Tips on how we can build our own Self Trust
In this video I am sharing an exercise that I have been practicing myself to build my own self trust, to trust myself.
It is truly amazing how sticking to this exercise builds that accomplishment feeling in which studies shows produces also a feeling of happiness. When we trust ourselves, we build integrity inside and it helps us in all areas of our lives. When you have your own back, build your inner strength and trust yourself, meeting new challenges, taking on new tasks or endeavours becomes much easier.
