I definitely would not doubt that. I feel like there's a connection there. Absolutely, I don't know if you've ever seen these memes where it shows two people riding on a bus, but they have two very different perspectives. There are going to be people who still are seeing the dark side and seeing the fear and kind of in that place, and then there's going to be the people who see the love and the light and the beauty. We're still on the same earth. We're still witnessing similar things, but our perception of it is different, and how we experience life is different. And that's where I feel like these light frequencies are coming in to support us. And as more of us allow that in and hold that energy, it's like a ripple effect.

I'm excited to have you. We're going to speak about angels today because you are an angel intuitive. You are a spiritual teacher. You have your own podcast. You're writing a book. We're going to meet each other as well in San Diego at the San Diego Transcendence Retreat, and you're passionate about making people know that they also can connect and communicate with angels. We're going to speak about that. Now, my first question to you is actually about how you got into this because you were actually pursuing a career in science, and I think you were studying biochemistry or something, and then you had a mystical experience. It started with Raphael, Archangel Raphael, Raphael, and I would love for you to share that story.

Cristina Aroche 2:14

Yeah, absolutely. So this was towards the end of 2016 when this started happening, I was kind of on my own spiritual journey, discovering things, hearing about energy healing, spirit guides, and just so curious and so like a sponge, absorbing everything, you know. And I had come to the point where I read something or heard something that you can connect with your spirit guides. You can channel write, and I thought, what anyone can do that. So I was very curious about it, and I started to just do my best to practice receiving messages and doing channel writing. And I did. I would get words here and there, and slowly over time, one of the things that happened is that I started to receive a message that was saying it's going to be important for you to connect with the angels because it's part of your life's work. And I remember thinking at the time that's very weird because I want to be a nutrition coach, a health coach. Like this has nothing to do with what does angels have to do with that, but I thought, okay, whatever, that's fine. Now, parallel to this, I started working with a spiritual mentor, and that was actually my very first experience of connecting with angels, where she led me through a guided journey, a guided meditation, and that was when she brought through this bright, bright white light, and it was Archangel Raphael. And I remember thinking, "Wow, this is real! Like you can connect with angels. That's insane. And I just remember that feeling. I still can picture it in my head his that experience of him coming forward, and now with that message that I had, that channel message, it was like, okay, angels came through. I'm being guided to connect more with angels. I don't know what this means or where it's leading me, but okay, whatever. Then a few nights later, I go to bed. I'm going to sleep, closing my eyes. I didn't. I don't remember setting an intention or anything. But as I close my eyes, I just feel as though the entire room is filled with green energy, and something inside of me was like that's Archangel Raphael. I just knew it. I don't know how I knew it, I just felt it. That's Archangel Raphael saying, "You can connect. He's here with you, and I just felt this immense sense of peace and comfort and support, knowing that he was there. But also this experience of, "I can do this without." Someone guiding me like that's crazy, you know, and and that's kind of how it all started. Was in that moment, I didn't really receive a message specifically, but it was just the experience and the acknowledgement, the awareness that he was there and I was perceiving it.

Now you're saying he. Do you feel like he has a masculine energy, or is that just something we're used to say? Like because it's a probably we think about it as a male name.

Cristina Aroche 5:28

Yeah, that's a great question. I do perceive his presence as masculine now. Whether that's influence because you know obviously Raphael and you think masculine, you know that there could be like which one's first, the chicken or the egg, kind of a thing. You know, but in general, when I do feel his presence coming in, it feels masculine. I felt different this differently with different angels. So a prime example that I always share is Archangel Uriel and Archangel Gabriel because those two, in my experience, both for myself and also working with clients, they will come through in either feminine or masculine energy. For me personally, the primary way that I see both of them is masculine. However, in my work, I have seen them come through in a more feminine energy, and I've also heard from people that you know Archangel Gabriel or Uriel, they're like, oh, I feel them more as a feminine energy. So it's very much dependent on each person's unique relationship with the angels. And also, what I always say is that the way that they come through, if they're going to come through as a masculine or feminine, it's really dependent on what you personally need. So, for example, if you're in a space that maybe you need that more feminine, nurturing energy, well, they're going to come through in that feminine energy for you. However, if you need more of like that supportive, like structure, stabilisation kind of energy, then maybe it's more masculine. So, the way that they come through for each person is unique and is very much dependent on the resonance and what that person specifically needs.

And it might not be a gender at all, like nonetheless. Yeah.

Cristina Aroche 7:13

Yes. Yes. At the end of the day, their energy. So really, I feel like the gender thing is a human thing. You know, kind of part of our human lens, and maybe it supports us to understand them from that perspective. But yeah, you're totally right. At the end of the day, it's just energy, so there is no doubt.

Jannecke Øinæs 7:33

And what do you know about angels? What can you tell us about angels? We speak about archangels, we speak about angels, and then I've heard you speak about the Herchill angels. That was new to me. So, could you share a little bit knowledge about what's what and where are they sort of residing? I mean, it's still a human way of understanding it, but just for the sake of trying to understand angels, what are your understanding of it all?

Cristina Aroche 8:00

Absolutely, yeah. My understanding of it is that they kind of surround us in these concentric circles. So if you can imagine the human, and we kind of have these circles of energies, or you can think of it as different frequencies that surround us. And so I always say the ones that are closest to you, right next to you, is the guardian angel? So those are your personal angels. So when it comes to angels in general, the entire huge umbrella of angels, we have angels that are personal to us that are here to support you specifically. So they are only here for you. They're only here for me, and for each individual. And then we have universal angels. So these are the ones like the archangels that we anyone can call on them. You know, everyone can call an archangel Michael right now in this moment, and he is available to each and every single one of us because he is not bound by space or time. So you know, a million people around the world can be calling on him, and he's there supporting each and every one of us. So those are universal angels, but going back to kind of like that that image of the concentric circle. So guardian angels are closest to us here. Then we have seraphim angels. So these are the angels that come through to support people who are on a journey of being any type of light worker, healer, someone who has that like outward impact that they're here to create. So seraphim angels are here to support you in your purpose, in your role, and helping you to understand what your role is here on Earth. They are also classified, if you want to call it that, as as personal angels, then we have the archangels. So they kind of go a little bit outside there. Like I was saying, they are universal angels, and so anyone can call on them. They're here to support every everyone, you know, all at the same time. The collective, that sort of a thing. Then we have the Hershel angels that I kind of. Move beyond that, which to me they are a newer angelic realm. They came to me first in 2018, and I've been working with them ever since. I've been introducing them through my videos, through my courses, through my one-on-one sessions, and people have told me that they've had experiences that they've had experiences with the main one. Her name is Alexandra. She's kind of like I see her as almost like the spokesperson for the Hershel Angels. I see them as a collective of angelic beings, but then the main one who speaks is Alexandra, and she steps forward. And so they are here to lead this journey into the new earth. They are here to support leadership. They are here to support the divine feminine awakening. They are really bringing in these higher light frequencies that are coming into Earth right now. That we've finally reached a point of higher consciousness that we're able to receive. That we're able to kind of move into the next phase of this evolution that we're all moving through. The reason why we're all here at this time. So I really feel like the Herschel angels kind of are leading that, if the if that makes sense, you know. And then outside of that, I also have the cosmic angels. Those are other angelic things that I've connected with. They are also universal. They're also very based on the collective, and they, you know, because they're cosmic angels, they feel a bit further away. Of course, you know, and and they kind of have a different. To me, it's almost like they are doing their thing. They don't really need us to interact with them, if that makes sense. Whereas, you know, from from my perspective, the way that the angels are really able to support humanity is through us.

So through our prayer, through our connection with them, through our understanding that they are here and supporting us, and knowing that they are guiding us, and when we call on them for support, that's how they're able to bring in and help bring in more of this light. Whereas cosmic angels, they're kind of doing their thing, and and they're supporting the overall kind of universal plan, if you want to call it that, or you know that sort of a thing. So I don't connect with them too too often, but they will step in every once in a while. But that's kind of my breakdown of the realms.

Jannecke Øinæs 12:28

Would you say that the cosmic angels might they be in fact extraterrestrials? I would not doubt that. I definitely would not doubt that. I feel like there is a connection there. Absolutely, I haven't gone too deep in exploring that yet. I haven't really been guided in that direction quite yet, but I definitely feel like there is absolutely a connection. They are absolutely working with those extraterrestrial, celestial beings, you know, and and all part of supporting our highest good. Now, in what way are the angels supporting us on Earth? So, for instance, I went to a funeral today. It was incredibly sad. There were two young boys who lost their father and the wife, obviously, and he was not very old, and they were devastated. And I did know the man, but I was there to support because my husband knew them. But I felt like I I was crying so much because it was just so sad. And I was thinking, so are the angels here now, and how are they supporting us? Like, for instance, in a situation like that where you're just grieving, like it's just so so incredible. Sad. In what way are they supporting?

Cristina Aroche 13:44

Yeah, yeah. Oh my gosh, I was getting chills as you were sharing about that, and I feel like there's different. There's there's many different ways. So for example, they are supporting the soul that has passed. So the one who's actually crossing over, they are supporting that soul to move on to what this next part of their journey is now that they've left their human life and what's beyond, and they're supporting that soul through the transition. They are also supporting the ones who are left behind, the humans that are still here, and the ones that are grieving, and the ones that are going through the emotional experience. And oftentimes, the biggest thing, like in that particular situation, is that they're really just holding space to help process the emotions and process the energy. And when I say holding space, I mean that they are surrounding you with love. They are surrounding you with light, because at the end of the day, it's not really about okay, let's get through this sadness as quickly as we can and like move on, you know. Even though maybe our human is like, I don't want to experience this because it's so painful and uncomfortable. But what the angels do is that they help you to move through the human experience. Not not bypassing it, not trying to skip over anything, not trying to get to the finish line as quickly as possible, but really making. The most out of life, and let's be honest: to be a human is to experience the full range and spectrum of emotions, from grief all the way up to joy and love and peace and and everything else in between. And so they help us to understand that. So, for example, if you're feeling very angry or frustrated or depressed or any of those, they help you to move through it and help you to understand what is the gift that this experience is actually bringing to you. Because every experience has a gift in hidden inside, and it's meant to support you in helping you either to find a new direction, to find courage within, helping you to connect back to love. Like there's so many different things that can happen depending on the circumstance, but they really help to support you in that way when it comes to these very human experiences that we all go through, and then another thing that I would say that the angels are really here guiding us and supporting us in is helping us to awaken. They're really supporting the soul awakening journey, and they're supporting us with remembering who we truly are, remembering our gifts, remembering our light, helping us to step into our purpose and what we're here to do and who we are here to be, and one of the things that I always say is that our true soul purpose is to express ourselves, like to be self-expressed in whatever way that means for you. So whether that means speaking, writing, dancing, art, like whatever the thing is, and everyone has usually a mix of those, but it's to be expressed and to allow yourself to just be fully yourself, and that is one of the other things that I would say very strongly. That's come through now. I feel like, especially now at this time, at this moment in our collective journey, it feels more important than ever for us to awaken to that, and I feel like a lot of people are naturally beginning to awaken or pursuing that awakening journey, and the angels are here to help you live that fully.

Jannecke Øinæs 17:19

It seems like you know awakening is really on the agenda collectively now, and it seems like maybe that wasn't the case before 1000s of years ago. Would you say that there are more angels now than ever focusing on the planet, helping us?

Cristina Aroche 17:34

Totally, 1,000% And I got chills as you were saying that, as you asked that question. Yes, 1,000% I do feel like there are more and more that are on this planet that are supporting us, both in the sense of directly through human connection, contact when we send our prayers, that sort of a thing, but also beyond what we are even perceiving. I really feel like there is so much of that energy that's supporting us.

Jannecke Øinæs 17:59

I want to jump back to frequencies later on. I just wanted to ask a weird question. Maybe you haven't answered something like that before. It just dropped into my mind. How would life look like without angels? No angels on Earth.

Cristina Aroche 18:13

Oh, that's a really interesting question. I never thought of that before. But the what immediately comes to my mind as you say that is, I think about my personal life before I knew angels, before I really connected with them, and what that was like versus how it is now. And I would say that a let like an Earth without angels would we would be very much I think in a lower frequency of like very much in our ego fear base, kind of you know moving through and and maybe a bit more primal. I don't know if that's the right word, but you know, kind of a bit more in that way, acting more, whatever that word, like instinctively, like how animals are basically. You know what I mean? How they're just kind of moving through and in just doing their thing. There, I don't think that there would be so much of this conscious evolution through our mind and our spirit. But I guess there's nuance to that question because if we're saying there's no angels, does that mean there's no ascended masters? There's no other divine beings, you know what I mean. So yeah, that that's what I would say.

Jannecke Øinæs 19:26

And how has your life changed after you connected with angels? If you can give us also some practical examples of how your life and our life might change if we bring them in consciously.

Cristina Aroche 19:39

Yeah, I mean, I feel like the biggest thing. I mean, I think back to that time period of my life. So it started in 2016, but it really increased in 2017, 2018, and during those three years, my life changed dramatically. I left my corporate job. I left a long-term relationship. I moved to a different country. Like I, I did a lot of things that that that that changed in terms of my environment and what I was doing. And that's not to say that you know if you start connecting with angels, you're gonna do all those things as well. But what I would say the biggest thing that that reflects for me personally is that it put me into alignment with my highest potential and with who I was here meant to be, and so I feel like when we invite the angels into our life, it just allows more of this. I want to say flow into our life, although it's not rainbows and butterflies and everything just flowing perfectly all the time because that's not it either. It's more so a sense of knowing that even during a challenging moment, challenging situation, a hardship, whatever it is, that you are guided, and I feel like that brings such a sense of peace of mind on some level. I mean, I still experience fear and anxiety and all the feelings, but deep down, it's their sense of I'm not alone, and I'm not doing this alone. And they are guiding me, and I can lean into them for support. I can lean in into them for comfort, and that helps with the processing. That helps with the letting go, and that helps with the let me see this from a different perspective too. And I feel like that's a huge thing that they bring is a shift in perspective, helping you to see things differently. And and so yeah, so for me, my life completely changed as that happened, but like I said, I think the biggest thing is it's bringing you into alignment. So whatever that means, whatever needs to be let go to let go, but also placing you into the very best situation, the very best connections, relationships, people around you that light you up and that really are who you're here to be,

Jannecke Øinæs 22:05

and in order to connect with angels, if we want to do that, do we need to open our hearts? And how on earth do we actually open our hearts? And how do we know if we have an open heart or not?

Cristina Aroche 22:17

Yeah, many questions there.

Jannecke Øinæs 22:18

I know. I love no.

Cristina Aroche 22:19

I love that question because it brings us back to Archangel Raphael, which is you know you asked this at the beginning, and it also this is actually the first chapter of my book. The reason why I start with Archangel Raphael is because it is about opening up our hearts, and it in in the way in which Archangel Raphael supports us, and I specify a king to Raphael, but really, all of the angels can support us with this. You know, at the end of the day, but it's about helping us to feel safe in opening up our hearts, helping us to feel safe to allow love in. I think that we don't realise until you know maybe a certain situation or something happens, we don't realise how closed off we are from love, and it really happens because we have experiences when we're young, we have experiences throughout our life that have caused us pain, and so our defence against that is to just close close our heart and just keep everything in arm's length, and like you know, I'm I'm I'm just gonna keep myself safe. And so, what Archangel Raphael does is he brings in such an immense energy of comfort and love to you, and he starts to mirror back to you this sense of you are worthy and you are lovable, and it's safe to open up, and it's safe for you to allow this love in, and and I would say that this process isn't something that's just like a overnight thing. You know, it's it's a process. It's almost like ice melting. You know, ice doesn't just go from solid to liquid in one go, you have to wait, and you slowly see the ice melting over time. So I would compare that very similarly to our hearts and how the way that we open up our heart is almost like over time, whether we have experiences with the angels or experiences with people in our lives, but moments and situations that help us to see, maybe it is actually safe for me to open up a little bit more and allow this love in and allow myself to connect. and And I really feel for me personally that the reason why Archangel Raphael came through for me as the first angel was for this reason is because my heart was closed off, and I didn't even know it. And I would say, you know, what you ask, how do you know that your heart is closed off? Like, how would you know if it is or not? Because I think to myself way back then, and I don't think that I would say, yeah, my heart is closed off. You know, I feel that it can come through in different. Ways, whether it's having a more obvious experience where you notice that you don't really let people in as much, let's say for example, or you don't allow yourself to really be yourself in front of people because you're afraid of them judging you or whatever. But it's also just in general a perception of yourself. Like, do you feel worthy? Do you feel like you're lovable, or do you have an inner critic mind that's very loud and that you are listening to? You know what I mean. And so, I feel like that's a spectrum too, and it's very dependent on each person. But regardless, I feel that when it comes to opening up our hearts, there's no limit, and so we don't have to really necessarily look for: Is my heart closed off? Is it not closed off? And is just simply let me allow myself to open up to even more love because there's no, there's nothing wrong or bad around that. You know what I mean? It's it's like, well, I'll just open up even more to love, and and that's just going to benefit me even more, you know.

Jannecke Øinæs 26:06

Yeah, that makes sense. Okay, so let let's say we're starting to open our hearts and allowing more love in, and maybe allowing ourselves to feel love for others as well, even our enemies, quote unquote. What are steps to open up to this communication with angels? Are there like one step, one step two? Is it all about just setting an intention? Is it all about meditation? What would you say?

Cristina Aroche 26:34

Yeah, I would definitely say there's a few different steps there, and the very first one it's inviting them in and really just allowing yourself to be open to their presence, to your experience with them, to however they want to show up for you. So it could be something as simple as saying, "Angels, thank you for being here with me, even though I can't see you or really know that you're there, but I invite you into my life, and I invite you to support me, and I invite you to show me signs that you're with me, like that kind of a thing. So you're really just kind of inviting them in, and I feel like that's a key part of the process because they respect our free will, and so if we are not actively, consciously inviting them and asking them for support and guidance, then they're just going to kind of like be like, okay, we're we're right here. And I would say the only exception to that is guardian angels because they have a different role. Like they are here to support you. Like if you're in a life threatening situation, they're gonna and it's not your time yet. You know what I mean. Like they're gonna get you out of that situation or whatever. There's lots of stories people have shared of I should have died or this happened or like my garden angel definitely saved me. You know what I mean. So aside from that, I would say for garden angels, we don't necessarily need a conscious like make sure I don't die today. You know, but it's one of those things where, where in general, to elevate into a different type of relationship or experience with them, an experience of your life, then definitely we need to invite them in. and And just a quick side note, I feel like when it comes to our life and our journey, you know, there is a million different timelines that exist, and in every moment we get to choose which timeline. Or if I if I'm going to show up to a situation with you know maybe a bad attitude, and I feel like oh like everything sucks and whatever, well I'm just going to start to create that energy, and maybe other things unfold along that timeline where it's like you know situations that that perpetuate that same energy, or I could show up in a situation of like positive expectation, joy, you know, like openness, love, and I'm gonna walk along that timeline. So that's the other thing that I would say is when we invite the angels in, in the same example that I shared, it supports us, elevates us to walk a higher timeline, so to speak, a timeline that is more connected to the truth and essence of who we are, to alignment with our soul. So, aside from the inviting them in, another way that you can think of it is prayer. So when I say prayer, though, I think that this is an important distinction. It's not prayer in the sense of please make this happen. You know, it's not prayer of like make this certain situation be the certain way. Like yes, you could have a certain desire of how you want the outcome to be, but I feel like the most beneficial prayer is when we are thanking the angels and saying thank you for supporting the unfolding of the situation, thank you for allowing this to work out for my highest good, and so in that way you're surrendering because you're not. Like yes, you have in mind what you want, but you're also trusting that how things unfold, even if it's not exactly how you pictured it, it is unfolding for your highest good. So prayer, in that sense, I I feel is very powerful. And then the other way is is yeah through meditation. I feel like that's another powerful way, and and that's the way in which I feel people start to really get a sense of how the angels come through for them.

Because if we're talking about deepening our connection to the angels and how can we communicate with with them or know their presence with us in our everyday life, well, everyone has the ability to connect with angels first of all, and everyone has that the ability to receive guidance from them, but the difference is that everyone has a different way. So some people might be clairvoyant; they might not even realise it, but they might be clairvoyant, and meditation might reveal that to them. They might start to see the colours or or see a presence in that way. Other people are clairsentient, so they are feeling it. Maybe they feel something on their skin, or I often hear from people that they they feel like oh something on my cheek when this archangel comes forward, or I feel a tapping on my nose when this archangel. You know, so they start to get a sense of how it feels for them. For others, it might be Claridience, and for others, it just might be simply a knowing, like this deep knowing. I I just know that Archangel Gabriel is here right now, for example, you know. And so, but that process, I would say, it's through meditation. And one of the things that I often teach people is, I say, pick an angel, whatever angel you're most drawn towards that you feel has been coming forward, so let's just use Archangel Michael as an example. So you're gonna work with Archangel Michael, and you're going to invite him in to step forward and and kind of bring yourself into a space where it's almost like you're in meditation, closing your eyes, taking a few deep breaths. Invite Archangel Michael to come in, and then you're simply going to just observe. Observe how that feels for you. Observe what you know. Observe if there's any sensations on your skin. If if you start to see a colour, you know, like you're just simply observing in your through the observation, that's how you start to develop the relationship, and you also learn more about yourself because part of this whole process isn't just you know angels please give me guidance or give me a message or whatever. It's also you're learning about yourself. You're developing your that skill set within you, and seeing what how that is for you, and it's so unique to each person. And so, the more that we can let go of, oh, I need to be able to see, or I need it to be like this, or how she's doing it, or how that person's doing it, and just allowing it to be your own process, your own unique relationship with them, and that knowing that's going to look so unique to you, then the more you start to open up to what that actually is, you deepen your trust in it, and you practice, and you practice, and you practice, and that's your way, you know. But the biggest thing that I would say is consistency. We have to be consistent. We can't just do one meditation and think like, "Oh, nothing happened. Okay, I guess I can't connect with angels. You know, like we have to be consistent in our practice with them.

Jannecke Øinæs 33:36

That's very helpful. And you mentioned that all our experiences are unique. And what I'm curious about is whether you, as a channeler, might be looking into other channelers' work and seeing whether they have the same message. Like, for instance, I've interviewed Kelly Colony many times. She is channelling Archangel Raphael. So, do you guys have the same message, or do you actually receive unique messages as Well,

Cristina Aroche 34:01

yeah, I have not really too much delved into seeing what other archangel channelers say or how they experience them. It really has been my own unique kind of developing an experience with them. So, and it's interesting because, like I mentioned before, I had worked with a spiritual mentor. I worked with a few, but they were never angel channels. They were just simply helping people develop their psychic abilities, or you know, helping people to connect and whatever, and trust their intuition and things like that. And so, I feel like that really helped me because it helped me to develop my own language and my own understanding of them, and I feel like at the end of the day, every once in a while, when something like that pops up, I'm like, "Oh, I've been receiving something similar, you know, or I'll often see that where people are sharing messages about this certain time period in the collective, you know, or what's coming up this year, or. Whatever, and I and I'll notice like yeah, I receive something similar too, but I feel like when it comes to channelers and and how the archangels come through, I do feel like they bring through unique messages for each person because everyone has their own unique way of expressing their own unique perception. Also, how I relate to everything based on my personal life experience versus someone else and their life experience, you know. And so, I feel like the more of us that are channelling and sharing these messages, the better, because then we can reach more people-the ones who resonate with my energy, for example, versus someone else-and it's all just beautiful-a beautiful way to support the collective.

Jannecke Øinæs 35:43

Definitely, yeah. I I really believe that we all are receiving messages in our unique way, and that it's sort of tailored to us. So I think it's important to talk about that we are not comparing each other with each other. That I'm receiving things in my own way, not in your way, and it will always be a unique way. I'm curious to hear more about what you are actually receiving now about the times we find ourselves in. I heard you say that we are in a pivotal time in our history, and yeah, if you can have put some words on what the angels are telling you about it. Are you actually channelling right now? Are they present?

Cristina Aroche 36:24

They are present. As I feel like, as I've been sharing, just as I've been talking, I feel like they're very, very much present. They'll come through. I've seen their energies. Like when I use our Kindred Gabriel as an example, I felt him coming. That he was coming forward. So I, when I say their names, I feel their presence. But just as you were asking that question, I actually felt the Hershel angel Alexandra. I mentioned them earlier. I felt her coming through, and I felt her coming in very strong. I was like, "Yes, like this is the time to speak about this. And one of the things that I feel, and as as she's coming forward, what she's showing me is she's showing me the earth. Like I see the Earth, and I see as though there's this white light, but it almost has a fiery quality to it. It almost feels like a fiery light, but it's white and it's flowing down. It's coming in kind of around the Earth. And what she what she is saying is that right now we're going through a cleansing and renewal process. So, if you think about the flame, fire as that alchemical, like transmutation energy, that's really what it feels like. It feels like they are bringing in, and and when I say they, I'm talking about not just the Hershell angels. It feels like all divine beings that are here of divine light and love that are supporting our collective. It feels like that's from their collective coming in this this purification energy of light, and so she's showing it to me as we're in this process now, and it's interesting because I keep seeing this flame coming down, but I don't see it yet? Quite wrapping around the entire Earth yet, which to me feels like showing me we're in the process. You know when something is loading and it's like you're waiting for the full bar to to fill up. So it's like we're maybe a quarter of the way through. I see almost maybe like a quarter of the Earth. So we we still have a ways to go, but I do feel like we're in the process, and so what she wants us to know, everyone listening right now, it feels like she wants us to first of all acknowledge that this is what's happening. So if things feel crazy, chaotic, like things are shifting, changing, it's almost like she's like, don't don't panic. It's okay. This is part of the process. This is part of your evolution. And when she says your evolution, she's not just speaking individually. She's speaking for the collective as well. And so, what for for for us to know, like to take away from this, and how we can continue to support this process, what she's saying is for us to it. It almost feels as though that light, as it comes in, that fiery flame. For those of us who are awakening and are aware of this, it's almost like we're able to reach up and and and grab a piece of that light flame. I don't know what to call it. That light flame energy, and we're able to bring it down and and kind of utilise that almost like we are vessels or transmitters. Like think of it as the more of us like that can acknowledge this and reach up and grab that flame, we are able to spread it in a way where it's we're expanding it. We're making the process happen faster. We're we're supporting this process that they've already started, you see what I mean, and so it's our duty. She's she's using the word duty. It's our duty to take the flame and to allow that transmutation energy to be expressed. Us to move through us, and so as an example, what she's saying is as an example for us for everyone to kind of have a more tangible kind of picture of what that might look like. It's not doesn't mean we're taking the flame or burning everything down. You know, it's not literal in that sense. It's more so in the sense of seeing that you like when you show up in your life empowered in who you are, empowered in your soul's truth. You are being that flame. So whatever that, wherever that leads you.

So if that leads you to, let's say, start a podcast because I feel called to speak and share this, share my voice. Then that's you using the flame. If that leads you into writing because you feel really called. You feel like there's a message that wants to move through you. Then do the writing. So it's whatever that might look like for you. Maybe you feel called to create a nonprofit organisation and and support the earth in some way. Do that. So that is you using that flame. That's how she wants us to think of it, and so, in in one of the things that she's also saying right now, like as I'm speaking these words, as she's sharing this, she's encouraging everyone to visualise this, like visualise themselves. And if you want to do this separately afterwards, kind of in your own meditation, that's absolutely something that you can do, but it's visualising yourself taking that flame, bringing it into you, and then asking, "Guide me. How is this flame meant to move through me? How am I meant to bring this transmutational energy into the physical field, because if you think of it, we are a bridge. We're a bridge between the non-physical and the physical. So we have a lot of power because we can be in both. We can understand what's happening energetically, but we can also translate it into a more physical expression, and that's what she's talking about. That they need us here. That's why all of these souls, all of us who are on this journey and are awakening and aware of what's happening. That's why we incarnated at this time because we knew that they would need us. Like we need them, and they need us just in the same way. And I think that's an important distinction too. To just understand that they value us so much, they see how important of a role we play in this collective awakening, and so it's an understanding that we are here to bring in this energy into a tangible form, into a into a physical expression, and that's what's going to support the healing of the earth and the evolution that we're moving through.

And does something have to fall? Like we've heard of dark angels, we've heard of dark forces. It seems like we're doing that in order to cleanse. What are we cleansing, right?

Cristina Aroche 43:05

Yeah, yeah, that's a great question. Yeah, it's it's cleansing. How do I want to say this? It's cleansing the. It almost like what I'm seeing right now is you ask that. It almost feels as though there's some sort of like grip, like I see it as almost like this grip of that. Well, we can call it like the darker forces, the darker energy, almost like a grip on the earth, and so it's it's removing that, it's cleansing that out, it's it's clearing it away. Immediately, I think of like any sort of parasitic detox. If anyone has gone through, you know, just like those detox cleanses that you could do for 21 days or 30 days or whatever. It kind of feels like that, where like we're clearing out this bug, so to speak, that has infiltrated, and we're clearing it out.

Makes sense. You've spoken about, and you are going to speak about this at the San Diego Transcendence Retreat. I believe that our systems, our bodies, can hold much higher frequencies. What does that mean? How does that look like? And how can we open up for that?

Cristina Aroche 44:14

Yeah, absolutely. So, think when you think about your body, like your physical body, you have your cells, you have your DNA, and within the DNA, within the cells, there's there's energy, and and it's kind of you know I have a background in in science and biochemistry. It's kind of this idea of you know we use the energy to be able to sustain our physical life and and do whatever, and on top of that, there's so much about our capacity when it comes to our cells, when it comes to our DNA, of the amount of energy, which I equate to the light and the light frequencies that we're actually able to hold, and it feels like as we move through. This process right now, and as we move through the awakening, when we go through the healing work of releasing, you know, past pain or heavier energy that we've been holding onto, it frees us up to be able to receive more of that light. And the way that that looks is really in terms of how you move through life, and it's one of those things. I don't know if you've ever seen these memes or whatever on Instagram where it shows two people riding on a on a bus, and it shows how on one side the person is looking at dark cliffs and they feel like so much fear and like, oh my gosh, where are we going? And on the other side, the person is looking out, and it's like sunshine, and it's the beach, and it's just so beautiful. And they're riding on the same on the same bus, but they have two very different perspectives. And I feel like that is a key part of how we are evolving. Is that there are going to be people who still are seeing the dark side and seeing the fear and kind of in that place, and then there's going to be the people who see the love and the light and the beauty, and they recognise that that is their experience. So we're still on the same earth, we're still witnessing similar things, but our perception of it is different, and how we experience life is different, and that's where I feel like these light frequencies are coming in to support us to experience that. And as more of us allow that in and hold that energy, it's like a ripple effect. More and more people start to awaken to that as well, because the person on that other side of the bus, they're not stuck there. They just have to simply change their seat and go to this side. You know what I mean? So people who are living here and who might be stuck in more of like that fear-based energy, they're not stuck there. They just have to simply move, shift the frequency and energy, and the way that that happens is through the collective, through the through the domino effect, if you want to call it that. You know that the more that we are embodying our truth, our light, our soul's energy in its purest form, so it's not it's not clouded by the ego. It's not clouded by you know fear and and heavier energies and things like that because we've processed them, we've moved past them, we've released them. Then, it to me, I think of it as if I'm walking around and I'm simply just my energy is at a certain frequency at a certain level, and even just walking by people on the street or speaking to someone or whatever, that energy has an impact. And whether it's a direct impact in that moment or not, to me, it's not. It's not my job, you know. But it's knowing that in every interaction, if there is so much light that is shining on a person, they're eventually going to start to awaken to that light within themselves as well, you know, because they're surrounded by that energy, and it has no choice but to bring that light from within for them to see it as well, you know. And so that's kind of how I see this moving forward, and how we're we're able to allow more of that light into our lives.

Yes, it absolutely does. And the way that I perceive that that kind of situation is that sometimes someone has to get triggered. I I see that as being triggered. You know, like oh, you're shining so bright, like I need to retreat and whatever, to me that's a trigger, and sometimes they have to be triggered deeper in before they can come out. You know what I mean?

Like when we see 223344, I know you have a whole series on this channel about about it, and I saw 22 everywhere in 2012, and it's interesting because you also had sort of a turning point in 2012, and I heard many have had that, so I was seeing two two. What would you say two two means 3344? Let's do those three. Yeah,

Cristina Aroche 49:50

yeah, absolutely. So two two is all about trust and faith and surrender. I also like as as we're talking about this, I feel. Arkindra Raphael coming forward again. Arkindra Uriel, I feel, is another one who's coming forward. But there, the message when you see the the twos is really about trusting in what's unfolding. You know, it's kind of like we'll often come forward in situations where people are maybe going through a challenging time, or you know, really wanting to move forward in a certain direction, and so, but maybe they haven't seen the manifestation come through yet, the fruition of what they desire. So the two twos are like, trust. It's okay. Keep going. Surrender to this process. It's it's all unfolding for you. So that's what I see with the twos. With

No, no, it's all good. So the threes-that is where I feel Archangel Michael coming through. I also still feel Archangel Uriel there, but with the threes, it's really about empowerment, and I also think of three like associated with the solar plexus chakra, you know, kind of like the third chakra. It's the centre of your power, centre of your confidence and trust, and that sort of a thing. And so, with the threes, it's to me, it's really about centering yourself, coming back to your kind of like groundedness in terms of who you are, and it's allowing you to or reflecting to you empowerment. So maybe so it it also depends on the specific situation. Sometimes it'll come through in a way where if someone keeps seeing threes, it might be a signal of look at where you're giving your power away and take your power back. You know, kind of like letting you know, hey, you're giving your power away right now. Bring it back in, or it could also mean that whatever you you are working on or moving through or whatever, that it is increasing your personal power. So it's it's almost like a signal of like yes, like your personal power is here. It's important for you to feel empowered in what you're doing. This is connected to your truth. I also keep hearing Archangel Uriel showing me the higher self. So it's also this higher self connection. You know, when we're connected to our higher self, we're connected to our power, and and so that's what the threes are all around is is the power, and then the fours. It's really about the angelic connection. So fours for me are really just about the angels are here with you. They're letting you know your connection is growing. It's very much that spiritual connection development type of a thing, you know. So if you see fours, then it either means that the angels are like, "Hey, we're here. Keep working on your connection because it's it's growing, even if you don't see it. Like it is happening. It's it's it's developing, or it could also be a reminder if you haven't been connecting with the angels. It could also be like, "Hello, we're here, you know. Like, do you want to connect with us because we have some things to share with you, or we want to guide you? So it's to me, the four is all about that angelic connection.

yeah. Let me tune in and see what comes through. So, Archangel Gabriel, I I feel him coming forward, and I also feel another angel. We haven't had a chance to talk to her about her yet, but her name is Angel Celeste, and I can share more about her afterwards if you'd like. But Archangel Gabriel and Angel Celeste are both coming in right now, and what they're showing me right now, Archangel Gabriel is the main one who's coming forward, and it feels like he's surrounding everyone who's listening in this really beautiful divine white energy. It feels very light, very fluffy. It's just like like almost like a cloud that he's surrounding you in this energy, and what he's saying is that it's a reminder to you that the angels are always with you, that they're always supporting you, they're always guiding you, and to just simply take a moment right now to receive that and breathe that in, and allow yourself to just be in the presence of them with you, this energy that they're surrounding you with, they want you to know that you do not have to do anything to prove that you're worthy or to make this relationship better or anything like that. It's just simply knowing that you get to be who you are, that they love you no matter what, and that they're. You're surrounding you and supporting you, and then with Angel Celeste as she's coming through, I feel her almost like she's extending a hand out, and she's like, "I've got you! Like, let's go! Like, almost like let's start this journey, or let's take the next step on this journey. Especially if if someone listening has been either hesitating on the next step, or questioning it, or something where it just feels as though they haven't quite taken the step yet. I feel like Celeste is is coming and encouraging, like it's time to take this next step. You're ready. Let's do this.

To me, God is the universal energy, the universal being that created us all. It is where we all come from. It is what we are all connected to, including the angels, including all divine beings, and so yeah, I feel like having that personal connection with God is also a really important part of this journey. So yeah, it's that universal energy of love.

To me, self love is all about appreciating yourself, acknowledging yourself in terms of who you really are. So, self love is something that is not based on something or that you have to earn or do anything. Self love is you embracing all of you in all of the ways, and really just being open in your heart to to your true self.

And what is the deeper meaning with life from your perspective?

Cristina Aroche 56:55

Ooh, I love that question. To me, the deeper meaning of life is really about the experiences. I feel like life is meant to be experienced fully in all of the ways. It's to experience other people, so our relationships. It's really about experiencing another soul and that connection, and and how you interact, and how you move through life, in whatever way that relationship might be showing up, and it's also about how you are guided to. Again, it's experiencing life, but what comes to mind is it's kind of like being able to experience nature in the in the oceans and the mountains and the earth and in in really just taking it all in to me life feels like it has the potential to have so much colour in the sense of so many experiences so much vividness so much richness and that we are here to to really just be in it and experience it and make memories because I feel like at the end of the day, when it comes to the end of of your life, what are you going to think about the most? You're going to think about your memories and all the experiences that you've had and the people that you've loved and and and what you've been able to experience with those people as well. And I think that's what matters most at the end of the day.
