What if the very fabric of our reality, the “matrix,” held a deeper, more primal meaning? Ascension guide Katrina Smith unveils a powerful perspective: the root of “matrix” lies in “womb” and “mother.” She posits that we are currently navigating an inverted Womb Matrix Return, a turning back towards the nurturing, creative power of the Divine Feminine as our solar system shifts into photon-rich energy. This influx of light, she explains, is dissolving the veils of perception and birthing new timelines of consciousness.

The Inverted Womb: Yearning for Mother’s Return

Katrina passionately discusses the millennia-long suppression of the “True Mother” energy within our patriarchal reality. Understanding the “matrix” as an inverted womb highlights a fundamental imbalance. The Womb Matrix Return signifies a collective yearning to re-establish the equilibrium between masculine and feminine principles, both within ourselves and the world around us. This return isn’t limited to women; it’s about everyone reclaiming their innate creative power to birth new realities.

Birthing Timelines in the Womb Matrix

What does it mean to “birth timelines”? Katrina explains that we are not passive recipients of destiny but active creators. Timelines, in her view, are infinite possibilities we navigate through our vibration and consciousness. The Womb Matrix empowers us to consciously choose and cultivate higher vibrational timelines, individually and collectively, birthing the New Earth. This awakening process, though often challenging, is a catalyst for realizing our inherent sovereignty and creative potential.

Navigating Darkness: The Path to Illumination

For those feeling lost in the midst of life’s chaos, Katrina offers a message of hope. The current energetic shifts can feel overwhelming as old traumas surface. However, she emphasizes the importance of self-compassion and breaking down the journey into smaller steps. By honoring our pain and embracing forgiveness, we can alchemize darkness into light, remembering that even in the midst of struggle, we are exactly where we need to be on our path of awakening.

The root word of matrix. Where did this word come from in our language? It comes from womb. It comes from mother uterus. So we're living in an inverted womb matrix, and it's been turned, it's been flipped on itself. And of course, we're living in a patriarchal reality, and we have been for so many 1000s of years, the the True Mother, energy has been eradicated. Our Earth, our solar system, has now shifted into the Photon Belt. Photons contain ascension codes. They are activating packets of information that stimulate our original, natural templates and our DNA, especially our spiritual DNA. And so the veils are coming down. And when I speak about birthing timelines, we are vessels of creation. To be able to realize that new reality, we need to be the creator of that timeline and that experience.

Katrina Smith 1:21

Thank you so much for having me today. I'm really excited to be here.

Jannecke Øinæs 1:25

I'm excited to get to know your work and your world in a way, and your perspectives, because I find that your teaching is very interesting. You are very passionate about helping people realize that they're not separate from source, that they're actually whole and complete, and that help is available from the Divine. And you speak about the great return of the mother energy, and also about the inverted matrix. And you've helped clients for years. You are an ascension guide, a spiritual guide, and you focus on multi dimensional healing, which I'm also curious to learn more about. But before we dive into all these goodies, I I'd love to get to know you better and start by asking so when was your first initiation, or when did your spiritual journey start?

Katrina Smith 2:21

Wow, that's such a great question. For me, it was very sequential. It wasn't one individual moment of awakening. It was really just step by step, as I was growing up in the world, and so in terms of my my childhood, I had a beautiful family. I had a real feeling of safety and security at home that was really my sanctuary, but where I really struggled the most with was the outside world, and really stepping out of that home environment and interacting with people and just feeling the heaviness and the density of the world around me. It was really jarring for me, because I didn't know it at the time, but I was very open, sensitively, open, energetically, open. I was feeling what other people were feeling around me, and it was just a lot to process all the time. And so for me, I with time, I started to realize that there was something a little bit different about me, and I know that for all of us, you know, we have to go through that initiation of not fitting into this world, because we're not meant to when we're here to change it, we're here to steer it in a new direction, and that's part of our higher purpose. And so I just felt very, very, very, very alien, very foreign, very like lost in this space and trying to navigate my way through this realm. And so for me, it was really about discovering who I was and being able to acknowledge that, and that takes a lot of time, because, you know, we're just trying to fit in, you know, we're just trying to be normal. We want nothing but to be normal. You know, we just want to be accepted in society and in friendships and in school and all of that, for me, was very, very awkward. It was really clumsy. It was very isolating and lonely, and I just found so much solace in nature and animals and my siblings and that life at home that for me was so safe and secure. And, you know, a lot of the clients I work with, it's really not that and it's I just feel so grateful that I got to have that to come back to every day, but the world for me was a very confusing place. And so over the years, I started to understand the purpose of why I was here, and that openness, that the the the openness of my. Feel, to perceive and to feel things so deeply that those sensitivities were just so active in me, and so I was able to pick up on things that other people around me were just not feeling, they weren't seeing, that I was seeing a completely different reality and interpreting it in such a different way. And so I was already seeing through the veil at a young age and asking those bigger questions to myself or to the Divine, and trying to get those answers. And I think we all have our experiences with religion for a while, and we, you know, in education and just our family background, we we are trying to understand the meaning of this existence. And so for me, it was really just about spending so much time in just the vastness of of creation and of of the cosmos, and being very comfortable in that space and loving that space. My imagination was really active. I was really artistic, and so, yeah, I just as I got a little bit older, coming into my late teens, that for me was when I went through this big initiation in terms of my nursing, because I started to once I finished school and I shifted into university, I became a nurse, a registered nurse, and because of the sensitivity, I realized I can't work in hospitals. It's too much for me. So I got my degree, I did all of my formal training, and then I actually went into community nursing. And so I was one on one in private homes, looking after people, taking care of people that was suffering, people that had the most complex care needs that you could possibly imagine. And you know it was I specialized mainly in aged care, but also in disability care. And so when you're in the homes of people that are suffering just so deeply, you really do start to question the divine. You start to question the divine order, like, what is the purpose of this, why is there so much variability of suffering on this planet? And for me, that was one of the biggest awakenings, because I wanted answers. I wanted to know, why are children suffering? Why do people have physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities? And so that was a big acceleration in my spiritual journey, and it still plays a role today. It's really still an undercurrent of what I do now, and so I'm really grateful for that experience. But if I would have to, you know, choose one thing in the timeline, it would have been those six years as a as a nurse and caring for these beautiful souls.

Jannecke Øinæs 8:03

You said that you saw beyond the veil. Could you give some examples of what did you actually see that gave you some sort of feeling that I'm not from here, this is a place I'm perhaps here temporary, that you have this feeling I don't belong, and that I'm seeing something else that the others are not seeing.

Katrina Smith 8:26

Well again, for me, at the time, I didn't realize, of I didn't know that these perceptions were were different out of the ordinary. But for example, if someone was in front of me and talking to me, I would really not be hearing the words that they were saying. It was all the energy that they were transmitting. And what I found, and it made it quite difficult for me to trust people and trust in life, was that they were often contradicting themselves. They were not in alignment with what they were saying. And so it was a it was a feeling like I was already picking up on the subtleties of the energetics, beyond language or beyond what that person was, maybe their ego or their personality was trying to convince you of, and that, you know, I was seeing that on television, you know, politicians I could, you could just read the field like It just didn't add up. And I think as well, you know, the visionary perceptions came online as well, like looking into nature and being able to see just the the microcosm, seeing the details and the vibration, the auras of trees, seeing these beautiful trees with these beams of light coming out of it. And, you know, looking at a leaf, and just being able to, just to see the bio energy field of of that plant. And so, yeah, auras, these kinds of things, like even today, when I look out in empty space, for me, it's not empty. You know, sometimes I'll look out the window, and this has been something that's been with me for my whole life. I'll often look out and just sort of gaze into the empty space, and sometimes I'll feel, Oh, it must be raining, just very gently, but it's not rain, it's it's actually vibrating particles. It's the energetic plasma in the in the so called empty space, and it's full of life. It's teeming with life and activity. And so I started to be able to see things with my physical eyes. And over time, yeah, these perceptions just came online and have only strengthened since then. And I mean, we're all experiencing that, because the veils are pretty much non existent right now. So we're really picking up on things, which is really amazing.

Jannecke Øinæs 10:53

Yes, tell me about that, that the veil is getting thinner. And obviously, on this show, my audience knows about the shift of consciousness, and all my guests are speaking about it at the same time. When I speak to other people who are not into these things, they're like, What? What are you speaking about shift of consciousness? So to them, the veil is not thinner. So from your perspective, could you share how the veil is thinner and what is going on right now? From your perspective.

Katrina Smith 11:21

yes. So for me, the veil is something that is obscuring our clarity of perception. It's it's something that's overlaying our capacity to really see properly. And so in this third dimensional construct of reality, it's almost like we're getting a slither of the picture. We have our five base sense perceptions of which to interpret reality, and that's it, you know. But when we really understand we've got infinite psychic markers in our DNA. And slowly that's starting to come online, starting to activate, you know, the so called 97% junk DNA that we have is actually our ethereal DNA. It's our spiritual DNA. And you know, even if you think about that just for a moment, when has creation ever made a 97% mistake that doesn't happen, it's just that we haven't understood what what that DNA really does, and that connects into the veils, because when we're when we're existing at that 3d parameter, it's one slice. It's one dimension that it corresponds to those five sense perceptions. So if you can't see it and you can't touch it and taste it and hear it it, then we think that it doesn't exist. And so when you start to understand how those veils are thinning, you start to recognize that these psychic gifts which are our natural birth right to to wield and to be empowered by so that we get to to to feel and perceive the bigger picture of reality, which then supports our understanding of our position in this vast, infinite universe. It gives deep meaning to our existence, you know, then we really start to step back into our sovereignty. And so you were asking me, how did the veil how is it that the veils are dissolving? You know, we're in this different epoch of time. We've we've shifted through the ages. 2012 was a big mark in the timeline, and tipping point for the end of an old world and the commencement of a new one. And so since then, it's only been an acceleration in the dissolving of those veils. And so what a veil really is. It's a magnetic construct that creates compression. It creates density to our electromagnetic body. And so what I'm seeing is that because our position, our Earth, our solar system, has now shifted into the Photon Belt. It's like we're being blanketed in light, photonic light. And you know, photons contain ascension codes. They are activating packets of information that stimulate our original, natural templates and our DNA, especially our spiritual DNA, and our organic, original blueprints. And so those veils are being directly informed by this influx of light. And so a lot of your listeners, you know may be aware of solar flares, that's an example of how this higher quality ascension light is streaming into our planet. And it is we are being infused with those light potentials of a new paradigm. And so the veils are coming down, and those. Of us who are really ready, that have been doing the work, and, you know, open hearted and really wanting to live in their highest purpose and deepest fulfillment are going to be so greatly catalyzed. But you know, of course, there are people that still are very familiar with those veils and probably are not quite ready. And you know, it's quite scary and overwhelming, and it's hard to make sense of it all when you're in that space, but it is happening to all of us. We're all being impacted in a variety of ways,

Jannecke Øinæs 15:35

and then you're passionate about, I feel like speaking about this mother energy, and I saw another episode with you where you spoke about that the matrix actually means, was it uterus? And that surprised me. I've never heard that before. We also speak about the inverted matrix. So I'm not sure really what my question is here, but I'm just curious about this return or this mother energy, what you mean by that?

Katrina Smith 16:05

Yeah, so it is very wild to to really understand that matrix means womb or uterus. You know, like when I discovered that when I looked on the etymology online. I mean, anyone can do this, it's you just need to go on your computer and type in, what is the like, the root word of matrix. Where did this word come from in our language? And yeah, it comes from womb. It comes from mother, uterus. And so what I started to realize is that, well, of course, we're living in the creation field of of the mother right? This it's, it's like a womb world that we live in, and we live on this Mother Earth, we're being supported with all of these conditions of nourishment and nurturance for us to thrive. And that's just like a an infant in the womb. That's ultimately the, you know, the most divine gift for our expansion and our becoming, you know, to be supported by that mother energy in that field, that energetic field. And so when I've discovered that matrix meant uterus, matrix meant womb, I started to think, Okay, so we're living in an inverted womb matrix, and it's been turned it's been flipped on itself. And of course, we're living in a patriarchal reality, and we have been for so many 1000s of years, the the True Mother energy has been eradicated through religion. I mean, how convenient that so many of the divine feminines in the religious text have just been Yeah, silenced, and their real role and real significance really diminished. And so we look out into our reality and we see, yeah, the feminine has been incredibly suppressed for so long. And so when I speak about the return of the mother, it's really this return to our own understanding of creation and our power to be able to birth. This is not just women. This is men as well, to birth timelines, to rebirth ourselves and to to bring forward these new states of consciousness, this new earth, this golden age. It's a creative power within us that has been so diminished for so long we haven't realized just how powerful we are. And so until the divine mother returns and comes back into union with the Divine Father. We get that synthesis, that sacred marriage and union within ourselves and the world around us.

Jannecke Øinæs 18:51

Very interesting. You said, Give birth to new timelines. We share what you mean about that, and also what a timeline is from your perspective, because I have an idea about it, and it feels sort of not so tangible. Are there multiple timelines all the time, and I'm jumping in between them, like all the time, or is it more like we have a few timelines? You know, I can go in this direction, or I can go in that direction, because there is a destiny there. I know that these are big questions, but let's go there.

Katrina Smith 19:33

Yeah? Why not? Yeah? So. So for me, really, the timeline is, it's, really a direction of a trajectory that we're sort of walking towards. Let's say you can imagine a path in front of you. Imagine that path is golden. It's your golden timeline. It's your golden life path. And you know, that's what a lot of us are working towards, to be in alignment, to be on the high. Trajectory, which is really just the the unfolding of our highest potential, and being able to embody that in our human experience, in our our life's legacy. But to be honest, for me, timelines are an infinite spectrum. I feel that we have infinite possibilities in any and every moment. And we do jump all the time because there is no time. Time doesn't exist. So it's really about it's tuning yourself to a certain vibration through your values, through your beliefs, through your own internal state of consciousness, through your own vibration, through your capacity to to live in creative freedom and in love and in grace and sovereignty. And when you are able to really, yeah, realize that true potential, the timeline continues to unfold, and you just end up walking on this beautiful trajectory towards the higher destiny, everything that was destined for you as a soul. And when I speak about birthing timelines, what I mean is that we are we are vessels of creation. We are conduits, and so that to be able to realize that new reality and shift the the quality of our existence, we need to actually bring through that as a birthing energy through our own vehicle. We need to be the creator of that timeline and that experience. It's not something that just happens on the outside. And so this is where we really start to understand our autonomy and our sovereignty to be the creators and to have an authentic creation experience, where, if we're unhappy with our reality and it just doesn't feel aligned, or it doesn't feel fulfilling for us, where we can go within, into our internal world and start to get, you know, in tune with who we really are and our capacity to create in in freedom and to create something beautiful. And so we're all doing that now as a collective, because we're birthing the New Earth timeline. And this is why so many hundreds of 1000s of souls are waking up right now and having this, yeah, this, this, this aha moment, and realizing that the reality that we've been conditioned into is really not necessarily all that there is. And so we're having this huge heart awakening as a collective. And so we are like converging together in this new timeline as a collective consciousness. But it does start with all of us as individuals, and then unifying that, that Gnosis and that prayer, and then collectively bringing that through. So it does get very vast, and it gets complex, and I'm forever being, you know, shown different kinds of aspects and angles and dimensions of this. But it's, it's always expanding. You know, we're always students, we're always learning, and it's it's such a humbling experience, but I do feel deeply that timelines are infinite, and they're infinite potentials and probability fields, and so we get to essentially choose any timeline in any moment, But it's all based on our vibration and our consistency of that vibration, we have to maintain that higher vibration in our lives to be able to really experience that as a as a grounded, physical, Embodied Reality.

Jannecke Øinæs 23:56

Interesting. You have this beautiful light coming from the sun. I was just amazed by it when you were speaking, you look like an angel. You you're in New Zealand, and I'm in Norway, and it's night here, and it's morning at your place. It's gorgeous. Um, highest timeline is there? Is there such thing do you think as our highest trajectory, our highest timeline, is that really when we are aligned with our sole purpose, I'm asking from your perspective now that we incarnate with all these plans in a way, and then we have different opportunities possibilities, but there is This highest timeline, this highest possibilities where we are really aligned with our true, true purpose. Is that sort of how it is, and then we can derail. We can go and take the roundabouts, but we're never judged for it. But there is still this higher path that our soul wants us to continuously walk.

Katrina Smith 24:59

Yeah, Yes, I do believe that, and I've seen that. I've experienced that in my own life, there's been distinct themes, almost like an architect's plans for, you know, building. I was like, everything was sort of set out ahead of time. And so these are the pre birth agreements that we really take on because it serves our greatest expansion, it serves our greatest legacy and mission and service work. And so that's why we take on certain life themes and life lessons. And you know, a lot of them are very challenging because they they catalyze us into our deepest self discovery and our deepest growth and understanding who we really are in this world. Because if, if you don't know who you are, it's going to be really difficult to have a foundation to stand on in terms of serving your higher purpose, and, you know, serving this greater mission of what you're here for. And so I believe that we all have these contracts. We have these pre birth agreements and blueprints that give a certain direction and momentum to our life and and so. So it's it. There's kind of like a pathway, or like a pre destiny, of what we're working towards to really to get to that point in the journey of where we're really living in our authenticity. And so, like a lot of us speak about authenticity, and for me, that really means just being in total congruence with who you really are and what you came to this earth to do, to offer. This is really the devotional template of the heart, because we're all here, not just for ourselves. We're not just here living as isolated individuals. We're here for something so much bigger than ourselves, and that's how sacred our existence is. And so our impact, that ripple effect on the field, is huge. And so when we start to understand those blueprints and soul plans or energetic templates, it really does help us to navigate the journey. It's almost like maps to the journey, you know. So when we don't feel lost down here, we actually think we actually understand that there's a method in the madness, you know, like this actually makes sense. Why I had to go through all these really difficult experiences. Why did I have to go through, you know, suffering and devastation, because it was part of, you know, those veils dissolving, and that was part of my life's journey, so that I could get to this point today. And so I don't think that there is just total randomness down here. I think there is a very distinct intelligence to everything that we live. And you know, energy is always in motion. Energy is always moving. And so we're all at this time, really being catalyzed into the higher destiny and that purpose. And it's just such an amazing time to be alive, because I'm seeing it all the time with clients, people questioning what what that is like, what is my purpose? Why am I here? Why did I take on this incarnation? And until they really understand what that is, they'll never feel satisfied. You know, it's just they, they must know what that is, and that's really the spiritual journey. Yeah,

Jannecke Øinæs 28:45

I couldn't agree more, because I have a webinar. It's one of my favorite webinars to do, and it's called, awaken to your soul's purpose. And I say exactly the same. It is a journey that the soul, I believe, is inviting us to embark, and things will unfold as you take those steps, even though I'd love to ask you, for those who feel right now, okay, I'm in darkness, either you know, they're struggling mentally, perhaps with a depression, maybe they're in the midst of a divorce, maybe It's a job thing, and they they want to find their path. They want to find that highest path that we're speaking about. But it's like, okay, I'm sitting in the midst of chaos. Where do I even start?

Katrina Smith 29:32

Yeah, and that's real for so many people. I'm working with clients like this all the time, and it can be really, overwhelming, especially when we feel that we don't have the tools to be able to navigate this, and especially just as what I mentioned before, because the energies are heightening, we're all being forced to look at the darkness and to look at our trauma and. And understand the obscurations that we have, the beliefs that we've taken on through our conditioning, through our programming, and everything that's layered upon us that just doesn't enable us to to see clearly and to feel those trajectories and the purpose that we have, you know, we feel very disconnected from it sometimes, and that was the same for me, and I'm sure it's the same for everyone we it's not like we're most of us are not born knowing exactly why we're here. It takes us a long time to figure it out, and decades and decades, and that's really, you know, part of that experience of compassionate self witnessing and discovery, of of your uniqueness, your your soul blueprint, and when we can really come into that alignment and embodiment, we we feel such a sense of freedom and such a sense of fulfillment. And so, you know, as you were asking me, you know, when, when we're feeling the opposite of that, and we do feel very bombarded by darkness, and nothing feels clear. Everything feels blurry. You know? It just, it is really difficult, and it, it requires us to break things down into smaller pieces. You know, I work with a lot of people that feel like they have to have everything figured out now, because we're in an ascension and everyone's waking up. I need to know what I'm here for right now. And they they overwhelm themselves right with their their ultimate, highest, spiritual destiny and purpose. And we don't need to have it all figured out right now, and we can break it down into smaller pieces, you know, stepping stones, one step, one foot in front of the other, loving and bringing that compassion to yourself so that you can have the have the courage and feel safe enough to go into those traumas and obscurations, to start to witness them from a different perspective, that everyone has the potential to do that, but it's not through the mind, it's not through the ego. It's through the heart space and holding forgiveness and holding love and respect for yourself and everything that you've been through that is really where we need to start, and to, yeah, to just honor the journey, honor the way in which this world has been very devastating for us, that has caused us to feel hard done by life, and to be in Those shadows and to be in the darkness, because we all have an immense opportunity right now for illumination, and it's happening. And one thing I do want to say is that with this influx of light, it often feels a lot worse before it feels better. We have ascension symptom after ascension symptom, you know, it just everything is on the table, and different kinds of traumas and negative memory are coming up, because it all has to emerge layer by layer. And so, you know, I'm often reassuring people that you know don't feel disappointed if you don't feel amazing straight away on your spiritual path. It's, it's a lot to work through. It's a lot to excavate and imagine, you know, shining a floodlight in a dark closet that's not been open for 100 years. It's going to be full of all sorts of critters and cobwebs and dust, and we've got to work through all of those things that have been hidden in the shadows, and allow them to compassionately come to the light in our own divine time, at our own pace. You know, we're never behind, we're never ahead, we're always exactly where we need to be. That just brings a bit of relief when we can realize, okay, my life's actually not falling apart. It's actually coming together and it's falling into place.

Jannecke Øinæs 34:06

I think that's a beautiful thing to hear. I remember, I heard that many years ago that you are where you're supposed to be, because a part of me was like, I feel like I should be somewhere else. I should be further ahead I should be doing something else, like I was never in the right place. And then a spiritual teacher said, You are exactly where you're supposed to be. And that was such a relief, because then I could actually deal with what I had instead of trying to fix everything. And it's also interesting that the Divine is waking us up through all the these challenges, contrasts, and I've been wondering about that, why do we need to hit the wall or have that crisis and then we start doing the work and that all these symptoms are often, you know, longing, not feeling that we belong. It's sort of all these. Struggles. Instead of waking up from, you know, having a beautiful life and being in a beautiful relationship and maybe being an atheist and seeing an angel and waha, we woke up like, why does it have to be through suffering? Have you had those thoughts

Katrina Smith 35:19

I have so many times, especially just with the the journey that I've been on and everything that I was exposed to on a daily basis in terms of suffering and seeing that and of course, we all have our own experience of suffering, and what I came to realize is that we've got to get ourselves out of the polarity perspective of suffering is bad and enlightenment is good, you know. And start to understand from a more unified whole, from a more from a space of more neutrality, and realize, okay, in this 3d construct of human reality, we do descend down the dimensions we really do have. We've had a falling consciousness, and we've come down to this plane of polarity, of separation consciousness. And so although there are incredible atrocities that are happening in the world, that we just cannot turn a blind eye to suffering in and of itself. It sounds weird to say it, but it still has value, right? That the things that we go through, the challenges, the heartbreak, the difficulties, the health conditions that come up, everything that we experience that, of course, we'd prefer not to live that way. But while it's here, you know, how can we work with that? Because it is catalyzing us forwards. And so if we can, if we can look at our suffering in the eye and really give value to it, instead of resisting it and always trying to run from it and being afraid of it, we can actually merge with it. We can merge with our pain, and we can start to alchemize and transform it from within, through our own sovereignty and our own Divine Will to take that state of darkness and transform it into the light. We are that powerful to be able to do that. And so for me, when I when I look back on my own timeline and my own life, all the most difficult, painful and, you know, just awful moments of suffering, I realized that they were actually key components of my awakening, but it was always would fall back on the free will that I had right. I had to choose what to do with that suffering. How could I let that transform me from the inside out and like a phoenix from the ashes? It's, it's that beautiful visual that we get, that we rise out from the flames, we find our wings, and we we're reborn through that. We don't have to allow it to completely lead to our, you know, self destruction. But suffering has been very piled on for people, and so it's like I said before. It's about breaking things down into smaller pieces and layer by layer, being able to to witness what we've been through and how that has affected us, how that has shaped our beliefs and how we see the world around us. You know, we're going to have a very darkened lens upon the world when we've been hurt by others, and we've been hurt by this world. And so it's about again, that polarity game, getting out of it, getting out of the polarity game of judging something as bad or good and seeing that everything is just energy, everything is just vibration. And so we as these conscious creators can at any moment transform that, but it's up to us. We always have free will, and that also goes back to the timelines that we talked about, because we may have a destiny or a soul blueprint that best serves our greatest expansion, but we still have free will in how we want to navigate that so there are Many different ways in which we can walk that path. This is a free will universe.

Jannecke Øinæs 39:28

You thought you talked about knowing who you are, and I got curious. When did you find out who you are, and what did you find? Because I can find that I feel like I know who I am sometimes, and then all of a sudden, I come into maybe social settings and situations where I feel like I don't know who I am. And I can go into a role, sort of a side of me, a person, sub personnel. T that I'm observing myself going into that sort of personality, and I'm wondering, hmm, is that really me? And do I want to be that person like today? For instance, I was at this big female conference in Oslo. A lot of business women were there. Lot of focus on investment, and it was very inspiring and beauty and stuff like that, and I missed the spiritual side of it, and I could find that I didn't stress that I was working with spirituality, because I felt that maybe it didn't fit into that sort of type of energy. And then I was reflecting about, should I have spoken more about it, or because I don't want to make people feel awkward if they're not open for it? And then I was thinking about what is really being authentic, and is that a conscious choice I was making, or was it more that I there's a part of me who feels that i It's not safe yet to show all of what I am coming out fully, like this is what I'm doing, and even though I'm publicly out there in Norway about what I'm doing, but I'm sort of not shouting it out that this is what I'm doing, like having these conversations on YouTube, for instance,

Katrina Smith 41:30

yeah, yeah. And, I mean, that's, that's the same for me as well. You know, it's taken so many years of refinement and feeling secure in this, in this authentic embodiment, because we go through so many years, this is one of the main components of the spiritual path, is understanding who you really authentically are, because we spend so long in our inauthenticity being someone that we're not, and putting so much of our energy into that personality construct. And, you know, that's okay, because they're, you know, we're trying to get our needs met. We're trying to be accepted all these kinds of things. It's normal, it's it's all part of that journey. But what I would say to you is, when you have those moments, because I have it too, you know, I feel quite content and clear on who I am. You know, I do get a very distinct sense of certain themes in terms of past lifetimes, what I came here for, and that's a knowing that's in me, right? That's a knowing that's just so it's just so clear and true for me. So there's, there's that, but there are times when I go into those spaces where sometimes I'm, I'm not really sure, you know, I feel like we open again to the infinite possibility. And I think for so many of us, we spend so much of the time trying to reinforce who we think we are from an egoic perspective that we never allow ourselves to not know or to be in that space of not knowing. And it is so potent when we can do that and say, You know what? I don't know. I don't know something. I don't know the answer. I don't know how any of this in this crazy reality or universe makes sense. It is important to spend some of the time in that open observation and receptivity to not necessarily know the answers or know exactly as what you think it is, and that's when the biggest downloads are going to come through. You know, that's when you're going to be in the the space of pure potential to be shown, to be guided, for for the the clarity and the answers to emerge. So one thing I would say is, you know, a lot of us now have a spiritual identity that, you know, it's just, again, it's the same issue with our normal ego character. We've just made it spiritual. I see it all the time, and I've done it myself. And, you know, I love that part of me. I have so much compassion for her. And we're always polishing that crystal. We're always refining it and getting the, you know, the deposits off and making it super, you know, clear and and purified. And that's okay. It's a journey. But I think it's actually something quite powerful when you can have experiences where you feel like, okay, I'm actually, I don't know who I am right now. I'm going to allow myself to just open. I'm just going to expand, and I'm not going to hold on or grip onto some kind of identity that, you know, I've created as a construct

Jannecke Øinæs 44:56

that's super liberating because. When I meet guests like you, you know, I just feel so sure and so grounded and so present, and then all of a sudden I can come into another setting, and I feel like we're very influenced by different energies, and like you're saying, all of a sudden we're like, who am I in all of this? Because I've never been in this situation before, like we've never been in moments coming in the future before, in a sense. So that influence is new, and then we experience sides of ourselves that we haven't before. So like you're saying, this is ever evolving, in a way, and to be so loving towards yourself that that can be okay as well, like giving yourself space to feel unsure or to feel like I don't know what's going on right now, and to embrace that. And that is something those tools that I'm practicing when I can feel insecure in social settings, for instance, if there are highly intelligent, I don't know, lawyers or financial people speaks a certain language, they're asking, What do you think? And I'm like, oh, it's not quite my field. And I can feel like, Hmm, you know, I don't have the words. And then I'm like, Okay, now I use the tools that I can soothe myself with and observe myself that it's okay not to know everything. It's okay to be unsure like because the ego just wants you to be perfect,

Katrina Smith 46:31

exactly, and that's why it tries so hard. It tries so hard to constantly get you to grip on for dear life, to that identity that you've cultivated, and you've put so much energy into, whether it's a spiritual identity or, you know, a different kind of identity in the matrix, or your job, or your career, your position, you know, it's, I am this, you know, we put a label on it. And so it's, it's really quite humbling when you can be comfortable in the unknown spaces, because the ego is so afraid of the unknown, right? It has to hold on to something, to give it meaning, to give it a position. Because everything to the ego unless it has that position, that fixed position of this is me. This is my name. This is my job. You know, that is me, unless it has that fixed position, it gets very, very challenged by the vastness of this experience of life in, you know, in this, this multi dimensional nature that we have, the infinity of creation, the ego cannot function in that way. It has to hold a position a coordinate. This is who I am. This is my name, and makes sense of the reality in that way, but it puts us in a box, and a lot of us live in that constant constriction and compression of playing it smaller than we need to and limiting ourselves, right? So to to be humble enough to say, you know, I I'm, I'm not quite sure what the answer is. Or, you know I'm, I'm not fully convinced of my identity right now, you know, we open all those doors and those those portals for new experiences to come in and to to help shape us and to help guide us. But it's important in those moments when you're feeling inundated by other people's energies that might be quite different to yours, to to watch yourself, to be the observer, like a fly on the wall, where you know you're just there, witnessing how you behave and how you speak, and can you still hold your authenticity and and to to watch that as a witness with compassion, but that really helps to bring us back to that accountability of, you know, being authentic to ourselves, because it's so easy to get swept up in other people's energies that have quite a presence, and we can lose ourselves and lose touch with our hearts, and, you know, really quickly get out of centeredness so that that compassionate self observation. We all can do it. We can all have that sort of outsider perspective, looking in and watching us as we sort of move through our day and the different experiences that we're having, that is the higher perceptions and perspective that we all have, and it's only getting stronger as we move through our awakening.

Jannecke Øinæs 49:36

Yeah, I feel like that a value in our society is self confidence that should have self confidence, but I I want to focus more on the vulnerability that that be allowed. We could give space to being vulnerable and being insecure sometimes, and just being raw and who we are and mess up because. We're human, so we're trying so much to be perfect, and it's even mirrored through our leaders, some of the leaders in the world that show so much confidence, and I feel like it's masculine, like speaking of the feminine and masculine, very masculine driven world where we should not be vulnerable. And I think that's challenging also for women to show vulnerability, because that equals sort of, oh, then you're a crybaby, you know? Or you you're all these emotions that you women have, right? And I think that shame label that is affecting us on a subconscious level. So the more we women are actually embracing more of our vulnerability, I think that's really helping also more women to to own it themselves. And it's a beautiful thing like, I think Brene Brown said you can't be creative if you're not vulnerable. Like she is really putting forward the the value and vulnerability. And I think that's beautiful, and that has opened so many doors for so many, especially women,

Katrina Smith 51:19

yeah, and that also links in a lot with the veils that we talked about, because as long as we're veiled to our own truth, you know, we're we're not going to allow ourselves to be vulnerable. We're going to run away from those moments of true honesty and rawness and openness, especially with our emotions. You know, we will tend to mask that and contain it. And, you know, put all of our energy and focus in maintaining this facade. And, you know, I'm often, I feel quite when I look into social media, I see that a lot. You know, we're just, it's so easy these days to create a character and a facade where we're just really never vulnerable. We're never exposing ourselves in that way. And so we we have this reinforced belief that we always have to be so, especially as women, so poised and so together and so elegant and graceful. And you know, this is not, we're not robots like when we're we're here to express and to be authentic to our own truth and what's you know arising within us in that moment, and to not suppress it and shut it down, and to know that, you know, I mean, when I work with someone, if they're not vulnerable, there's very little that you know you can do there if you come with your guard up and your veils up and all of these constructs and facades. I mean, we can work through it, but those who are most vulnerable go the deepest in their spiritual healing, and it's so wonderful when you can really feel safe enough to just let it go and to open yourself to the divine healing and to all of the support that's here for you. But again, this world is a very jarring place. The ego always wants a position, an identity, and so yeah, we do tend to lack that vulnerability because we feel like it's going to expose us, right? We're going to be too exposed. So we we want to, we want to shield ourselves. And this is also something that comes up a lot in my work. Are the numbing shields we we create layers of numbness where we actually just don't even feel anything, where we access those deeper sensation and emotions, because we've actually just turned it all off and shoved it all down. And so working through those layers of containment and numbness helps us get our sensitivity back, and that's so it's so crucial to not only this Now moment of ascension, but also our own personal spiritual journey.

Jannecke Øinæs 54:14

Yeah, for me, it was quite liberating just to speak about this, and also quite healing, and I hope that for our listeners and the audience, that you guys feel the same, that by speaking about it, it actually takes some shame away. I think when you speak about shame, you take the shame away, or what's shameful. And shame is the lowest vibrational emotion there is on David Hawkins scale, which is quite interesting. So when we're in shame, we're like, totally going down there, and not much is happening there. So I think it's important to actually get shame out in the light, and that is actually not anything to be ashamed about. Um, I just wanted to ask you, you said somewhere, maybe on your website or in an episode. So that we are multi dimensional beings, and we living sort of multiple existences, existences at the same time, or we're in many realms, to say, at the same time. And I just had to ask you about that, your perspective on what you mean by that.

Katrina Smith 55:16

So when I mean we're existing in many realms, I mean that our soul, or our essence as a divine emanation, is having experiences that are in an infinite spectrum. And so this lifetime, this reality, right here, right now, is not the only one that exists for you. And so, and I mean, the simplest way of recognizing this is when you go to sleep at night, and you start entering the astral, you know, you start to have these different kinds of experiences that are completely different to your daytime reality, that is not just sleeping and dreaming, that you're literally in a completely different realm and a different density, a different vibration or dimension. And so you're going into that experience that different existence and traversing that realm. And so it connects in a lot with not just the dimensions, but also the timelines that you know we in any moment. It's, it's, it's just an infinite spectrum. And they all operate in parallel, and they all operate at the same time. There is no time. Time gives meaning to this existence in this reality. It helps us make sense of things and helps us organize ourselves. But it doesn't actually inherently exist at all, and once you start going up into the higher realms, it totally dissolves altogether. So we get out of the Time Matrix, and we start to operate in what I call spiral time, or the zero point where everything is happening all at once. It's all simultaneous. And that is really profound when you recognize that. Okay, although that sounds really overwhelming, that means that I have access to everything that I am at any time. I can dial into that with my intention and through the Stargate of the heart. The heart is the zero point. That is the point of all singularity. So it's the very center point where you get to go into that and and expand out into any aspect of your of your soul essence, in any dimension, any timeline, and and so again, because we're going through this heart awakening, these veils are dissolving. We're going through this consciousness shift, this massive shift in consciousness. We are shifting out of the 3d personality matrix, the the ego construct, and we're coming back into our heart awareness. We're seeing in a whole new perspective. And so that's like a golden key, you know? That's the access to open that doorway, or that portal to all of those parallel constructs and possibilities and where the Creator right, where the I like to I like to speak about humans as artists, because we are all artists. And if you look down at an Artist Palette, you know, imagine every single color on that palette, every single vibrational tone, all the all the rainbow colors and all colors that you've never even seen before. This is what's available to us to paint with on the canvas of our live so we have everything available to us all at once. We just have to dial our intention into that space and open up this vast field of universal, cosmic creation and and bring that through, wield that in the way that feels most passionate and enlivening for you, that that feels the most authentic for you. Because ultimately, at the end of the day, we're all creator souls. We're all creator beings. And we've been living on a planet that is heavily creatively oppressed, and you know, the rise of AI, that's kind of like the new intermediary. We're giving our power away for AI to create for us, instead of having that internal connection to our own source, our own artistry. And so this is, for me, what this spiritual journey is all about. It's it's the Creator power that we have. That's how we're going to rebirth ourselves. That's how we're going to create something new and different, not just for ourselves and our family, but for the whole world. This, this whole collective New Earth reality, but the magnitude of us is so much greater than we've been led to believe. And we all have our unique gifts, and it's all about remembering what we allowed ourselves to forget, because it's nothing we ever will need outside of us. It doesn't matter what access. You have to what dimension. It doesn't matter how many guides you have. It matters the internal connection you have to your own truth. And there's no need to compare and contrast it to someone else's spiritual journey and feel disappointed that you're, you know, not as tapped in or advanced. You are advanced. Everyone is advanced. And, you know, I learned that back in my nursing career with these beautiful souls, you know, that were their bodies weren't functioning in the way that we are also lucky to have. You know, their minds weren't functioning, but I realized that they were the most advanced souls in this world because they were teaching us compassion. They were teaching us how to love unconditionally and be in devotion and service to their needs and supporting them. And that's what in this world has created the Dark Ages, because we've forgotten that and we've lost touch with our own compassionate heart. And this is what, for me, is the most important thing to to come back into union with our creative power and our loving kindness and compassion. It's, it's the purity of our heart, and, you know, the innocence of our spirit. It's, it's the pure potential within all of us.

Jannecke Øinæs 1:01:20

Beautiful. Wow. Katrina, I have a few questions that I ask all my guests, and the first one is, what is self love to you?

Katrina Smith 1:01:31

Well, let's look about self love in the opposite when we love someone else. Okay, let's just take that visual for a second when you when you're in love with someone unconditionally. How do you treat that person? You know, I'm thinking about how I treat my partner, because I'm, you know, when you love you, you respect, you listen, you're you're you're invested in that person's best interests, right? You know it. And when we can turn that in on ourselves, that's when it becomes loving towards the self. Am I invested in my best interests? Am I kind and compassionate to myself? Do I treat myself with, yeah, with with love and patience and sensitivity to my own needs? Do I show up to my for myself, right? Or do I? Do I push and force myself to do things that you know I'm not in alignment with? So it's we can either treat ourselves unlovingly, or we can treat ourselves lovingly. And so for me, self love is essentially the way that you would treat someone that you love the most, your own child, your own family, but you do that to yourself everything you'd give them, you give to yourself, and you don't have any shame or guilt about it, right? It's not selfish to love yourself. It never was, and it never will be, right? And so a lot of us have been so invested in, you know, taking care of others and loving others, but we've forgotten how to love ourselves and so kindness, compassion, patience, self care is a big one of helping your body to feel that self love in a physical way. You know, so all these kinds of things. And yeah, I feel like we're all learning how to do that in one way or the other.

Jannecke Øinæs 1:03:23

Yeah, yeah, that's part of the theme for many of us. Thank you all. I'm not sure. The biggest one of all, what is the deeper meaning of life from your perspective, Katrina,

Katrina Smith 1:03:39

okay, that's a big one. I've contemplated that a lot for many hours of my life, and I'm still being revealed different, you know, different pieces, pieces of the puzzle, which is fun because, you know, we start putting it together and the image looks different. But for me, it's really all about expansion. It's about constantly, we contract and we expand. But for me, it's always about the field of consciousness, learning about itself, and that's why you know, through our human experiences, we are all individuations of the same source light, right? We're all just different angles of light having a unique experience, but the universe is learning about itself through our subjective, you know, viewpoint and through our own personal experiences. And so for me, we all serve this unique higher purpose already, of expansion of Yeah, of growth of self understanding and self awareness, not just as humans, but as universes, as multiverses and yeah, really, I think that comes back again when we speak about the deep. Meaning of existence. Again, it comes back to that piece about understanding that you're a creator being, because all of this is a manifestation of creation, every planet, every person, every galaxy, every realm. It's all creation, possibility in manifestation and expression. So the vastness of this infinite totality is always seeking to it, to learn, to become self aware and to keep expanding. And so when we bring that down to our personal journey and apply that to our own lives, you know, as long as we're we're we're learning, as long as we're not a closed book and we keep expanding and we're open, you know, we really are in alignment with, you know, the true meaning of our existence. So it's something that I think we all contemplate and at different stages of our lives. But yeah, for me, it's not about staying fixed and staying stagnant. You know, energy is always wanting to move. It's always having its own inertia and its own expansion pattern. And so as long as we're just open to, yeah, to feel the field dilating and enlarging and understanding itself through all of its conscious manifestations, that, for me, is really what the purpose of all of this is, and coming back to love. Because who would, who would bother creating anything if it wasn't for love, right? What is the point of existing? It's about creating new states of conscious creation, of conscious artistry and and doing it in a loving and devotional way. For me, if we don't connect with love as the meaning of our existence, then we've totally missed the point of life. And things get very advanced very fast when you start speaking in spiritual terms, but I always come back to the simplicity of the purity of who we really are as a soul, and that is the meaning of our existence as loving incarnates and to live to lead with love, always first for ourselves, the self love and for others, and for me, that is how you know we're we're always coming back into alignment with that, the true meaning of our existence. So it's a hard one to articulate. Honestly, it just, it's so

Jannecke Øinæs 1:07:42

you said that beautifully. Oh yeah. This has been truly inspiring. Where can people find you, Katrina, if they want to work with you or learn more from you?
