:29

No, all right, it is that it is all magical, and it is all moving in a direction of support and love for you, and even that which can appear at times and can be cloaked in a gift of despair or suffering is part of a gift of unfoldment that cannot be perceived from the perspective of the human experience. And it is not a coincidence of the journey in which you are on and the interactions that are taking place and the experiences in which you are having for it is all moving, and always has been moving toward the support of you along your own journey.

So everything is for us from a higher perspective,

everything but it cannot be reckoned with in the mind, because the mind cannot perceive it from that perspective, because there can be such great difficulty at times, and yet it is all part of your journey, and it is all part of what is needed for your own evolution. And it is always a gift, even in the darkest moments, which cannot to be understood in the mind or reckoned with and can be perceived as something horrible to even reiterate or to share, but to this at its kernel, at its essence, is truth.

Now, what does the future look like for humans from your perspective?

Kelly Kolodney 39:28

Well, that depends on you, and it depends on the quickening of your evolutionary process and your willingness to open your heart to the remembering of who it is that you are as a collective, and to move into a state of love. And so the journey along that process can can be blissful and beautiful and quite easy, or it could be quite dramatic and difficult. Fault and more shaking might need to occur in the wakening up. For as we will say, some of you, we can just whisper in your ear or take a little feather to your cheek, and you quickly awaken. And for others, perhaps we have to nudge you a little bit. And for others, you might need a big alarm system. And for some we have to completely knock you out of the bed in order for you to wake up. And so dependent upon how many, collectively are able to move into an awakened state at a Ragnhild Vea s the shaking or the alarms need to be in order for that occurrence to take place, and from our perspective, where it is that we are, although it may not be perceived from where you are at this time, you are waking up very rapidly all across your planet into the remembering of who you are. Hmm.

And I just got a question that dropped into my mind, are there only humans living on Earth? Or are we, in fact, populated by many different species, but they're in disguise.

Kelly Kolodney 41:14

Yes, you have many among you, perhaps, is the best way to to say this that are not necessarily perceived from your perspective in a particular way, that walk amongst you and that are also with you in dimensions not perceived through your retina. And so there is much occurring beyond the veil of your understanding from where it is that you are interesting.

Could you share a little bit more about the suffering we're seeing on the planet and how we can move into love when we're seeing war, suffering, arguments, polarity and and power struggles, people going after power, and it does not look loving at all.

Kelly Kolodney 42:08

Now, there is a great gripping and trying to hold on to what is being lost very rapidly, by a few who wish to maintain a sense of power and control, but that battle has already been lost and is playing out now in the forefront of your experience. And so we encourage all of you to recognize and to place focus and attention on all the loving energies and acts that are taking place, and to rise up in your voice, to speak your truth and to hold your ground, and to recognize the power that resides with inside of you, and that these energies that are perceived in control have no power over the masses as they join together in the frequency of love, for they will dissipate back into and integrated into the whole and their darkness will no longer prevail. But as long as they are given the power and seemed as though they are in control and given the permission through the silence and the neglect of the gathering in your hearts of love to act in the ways in which they do, they will continue to perpetuate these sufferings, and so the great atrocities and pain and horrors and cries of those that are hungry and are experiencing war at this time are tugging upon the heart to crack open the spaces of density that reside in the blocked heart, for the compassion to open in the space of light to permeate through waves of energy that move across your globe as you gather collectively in great numbers, to say enough and to rise up in your Voice and in your truth and in the heart of compassion to make change. And it is in the complacency and the idea that nothing can be done and that one is a victim of helplessness to the powers that be, is the energy in which is quickly shifting around your globe, and many will begin to rise and change in a revolution of love and movement will begin to move through your planet, opening the hearts of many and dismantling the energies that have held you in such a deep grip of isolation and the delusion and the illusion that you are separate by permeating the frequency of fear around your planet and The idea of the need to have more and more and more and more at the expense of so many. And so this vibration is falling apart, and in its fear of losing its grip, it's holding on tighter than ever, but we can see from where we are in our perspective that it has already. Already lost this battle, but it does require the hearts and the voice and the opening of many to stand strong together in a unified voice that to they say no more as they open their hearts to the truth of who they are and do not fear the oppression of the ones in which they perceive have control, for they do not as you stand into your own mastery and the divinity of who you are, nothing outside of self can control you.

Thank you for being so concrete about it, and fortunately you said that the light is winning, which is good news. My mission, I have felt, has been to share knowledge about the nature of reality that I believe were spiritual beings having a human experience. And my dream has been and is still, that I will see that as a fact on the news, and it's getting better, but still, we see people are ridiculing people like Kelly and other channelers, even me, for even believing in these things. Now will we live to see that we'll see the truth about our nature of reality in our lifetime?

Kelly Kolodney 46:23

Oh, yes, of course. And it is also very important not to take the judgment of others in denial of the light and allow it to permeate one's field, to retreat in speaking truth and to know that this is just a fear that is arising in others, and that it is all right for them to see and to perceive in whatever way they are wanting, but to yet to hold steady and fast in your own internal Knowing and to be authentic in the essence of self.

Jannecke Øinæs 47:04

Can you speak a little bit to emotions? It feels like we are run by emotions, all of us, and we're not always aware. Some are more emotionally intelligent than others, but it seems like we cannot control our emotions. We don't know where they're coming from, and they're probably coming from the past somehow, but it can feel difficult to move into love and these higher vibrational feelings when all of a sudden we're immersed in shame or fear or guilt that just pops up in our bodies, and then we hear, we shouldn't suppress them. We should feel them, but how much should we feel them? So I love your perspective on human emotion and how to best cope with human emotions and what it is in nature.

Kelly Kolodney 47:58

It isn't where it is that I am. We do not experience emotion in this way in which you are experiencing emotion. And yet, the your emotions have been labeled with words, and they are simply frequencies, and some of them perhaps more dense than another. And of course, then have been labeled as negative or bad, but each part of the spectrum of your human experience. And that is why you often hear it is important to allow yourself to be with the emotion. And so it is not so much the emotion that is arising. It is the resistance to the emotion, the resistance to what is and so if you allow the emotion, as it arises, to simply pass through you in a conscious awareness that it is there, then it does not attach itself and begin to amplify itself, mirroring into you a feeling that continues for a long period of time. So it is an opening and an opportunity to allow the emotion to arise, to be with the emotion, but not to resist the emotion, and to let it pass as if it is like a cloud passing by as an observer and a witness to it. And yet it is that in the human experience, you often seem to attach yourselves to the emotion, and then you amplify the emotion you can get caught in it for a period of time, and so it is only through continuously moving into the presence of each and every moment, in the recognition of what everyone is feeling in that moment, without resistance to it, and opening into that spaciousness of the now that you can come into a place in which the emotions are no longer driving you in this way, and they are simply being observed from the perspective of a higher state of consciousness.

I'm curious, what are thoughts? Are there any new thoughts in the universe, or are we just recycling old thoughts?

Kelly Kolodney 50:01

Thoughts, it is that anything in which you can think of or perceive or tune to is in the soup of consciousness and has already been and is there from the highest perspective, it is a sea of creation in which you're tapping into that universal consciousness and receiving an impulse that is part of the collective that has always been and so from that perspective, in a sense, there is no thought, but there is new creation. And creation comes from the opening up spaciousness within a place that has not been perceived before which you have not entered into. This time in which thought does not actually exist. So in the space in which a new thought would perhaps arise is a place in which from where you are in this octave you have not been able to penetrate yet, but once penetration occurs into that spaciousness in which you will eventually evolve into which is a pocket of a fabric of an entirely new way of being, that new perception and thought will occur. Yet the cycling of thought from the perception of the earth plane in your human experience, there is actually no new thought that is not already in the soup of the collective

interesting and then I would like to ask a personal question. I just got married, and that day was so full of magic and joy, and it went by so fast, even though I tried to be in the moment. And there's a part of me that was a bit sad afterwards that it was over. I was immensely grateful that a part of me was sad that it was all over, because I will never experience it ever again. And then I started thinking about, but maybe I will, maybe one day we'll have time travel and I can go back. So I was wondering if you could speak to that, that feeling that nothing is permanent. And that to me, there is a sadness in that that I sort of can't hold it, I can't re experience it. Or can I?

Kelly Kolodney 52:10

Oh, well, the frequency of this particular moment was extraordinarily precious, and the love in your heart and that of your partner was emanating in a way that ripples went out into the universe. And so although the actual moment of the day itself felt fleeting and in the past, the frequency and the love is attained and retained within your field, forever, infinitely. And so you may always revisit it as you look into his eyes, where he is mirroring back to you that experience in which you shared together and will carry throughout your life. And so as you open up spaciousness to know that every single day together is an opportunity for such a moment to take place, perhaps not as extravagant and in not the same manner or way, but it is an unfoldment of your journey, of your love, of your experience, of your life, of each moment that you may Take that feeling, that knowing, that beauty, that joy that felt so fleeting, and carry it into the preciousness of today, and that today you may feel that same love that you felt on that day. And although there may not be bells and whistles and fancy dresses and cheering and music and grandeur and food and wine, there is the kernel of your love, the truth of why you have unified and come together, and that can be blooming and blossoming in every moment, in every meal, in every conversation, in every holding, and every making love, and every sense and second to which you carry The hearts of the flame of light that has been bonded between you in this lifetime, and so carry that precious sweetness forward, and know that it is always with you and carried with you, and that more days will pop and reveal blessings just as grand, if Not grander than the one in which you have already experienced

We recognize that for many of you, you are afraid of the future, and many things are shifting and changing. Very rapidly. And for some of you, you will feel alone and unsure what things will look like. We know that when you look out into the sea of many of your experiences, you recognize that there is suffering and lack and war and disease. We understand that this is hard in the human experience, but we come as a messenger of light to remind you that you are on a trajectory toward a collective union within one another and a recognition of your own divinity and an awakening to the truth of truly who it is that you are, and may you truly look into the mirror and the essence of your eyes and see the purity that light that resides within and trust in the process of this unfoldment and know that the light, in a sense, from your perspective, or the wording you mentioned or would use, has one, and that the unfoldment of that journey is taking place. And to trust in that and place your attention in that goodness, and see the light and the love that dwells in so many and not focus on that in which is not working, or on fear of the future or what could be, but see an opening a gateway as you pass through into a golden age, ascending into higher frequencies, unifying as one. And so with that, I send to you all of my love and all of my light from the universes of the angelic realms, as many legions of beings are here supporting all of you during this time, do not lose trust in faith and surrender and fall into our arms and know that you are safe and so with that many blessings. No, I'm kind of just in the energy. I can't really think right now. I get that, yeah, I'm just feeling, feeling Raphael's energy. And I think the most important thing is that there's so much going on and there's so much fear out there, and it's so important for people to really try to just drop into their heart and get outside and disengage from it and and do what they can to maintain a harmonic balance in their being, because that does make a difference, and that everybody's frequency and willingness to do the work to stay in that field is helping.

Hmm, yeah, I believe so too. We have an individual job to do, and we have so much more influence than we are than we tend to believe.

Kelly Kolodney 58:39

Yeah, I think so too. And just holding that and that space for ourselves and for other people makes a difference, because we can't solve everything. You know, we're inundated with so much, and sometimes we feel helpless. And so what can we do? And we can hold hold love in our heart, we can speak truth, we can honor nature and each other and and just moment by moment, be as present as we can in the most loving way. And that does make a difference.

So true, this has been such a joy, and I felt such a joy coming from Raphael as well, like I got giggly, just the sounds and everything. It's such a high vibration. Now we spoke about it, but I want to ask you the question I ask everybody, and that is, what is self love to you, Kelly.

to me, Well, I've kind of been a people pleaser all my life, and so self love is just really taking a moment to to ask, like, is this really in alignment with my authenticity and what is best for me? Or why am I doing it? And is it is my cup full? I used to really give from a place of emptiness. And I don't do that anymore powerful.

Oh, gosh, the deeper meaning of life is just to love and experience this humanness of being here on Earth, because I think it's a really special thing, and we're not going to always be here, so to just not take things for granted and really embrace it fully.
