Spiritual teacher and author Julie Poole shares in this episode profound insights into the Golden Age, a period of heightened consciousness and interconnectedness she believes we are actively moving towards. Far from being a distant utopia, the Golden Age is unfolding now, marked by a gradual shift in our collective vibration towards love, compassion, and acceptance.

Julie emphasizes that the journey towards this Golden Age isn’t about waiting for a magical future. Instead, it’s about the conscious choices we make in the present. She highlights the Law of Attraction, stating, “You get what you are, not what you want.” If we vibrate on an energy of struggle and lack, we will continue to attract those experiences. The key, she suggests, lies in shifting our focus. Just as noticing yellow cars becomes easier once we consciously look for them, focusing on the good in the world and the potential for positive change can alter our reality.

The Seven-Year Horizon and Chakra Evolution

Julie points to a significant timeframe, around seven years from now (approximately 2032), as a period where the energies supporting the Golden Age will come into fuller fruition. This timeline aligns with astrological shifts, including the movement into Aquarius, which are realigning our world to a higher vibration.

This energetic shift is also mirrored in our personal and collective chakra evolution. Having spent millennia focused on the solar plexus (empowerment and trust), we are now moving into the heart chakra, the center of love, compassion, and connection. As we master each chakra, we integrate its qualities into the next, creating a more holistic and empowered way of being. Living from the heart allows for easier access to the higher chakras – the throat (communication), the third eye (intuition), and the crown (oneness).

Finding Opportunity in Vulnerability

Recent events, like the power outage in parts of Europe, can be unsettling. However, Julie encourages us to view these situations as opportunities to recognize our vulnerabilities. These moments highlight our dependencies and prompt us to seek greater resilience, whether in our personal lives, our communities, or our infrastructure.

“That three days of darkness… was showing us our vulnerabilities,” Julie explains. “Where are we absolutely attached to something for our survival, and is that good for us as a species?” By identifying these weaknesses, we can take steps to create backup systems and foster greater self-reliance, mirroring the energetic shift towards freedom and detachment from limiting factors.

Ultimately, navigating the shift towards the Golden Age is a personal journey with a collective impact. By consciously choosing gratitude, love, and acceptance, and by addressing our inner “wars” with compassion, we contribute to the rising vibration of the planet. Every small step, every conscious choice to shift our perspective, moves us closer to a future defined by connection, ease, and a shared sense of well-being. As Julie wisely states, “See the opportunity or see the threat, your choice.”

So that three days of darkness, or that 24 hours, or whatever it was that went on was showing us our vulnerabilities. Where are we absolutely attached to something for our survival, and is that good for us as a species, as a town, as a city, as a country? We see huge tensions going on, politically, huge tensions in more personal level, where people's relationships are ending, jobs are changing. People are moving home, everything is shifting. These are things that we in the UK and in Europe have already been through. So our job is to try and help those. Hey, I can't change the political thing. I can't change the war. I can't change this or that. But what could I do on a personal level? We're all growing as fast as we can on the path that we're on, but if we change our path by one degree, we'll end up in a different place. So see the opportunity or see the threat, your choice.

Jannecke Øinæs 1:05

Julie Poole, a warm welcome back to the show.

Julie Poole 1:08

Thank you so much. It's lovely to be here. Thank you for inviting me back. I must have done something right the first time.

Jannecke Øinæs 1:16

Oh, yes, you did. We had such a powerful conversation the last time you were on the show, and it really touched me as well, because you shared your transformational story that has been a really hard one, and that makes you also a great ambassador for what you're doing, I feel like, because then you really understand what people are going through, and obviously people are resonating with you. You You have a huge YouTube channel. You're now a best selling author, a tarot card reader, spiritual law of attraction, coach and teacher and doing amazing work. And I'm so excited to dive deep today about the Golden Age and about manifestation techniques, perhaps, and how we could navigate the shift of consciousness that we find ourselves in. And what I would like to start with is that I heard you have spoken about the Golden Age, and that is actually not so many years away from us, like in seven years or so, and we find ourselves in 2025 right now? So what does the Golden Age look like? From your perspective? I know you have a team of guides that you have this information from,

Julie Poole 2:32

yeah, my team of guides like call Eli. That's, that's the name that they gave me about all five years ago. Now, what do I call you? It's a combination of my my guides and angels, higher beings of light that that come in and assist me to assist others. Because the intention of what I do is, how can I best help people to live their best life, and what information can I give them to help them align with their own creativity, their own power, their own sense of you know, I can I can do this. I can create magic. I can create a beautiful life. Because so many people are living a life where they're aligned with struggle and lack and trauma and drama and difficulties. And of course, our mind will then take that information and create a belief that says life is tough, life is hard, life is a struggle. And of course, the more we believe that, the more we create that this is the law of attraction. It isn't a punishment. It is simply that you get what you are, not what you want. So you can want things all you like, but you will get you will create what you are. So if you're right, vibrating on an energy of life is hard, life is a struggle, then you keep getting more struggle and more hardness. So how do you shift from that belief, which is very real for you and very true for you when you know you're struggling and life is about survival, and we're taught division and just focus on you and don't worry about everybody else, and we're all in that kind of just get through the day energy. Of course, all that does is perpetuate and continue the same cycle, which of course, reinforces the belief, even more than life is hard, nothing's changing for me, you know, and it's like, what are these people talking about? The Golden Age and everything getting better, nothing shifting for me. But we need to and kind of rise above that and say, Okay, if we were to look outside of our own little world and our own little self and focus on something else, we will start to it's called bias, all right? It's a psychological way that our mind works. What we focus on, we will find evidence to support, right? So that's if I said to you, think. Think of a yellow car. You will look over the next few days, you'll notice so many yellow cars, and you'll be thinking, I didn't even know there was that many yellow cars in the world. And it's simply because you're now looking for them, and that's what you find. So when we are in that energy of struggle and lack, we look outside to ourself for evidence. We see evidence of struggle and lack. So when we actively choose to say, I know there are people on this planet that are doing really well, I want to try and focus on them, because that will shift my energy into well, if they can do it, then it does exist. And if it exists, then it can exist for me. And so we start to shift the bias from the negative to the positive. We start to look for evidence that supports that life can be amazing, that life can flow, that life could be beautiful. So that is the whole concept behind the law of attraction, but it's also the energy behind the Golden Age, because we can look at what's going on in the world and see the disasters and the chaos and the division, and that can be our evidence that the Golden Age is a load of bumps. Nothing's ever happening. Life is just as bad as it ever was, if not worse. And we can focus on that belief, but equally, we can look at it different and say, Well, hang on. What about all this amazing work that's happening? What about the amount of people that are awakening to their own power, their own creativity, their spirituality, their heart, the amount of people who are living their best life, who are loving the job that they do, who are loving the connections they have. Can we start to say, right, if they can do it, so can I? How are they awaking? Show me. Show me how I wake up to my own empowerment, my own creativity. And then we start to find the answers there. So the Golden Age is very much about us living from a higher vibration. A higher vibra gold is the highest vibration that we have. You know, we think about black as being very low and very solid and very dense. And as we come up the color schemes, up the chakras, into the higher vibrations, we move through into this gold and the Golden Age is about this lightness, this ease, this flow, this connection, and that's what we are moving into. So we're starting to live more from the heart, where we are saying, What would love say? What would love do? We're becoming more compassionate. We're becoming more aware of that division, the polarities, and saying, Well, that one feels good and that one feels bad, so which one do I choose? And we start to collectively move towards the good one. We start to move towards this higher vibration. And what is a higher vibration is something that makes you feel good, so it's love, compassion, acceptance, gratitude. It's allowing. It's allowing. It's a beautiful energy, and we're in it now. The Golden Age doesn't just start on January the first 2032 we're moving into it bit by bit now, and it's saying, Well, when we get to 2032 does that mean it's complete and we're there now? No, but it's the opening of now it can grow even bigger. So it might just be the beginnings. So we're moving into it gradually, and then it continues to grow and expand. Because what we focus on, what we think about, we bring about, what we focus on, expands and grows. So let's focus on where we are raising our vibration, and what we tend to see when things are coming very tight, very, very constricted, is it makes us feel uncomfortable, and that's a good thing. So we can either sit with that and say, this is horrible, this is horrible, or we can say, well, actually, by being aware of the constriction, the restriction, the division, then we're taking action to change it. And that's what we're all in. We're in this changing action energy where we're saying that doesn't work for me anymore. So I can either sit there and moan about it and feel helpless and powerless and negative, or I can say, if I'm in my power, if I believe in myself and I believe that I can change things, then I can start to do that right now, right today, not to change what's going on politically or what's going on over here and over there. What can I change within myself today that is going to raise my own vibration into a higher. Base. And if we all did that, even a little tiny bit, each of us, we end up in a very different place. Think about it like a ship, a great big ocean liner, they have their compass set to get them to a particular destination. If they were to just change that compass by one degree, just one degree, they would end up in a completely different place. So if everybody was to change their vibration by one degree, by one little bit, imagine the collective impact and where we'd end up. So when we see this division, which we're seeing politically, we're seeing economically, we're seeing it all over the place, we can say people are feeling that discomfort from the division. We're all human beings. It doesn't matter what your political views are, whether you're black or white or whether you're rich or poor. We're human beings with the same heart, with the same energy, with the same abilities to make change, and when we start to say we are one and we're all doing our best, as soon as you start saying we're all doing our best, the first thing you lose is judgment, and you gain acceptance. And what do we all want? Individually? Each and every person wants to be accepted for who they are. They want to be long. They want to be part of so if we can step into this energy, this belief of I choose to belong to this collective, and I choose to step into gratitude and love and positivity and acceptance, and I stop resisting what I judge to be division or judge to be opposition, and say, We're all doing the best we can, we're all growing as fast as we can on the path that we're on. But if we change our path by one degree, we'll end up in a different place. So all we need to do is say, Well, how do I do that one degree, what can I do for myself and my world that will make an impact seven years down the line when we get to the Golden Age? Well, if we start with something simple, like gratitude, we can all find things in our life right now to be grateful for. No matter how much lacking our life is we can find something to be grateful for, and we can choose to say, I'm going to focus my gratitude on that one thing. And the thing is, with gratitude, it grows. All high vibrations grow. Actually, all vibrations grow period. If I focus on something negative, I'll get even more negative. So if we focus on something positive, like gratitude or love and allow it to have a little gratitude, practice a little mantra every morning, every evening, I go to bed and I think about what happened today that I'm grateful for. I wake up in the morning and I think to myself, what's one thing I could be grateful for today? Then I approach my day from this attitude of gratitude, which is a beautiful, high vibration golden light. And so during my day, my vibration raises. And so by the end of the day, I'm in a really good place. So if I can practice that every day, and if we all did that, that's our 1% that we've shifted over more towards where we're going, and collectively, the things that look to be very bad in the world, we start to shift them very gently towards something good. This is all going to shift over the next five to seven years, but it's gradual, little changes that add up. You know, as Lao Tzu said, you know that 1000 mile journey starts with a single step. It's a single step. And that single step started decades ago, but those single steps have been adding up and adding up and adding up. And so we're moving more and more into this golden age, and the more we focus on this is coming, the more we believe that it's coming. It's wonderful. But then what we want to do is bring that coming into the now it's already here, and I'm already on that path. I'm already taking those single steps. And those single steps add up. They all add up, and it all matters. And so some people will be further behind on the path. Some people are further ahead on the path. Some people are really good at practicing gratitude. Some people are wonderful at acceptance and to drop the judgment, which is what it means to live from the heart, is just to say, What would love say, What would love do, and we start living like that, and it makes a massive difference.

Jannecke Øinæs 14:47

Fascinating. I find it also fascinating that there is a seven year period that in that you mentioned 2032, it's very specific. How come it is that specific? That was my first thought. And the other thought was that, are we, do you think we're moving chakra by chakra, like upwards, like from solar plexus up to the heart in consciousness?

Julie Poole 15:14

Yes, absolutely. So moving up through the chakras is part of our growth and our development. So if we think about the base chakra, the root chakra, which is our center of security and stability survival, when we're living in survival mode, then it's very insular. It's very much about me just surviving this thing, just trying to feel safe and secure. And so, you know, the the hierarchical kind of, you know, spiritual enlightenment doesn't get a look in when you're just trying to survive, you know. So we, we move through the base chakra, through our creativity, through our empowerment, and we spent the last couple of 1000 years very much focused on the solar plexus and our center of trust and empowerment that has been challenged and pushed and disempowered for us to be able to break through and breakthrough, which is what's been happening over the last Well, long, long, long time. And now we're moving up into the heart all right, the heart center, which is compassion and grace and love and acceptance, and just all the really beautiful energies that were coming up higher and the higher up we come in terms of we're focusing on the heart center now, then it's easier to connect with these top three chakras, the throat, the third eye and the crown. So these are our communication with our higher self, with our higher knowing, our higher mind, with the universe, with source, with divinity, with all that is, with oneness. So when we're sort of living down here, trying to connect up there, it seems a big gap, but that we're closing the gap, we're coming up to the heart now. And so what we're doing is we're bringing the other chakras with us. We're not leaving them behind. So each chakra that we master, we bring that mastering into the next one and into the next one. So when we move from the base chakra into the sacral, which is our creativity and our intuition, we're bringing that safety and security in. I'm safe to create. I'm safe to expand. Then we bring that up to the solar plexus. So we're bringing our creativity and our safety into our sense of empowerment and trust and joy. Now, when I'm living from empowerment with a sense of safety, with a sense of creativity, now I'm fully in my power. Now imagine taking those three and bringing them up to the heart. So I'm living from a place of love with my power. My power is coming from a place of love. My power and trust are now enhancing in with my compassion, my care, my empathy, my support, and we're able to easier access our intuition, our God force, our internal universe. And so we're starting to bring it all together. And that's what the oneness is. It comes into one, into oneness. And so we're moving up now. So in terms of the timing, I'm not an astrologer, but I watch astrology, not a huge amount, a lot of it. I don't understand. My brain isn't wired for maths and things like that, but I just listen to it and I feel what resonates. Does that make sense? Does it resonate? Does it feel right. And the astrologers have been talking about 2012 for decades, that 2012 was the opening up ready for the Golden Age. There was massive planetary shifting, and portals opening and all sorts of alignments. And then they were talking about 2024 and 2025 when we shift into Aquarius, and Jupiter's doing this, and that's doing that. And all of this stuff going on in the cosmos is realigning our world, within our cosmos, into a different vibration. And that realignment opens up new doorways, new pathways, a new way of thinking, a new way of being. And so if we were to look at somebody like Pam Gregory, who is one of the world's leading astrologers, she talks about the Golden Age and the way that all the planets are shifting between now and 2032 when there feels as if there's some kind of completion of that task is done, not the completion of everything, but that task to get us to this point comes into full fruition, and so then we can open up fully. So it's a little bit like different doors are opening at different times, which allow different energies to come in and. Which then allow those energies to fit and click in. And sometimes, when they come in, it can feel uncomfortable. We need to stretch this and pull that, and then we're good to go. But for myself as a reader, as a reader of energy and an intuitive the energy the astrologists talk about March and April of this year in 2025 being the most important months of the year, it's when all of these doors are opening. All of this alignment is taking place. And I've seen such a huge shift in that energy in the last two months. And then in terms of how that impacts in the real world, we see huge tensions going on politically. We see huge tensions going on about military stuff and war. We see huge tensions. Then in more personal level, where people's relationships are ending, jobs are changing. People are moving home. Everything is shifting. So it's on a micro and a macro, so that kind of work, if you like, where end of April, as we're recording this most of that work, initial opening up shift and changing has already happened. So now as we move into the rest of this year, from May through to the rest of the year, it's now allowing all of those subtle shifts to take place, and they don't all happen overnight. It's a growing into the new US, the New World, the new golden age. It's already started. It's already happening, but it's happening on such a micro level that energetically, that we're not really seeing it as such just yet. But as the next seven years goes on, we will see it more and more. And the benefit of hindsight is a wonderful thing, isn't it? We can look back and say, Oh, now I can see that makes sense. You know, we can look back at 2020, and COVID and the pandemic and the huge changes that made to the world and to individuals. So many people, change locations, change jobs, massive. We re evaluated in a way that we never thought we could, that we were never given the opportunity to before all of a sudden, we've got the opportunity to reevaluate. Is this life working for me? Can I change it? Oh, yes, I can. Oh, my goodness, I didn't know I could we start to see things differently. And that created this big change going forward for the next five years, till now, in 2025 and now we're going through something a little bit similar, in terms of it, opening our eyes to opportunities, to to potentials. And those potentials can be like, that's a disaster. That's not okay. We've gotta fix that. We've gotta change that. And so when we see these things that we can judge to be an absolute disaster or absolutely wonderful, it's all coming from our judgment. It's all coming from our belief system, and it's all coming from an old narrative, and so we're kind of looking at that and saying, What is that true going forward? What would love say? What would love do? Then we start to move into more of a trust that this is going to work its way through, and it's going to work its way out. I'm just trusting that it's coming together, and I'm focusing on what can I do within my life and my vibration to add to the collective positivity, enlightenment, enrichment? What can I do? Okay, I can't change the political thing. I can't change the war. I can't change this or that. But what could I do on a personal level? Is there any war within me that I could put at peace, and that might be old dramas, old traumas, that might be existing relationships that are warring within my personal life. What can I do to temper it all down into a place of love and acceptance within my life right now? And so that could be a little step, could be a big step, but it's all contributing to where we're going.

Jannecke Øinæs 24:07

It seems to me, sometimes that spirit or the universe are teaching us something through contrast challenges, and sometimes I'm wondering, can we grow also, if we had tons of love and smooth lives, and it seems like everything is coming up to the surface, so we can look at it, but it is painful in many ways. You know, externally, internally, and especially internally, seeing your own shadows. And I know several teachers have been speaking about the three days of darkness. For instance, storm is coming, heavy things are coming, and I think we're in the midst of it, too. And I listened to another conversation you had where you spoke about the three days of light instead of darkness. But what was a bit funny or interesting? Not funny, but interesting to me, was that you. Yesterday, there was a blackout in Spain and parts of France and Portugal, and my mom is there, and also, and I couldn't reach her on her cell phone, and they were speaking about, this can take a week. And then I was thinking about, is this, you know, a day of darkness. Is this what they're perhaps referring to, and they don't know the reason or the cause yet, and when we will publish it this video, they probably found the cause. But right now they're speaking about it might be something in the atmosphere. And I was thinking, is this connected to changes in, you know, the heavens, the universe, the energies. Is this connected? And I wanted to ask you, or maybe your guides, if they have something to say about that.

Julie Poole 25:53

Okay, so my feeling on this is it's about recognizing our vulnerabilities. I feel that there's a lot being shown to us right now that show us our vulnerabilities. That's what's been coming up for a lot of people through March and April, and I agree we're still in that that's the kind of storm that everything's coming up, and it's like now I see it, oh my goodness, I've got to deal with it and and a lot of the time we don't, we put it to one side. I'll come back to that later. Look at that later. And so it'll keep coming back until we do deal with it. And sometimes we deal with it in one go, and other times we deal with it in bits and pieces, piecemeal. I'll do, I'll do a little bit now, and I'll do a little bit later, and that's okay. We're still moving towards it, but it's when we see and feel something that we perceive as painful, it shows us a vulnerability. It shows us that some things there that isn't aligning with love, isn't aligning with my best life, it's not aligning with my power. It's it's showing me something so we can look at it and this debate, it's all about the perception. We can look at it and say, Oh no, that's so painful. That's so awful. Why am I seeing that? Now? I don't want to see that. Make it go away and pain, pain, pain. Don't want to see it. Now I teach coming from the most positive perspective possible, and that's probably because I'm so heavily influenced by my angelic team, because angels will always see everything as love and light and wonderful and beautiful, and that can sometimes be a little bit frustrating for us, who've got to live our mortal life in the 3d reality, but equally, it's a wonderful way to live. Can I see the benefit? What's the benefit in this? Every clouds got a silver lining and all the rest of it. Okay? So if there is a vulnerability, a pain that I'm seeing, I can choose to see it. It's all about the choice. And this is why I want people to see there is a choice, because it doesn't feel like it when you're in it, it's like I'm in pain and it hurts, and this is horrible, right? When we see that that's a choice, just question it okay. How can I benefit from this pain that I'm seeing? How can I gain from this pain that I'm feeling? What is this pain helping me with, rather than it's hurting out? What is it helping me with? Because we can't heal, restore, fix balance what we're not aware of. So awareness is key. So whether that information that comes through is perceived as painful, challenging, difficult, or the most wonderful, or, as my team would say, wondrous, the most wondrous opportunity to heal, that to limit, to release the limitation, to grow, to be able to see the vulnerabilities, so that you can strengthen them. Because we will have, we all have a shadow side and a light side. We have vulnerabilities and we have strengths. It is our judgment of them that creates the emotional response. So if we see it as pain, ouch, negative, hard, difficult, hammer it down, we feel down. But if we see it as a fantastic opportunity to clear something that has been toxic, as being damaging us, has been limiting us, and now I'm being freed from it, then I'm excited, and I want to heal it, restore it, understand it. I want to realize it into how have I benefited from this? So when we can come at life from that perspective in all ways, then we start living the golden age right now. This is where nothing is really bothering us. We see the opportunities rather than the threats. So when we see a three day blackout, yes, we can focus on all of the problems that's going to cause, and it will cause problems. Lows, especially for organizations like hospitals, you know, they need power, and big businesses need power, and banks need power. Yes, we see that that's a huge threat, but within every threat there are opportunities.

So that three days of darkness, or that 24 hours, or whatever it was that went on was showing us our vulnerabilities. Where are we absolutely attached to something for our survival? And is that good for us as a species, as a town, as a city, as a country, that we're so dependent. Where is the backup generators? Why haven't we got them? What do we need to put in place? What do we need to understand and shore up? Because whether it's a personal relationship like a marriage, or whether it's a business relationship, like you and your job or you and your bank to access your money. We're all in these relationships, and when we are able to have backup, then it's not a panic if that one relationship is suddenly not available or is permanently not available. So for example, if I have one partner and no friends and nobody else, and my life evolves around that partner and they die or they leave, I am fairly well stuffed. But if I've got a big family, if I've got lots of friends, if I've got other things, I can survive that. I'll miss them, but I'll get through it. So it's this thing about what we're trying to do. This is what my team were telling me right now, because I don't know the answer to this. They're telling me, okay, what we're trying to do is to detach ourself from anything or anyone that limits and controls me, because we're moving into this lighter space of freedom. So if I am completely limited by my power supply and the power supply goes off, then I can feel very vulnerable. So what are my options? What other power could I put in place. And there are places we don't really get it in the UK, but I know there are places in America where they regularly have power cuts, and so lots of people have got generators in the basement, and they've got solar panels, and they've got other things that they can use, okay, so that they can get through the storm. So these kind of limitations, the power cuts, what is, where's the backup generator? Where is the other options? You know, for things like light, have I got candles? Have I got torches? Have I got batteries? Is there things that I can do? It's helping us to look at the other options available now, in terms of the people in charge of the power, they will be looking politicians will be looking to make sure what what else can we do in the future if this happens? Because things like cyber attacks and things like that are always a possibility. So what are we doing to shore up the security. What are we doing to to shore up this or that? So whenever I see these kind of situations, my first thought is, how is this benefiting us? What are we learning from this? How are we what are we changing to be able to overcome this issue? So see the opportunity or see the threat, your choice. And the thing is, fear is very contagious, and so once we get into that fear, oh, it all starts to go even more. You know, I'm going to America in less than two weeks now to do teach my event, to teach my abundance mindset. And I turned the news on the other day. I don't watch it very often. And because I find it's just so full of fear mongering. And there was a big thing about, because of the tariff war, that lots of the American shops are going to be running out of stuff. And there was a big thing about, you know, the the shelves are going to be empty. And I just thought, how much fear is that going to create in people right now there's going to be complete panic and complete fear. And there was a little part of me that kind of went, oh, oh, I'm going to be in America for two weeks. What am I? How am I going to buy food? If the shops are empty, you know, I'm renting an apartment, I'm not in a hotel. Am I going to feed myself? And I just immediately handed that over to spirit and said, I'll be all right, will I? And they said, Yeah, course you will, course you will. Yeah, you might not have the choice of things that, but you're not going to starve for being in America for two weeks. Please don't panic. Okay, so right. Again, that kind of thing will show the vulnerabilities. They're showing the vulnerability so that we can say, Okay, if we can't access food for our people because of a trade war, then we need to look at that and how we can fix that. So all of these are helping us to liberate from these ties, the ties that we have. What are we doing to change them? Does that answer the question?

Jannecke Øinæs 36:18

yeah, I mean, it does make a lot of sense vulnerability, yeah, and you're also speaking about that a lot of light is coming to the planet. Could you speak a bit more to that? Because that sounded just incredible and magical.

Julie Poole 36:35

All right. Well, the light, there's light, and there's an absence of light. So all darkness is is an absence of light. Okay? So if we kind of think there is only light and an absence of light, and the same with love, there is only love or an absence of love. So once we focus on the light and say, Well, how can the light infiltrate? How can the light come in? More? You know, I'm in the UK at the end of April, and we've got three or four days of sunshine. Oh, it's so lovely. This is very rare. This is warm and sunny, and it's lovely. A lot of light coming through right now, and it lifts everybody. You know, bit of sunshine lifts everybody. Okay, so that's an obvious example with the sun and some sunny weather is lovely, but if we imagine the light, it's also a vibration, a light vibration. And the light vibration is gratitude and love and understanding and compassion and all the good stuff. So there's more light coming in, and that light is infusing into the planet and into us and into the heart. It's activating and opening the heart more, alright? And as the heart opens more, it shows the vulnerabilities I more light is being shown on it. Oh, I can see that bit of darkness now. I can see where I'm closed there. I'm seeing where I judge there. I'm seeing where I'm not being compassionate there. And so, okay, we can kind of go, Oh, that's it. I'm terrible. I'm useless. Or we can say that this is an opportunity for me to let go of that judgment and to really come into an understanding. So the light comes in to shine the light on that which is already there. It's not magically making things appear. They were already there, but we didn't see them because there wasn't enough light. So the light enables us to see stuff so that we can say we choose to change that. We choose to release that because it doesn't align with who we are and where we're going. So this has been happening for decades. The light has been coming in more and more. And we can give you an example here of I've used these examples before the financial crisis of 2007 eight, those that crisis happened because of a lot of stuff going on in the background that shouldn't have been going on, and it had been going on for decades, and nobody cared, because nobody knew. So it was hidden. It was in the darkness, right? That all of a sudden the light is on it, and we realized this whole thing about the way it all went wrong in the background, and saying, We can't allow that to happen again. So then that was the vulnerability, yes, that we realized that there was banks were over lending, they were over committing. They were lending to be blue. Couldn't afford it. There was all sorts of problems underneath. We didn't it had been going on, I kid you not, for at least 50 years, but now all of a sudden, we saw it, and we made changes to sure it closed those gaps of vulnerability to make it more secure, right? So the light shone on that situation to bring it out. And then we moved into this whole me too thing, this whole me too about abuse and about all. Of the nasty stuff. Again, it's been going on, not just for decades. It's been going on for 1000s of years, and now it's all coming into the light. This is not okay. What are we doing about it? These children are vulnerable. These people are vulnerable. This all the stuff that's going on with, you know, hidden slavery and stuff. It's always gone on, but now we're seeing it. Now we know about it. Now we see the vulnerability, and now we start closing those gaps all of the time. We're moving towards the world being safer. Are we there yet? No. But are we making it safer? Yes, but there will be people who look at that as evidence that things are getting worse. I look at it as evidence that this has always been there, and now we're seeing it, and now we're taking action so that we can change it, because we're saying that's not okay, right? So more of that light's going to come in. So what that's going to look like on the surface is things are looking dirtier because there's more light on it and I can see it. I've used the analogy before of the white coat and the black coat. If I'm wearing a black coat and I go out and I get splattered with mud and puddles, and you're not really going to notice it. It's not going to be, oh my god. It's going to be, you know, don't could do with the washer. It's not the end of the world. If I go out in a white coat and I get splattered, I look an absolute mess, and then I can judge that as being this is awful. This is dirty, this is bad. This is terrible. It's like it's the same, the same splatter as you were wearing with a black coat you didn't care about. The only difference is you can see it now, and now you care, and now you care enough to do something about it, and that's what's going on. So the light comes in and we see more. We're aware of more. So this blackout now we can see really clearly where we're vulnerable, where the hospitals are vulnerable. They need their generators. What are we doing for backup power? What are we doing about cyber security? What? What are we doing? Because now we can see it. So that's what the light is doing. So the more light comes in, the more opportunities it's giving us to say this is a way of improving, strengthening, increasing the good stuff, but it's about perspective.

Jannecke Øinæs 42:23

I want to make a little jump, maybe not too big of a jump. It is related in a way I believe we are choosing to incarnate in certain families, and that we have soul contracts, and also that we choose our bodies, and perhaps also the country that these soul contracts and plans are quite specific, actually. And then I I know you are very good at tarot cards, and that you could also look into sort of the energies of different countries. And I thought that was very interesting. And got and I got curious whether, if you could say something about, sort of the karma for Scandinavia, the karma for Europe and the US pointing to this time, because I think that you chose to be in the UK for a reason, and I chose to be in Scandinavia. And I'm sort of curious why. What is my lesson in Scandinavia. What is your lesson, sort of in UK, etc.

Julie Poole 43:25

Alright, interesting. So, yes, I know the interview talking about, well, I was thrown there somewhat in that interview, do a reading for America and Europe. And we are in different energies. We're in different karmic cycles, and we're in different growth spurts. So you know, somewhere like America and Australia, that's a younger country is is going through growth spurts and challenges. And these are things that we've in the UK and in Europe have already been through as a much older country. So our job over here, really, in Europe, is to try and help those you know, if we were the grown up and we were helping a teenager to evolve through their first challenges, I'd like to think that we would help and support them to grow. But equally, we need to let them learn their own lessons, and we can guide and advise, but we can't coerce and control and block we you know that they'll figure it out, but just give them time without sounding condescending or patronizing. It's to honor where they are in their journey right now. So different countries are in different parts of their journey, and we are evolving continually as a planet and in countries, because borders keep moving, keep shifting, and this is continuing to happen, and it's part of the problem. And the resolution about the war in the Ukraine and Russia, they're arguing over borders and who's having what land. It's the age old story that's been going on a lot. Long time, and but it continues to evolve. And the same as, you know, we look at the way that new countries are born, you know, I was watching a documentary on Hawaii the other day, and the way that that's a very young island being born out of the ocean, out of volcanic and tectonic plates. And we look at it and think, Well, that's over billions of years, millions of years. And so it just feels a little bit not in our reach or of understanding, but if we can just kind of bring it back, step back, and say we're all evolving in the way that we can, in the space that we've chosen to be in, within our own evolution. So if I'm a very old soul who's here to just complete a few lessons, to just tick a few boxes, finish off a few bits, then I might not choose a young country that's very much in its growth. When I'm kind of at the end of my growth, it might not be a good match. So that isn't I'm just listening to what my team I'm asking my team for answers on this. They're saying each of you, you know, you've absolutely right, chose your parents, chose your country, chose your health, chose your challenges. There's a huge amount of free will within that, and there's a lot of wiggle room within that. We kind of chose the overall energetic lesson rather than the specific lesson. So for example, that might be, I choose to learn forgiveness in this lifetime. So the lessons that come along that challenge my judgment and forgiveness, I can, I can have some wiggle room within them, but the overall lesson is, I'm here to grow in my understanding of forgiveness. And so each of us have a different soul contract, and so we sort of put in the most appropriate place possible. And so this is where we step into trust. If I'm born into a country that is at war. Then, on a soul level, I chose this in some way, so only that individual soul will be able to come into an understanding of what it is for them, because even within the same country and millions of people experiencing the same war, they're going to experience it in different ways and have different challenges along the way. But in terms of Scandinavian countries, European countries, each of us are feeling the pressure. They're showing me pressure. Each of us are feeling the pressure of this growth spurt in different ways. Sometimes, when you squeeze something, it pops open, it bursts forth. And that is what's happening for a lot of people, and that includes the collective of that country. So things are being squeezed so that they can pop open and freed and expanded and the opportunity for a greater understanding. We also, within the next seven years have the opportunity for huge growth spurts, so where a country can be very young, it can literally evolve five generations in a decade, if it chooses to, by saying, let's look at the older countries and see where they are, and how have they done it, and can we catch up? And they can choose to absolutely catch up, or they can choose to say, no, no, we're going to go at our own pace, and we'll get there in our own time. And that's okay too, because there are certain things. And again, this is down to judgment that we can perceive as saying they're way behind on that they're way behind where we are, and then when we can look at other countries, so they're way ahead of where we are. And then we end up in this better or worse judgment of who's higher who's lower. And again, we're back to division, rather than saying everybody is on their path at the right time, in the right place, and each of them are contributing in their own way. It isn't just the ones that you know know it all that they're the ones that are really up there in terms of their knowledge. Yes, they've got a lot to contribute, but so have the younger energies. They are more curious. They're more open. You know, we can get a little bit closed. I know this, and it's like, well, what about if things have changed? You might have known what it was, but it's changed. Now. Are you open to learn something new? So everything is changing. So whatever country you're in is at its own level of growth, and you are within that. And so a lot of the time, somebody grows. They're born in a certain country, and they grow and evolve, and they outgrow that country, just the same as they outgrow a relationship and outgrow a friendship. Sometimes it no longer resonates. I was born into this country. But I've learned everything I need to learn here, and I don't want to live here anymore. I want to go somewhere else. And we might go to a country that's more advanced, or we might go to a country that's more behind, and help them catch up. We have that capability and flexibility to move around. So why don't we move around more if we don't like what's happening politically in our country or energetically in our country? Why don't we move around more? And it's because of a belief that says I can't, and I challenge that belief. Say you can if you want to, but if you're not energetically aligned with that other country, then it won't happen. You know, I left here England, and I moved to Spain with, you know, wide eyes, innocence, curiosity, what it's going to be like living in a different country. And it didn't fit for me at all. I threw everything at it, and it didn't fit. I came back, and I came back with a very different attitude about the UK. I came back like loving England. I'm like, do what I don't think I'd ever want to live anywhere else. I'd love to stay somewhere else. You know, three months, maybe six months, but not forever. That there's so many benefits. But I, you know, sometimes we have to go away to see the benefits and then come back and say, is my country perfect? Gosh, no, you know, no, no, and another No. But is it more aligned for me than Spain was, yes, you know. Does that mean I won't try living in a different country? No, I might do. I might not. I don't know yet. I'm open. I'm curious. I'm following the guidance. Because as the countries change. The vibration changes. The politics change, the economics change, and then you might find that it doesn't feel a good fit for you anymore. So then go try somewhere else. It's a big world,

Jannecke Øinæs 51:55

yeah, because sometimes I've been thinking about, for instance, Norway or Scandinavia, with its past with the Vikings, if there's karma in that, and if there's a certain lesson countries are supposed to learn as like as individually, that maybe I have some certain soul themes that I'm working on in this life, whether a country is actually working on some themes. It was just a thought I had,

Julie Poole 52:20

yeah, and it's, it's, it's a really good thought. You know, there are certain countries that have a history of being the conquerors. You know, the Vikings conquered other nations, and so did Britain when it was great britain conquering the world and taking over India and America and different places. It's like, okay, is that good karma, conquering other nations? Not necessarily, no, you know. And again, from Britain has been a big thing in this, you know. Look, it was us in Australia. Captain Cook, did Australia? Did America did did so much damage, but we have a history, you and me, of our countries being the conquerors. And so has Italy, from the Romans being the big conquerors. And so as France with the Gauls, the Gauls were being conquerors. You know, we've all had our little times in history, and that might have spanned a few 100 years, or it might have spent a few more 100 years, but most of us have not had a conquering history that spans 1000s of years. You know, the ones that have were the Romans, the ancient Romans and the ancient Greeks, and that spanned a few 1000 years. But again, eventually they collapse, and then somebody else picks it up, and they're the conquerors. For a while, we've all had, well, no, yes. Well, they're saying, yes, you have, you've all had times where you've been the conquerors, okay, so, and now, right, we can be kind of coming back into a place where we're the conquered, and we're balancing things up. And so there is always a balance. And I think some of the struggle that the younger countries have had. I've been born on that energy of the conquered, and that, as you know, created a pretty heavy energy of the Maoris, of the Aborigines, of the indigenous Americans, the First Nations. There is a lot of karma there to be cleared, but again, it comes in with judgment. And we go back a few 100 years. We were doing the same thing as the British, as the Vikings, as the, you know, different Europeans. It is part of human nature to try and expand and grow. And we do that because we have a belief that we have to take from somebody else in order to grow ourself. That's the old energy that's moving out. That's what's going out. You know, we've had 1000s of years where we had this belief for me to grow I've got to take from you. So if I want to grow my wealth, I'm going to take it from you. If I'm going to grow my land, I'm going to take it from you. That. That that's outdated. I can grow within myself. I don't need to take from you to grow. This is an abundant world. This is an abundant universe. And that's this abundance mindset we all need to get into, because this conquering energy comes from lack. It comes from there isn't enough. So I'm going to take yours so that I've got enough, and then somebody's going to try and take it from me, and then they're going to take and it's just going to keep going on and on and on, as long as we see the scarcity I will take from you in order to meet my needs. That creates the division, the conquering energy, and it's what's going out instead, if you think of the Golden Age as moving much more into the abundance mindset, which is what I talk about all the time, that there is enough to go round. This is an incredibly rich planet. It has more than enough for everybody. It's just that those resources are seen as scarce or belonging to somebody else, so I've gotta steal it, take it, kill for it in order to have it. But the abundance mindset says there's more than enough to go around. And the law of attraction says I can align and draw to me magnetically that which I'm aligned with. And if I'm aligned with more, then more will come, and it will if I'm aligned with more love, more happiness, more security, then it will come. If I'm aligned with more wealth, it will come. Not everybody is and that will always be the case. Well, okay, there are they're saying four or 500 years down the line, that won't be the case. Everybody will understand that everybody can access it. But what we're moving into is more and more people realizing that, you know, 1% of the people don't need to own 95% of the wealth, that 95% of the people can own the wealth, okay? And that's what we're moving into this much more, there's more to go around. That's the abundance mindset.

Jannecke Øinæs 57:09

I'm curious, what is your deepest spiritual insight that has, like, blown your way throughout your life.

Julie Poole 57:16

There's been so many, you know, experiences that I've had spiritually over the years, but really over and over consistently. The one that blows me away is the law of attraction, this simple understanding that when you fully align with something, it shows up and it just shows up that blows me away each and every time and every time I truly align with something, and it just happens easily. I sit there and go, Wow, there's law of attraction in action again. Just wow. It blows me away every time it happened. On Saturday a few days ago, literally, I was saying to the universe, right? I moved here last October 150 miles away from where I was, and I've been head down with work and sorting my events and doing live shows and just busy, busy, busy, and I haven't, as yet, made any real effort to make new friends or build a community. Is like, when I finish this, I'll do it, when I finish that, I'll do it, you know, I'll find the time. But I sat there on Saturday and I just thought, This is ridiculous. I've been here seven months, you know, I need to do something. Yes, I'm going away next week. I'm going to be away for nearly three weeks. But no, don't wait to do it now. Do it now. Law of Attraction is, do it now. Take action. So I just kind of tuned in. And I had met a lady who lives close to me, who'd done some alterations on some material I had for me, and I she popped in my head, and I thought, send her a Facebook friend's request. But I've been saying to the universe, I want like minded people. I want people on the abundance mindset. I want positive people. I want dynamic go getting people. I don't want people that are needy or, you know, this is kind of what I want to align with, and that she popped in my head, and I sent her a Facebook request, and I thought, she'll either kind of go, Why is this person asking me to be a friend, or she'll say yes. Anyway, she said yes, and she accepted my friend's request, and then we messaged each other and arranged a coffee, which we had earlier today, actually. But within that message, she said, I'm not here this weekend because I'm going to Edinburgh to see Abraham Hicks. And I'm like, oh my goodness me, Abraham Hicks is my hero. Esther Hicks, you know, law of attraction, absolute expert. You know, I've been following for 20 years. I've learned so much for her from her. And this lady that I reached down to is hugely into the law of attraction. And I just went, wow, there's a law of attraction in action. We're going to get on really well. This is going to be a wonderful new connection for me. But that is a practice. Called grounded, something that's going to, you know, a new friend in my life I can meet and have coffee with, but I said to the universe, I want somebody like minded, and I'm a law of attraction teacher. And of all the people I could have reached out to, and you know, the few people I've bumped into or just had a very brief conversation, she stood out in my mind. I knew nothing about her, and she's going to see as to hex, law of attraction. It happens all the time. It happens monetarily as well. You know, I I decided I've been doing a lot of work on my house. I wanted to get the garden landscaped, and I got a price from a landscaper, and it felt right. And I said to the universe, thank you for bringing me the funds for this. And I opened up my bookings to a few extra private sessions, and the money that came in was the exact amount that I needed to pay for the landscaping within like five bucks, it was literally the same amount. Thank you very much. That is clearly a yes to go ahead with the landscaping. It happens in so many different ways. These kind of things, people wouldn't necessarily see a spiritual they'd say, what a coincidence. And no, no, this is the law of attraction. You say what you want, and it comes. It's showing you your Creator, your creative it's showing you your divine intelligence is reaching out and pulling to you exactly what is right for you. If I just set the intention that I'm going to meet somebody who's not really my kind of people that I'm not probably going to get on with, that I'm not good with, people I probably would have drawn to me, somebody I'm not going to get on with. But I said to the universe, you're bringing me exactly the right people into my life at exactly the right time for exactly the same the right reasons. And I don't need to know what those reasons are, and I don't need to give you a list of ingredients that this person needs to be and have. I don't need to say they need to like this or be this, because that's judgment. Instead, I'm just saying I am aligned with exactly the right sort of person showing up in my life at the right time. Now, she'd been here for years, so through her, I'm probably going to meet other people, and it begins to grow. So that's the intention I set next, that this will grow. Okay, so that's a spiritual aha moment that other people might say nothing to do with spirituality. Yes, it is. I set the intention. I am creating this, and the universe is supporting me into my best life. That's one of the easiest mantras to use. What is my best life? So the mantra is, I am creating my best lives. Because if I sat down and I had to try and come up with a list of ingredients of what my best life looks like, I might miss a few bits, or I might get it wrong, or I might fry my head while I'm trying to work that out. Instead, I just have a mantra, I am creating my best life right now. And then I follow the signs. I follow the guidance, like that nudge on Saturday, when I was sitting there thinking, actually, for the first time in a long time, I feel quite lonely. And then it was like, right take action, acknowledge it. There's the vulnerability we were talking about earlier. It could have been painful. I could have gone very sad, and I was beginning to go into that, and I thought, Whoa, hang on. Pull myself back out. What are you doing about it, showing you a vulnerability. You're lonely because you've been here seven months and you've made absolutely zero effort to join anything or get to know anybody. There's nobody else's fault. It is not about fault or blame. It's about take responsibility and then move past it to say, So, what are you going to do about it? So I sat for the next half an hour scrolling on Facebook groups in my area, meetups in my city, right? And then what do I know anybody here? I could Yeah. And then that popped. Action, action,

Jannecke Øinæs 1:03:58

wow. You have given us so many tips and techniques and ways of thinking that has been so helpful, especially when it comes to navigating this shift in consciousness and attracting and manifestation. So really, really grateful for you coming on the show, and I have two questions I ask all my guests, and the first one is, what is self love to you, Julie,

Julie Poole 1:04:22

Self love. What is self love to me? It is acknowledging who you are, warts and all. So let's take that conversation we had about the vulnerability. Do I choose to see vulnerability and pain as something threatening, as something difficult, or the opportunity to grow, and it's the same with self love. So I see my vulnerability and I love it. I'm not trying to fix it in my fix itself, but it might fix itself through acceptance. But self love is I see myself in all of who I am with my stress. It's my weaknesses, my vulnerabilities, my skills. It's self acceptance. It's to say, Do we really need to be healed and fixed? No, we don't need to do anything. We can choose to be happy in who we are and whole in who we are, even with holes in us. It's saying those holes are there for a reason, and I'm good with them. And then listening to your inner being and saying, Does it feel right for me to try and heal those holes or fill them with something else? Then I will. But if it doesn't, that's okay too. Self Love, more than anything, is full self acceptance, when you truly love yourself exactly as you are, then you're in that beautiful wholeness where you want to expand, and it's through that expansion that you say, well, I might choose to heal that, or grow that, or change that, Because I'm in an expensive energy, but not because I have to or should, in order to love myself or to be enough. So many of us feel that we're not enough without doing something, I need to do this course. I need to go to that counseling. I need to fix this. I need to get healed. And that's all judgment. And when we do it with ourself, we do it with others, and others will do it back to us. And so we perpetuate this energy of lack of love. So use that mantra I gave you earlier, what would love say? What would love do? To say that you may choose that you want more, but not because you have to or you need to, but because you are ready for expansion. But can you love yourself exactly as you are? Because if you do any growth just naturally comes, but not all of us are here to be growing, growing, growing. Not all of us are here to be hugely ambitious for more some of the most content people in the planet are those that completely love their life exactly as it is. So can you and can you love your self exactly as you are? And then when the growth spurts come, if they come, flow with them, go with them, but don't need them. That's love. That's self love,

Jannecke Øinæs 1:07:29

beautiful. And what is the deeper meaning of life from your perspective?

Julie Poole 1:07:35

The deeper meaning is to strip away all the layers. You know, what's deeper? You know, we've got the surface, we've got the depth. What's really if we keep going deeper and deeper and deeper, what's at the bottom, what's right underneath, the deeper meaning of life? It's creativity. If we go, this is the example, so giving me, if we go from what's on the surface, and we go down and down and down into ourself, into the deepest parts of ourself, into our cellular structure, into our DNA, into our nucleus, into the atom. Is pure creative flow. So that's the deeper meaning of life. How can I create and flow? And creating doesn't have to be complicated. I haven't got to be Van Gogh and be a fantastic artist. I can create a smile, I can create a light, I can create peace. I can create a knowing the deeper meaning is to create in whatever way your creative juices flow.

Jannecke Øinæs 1:08:47

Julie, how can people connect with you and work with you if they want more now,

Julie Poole 1:08:54

You can find me on YouTube. Julie Poole, just simple. Julie Poole, you'll find me easier if you put in Julie Pool, tarot, probably you can find me there, and you can find me on my website to Juliepoolonline.com, and not currently open for bookings. It was interesting. When I did open for bookings, I sold out in a day. So I did that for three or four months, and now I'm doing other stuff. And then when I reopen for bookings. I announce it on my YouTube channel. I also send out a newsletter to let people know I'm opening for bookings for private sessions or if I'm running an event. I let people know on a free newsletter. So you can sign up for that on my on my website, but it would be lovely if you come over to YouTube and join me there. Not you know, my readings are not just about telling you what to do. My readings are showing you the energies that's available and tapping into the advice and guidance that might be helpful for you, if it resonates for you, that would be lovely to see you there, too.

Thank you so much for coming back to the show. This has been a full class. I feel like it. Itself, and good luck with your trip to America. And thank you again doing your amazing work.
