If you’re a Gmail user, you may have a “tabbed inbox” system and to make sure you see all information and offers we send you, here is a short step-by-step on how to make sure you do so.
In your Gmail inbox you might see different taps across the top labeled Primary, Social, Promotions, etc. (the exact labels will be different if you Gmail is set to another language than English)
The problem is…it’s Gmail that decides what emails go into what tab. But you can override this, to make sure you get all important email in the right tab!
Often emails that you get after you’ve signed up for a webinar, a free class or any other kind of free sign-up will end up under the Promotions tab, even though you actually want and need the content in these emails.
What to do:
1. Click on the Promotions inbox tab (it might have another name if you’re use another language than English). Drag emails from people you want to hear from (we hope that includes Wisdom From North) and drop them onto the tab that says Primary (your main tab, where you get all your other emails).
2. When it asks if you want future emails to go into this inbox, click yes.
